We have had this model for a while. Zeus model integrates with all sorts of different CRM, but there's any number of millions of CRM systems that either we don't integrate with, and if we don't integrate with it, nobody does because this is all we do. We get to the most popular systems as fast as we can, but there are other CRM systems that like won't let you integrate, right? They have a closed API or they only have partnerships. You're super limited on what you can do.
We solved that problem. We created a new system called the Athena. Now, the Athena system is geared to work with all of those CRM systems that nobody integrates with. And here's how we do it. It's the exact same system. You still have the inbound voice AI. You still have the new lead funnel. You still get the outbound AI, the chat AI, the email, follow-up funnel, call back request, the appointment confirm, cancellation funnel, the welcome funnel, the annual funnel. You still have all of this stuff.
But instead of integrating directly with the CRM, what we do is we integrate directly with iCloud, Google, Outlook or Calendarly. And probably they're going to integrate at least with one of these four calendar systems. And if they integrate with any of these calendar systems, you can just basically have this system booking appointments on that calendar and have that calendar be the intermediary with your CRM system so that the system is not booking appointments with unbooked time slots. Like it's looking for the right availability.
Not only that, but we can still find the right salesperson in the right location with the right availability for the right job type using our signature method of associating the right customer with the right rep or technician or salesperson. You still get everything that the other model has except you're not getting it directly into the CRM, which nobody can do by the way. This is like the best option you can possibly have if you're not looking to switch CRM. If you're looking to switch CRM, it's a whole other topic, whole other thing.
You still also get this storm automation system, Blue L AI that we have like that still works perfectly. But this Athena model, the answer to I think a lot of the questions that we get when people have these kind of obscure or newer or very very niche project management or field service software systems that just kind of make it really really hard for you to integrate anything into it. your own AI working alongside the tech stack you already have in place.
