Hi, this is Alberta Wigley, Apostle Alberta Wigley, and uh, thanks for tuning in and listening. Um, I have with me a wonderful man of God, Michael John Kryak.
Thank you, Alberta, for having me. Bless you. We've been ministry partners for many years. And he, he was in the military. What uh, rank were you when you left?
I was a major in the United States Marine Corps. Yes. And uh, after that, I taught kindergarten.
Okay. So it was a real big transition from being an officer in the military to kindergarten.
Yes. But uh, after I was in kindergarten for about uh, one day, I wanted to go back in the Marines, but they wouldn't let me.
What was the funniest thing any of the students ever said to you?
Oh my gosh, there were so many. Where do you want me to start? They used to love my songs.
Oh. Uh, I with the guitar and sing songs to them and uh, and uh, it, it, it came out well. We would sing songs about we like school.
Yeah. Because they didn't like school.
Uhhuh. Okay. So, I had to, I had to motivate them a little bit. You know what I'm saying?
Yeah. So, so the guitar always helped. If I didn't have the guitar, it wouldn't have worked.
Michael's got a lot of wonderful songs out.
Thank you. And uh, you can get his CD, you know.
Yeah. It's all on michaelkryak.com.
I know. And Michael Kryak.
Yeah. Yeah. Yes.
So, um, okay. Go ahead. This is all about you, not about me. Let's go.
We're going to talk about um, I've been ministering to a lot of men whose wives have left and a lot of wives,
okay,
whose husbands have left.
All right. And broken their heart. That's that's, and uh, anyway, we would love to see them healed and delivered and them back together again.
And it all matters about forgiveness. You got to forgive. If you don't forgive, then, uh, Jesus said, you must forgive your enemies, all your enemies. That means an ex-husband. That means the husband you're with or your boyfriend or the wife you're with or your girlfriend or whatever. You got to forgive.
So, I'm going to tell you a little story about what happened to me and uh, me and my husband owned a home in Vegas and uh, he used to be a military man, travel to Africa and everywhere, but then he took a job in a casino, one of the bosses.
Mhm. And he always dressed, we, you know, I, I was 100% different than he was. And he always dressed, you know, better than I did, everything. But he was a good man. But um, he came home one night and he said, "Uh, hey." He said, "I've got all these people witnessing to me at the casino and they've been inviting me to church." He said, "Will you go for me?"
M. And I said, "Sure." So, I got dressed up and went to the church. Of course, I look more like Vegas and they look more like holy women than men. So, I walked in the church, I go, not knowing what to expect, you know, and they had this old blind preacher and he said, in the middle of the service, he said, "Hey, there's a woman over there. Lead me over to her."
And they led him over to me and he led me to the Lord.
Wow. Oh, that's great. And then later on, he went out and baptized me in water in the right.
So, this happened in Las Vegas.
Vegas. My husband and I had a beautiful home there. And uh, so, uh, when he came home, you know, I, I, he said, "What happened to you today?" He could see a difference already. I said, "I got saved."
Mhm. What? I got saved.
Wow. That's amazing.
It was like he was in shock, you know.
So, so God can use any place to save us, no matter where we are, any circumstance.
Oh, yeah. I mean, but God also sets up uh, things.
He does. And those, these people that kept bugging him at work, I was glad because I ended up in church. But anyway, uh, he, uh, he didn't like, like too much the new girl he got.
Oh, okay. So, uh, I wasn't the same Alberta.
Not at all. Yeah. So, I talked him into. I said, "Look, would you move down to Missouri with me? That's where I came from." And he said, "Well, I don't like that." And I said, "Well, let's rent the house out. I, I want to get in the country. I want you to meet all my relatives down there." Cuz he was a fancy type. Not like me, you know, diamond ring and everything else. So I, you go down to Missouri, you won't get away.
Yeah, I know. They'll catch you.
I've been there a few times. Believe me, they'll catch you.
So anyway, so he went out the house and then he, he said, "Okay, we'll go." Okay. So we got down there first. We got a farm. I couldn't stand it. And uh, then we got a house in the little town that I was raised in. And you know, sometimes we think, "Oh, we like the farm and all that." Well, it's all I did was stay on the farm and he went out shooting every day. Okay. His old military passed and he shot every animal we can think of. And uh, so it wasn't what I dreamed of, Michael.
