My video last week on TurningPoint USA has been receiving a lot of attention. I will be making a follow-up video, but need more time to review some new information. In the meantime, I wanted to cover the new developments that were revealed just this month in the case of the January 6 pipe bomber. I wanted to cover this story because you never hear about it in the mainstream media. Please share this video with a friend so that more people are aware because this is shocking.
When the protest happened on January 6th, one of the main news stories was of the pipe bomber. Tonight, the FBI has released new video of the suspect who planted pipe bombs outside the Republican and Democratic National Committee buildings before that deadly January 6th assault on the US capital. Well, eight months later, the bomber's identity, it's still a mystery. Here's CBS's Errol Barnett.
Tonight, newly released video footage shows the suspected pipe bomber, seen here in a gray hooded sweatshirt, sitting on a park bench near Democratic Party headquarters on Capitol Hill. They place one explosive device and another several blocks away at the Republican party headquarters. Found on the morning of January 6th, the bombs diverted police resources ahead of the capital attack. The FBI struggling with leads on the bomber's ID 8 months later also released this virtual map tonight showing the suspect's route and noted the individual was wearing glasses and looking at street signs, an indication they may not be from the area. Both bombs were viable. Made of galvanized pipes, a kitchen timer, and homemade black powder.
"No piece is too small. No lead is too small." Former FBI agent Tom O'Connor says the cell phone the suspect is seen using in the newly released footage is its own clue. "I think it actually says that the potential is there that someone else was on the other end of that text or that phone. Now you have two people involved in this and potentially more."
The story that we were all told is that the pipe bombs were placed the night before and both bombs were found within minutes of each other around 1:00 p.m. the same time that the protesters were about to go into the capital. So why are these pipe bombs so important to the sedition task force?
Well, it goes Tanya to this critical window 12:45 to 1:15. And as you know from your reporting, it's right before 1:00 that that first group pushes on to the Capitol campus as they begin to breach the buildings. So the question for investigators has been from the get-go, were these pipe bombs complimentary to the breach of the building? Were they designed to pull first responders away from the capital to make the security weaker so it was easier to breach the building? or were they designed to injure and maim individuals who are evacuating from the capital and likely politicians to the RNC and the DNC? Or option two is that this is entirely separate from these groups that breached the capital. It was done to capitalize on the Trump rally earlier in the day and they decided to pick political targets on both sides of the spectrum because for them it's about creating anarchy and uncertainty rather than a political message.
According to the news coverage, this shows a pre-planned premeditated action intending to draw law enforcement away from the capital, allowing the protesters to take over the capital building. This news story was being used to portray all the protesters as involved in some kind of massive criminal conspiracy. The news told us that the criminal responsible for all of this was Donald J. Trump. Except here's the problem. Do you remember the photos they showed of the pipe bomb? Do you notice anything strange? The bombs use a kitchen timer as a detonator. If any of you have used a timer like this before, you will know that it runs for 60 minutes. If someone was placing an explosive device intending that it would go off on the following day at 1 p.m., why would they use a timer that goes off in 60 minutes? Something about this story does not make sense. Is it possible that the mainstream media was lying to us? In fact, there are a lot of things about January 6 that do not make sense.
One of the stories I covered a lot on this channel is the horrible unfair prosecutions of the January 6th protesters. "Red, the bombs bursting in gave proof through the night that our flag." I have interviewed them. I have researched their cases. I have gone to the vigils outside the jail in Washington DC. Most of these prisoners did nothing wrong. These were innocent people who were thrown into prison for years for simply walking through the capital building. In fact, the Supreme Court overturned hundreds of these cases because they were unfair. This is probably my biggest issue with people on the left. I have never heard anyone on the left admit that maybe they went too far with prosecuting people for January 6. Imagine if you were at the capital, a police officer waves you into the building. You walk through and look at the statues and leave. You would have been rounded up and thrown in prison. These people's entire lives and their families were destroyed. One person like this was Pamela Hemphill. This was a grandmother who was fighting cancer who was sentenced to prison for walking through the cap. This was Pamela as she was about to walk into prison.
"Federal prison for women. I'm here with Pam Hempill." "Mom, how do you feel you're here?" "Scared to death. I'm I'm frightened. But I know God's with me. I just got to take it five minutes at a time, one day at a time." "Mom, what do you have to say to the American people is your last words before you go in?" "Just keep your faith that no matter what's going on in your life, God's with us. No matter what's happening to us, it's going to be okay in our lives. Just lean on God and trust. Do what's right and and help make this country better again and support all those that are uh right now locked up in the January 6 people that are not getting any trials. God bless you all." "Love you." "God bless."
