Hey, welcome back to the channel. So, if you are someone who is pretty smart, educated, intelligent, but you're still not living the financial reality with the financial success that you know you're capable of, then this video is for you.
After spending almost a decade working in corporate finance, becoming a chartered accountant, studying finance at university, I realized pretty quickly that formal education, the accolades do not automatically translate into financial success. Yes, I had bought into the same story of work hard, study hard, climb the corporate ladder in order to become really successful. But when I was looking at my bank account, it wasn't really reflecting that. Especially in the earlier days, if you were to look at my bank account, you'd think I was kind of failing at life.
Now, I talk a lot about synchronicity because the fact that you're even watching this video, that you found my channel, that we are here connecting right now, even virtually, none of this is by chance. This has all happened by a series of synchronistic events. Maybe you've set an intention, you have a desire, you're searching for something more, and you stumbled across this video.
And back in 2015, I came across this white wizard man named Bob Proctor watching a workshop, an online event. And I instantly became hooked by what he was teaching because he was telling me something that I knew to be true in my heart. That I was born to be rich. That there was a science to getting rich and that he could break it down for me and share with me what I was doing wrong and then what to do about it, to do differently. So I took a big gamble on myself. I took out a massive loan, $15,000, which definitely didn't make financial sense to get better financially by going worse financially. But even though people around me, my family, my parents thought I was crazy, I knew in my heart this was part of my journey. This was meant for me and there was something really transformational on the other side. I believed in the message he was sharing, not because he was a great salesperson or not because he spoke with such conviction, but because it rang true for something in here. And I listened to that inner voice. I shut out everyone else who was thinking I was crazy. And I followed that intuition. And so I flew to Toronto, began learning from Bob Proctor, and he was sharing some universal principles, some universal wisdom teachings that I didn't just learn, but I applied. I embodied and I applied over and over and over again. And I have done so with my clients from all over the world.
So, I know what I'm going to share with you here isn't just a fluke. It works time and time again, cuz I've seen it work with so many different people from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, upbringings, countries.
So, the first principle I want to share with you is to set goals that scare you. Your goals should literally make you kind of tingle a little bit, maybe get your heart rate up a small bit, make you kind of sweat, maybe there's a little break of sweat happening. Because what I really learned from Bob was that it's great to have your regular goals, what he calls A type goals or B type goals. These are the things that you want to create in your life, but you kind of already know how. Like maybe it's I want to join the gym and start getting fit. Cool. Well, you probably know how to drive to the gym or walk to the gym and hand over your card and sign up for a membership and hire a personal trainer and get on a fitness program, right? Or maybe it's a B type goal of, you know, I want to start a podcast. Well, I'm less sure about how to do that, but I'm pretty sure that I can search how to start a podcast and within a day or so, I can have that figured out. So, again, it's a great goal. It's a great thing to want to use your voice to share with other people, but it's not really the C type goal that we're talking about. And so the C type goal that Bob Proctor introduced me to is the goal that stretches you, that excites you, but kind of scares you too at the same time. And so anytime I'm talking with someone who's like sharing about something, who says this is a bit of a stretch, I'm like, good. You want to feel stretched by your goal. Otherwise, it's just a nice to-do. It's another thing on your list. It's going to be an enjoyable part of your life. The C type goal that we're talking about is the goal that we get to use manifestation. We get to use the power of our mind, the power of transformation truly to create the most profound, incredible results in your life. So, anytime you feel like, I know this can happen. I don't really know how it's going to happen, but I feel stretched by it. Awesome.
So, here's a key distinguishing factor. If you're wondering, how do I know if I've set myself an A goal, B goal, or C goal? The C goal, you have no idea how it's going to work. Like for example, when I decided to go and fly to Toronto and learn from Bob Proctor, I knew it was going to be transformational, but I had no idea how. I didn't have any idea. I didn't read a long sales page. I didn't find out loads of information. I just knew. And so I went and so I know not everybody works like that, but it certainly worked for me. And what happened? I got there. I learned so much. I shifted my mind. I shifted my inner identity. I shifted as a person. And in that same time being there, I manifested, nobody else did. I manifested with him a sit-down interview. Sitting down to interview Bob Proctor. I went and visited him with his all of his family. We had a family dinner. Took me out to his recording studio with some others. We got to see where he made all his magic, you know, some of the YouTube videos that you might be watching these days. So setting that C type goal, it's good if you don't know how it's going to happen, right? So remember, even if you have a goal and it's crazy and people think you're delusional and people are like, "Get realistic. That's never going to happen. How would it even happen?" Just remember, you don't need to know how in order for it to be true and for order for it to work.
