Trap more gang. The Epstein files have been a very ugly affair for people on both sides of the political spectrum. And despite all of the embarrassing stuff that's come out connecting Trump to the Epstein files, today has been a very bad news for Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton because now, all right, they're saying, okay, Bill Clinton was asked to be deposed in a deposition for the Epstein files. All right.

The House Oversight Committee wanted depositions from the former president and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and he's not coming through. And they're saying they might actually hold him in contempt. Check this out. Okay. Tonight, former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are facing the prospect of being held in contempt of Congress. This after failing to appear for a closed-door deposition as part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation into the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. I think it's very disappointing. Uh, as a result of Bill Clinton not showing up for his lawful subpoena, the Clintons informed the committee they had nothing material to offer the investigation. And in a letter to Chairman James Comr, they argued his subpoenas were legally invalid. Writing, "Every person has to decide when they have seen or had enough and are ready to fight for this country, its principles, and its people, no matter the consequences. For us, now is that time." The former president, they said, "We're going to stand up and fight for the country. Now is that time to stand up and fight by not turning up to the deposition of a child predator."

What has long denied any wrongdoing, but Republicans point out that Clinton has repeatedly appeared in photos and documents connected to Epstein? These sorts of pictures don't happen if you ain't over there having a having a whale of a time. Like, let's be real, okay? Let's be real. You want to talk about I got nothing more to say on the matter. I don't have anything to hide. Looks like like and you not turning up to the deposition really connected to Epstein arguing he has information to provide. No one's accusing Bill Clinton of any any wrongdoing. We just have questions.

Most Democrats we spoke to today either avoided the question or defended the Clintons' decision to skip the deposition. But Democrat Ro K Connor, who wrote the law to force the DOJ to release all the files, had a different take. Do you think the president should have appeared? He should appear. I have always said that this needs to be transparent. Uh, everyone involved uh should be providing an explanation. Uh, and I have conducted this in a way that doesn't single out Republicans or Democrats.

So, just to give you a little bit more backstory, okay, the Republican le to be fair is Republican led. House Oversight Committee. They said they're going to hold former President Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress for failing to appear. All right. They're saying it's a lawful subpoena. They will be holding him in contempt next week. And he says, "We've communicated with President Clinton's legal team for months now. We gave them opportunity after opportunity to come in, give us a day, and they continue to delay, delay, delay to the point where we had no idea whether they're going to show up today or not." And they say it's very disappointing. Okay. They want to hold him in contempt. All right. The Clintons said they never plan to appear. You already heard this. All right. They said they every person has to decide when they've seen enough and are ready to fight for this country. For us, it's now.

Now, I didn't know that's how it worked. Like, if I get accused of a crime, if there's pictures of me at the crime scene, if there's pictures of me being around a criminal, I didn't know when the cops pull me in for questioning, I can just say, "Every person has a right to decide when they've seen enough. Now is that time. I've seen enough." So, no, I won't be answering any of your questions. I'll be leaving now. I don't think that's how it works. All right. And I think everybody should answer questions. Yes, everybody on all sides of this should answer questions. But that means big slick Willie, too. All right.

They're basically saying, look, this is they're saying, look, they addressed the prospect of the committee voting to hold them in contempt. They said, "We expect you will direct your committee to seek to hold us in contempt. You will say that it's not our decision to make, but we've made it. Now you have to make yours." All right? They're saying, "Too late. We already did it. We slid. We're not coming." Despite everything that needs to be done to help our country, you're on the cusp of bringing Congress to a halt to pursue a rarely used process literally designed to result in our imprisonment. This is not the way out of America's ills. We will forcefully defend ourselves.

Now, Trump did say, all right, Hillary Clinton, she she said in that debate, all right, she basically said famously, all right, it's a good thing Trump's not in charge of our legal system. And he famously said, because you would be in jail. All right. So, look, they actually popped out. Okay. They actually popped out. I could read you the whole statement. Should I read you the whole statement? This is the whole statement on on Bill Clinton's ex profile. All right. And he's said a whole lot of a whole lot of nothing in here. Right. He said, "It's not about left or right. It's about right or wrong." All right. No replies. No replies. A come on. Oh, come on, Will. Come on, Bill. He said, "We want to take a moment given everything to address you directly, Chairman Cora. This past year, we've seen our government engage in unprecedented acts, including against our own citizens. People have been seized by mass federal agents from their homes, their workplaces, and the streets of their communities. Students, scientists with visa."

