Hey everyone, welcome or welcome back to the channel. I'm Josie with Awakened Soul, and we are here for a reading about the person on your mind and your connection to each other.
Today's reading is going to be focused on the last time the two of you saw each other in person, or maybe even over the phone or video call. We're essentially just going to be breaking down your person's thoughts and feelings during that last encounter the two of you had. I'm going to get us started with the tarot and take it from there and free flow the rest of the reading here today. I felt specifically called to get this style out. So maybe you recently had an important encounter with this person or something, and this reading needed to find you ASAP.
So we have the devil, okay, coming out right away. That's pretty strong, and the Ace of Wands. Okay. Oh my goodness. Let's get a few more cards out. We also have the 10 of Wands coming out. I covered up the 10. I just wanted to show you guys. Ooh. So, there was some tension. And I'm not going to elaborate too much, cuz I don't try to go in that direction too much on my channel, but I would definitely say this person was feeling some pretty intense tension and built-up energy between the two of you.
I think if this was a physical encounter, they definitely wanted to linger in your presence. Um, they definitely were thinking maybe some spicy thoughts. And if you were not around each other in person, um, they definitely wanted to see you. They probably wished that they were with you, that the two of you were together. Okay. Um, we also have the four of cups coming out, but that flew away. So, I feel like that's a message about this person feeling kind of like the opposite of the four of cups. They definitely were not bored. They were on fire over you, um, to the point where it was burdening them. So maybe this person felt like they had to hold back that energy. Um, maybe it just wasn't the right place or right time. It could also be that maybe the two of you haven't like formed that type of connection with each other yet. So they felt like they needed to hold back their passions a little bit until further notice. But yeah, it was definitely weighing on them. I think that they really wanted more with you than they felt like they could have in that moment.
Okay. We also have the queen of swords. They were trying to—they were trying to control themselves. They were trying to stay very composed, um, also emotionally. So, I don't think this person wanted to exchange emotions with you too much. Um, maybe they were keeping things a little bit cut and dry, or they just weren't being overly emotional with you. And I think part of that is because of all the built-up tension they were feeling. It's almost like they felt like they had to shut that all out in the moment and be more stoic, be a little bit more unemotional. They definitely didn't want to let you in on the depths of the passionate thoughts and feelings they were having, um, for whatever reason that was. I mean, maybe the two of you, it just wasn't the timing. It wasn't a good time. Um, it could have been, again, like you weren't around each other in person or something, or you didn't have much time to hang out or talk; whatever the circumstances were, they felt very strongly like they needed to keep that hidden. Okay? They needed to compose themselves. They needed to cool that fire a little bit and maybe wait for another time to express that to you.
So, let's see what's coming next from this person. What are their next moves towards you going to be in this connection? Big or small, I'll leave it general. Okay. Okay, yeah, this person's feeling a little bit restricted from being able to advance towards you, cuz right underneath that is the king of—or excuse me, the knight of cups, and then we also have the five of swords. Okay. So, I'll hold those all up again in case you want to resonate with the images a little bit longer. What this is telling me is this person feels like they need to keep their cool. Okay? So, maybe there's some sort of barrier between the two of you, and they don't have a choice or they feel like they don't have much of a choice. This could be somebody who's like a secret admirer of yours or something, um, or maybe you're just getting to know each other and they don't want to move the relationship or the connection along too quickly. Um, I do see that they have very strong romantic feelings towards you as well, and they want to bring that to the table if they haven't already. But there's something inside of them that's wondering whether or not it would sabotage things if they move too quickly with you. And they don't want to do that. This person does not want to rush things. So, I think more than likely their next moves towards you are going to be to kind of keep their cool. They're going to maybe get to know you a little bit better, a little bit better, talk to you a little bit more, um, keep emotions out of it, keep cool, keep calm, stay collected, um, and then we'll see what comes after that. I'll pull a few more cards because I see this person has built-up tension. They have built-up feelings and desires for you. I want to see if they're ever going to like let that out, make a move towards you, or if they just feel like they have to keep this restricted for a while. So, let's see.

Like, both of you are excited. It's almost like there's going to be a release, a release of this buildup, um, where you know, maybe if you've been kind of getting to know each other for a while, you both kind of confess that you want to be more, you want to take things to the next level; there's a foundation shift coming for the connection. It's not going to be something light; like, it's going to change the nature of the dynamic forever. So, okay, hold on a second here. All right, let's get one more out. I think your person's afraid of rejection, too. So, even if you've expressed to each other that you have, you know, interest, but you just haven't gotten that far in the connection yet, they're really afraid of rejection. That's why they're keeping their cool here. They're trying to take their time, slow and steady. But, I do see that they're going to end up giving to you here. Um, so yeah, I do see them doing that. Maybe not in the immediate future or even like the next time you talk, but it's definitely coming in for this connection, cuz this person seems to have like a lot of built-up passion for you and they want you to know that, but when the timing is right, they're not going to rush things.