The second really powerful principle that it's something that I'd heard before, but it really took me a long time to embody is you become what you think about. Now, I know there's a lot of people who actually try and argue against this one, but they're a living example even more so of the truth of it. So, for example, when you hear someone who is in a very bad financial position and, you know, they wake up every morning and they're a bit stressed and they're a bit grouchy and they open their bank account and they're angry and a bill comes and they're resentful and they're not happy with the money they're making and they're just in this negative attitude about money and they think, "Oh, it's easy for them, isn't it?" You know, and when you talk about manifestation to them, they say, "I've tried to manifest." Well, I've said I wanted more money. And they say it is them almost like they're angry at the universe or angry at God or whatever, and they're just like, "I've said I tried, you know, wanted more. I tried to manifest more money, and it just hasn't worked." It's like, yeah, because what are you focused on 24/7? The lack of it. All of your thoughts are surrounding the lack of money that you have, the money that isn't in existence, and so you're not focused on what you want. So actually you're a perfect example of manifestation at play. So watch out for people in your life where you can start seeing ah perfect example of manifestation. They've manifested what they don't want cuz that's where all their focus and attention is. And I said this is one I had heard of a lot but it took me a while to really embody it because we have so many thoughts every single day but so many of them are repeated thoughts. And I've had to really catch myself like I'm very good around money. It's obviously a topic I've focused on for so many years and dedicate a lot of time and energy and money, you know, investing and learning about it, but I I catch myself on this one when it comes to other people in my life that maybe frustrate me or friends or friends or people who are kind of like in my community, in my circle that might just be very frustrating and annoying and creating issues and I focus on them and I talk about them and I say, "H, they're just so annoying. They're so frustrating." And I catch myself and I say why would you want to manifest more of that? Do not speak of anything that you do not want more of. So the minute I give my attention to that person being so whatever I am manifesting more of that in my life. And that takes a minute to catch. But once you really get it that your thoughts are creating your reality like you become what you think about you go okay well do I want to think about that person who's very annoying that colleague that ex that government official that president do I want to put all my focus and energy on that or do I want to direct my thoughts towards ah richness prosperity abundance success manifesting my desired life, being supported, being loved, being taken care of, being healthy. Like even already just saying those words like it shifts even my energy. And you can see like what am I focusing on? Right? So yes, you may have heard this one before. You become what you think about. But are you embodying it? And it's something I have to come back to time and time again and ask myself, do I want more of it? Yes. Cool. Keep thinking about it. No. Stop. Catch yourself. Stop.