So, this is all I'm feeling like we ain't going to hear nothing about Epstein in here. All right. It says, uh, "The people who laid siege to the US capital have been pardoned and called heroes. Agencies vital to the country's national security have been dismantled. Universities, media companies, and law firms have been subjected to threats to their funding, access, and licensing unless they make concessions and surrendered their right to constitutionally protected free speech. American troops have been deployed on the streets of our towns and cities. The Justice Department's been used as a weapon at the direction of the president to pursue political opponents. And most recently, an ICE agent killed an unarmed mother only days ago." What does this have to do with you in that swimming pool? All right, I'm going to pull up the pick and we're just going to cut back and forth to the pick between this statement. So, all of that talking, right? All of that talking, but what about this? You're not going to mention this.

So, every person has to decide when they've seen or had enough and are ready to fight for their country, its principles, and its people, no matter the consequences. For us, now, is that time? I mean, have we seen enough when we saw these pictures or was it had you seen enough after these pictures came out or had you already seen enough before they came out? He said, "We are lucky by virtue of the positions we held and the protections afforded by them, but we're not blind. Every day we see this country we've dedicated our lives to improving take step after step backwards." All right. Were these pictures a step backwards or forwards? I'm just trying to work it out. Um, he says, "As chairman of this powerful congressional committee, you have immense power to target anyone and subject them to closed door interrogation and more. The decisions you've made and the priorities that you've set as chairman regarding the Epstein investigation have presented progress in discovering the facts." What facts? Like these pictures that we discovered recently? Says the facts speak for themselves. You subpoenaed eight people in addition to us. You dismissed seven of those eight without any of them saying a single word to you. You made no attempt to force them to appear. In fact, since you started your investigation last year, you've interviewed a total of two people. Two. All right. Don't try and make me three. All right. Were any of those two people in pictures as damning as this? I just want to know. I'm just going to keep just going to keep this there. Um, a legal analysis prepared by two law firms provided to you yesterday makes clear your subpoenas are legally invalid. You claim your subpoenas are in violate uh when they are used against us. Yet we're silent when the sitting president took the same position as a former president barely more than 3 years ago. We call on you to release that analysis to the public to allow them to see how this is yet another example of the casual disregard of the law of the land. Okay. All the while you have done nothing with your oversight capacity to force the Department of Justice to follow the law and release all of its Epstein files, including any material regarding us. we've publicly called for over the last year in the House extending healthcare for Americans in any state succeeded only because enough Republicans joined with Democrats. The fact that the public uh and we are seeing any of the Department of Justice's Epstein files is only because of four Republicans out of 220 joined every Democrat to reach the minimum number of members allowed to force a vote. You were not one of those four even now despite the Department of Justice's failure to follow the law that Congress passed. You've chosen not to consider subpoenaing. H it's getting to be word soup at this point. All right. The sitting attorney general to follow the law. Despite everything that needs to be done to help our country, you're on the cusp of bringing Congress to a halt to pursue a rally used progress literally designed to result in our imprisonment. This is not the way out of America's ills, and we will forcefully defend ourselves. Indeed, bringing the Republicans cruel agenda to a standstill while you work harder to pass a contempt charge against us. Uh than you have done on your investigation this past year would be our contribution to fighting the madness. We tried to give you the little information we have or like this information. Um, we've done so because Mr. Epstein's crimes were horrific if the government didn't do it all could to didn't do all it could to investigate and prosecute those crimes for whatever reason. That should be the focus. That's not a bad point. Okay, that's not a bad point. Like, why were you not doing nothing about it at the time when it was all going off? But anyway, to learn why and prevent that from happening ever again, there's no evidence that you're doing so. Instead, you force the victims to relive their painful experiences. what victims like depicted in these photographs. Um, to relive their painful experiences while doing little to give them and everybody else what's deserved, truth and justice. There's no plausible explanation for what you're doing other than politics and politics. You accepted the least from those who know the most. That's a good I'm not I'm not arguing with that one. You accepted the least from those who know the most. I think Bill knows quite a lot. He probably knows quite a lot. And the most from those who know the least. How would you know? Let us know what you know. To say that you can't complete your work without speaking to us is simply bizarre. You've asked what we know. To answer your inquiry, we're providing you with the same or more than seven of the other eight individuals you subpoenaed regarding the handling of the Epstein investigations and prosecutions, which may be why you've not publicly released their written statements. We expect you will say it's not enough. We expect you'll reject it. You may even set out an empty chair or stand in front of the cameras and outright dismiss what we've provided. We expect you will direct your committee to seek to hold us in contempt. You might even release irrelevant decades old photos. Oh no, there they are. Um, that you hope will embarrass us. You will say to your caucus and the speaker and that the president are behind you 100%. We hope perhaps in vain that they will not allow you to single-handedly hijack the Congress by unilaterally making this decision for your colleagues, your party and our country. You will say that it's not our decision to make but we have made it. Now you have to make yours. We're prepared to make uh our case to your 45 committee members and if need be more importantly we will also uh defend ourselves in the public arena and ensure this country knows exactly what you're doing and why you are doing so. instead of helping the American people who need this Congress's work and protection. For most people, maybe even the bulk of the Congress, today will be the first they will learn of this dispute. We're confident that any reasonable person in or out of Congress will see based on everything we release that what you are doing is trying to punish those who you think you see as your enemies and protect those who you think are your friends. Continue to mislead Americans about what's truly at stake and you will learn that Americans are better at finding the truth than you are at burying it. Continue to pursue auto pens. Oh, he's he's he's digging into Trump. Instead of penning laws Americans need, you will learn that you are signing away any remaining chance of being on the right side of history. Continue to abet the dismantling of America, and you will learn that it takes more than a wrecking ball to demolish what Americans have built over 250 years now.