In my opinion, we should not be throwing the grandmother with cancer in prison. Does anyone really think that the grandmother with cancer was actually trying to overthrow the US government? Can we please take a step back and ask ourselves, what are we doing here? Why won't a single person on the left admit that this was wrong? In my conversations with January 6 prisoners, what really stands out is the viciousness that the FBI used to track these people down. These people were hunted. Their homes were raided. Law enforcement got into their phones. That is what makes the pipe bombers so strange because almost 5 years later, no one has still been arrested for setting those bombs. The FBI tracked down the grandmother with cancer, but somehow never got around to arresting the pipe bomber.
Here is the former FBI director, Christopher Ray, when he was asked about the pipe bomber by Congress. "Chairman Jordan and I sent you a letter a month ago. Some of the information that we found in that interview was that phone data that could have helped to identify the pipe bomber was corrupted. It was unusable. He also wasn't sure who found or how the second bomb was found at the DNC. Do you know how the second bomb was found at the DNC and and when do you plan on answering our letter?" "Well, as to the letter, I I will uh work with the department to make sure we can figure out what information we can provide. As you know, this is a very active ongoing investigation and there are some restrictions on that, but we will." "We can handle classified information and we fund your department and so you need to provide that." "It's not respectfully, it's not an issue of classification. It's an issue of commenting on ongoing criminal investigations, which is something that by long-standing department policy, we are restricted in doing. And in fact, the last administration actually strengthened those policies partly because." "That's not our policy, though, and we fund you. So, let's move on. Do you know how the second pipe bomb do you can you tell us how the second pipe bomb was found at the DNC?" "Again, I'm not going to get into that here." "If that person found the pipe bomb, would they be a suspect?" "Well, again, I don't want to speculate about specific individuals. I will tell you that we have done thousands of interviews uh reviewed something like 40,000 video files of which this is uh one assess 500 something tips." "Have you interviewed that devices? We we have conducted all logical investigative steps and interviewed all logical individuals at this point." "Then you need it's 900 days. You need to tell us what you found because we're finding stuff you haven't released into the public."
He says that the cell phone data has been corrupted. He says they have conducted all possible interviews and have come up with nothing. They have no idea who the pipe bomber is. That seems unbelievable to me.
One person who has continuously followed this case for the last five years is Steve Baker. Steve Baker is a real journalist. Do you remember the old movies about newspaper reporters who were dedicated to getting out the truth? That is Steve Baker. He is a true journalist who will stop at nothing to report the news. And he's been working all these years on trying to figure out what really happened on January 6. He has been specifically focused on the pipe bomb. Why is it that what the FBI has been telling us does not make any sense? Why would this bomber use a 1-hour timer for a bomb that was set the night before? And why would both bombs be found conveniently within minutes of each other at precisely the moment when the protesters were approaching the capital?
The Biden administration was furious that this stubborn reporter kept questioning the events of January 6. Last year on March 1st, 2024, Steve Baker was arrested and taken into custody. He was charged as a January 6 protester. Specifically, he was charged with four misdemeanor counts, including trespassing and disorderly conduct. With these charges, if he received the maximum penalty, he could spend years in prison. This is outrageous because while Steve Baker was on site that day, he was doing his job as a journalist. It looks like the Biden administration was arresting Steve Baker to try and shut him up. Again, I have to ask, why is no one on the left thinking that this went too far? We are arresting journalists for simply being on location doing their job. But not just any journalist. Not MSNBC, not CNN. They weren't arrested. Just the journalists who are criticizing the Biden administration. They did not want anyone looking into the pipe bomber.
Steve Baker's prosecution ended when Donald Trump took office. He pardoned all January 6 prisoners, including Steve Baker. "The pardons, commutations from President Trump, they they they don't just affect my life. They affect those of hundreds hundreds hundreds of people who have been far more egregiously affected. So many others lost everything. They lost their homes. They lost their families. They lost their wives, their husbands. They lost their jobs. had lots of careers and because of the overweaponization, the over prosecution, the over um sentencing of people who did not do anything other than just walk through an open door at the Capitol on January 6th. That's all they did. They saw a line of two or 300 people walking in and they looked at each other and they said, 'Honey, look, everybody's going in. You want to go in? We've never seen the Capitol before. We've never seen the Great Rotunda before.' They walked in for 10 minutes. They took a photo, a couple of selfies of each other. And their lives were destroyed because of this. I went in as a journalist. That's all I did. I didn't do anything untoward. I didn't assault police officers. I didn't uh damage any property. Thank you, President Trump, for ending this nightmare for so many people."
I just want to emphasize one thing. Steve Baker was willing to go to prison to report on the truth about this story. Well, just this month, Steve Baker finally got a breakthrough in the case. He claims to have identified the pipe bomber.