So this leads on perfectly to the power of paradigms. So paradigms is something that Bob spoke a lot about. He talked about the paradigm shift. It was one of his big events that he used to host. And the paradigm shift is really about shifting the inner software that is running the program. Right? So imagining that we are like these little computers going around computers and there is a software running this program. The body is the computer is like the actual hardware and then the software is the paradigm inside determining how quickly the computer runs, how efficient it is, how successful it is, what other computers it hangs out with, right? So the paradigm is like your internal wiring and it relates this a lot to our subconscious programming. So our subconscious programming is really just the thoughts that we think on repeat, right? You can see the follow on here, but the beliefs that they create as a result. If we have a belief about money or about ourselves or about our capacity to make money or about our worthiness to make money or about our comfort with being seen so that people know we're here so they can buy our services so we can make money. Right? You can see the pattern. If we have a belief about ourselves that is limiting us, it is limiting our opportunities to make more financial success, to bring in more money, to be more successful in life. And not even that, to live the life that you truly desire and you truly deserve. Right? Remember, what's desired by you is destined for you. If you can see it here, right? You can see it in your mind's eye. You can visualize it. You can picture it. If you can do that, it exists on a spiritual plane, right? Right? Because where are you going when you visualize? You're going somewhere. This thing, this vision exists on a different plane, a different energetic plane almost. Now, we need to stay focused on it. We need to switch this inner paradigm, this inner software, this programming, so we can begin to believe it. So, we can begin to turn up and take action in alignment with it. So, we can become the person who's capable of receiving it and holding on to it. Right? And that's all we're doing. And I always have this beautiful visual in my head of like our visions are up above, right? They're like sitting above us and then there's this giant sieve almost and our our visions are coming through the sieve. So sometimes all you see are little breadcrumbs of it and it's like your vision starting to come down into physical form into physical reality and you start to see little breadcrumbs, little signs, little notices of like ah it's coming. And I love to watch out for these. I'll be saying to like my friends or my family and I'll be like I heard someone talk about that today. Oh, I saw that. It's coming up on my social media now or I read a book or just I heard a conversation or there's just these things and they might be so so tiny and so subtle but they're like these little breadcrumbs showing me that that vision that I have it is moving from that spiritual plane and it is slowly coming down through the sieve into physical form. Now my job is to stay focused on it. My job is to stay expectant of it, not to doubt it, to anticipate its arrival with joy and gratitude. Right? So shifting that internal paradigm. So I'm ready to receive it, ready to hold on to it.
Now the fourth principle I have to share with you because Bob was really known for the secret, right? He featured in the secret which became this global phenomena and he spoke a lot about the law of attraction, right? an incredible universal principle that allows us to set up this reaction where we get to shift what's happening inside in order to attract new things into our life. So, anybody who says they don't believe in it in manifestation or they don't believe in any of that kind of woo-woo stuff, it's like, okay, cool. You do you. You're still manifesting. You're doing it whether you realize it or not. But let me talk to the people who know it exists, who knows it's real, and wants to do so intentionally. So the law of attraction, you're setting up this reaction. But Bob took this one step further. He said the law of attraction is actually a secondary universal law. Now I did a video on YouTube here um about all the different universal principles that you can go and check out all the different universal laws and but it's really fascinating video. But specifically he was talking about the law of attraction a secondary law. It's actually based on the law of vibration. Right? That is the primary law that sets up this reaction of cause and effect. Right? What we are attracting into our life, right? How we literally attract and manifest our own reality. You can call it manifest, create, attract. It comes under many different names, but bringing into physical form what we choose. And so when we look at the law of vibration, we look at it from a very cellular level because everything around us is energy. I am energy. You're energy. It's how often times you can walk into a room and you can just be like the vibe in here just feels off cuz you're literally just energy reading energy constantly, right? The things that we're seeing just means that our eyes have a mechanism in it to interpret this energy. There's things around us we can't see cuz our eyes can't interpret that frequency of energy. Right? So everything around us, energy, your energy, I am energy, this laptop, the camera, all of it. So his point was that if we want to attract new things into our life, we have to shift the vibration that we're in, right? Shift the energy, the state. Now, what are some ways of doing that? Gratitude, beautiful practice. Gratitude journal. You know, grabbing your journal first thing in the morning, last thing at night, writing down what are 10 things I'm really grateful for? Or maybe you've switched off the lights already and you're lying in bed and you don't want to grab your journal. Even just lie there with your hand on your heart, maybe one hand on your belly, and just be like, "Ah, you know what? I'm really grateful today. I was alive. I got to live today." And there's a lot of people in the world who didn't get to say that, that today was their last day, but I got another day on this earth. You know, I'm really grateful for this heartbeat I can feel inside my chest. It has been there since almost since the moment I was conceived, not too long after. And it has beat for me ever since inside my mother's womb. Beating for me every single moment to look where I am today. And it asks nothing from me. Take care of it. Eat well. But it's here for me. It's keeping me alive. Right? There's always things to be grateful for. Maybe it's lying down in your bed at night being like, "Oh, I'm so grateful how cozy my bed is. I feel so supported." There's always so much in your life to be grateful for. And shifting into gratitude. It's one of the higher energies and it is so magnetic. Right? So when we look at the law of vibration which is the primary law and which the law of attraction is based on, we can change what our energy is this like the frequency we're emitting by changing what we're focused on, our thoughts, our feelings, right? And gratitude is such a powerful one to tune into.