Okay, interestingly enough, okay, interestingly enough, exactly what he said was going to happen actually did end up happening because the House Oversight Committee did post a video of its deposition with former President Bill Clinton, but the witness seat was empty cuz he didn't show up. This is what they posted and they I think they still even asked some questions. Let's see.

"Good morning. This is a deposition of former President William J. Clinton conducted by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. On July 23rd, 2025, the Subcommittee on Federal Law Enforcement unanimously voted to approve a motion directing the committee to authorize and issue a subpoena to former President Clinton for a deposition. I'm going to note for the record that former President Clinton is not present. The time is 10:07. We're going to mark items for the record. We will mark as exhibit one a cover letter from Chairman Comr dated August 5th, 2025 and closing the deposition subpoena and email confirmation from former President Clinton's attorney David Kendall accepting the letter and the subpoena. We will mark as exhibit 8 a letter dated December 15, 2025 from Chairman Comr to Mr. Kendall again urging his clients to appear and referencing that failure to appear will initiate the prospect of contempt proceedings. The letter also encloses the updated deposition subpoena for today's date and email confirmation for Mr. Kendall accepting the letter and subpoena. I will note that the time is now 1010 and former President Clinton has still not appeared. Does the chairman wish to add anything to the record?"

"Yes. It's a shame President Clinton failed to appear in accordance with our duly authorized congressional subpoena. This subpoena, I might add, was voted on by the oversight committee in a bipartisan fashion. The oversight committee will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings against the former president for defying the law."

So, look. All right, there's a lot of questions that are still unanswered about this situation. All right, look. All right, I'm not being biased. Clinton's not the only person that should be in there answering questions. Now, I'm not going to say too much. Don't want to get in no trouble, but yeah, this is definitely bad. All right, and there's definitely bad stuff going on on both sides of this, but we really might see Bill and Hillary in cuffs at some point, right? I know Trump would love to see that. I What was Bill doing? What was Bill doing on bro? Like, what what was this all about? I don't know. All right. I don't know. But look, I would like to see the United States get to the bottom of this situation. It's unfortunate that Epstein never got to face true justice. All right. He is a pack. We are smoking him to the dome. So, you know, that's a small that's a small bit of justice for the streets. But at the same time, you know what I'm saying? As as Yay said it, he said, "I knew some dudes that went to that island. Why the f would you go to that?" Like, why would you go to that island, bro? We're going to need some answers to these questions. What's with these pictures? So anyway, that's the latest update, man. If I hear anything more about Slick Willie and uh his his escapades on island and his arrest, I will let you guys know, man. Could be fresh home for Bill and Hillary at some point soon. Could be free the members. It's probably not going to be free to guys if it's them getting locked up because I want to know what f he was doing on that island, gang. But anyway, if you found that interesting, man, let me know down below. I will see you in the next video. Peace.
