[Music] hello everyone this just a dad today I'm going to do a comparison between all three of these ring battery doorbells so on the left this is the video doorbell this has a built-in battery in the middle we've got the battery doorbell plus this is the head to toe video camera inside and on the right this is the B battery doorbell Pro it also has the same camera the head totoe camera but it also has bird's eye feature the pro one will also connect to the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz Wi-Fi where these two are only 2.4 GHz so let's talk about the one with the built-in battery you're going to Simply remove so you're going to mount this bracket to your wall with these four screws and then the ring is going to mount to it like this you're going to put two of the security screws down here then you will need this tool to take those security screws off that way you can go charge it you have to take the entire doorbell so you're going to take the entire doorbell inside and charge it with that's cable micro USB they all take the same cable but you're going to plug it in right here plug it into a usba a charger and your light on the front is going to let you know when it's fully charged when that blue light is all the way across okay so when you got it fully charged you simply just take it back outside to your wall bracket push it on and put your two security screws in
now these two have one One Security screw in the bottom and they take the exact same battery they both can connect to your existing doorbell this one can also connect to your existing doorbell but I don't have an existing doorbell so I use the battery now anytime the the battery needs charge I do have to take this one screw out on both of them once you have that screw out you just got to pop the cover off just lift up and kind of out and then the battery is right here you're going to push this button and the battery comes out it's both of them take the exact same battery push on it and it takes the same cable as that one right there but you plug it right into the battery and then you're going to plug this into the outlet and then you have two lights to let you know when it's fully charged one's yellow one's green when the yellow one goes out and the green one's on only that means it's fully charged so what's nice about these is you if you had a spare battery you could throw it in and then you would never miss a minute whereas this one I have to take the whole doorbell and charge it you know it could be in there for a couple hours or 4 five hours I could miss something so I like being I like having the feature to replace the doorbell battery and again the doorbell is going to stay mounted outside it's going to mount with these four screws right here both of them take both of them Mount exactly the same and you're simply just going to the doorbell will be there and you just simply slide it in until it clicks give it a little tug make sure it's fully inst installed take the cover put it on and put your security screw in
okay let's do a little test I'm going I got them outside and we'll see all the different angles that the cameras can see okay so this is the video doorbell the one you have to take off and charge so there's its range okay so this one is the head to toe it definitely is taller and then I can go even I can expand it and I can go like this so yeah it definitely is bigger and finally this one's the pro it did seem to be it is a little bit clearer again you get you got that really tall profile head to toe and we can go wide view yeah that's definitely a clear picture of the entire it was super wide also so again back to the original one this is a tall as it gets it's not very tall because I can see the top of those trees on the other two wide it's about the same wide but I'll go right back to the other one here are both of them the um doorbell plus and the doorbell Pro see how I can see really really tall trees lots more more concrete even left to right so this is definitely a bigger camera and then left to right about the same but it's just clear it's more clear everywhere yeah you can see this is the one the um builtin rechargeable battery its camera is not very tall but it does I mean it does an okay job you can see the these two are a little bit bigger these two are exactly the same size so they're a little bit bigger you know just screws are going to be more farther apart on this one these are a little bit closer together
now one thing the doorbell plus and the pro also come with this adapter bracket you can angle it so if you can you can mount this to your house and then you can put those screws that you would mount it to the house you can put it right there to kind of angle it a little bit towards your house a little bit more maybe towards the the driveway it'll angle it about an inch and again this bracket comes with the plus and the pr I'm sorry got that backwards now the bird's eye view it really is nice when you've got other ring cameras that are pointing off like different directions of your house and then with that Bird's eyee view you can just look at one picture and see the like the bird's eyee view of all the cameras and where the motion's coming from that's only on the pro It also says it has 3d motion detection with Bird's eyee View and Bird's eyee Zone has better audio again dual band I really do like my ring doorbell I hope this comparison video helps thanks everybody for watching