Okay. So there was some hurt maybe um, in this friendship or?
Yes. No. Friendship or?
No, he was my husband at that time.
I know. But later, after he did, he leave you or anything?
Oh, yeah. Missouri, let me tell you. We went down there and all my cousins. I'm related to so many, everybody in the whole town. And I rented a little restaurant there. Anyway, so you men never hide your money into the mattress.
Guaranteed they will find it. Anyway, so I was cleaning house and I looked under the mattress and I had been praying for some finances for the restaurant. And I looked under that mattress and you know what I found? Tons of money.
Big lot of money. So he got home from work and I said, "Hey, God answered my prayers. I got blessed today." He said, "What?" I said, "I found a bunch of money under the mattress." He said, "That money was for me to leave you on, you and the daughter on. He said, "That was my money to leave you on." I said, "Really?
Where are you going?"
He packed that day and he left. Now, I don't have much time to tell you the story, but here's the thing that happened.
I'm sitting in my restaurant the next day, and I was mad. I'll tell you. I said, "Here, you know, years down the drain of marriage." So, I wonder what's going on with him now. He was tall, handsome, very handsome. And I should have known the Missouri girls would not have, they'd come after him like a. Anyway, so he left us and uh, I was at my restaurant the next day and my cousin came over. You ever seen a cousin that wants to tell you things?
Yes. She said, "Alberta, I didn't want to tell you, but I, your husband was having an affair with the woman in the hospital bed next to me, and they were planning to leave you." I said, "Oh, thank you, cousin. Now you tell me."
Now you tell me. Yeah. Amen.
Anyway, it's too long to tell you what I did after that. So, I didn't hurt anybody. Of course not. But anyway, um, when you get hurt and you, when you get wounded, but I say to you, love your enemies.
Pray for those who hurt you.
Yeah. I was so, I was between hurt and mad.
Mhm. It could be. And here, so uh, the pastor called me. He says, "Alberta," or my little aunt came. She says, "You can come and go to revival with me out in the country." I said, "Okay." This little red-haired preacher was up there and he called me out and said, "Thus sayeth the Lord, you're called to do this and this and the other thing."
And my pastor looked at me and he said, "But your husband's not going to be there."
Oh. That was before he, he left.
And it's so important to have a, a partner if you're ministering. And if it's your, if isn't it? I mean, don't you think?
It depends on the partner.
Oh, I guess so. All that. Yeah. I minister with a lot of men and I love, you know, I'm a different kind of woman. I never was a woman liber. I, I treasure the men in my life.
And, and you better treasure the man in your life. And you better treasure your wife, too,
or a girlfriend, whichever. And make a long story short, I was called in the ministry in Missouri, saved in Vegas, and he left. And then I had to leave. I was in danger there and in the town I was in. And my little aunt Rosie came. Everybody came and said, "Alberta, you have to leave this town." And I said, "Okay."
Cuz, you know, because of what he had done with?
Okay. So her husband knew about it, too. So?
Oh, yeah. I, that's, that's so sad when someone is not faithful to you, you know.
It, it almost hurts your, it violates your whole life and your soul because you were, you were, you were close to this person, you know.
Yeah. And uh, uh, and it's so, it's nice that you're tying this in with forgiveness,
you know, because uh, uh, you know, you have to forgive.
You know what I'm saying? And uh, uh, I, I'm proud of you that you were able to to forgive him even, even though you were hurt.
It took a while. Yeah. But, but uh, forgiveness brings us blessings.
Yeah. You know.
Yeah. Uh, so uh,
can I, can I talk a little bit about forgiveness real quick?
Yeah. Please.
You know, we have to forgive others. But, but I want to tell you something I went through as, as an artist. Uh, self-forgiveness. Oh yeah, forgive yourself.
So listen, uh, I was, I struggled for years with the mistakes I made, you know, in life, the wrong roads.
Yeah. Uh, you know, doing things I shouldn't have done and being just having no wisdom and folly in my life. And for, for many years, it, it, I, I, it was, it was a trauma thinking about these things. But let me tell you, God doesn't want you to think about the past because the cross, the cross, look at the cross. The cross is not only forgiveness, but it's the heart of God.
Yes. It's the heart of God. So, so when you look at that cross and the heart of God,
he doesn't even remember what we did.