"Let me let me let me just tell you this. When when I stumbled on what I stumbled on and because I as I said, I've been pulling these threads for years and I pulled one last Wednesday, a week, two weeks ago today rather. And when I pulled this thread, I was so shocked by what I saw, I immediately took it to a source in one of the most important, highest level investigative federal agencies in the country. I immediately took it to our sources there and I said, 'You have to see this.' After they looked at it for about two hours, the response that I got back was, 'Holy f'. And then the follow-up response was, 'She's one of us.' And when you find out the position, um, I mean, this is going to lead, it's not just this one person. This now will implicate so many people at the highest levels that had to have known because of of what happened after January 6th. I mean, it's it's this I mean, how big does this net get?"
I will link his full article down below because it gets very detailed. But what he found was that the person in the video had an unusual limp. And he was able to use computer software to match that limp to another video of the person. That person is Shaunie Ray Kirkoff, 31 years old, who is working for the Capitol Police. She now works in security at the CIA. Now, before I go any further, let me be clear. Shaunie Ray Kirkoff has not been arrested or charged. These are still allegations. So, let us try to give this person the benefit of the doubt. Someone identified as her attorney has released a statement that she categorically denies that she planted the pipe bombs.
So, what is Steve Baker alleging? He took video footage of the pipe bomber and another video footage of Shaunie Ray Kirkoff and did a computer gait analysis. This compares factors like knee bend, hip extension, speed, step length, cadence, and variance. The computer rated it as a 94% match that they were the same person. Adding in other factors like visual observation places the match closer to a 98% match. There is a very high probability that it is the same person. One thing that is unique is that Shaunie Ray Kirkoff was a star soccer player. She played goalie on a women's soccer team in the Atlantic 10 conference. In 2015, in her senior year, she suffered an injury that required 5 hours of surgery for a broken tibia. This ended her soccer career and left her with a distinctive slight limp in her right leg. This is the same exact limp that we see in the video of the pipe bomber.
So, if this is true, that means that the pipe bomber was someone working for the Capitol Police. Now, we don't know all the details, but that suggests to me that this was part of some sort of covert government operation to frame the protesters. It seems like January 6 was all a setup by the feds. But it gets worse. Do you remember Christopher Ray's testimony? He said that they had conducted all possible interviews. But here's what really happened. Just days after January 6th, FBI special agent Kyle Sarapin was doing surveillance next door to Shauny Ray Kirkoff's home. He says, "We were deliberately pulled away for no logical or logically investigative reason, and everything about that tells me that they were involved in a coverup and have been since day one." How is that statement consistent with Christopher Ray's testimony that they conducted all possible interviews? Did Christopher Ray commit perjury? If the Capitol Police were involved and the FBI was involved, how many high-level people in the government were involved in setting those pipe bombs?
Now, I'm guessing that the pipe bombs were never actually really set to explode, but it was more likely that January 6 was a coordinated false flag event by the deep state in an attempt to take down Donald Trump. It is illegal for the CIA to conduct covert operations on Americans on American soil. It is illegal for the CIA to try and influence an election. It is illegal for the CIA and FBI to coordinate to squash an investigation. It is illegal for the CIA to plant pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC headquarters. It sounds like there's a lot more to come out in the story.
Last Sunday, Caspel announced this on Fox News. "And as it relates to major investigations of public importance like the pipe bomber, again, I say stay tuned. We reviewed every single investigation of public consequence, reopened them, re-evaluated them because we feel it cannot go untouched. We are not going to let these things lay by and allow the fake news media to run rough shot over us. Our indictments speak powerfully in court. If you don't believe us, just look at the response that the Eastern District of Virginia under Lindsay Halligan did to James Comey and look at the notes and publication of evidence. That's the type of material we have. But we have to safeguard our prosecutions because the ultimate accountability is with a verdict in a jury room."
So Caspel is working on it. My thought is what's taking so long? Steve Baker's article came out on November 8th. So it has been 2 weeks. Cash Patel has not arrested a single person in 2 weeks. All those January 6 protesters that were rounded up, the FBI didn't wait on them. What is taking so long? The American people deserve answers and Cash Patel needs to start taking some action.
I do want to add that the FBI is offering a $500,000 reward for any information that helps them to arrest the pipe bomber. If you know anything about this case, you should give them a call. This story reminds me of how important independent journalists are. The pipe bomber case had remained unsolved for 5 years until Steve Baker uncovered his information. When we have so much corruption in government, sometimes the only way to push these cases forward is for independent journalists online to do their own investigations. There are courageous people out there who are chasing down the facts no matter where they lead. These warriors of truth are giving power back to the people and ensuring that we receive at least some semblance of justice in these cases.
Now, I want to hear from you. Do you think that Cash Patel should start arresting people in the pipe bomber case? Let me know in the comments down below.
