Okay, let's be real for a second. Did you launch your business or are you currently creating it for more freedom, or did you end up working more than you have ever done for any boss? That's the million-dollar question, right?

And if you're like, now rolling your eyes and thinking, "Yep, Nadia, that's exactly how I'm feeling. I'm working 24/7," then you're exactly where you have to be, where you need to be, and where you're meant to be. Because I know this situation so good, so well. We start our business and build our dreams because we crave so much freedom, but far too often, we fall into this trap that I call the toxic hustle. It's like the endless to-do list, it's the late nights, it's the constant pressure. And I will say it straight to you again: women are not built to hustle 24/7. It drains our energy, it drains our creativity, and it's not the freedom we crave.

So why does this happen? Not because we're not capable, not because we're not disciplined, but because most of the businesses I see have a lack of systems. Because without systems, every day feels like so chaotic. You spend hours over hours on tasks that could be automated, organized, or simplified. Suddenly, your business is running you instead of the other way around. You understand?

So, I'm going to show you over the next few minutes why smart people don't just create and chase these goals, and how they actually shift their focus and create systems that not only will change their business but also will change their completely entire life. So, let's get directly straight into it.

You know what's just so crazy? Just one year ago, I was sitting here in my living room, staring at my journal filled with so many goals I had written down. So, like get fit, get this sexy healthy body, save more money, start your own business, your own product, all these amazing goals. And guess what? None of them were happening. I mean, how embarrassing is it to have the exact same goals written down from two to three years ago? I remember this feeling. I was so frustrated and thinking, "What's wrong with me, actually?" Why can't I stick to any of these goals? I was doing everything the self-help gurus told me: setting SMART goals, visualizing success, vision boards, the whole nine yards.

And on the very next day, while I was again beating myself up because I had another failed goal, I got coffee with a very old, good friend of mine who's now also running a very, very successful company. And I expected him to tell me about his crazy targets and how he achieved this goal and that. But instead, he looked at me with these crazy eyes and said, "I haven't set a single goal in the past three years." And I was like, "Wait, what? This guy built a six-figure business from scratch without setting any goals?" I really thought he was joking, or he was lying. But then he shared something, and that completely flipped my world upside down.

And here's the thing, to be honest. After implementing what I've learned that day, I've accomplished more in one month than I did in the previous two years combined. And the craziest part about all this is it felt so almost effortless.

So, what's the secret approach that smart people are using instead of traditional goal setting? And it's so simple. They're just creating clear systems for their business.

Now, before your eyes glaze over the word "systems," please let me explain with a simple example. For example, you have the goal to lose 20 pounds. That's great, by the way. But here's the problem: that goal tells you nothing about how you're actually going to get there. It's like saying, "Yeah, I want to drive to Los Angeles" without any idea how to book a flight or how to get a car and get to the gas station.

So, a system, on the other hand, is like a vehicle that gets you to your destination. So instead of focusing on the 20 pounds, you create systems. For example, "I prep healthy meals every Sunday for the whole week ahead," or "I go for a 20-minute walk after every dinner." So, you see the difference? You don't rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the level of your systems.

Systems have three massive advantages over traditional goal setting. First, systems work even on your absolute worst days. This is huge, because goals often rely on motivation, which comes and goes. But systems work even when you're not feeling it, when you don't feel well. Just like how you still shower even when you're tired. Your systems also keep running for you. This is a very important point to understand.

Second, systems are completely stress-free. When you have a system, you don't have to worry about hitting any kind of numbers. All you have to do is follow your own system. It's like being on autopilot. The results take care of themselves. You have to understand this.

And I think one of the third big advantages is systems create habits. Goals are temporary. Once you hit your goal, then what? But systems stick around. They become part of you, of who you are. It becomes as natural as brushing your teeth. So, these are three top advantages for your businesses, but also for your entire life.

So, how do you actually create good systems? Here is my simple, three-step process I always follow when I implement new systems. The first one is: start ridiculously small. Don't try to overhaul your entire life overnight. You want to write a book? Great. Start with writing your first 50 words a day. Want to get in shape? Start with one push-up a day. The systems need to be so easy that it feels almost laughable. This is the first step you have to do if you want to implement a good system. So, start ridiculously small.

The second one: focus on consistency over any intensity. I would rather see you do something small every single day than something huge once in a while. Because remember, systems are about sustainability, not short-term bursts.

And the third process step for me is: track your systems, not your goals. Instead of obsessing with revenue results, track whether you followed your system each day. Did you do your morning routine? Check. Did you connect with a potential client today? Check. So, the results will come and follow naturally. And I think this is so important because we always track our goals, but we never track the system behind it.

So, if you have the focus and shift the focus to the systems, to these tiny, small little wins each day, you will have so much more outcome than focusing on one big goal. Like, "My goal is also to do monthly $1 million" should not be the focus. The focus should be: "How can I get to my first $100 a month? How can I go to my first $1,000 a month? How can I go to my first $10,000 a month?" I think you understand.

So, I don't know who knows me a little bit better from social media, but just a few years ago, I had a 9-to-5 job, a very classic one as a marketing manager in a good company. And I also built my own beauty business beside it. And I started also with my social media career. So, I was literally juggling that 40-hour job, my beauty business with all my clients, and my side hustle in social media. And my goal was so clear: to hit those specific revenue numbers so I could finally go full-time with my online business with social media. And I kept focusing so much on the numbers, and guess what? Yes, I was getting nowhere, really. I was getting nowhere. I was burnt out, I was frustrated, and this huge revenue goal relied on my entire motivation. So if I missed a day of content creation because I was exhausted from a client the last evening, I felt like a failure.

And I think this was the moment when I made the shift. I stopped trying to manage the outcome, the specific numbers, and started building unbreakable daily action systems. So, for example, one of the systems was instead of just chasing the goal of more bookings, I built a simple system for handling my beauty clients and my mentoring clients and all the inquiries and DMs via social media. So I stopped manually typing out prices, availability, or anything else to each person. So I focused on this tiny, reliable system that eliminated my time sinks and automated my complete bookings. Or, every day, I for example, block one hour for content creation in my calendar, also a structure and kind of system in my daily routine.

And believe me, the business started growing faster than ever. Really. Why? Because I didn't have to think about being productive anymore. You understand? I simply followed my own system, and productivity became automatic. So the system provided that stable, scalable foundation that allowed my social media business to become my main focus and frankly, gave me my life back.

You know, I can hear some of you thinking, "But aren't goals important too?" And yes, you're absolutely right. Goals are for setting the direction. But systems are there for making the progress. So you need both. But most people unfortunately spend too much thinking about the destination, the finish line, and not enough time about building their important vehicle.

So here is what I want you to do right now. Think of one goal you've been maybe struggling with. Now, instead of focusing on the end result, what's one tiny system you could put into place to go in that direction? So, start creating these tiny little systems that allow your business to work for you.

If you may be curious about which systems I have implemented in my business, or you want to know the exact systems you need to move out of the chaos and start generating those passive sales, then ladies and gentlemen, I'm very, very happy to welcome you into "Her Upgrade." Because honestly, guys, if you're not into "Her Upgrade," what are you actually doing here? Because there I teach you so much about systems, teaching you, guiding you. And I would love to see you there. So, I would say we will see each other in "Her Upgrade," in my module, "The Power of Systems."