And let me add this as a bonus is start saying gratitude for what you're thankful for. You know, I have my list here. I've shared with you before in different videos about having goal cards. Um, I think they're so powerful, right? So, I have multiple and then I'll like take it with me in my jacket and I'll forget. So, then I create another one. I have it all in bags and jumpers everywhere. And I write down and on this goal card, I literally have written at the top, thank you. And so, I'm practicing gratitude for all the things that I want to create, all the things that I want to manifest. And at the bottom, this is a quote. I really like it. It resonates with me. Take it or leave it, whether it does for you. Um, I say, "She did her best, then God did the rest." And it's a reminder that I need to turn up and do my best. And this actually brings us on beautifully to the next and final point, making a decision and taking action. We can't just visualize and sit there and hope it happens. The importance of taking action. So when I say she did her best, God did the rest or the universe did the rest or whatever connects with you, it reminds me of I am in cocreation, right? I am not here to create it all myself. Who am I in this grand scheme of the world in this magnificent, you know, reality that we live in? I'm a co-creator, right? So I'm turning up to do my best. I'm turning up and I'm taking aligned action. I'm clear on my vision, right? So thinking through all these things. I have my C type goal. I know where I'm going. I have a couple of A and B goals too, right along the way, the stepping stones towards it. I'm taking action, though. But I'm working on my inner world. I'm working on my mindset. I'm working on the programming, the conditioning to change it. And taking action, taking consistent action. And sometimes it can feel messy. And sometimes it can feel like you're taking 10 steps back. And sometimes it can feel like, why has this not worked for me? Why has this gone wrong? And it's only later in hindsight you'll be able to look back and go, "Thank you for that." Because that was not a rejection. That was a redirection towards what I needed. Right? I've said that so many times in my own life experience. What I thought was a rejection of a desire, of a goal, of an opportunity was actually a redirection towards something much better, much more aligned, much better for me. So why would I think I know better than the almighty, right? the creator above. So, she did her best. God did the rest. Reminds me I'm in co-creation. I turn up. I take action and then I surrender. I trust that there is another energy at play here. Right? So, when we look at manifesting, it is a process of cocreation. You're not doing it alone. You don't have to do it alone. Now, I surround myself with incredible mentors and coaches, physical people in my life to be supported by. And I'm reminded also that I'm supported by something bigger. So whatever you're working towards, that big C type goal, whatever it is, the the goal that you don't know how you're going to achieve, trust that you don't need to know how because you're not doing it alone, right? You're in cocreation. So you need to turn up and as I mentioned, set your C type goal. Be aware of
Your thoughts, right? You become what you think about. Check in with that programming. What is going on inside your internal programming, your beliefs? Then take decisive action. Move forward. Right? Keep taking action.
Study, understand manifestation, how it works, how the law of attraction works, how the law of vibration works; it will transform how you think about things. When you understand why you're doing things and how it works, right? You're not just hoping and wishing. And finally, take action, right? This is your part in the co-creation. This is your responsibility. And this is the stuff that you have complete control over, right? You have control over what goals you set. You have control over what thoughts you think, what programming you have, whether you decide to study things and whether you decide to immerse yourself or not. And you have control over what actions you're going to decide to make. Right?
And yes, there can be a government and an economic environment. And there can be all of these other things going on around you, but you still have a ginormous amount of control over your reality, your experience, and you can trust that you're in a co-creation process. So these are some of the key principles I wanted to share with you.
But the thing is, a lot of people, even if they understand these principles and they apply them, they still don't fully believe that they can be rich, right? No matter how much money comes into their bank account and no matter how good they might be doing compared to last year or compared to the year before, they still don't really feel rich or feel like they can become even richer. So if you are someone who is like that, is struggling with that, be sure you check out this next video here. It's how to feel your richest even before you are. And when we're talking about rich, we're talking about overflow, abundance, prosperity, all of it. So, I know you're going to love that video. Be sure you go check it out. And I will see you over there.