Yes. Now, the only way, the only way that you get this
in your soul and in your being is through the word. So, let me tell you what. I was praying and I said, "Lord, show me how I forgive myself."
Let me give you a scripture.
Yeah. There you go. Okay. Blessed. Now, you've got to get this. Blessed is the, blessed is he
whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Oh, yeah. That sin is covered. So if you think about the sin, then you've negated or you, you've really, you really kind of
haven't given the glory to God for the cross, which I said was what?
It's the heart of God. Now listen to this.
Blessed is the man or woman
unto the whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity and in whose spirit there is no guile.
So we're blessed. We are blessed. Why should we hold it against ourselves for things we've done? Yeah. When we get to heaven, there's going to be no memory.
Okay, let me give you a scripture on that.
Give me another scripture.
First John 1:9.
First John 1:9. It's clear. Jesus said, "If you will repent
and ask him to forgive you,
he will forgive you and cleanse you of all unrighteousness." Not just nothing, you know.
And, and you know, I hope that he was forgiven. He left a heartbroken little girl, but you know, and uh, he, um, sometimes we do things and that's why we need the forgiveness of Jesus Christ. So, you make a, make a note of First John 1:9 because God wasn't kidding.
Let me read it. Uh, First Epistle of John. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us.
Oh, not just. So if he cleanses us, why should we hold it against ourselves?
That's right. You know,
tell you what I did after he left. I had been a nightclub entertainer and booking agent to the country stars and I got saved and everything. Quit all that.
So, I hated him and I hated her. He left with her and
Okay. And uh, so anyway, if you don't deal with that, I didn't deal with that. I, I just said, "Oh, I'm done with him. I'm done with him." Oh, no. I hate her, too. So, I want to tell you what it'll do if you get that way. You'll backslide.
Jesus. When I got back to Washington, I used to be a nightclub entertainer. And but after I got saved, I quit all that.
Wow. The pastor told me before I left Missouri, he said, "Alberta, the devil desires to sift you like."
But we're going to pray for you. I've been a big help to you in the church.
He will do it. He will do it to those who have an anointing like you have an anointing on your life. I've seen you, Alberta, touch so many people.
Okay? And you're a great encourager.
I hope so. You know, so are you. And these, oh, the people we're with here. Oh, they are wonderful. Dr. Ken and Bishop.
But anyway, so let me tell you what I did. So I thought, well, I'll just go back in the clubs and sing and make some money because I have to work, right?
What a bad excuse. I thought I can go in there and witness to a lot of people.
Well, that was, that didn't work because I started drinking with them.
I started drinking with them. See, I hadn't forgiven him or her. Forgiveness will lead you into,
it will,
backsliding.
Oo, that's good. And I backslid.
Mhm. Big time. I mean, I start getting drunk and uh, I, I was not me anymore. And you know, had I let go of him and her, then I would have been fine. And uh, yeah.
Yeah. How did you do it? Well, I'll tell you what happened. I didn't do it. God did it. I was getting drunk going in the clubs and God delivered for me that in Vegas and I was booking a country star. So, uh, I see God when I got saved, he delivered me from a lot of things way before he just delivered me. But anyway, so I thought, well, I'll just go uh, you know, I'll just go back to my life and all of that. I still witness, that wasn't true. I kept getting drunk. And so one night I booked a country star in, unnamed. And he said, "Alberta," he said, "I'm coming home with you tonight." I said, "You are?" He said, "Yes." Well, guess where he ended up? In my bed. Now, I'm being blunt with you. Listen to, let me tell you something. Backsliding is serious business.
We did nothing because he had been playing the guitar all night and he passed out. I've been drinking so I passed out. He got up in the morning and took off to fly out. We were still friends. But let me tell you what backslide. When you get it in for somebody, you, I'm going to tell you something. But here's the big deal.
Well, well, you were saved that night. You were the grace of God kept you from making any big mistakes.
Yeah. I think it was God's grace that kept. I think the angels knocked him out. Me, too. But anyway, God said, "Oh, no, Alberta, you went far enough in your sin. You're not going to get by with it." Now, I'm going to tell you what happened. So, the next night, I'm in my bed, and all of a sudden, I became paralyzed.
Oh. I could not move.
Wow. And I hear these things coming toward my bed. And my little aunt Rosie before she left Missouri, she said, "Honey, I'm going to pray for you cuz you, all your family, most of them are in the night plumbing business."
Okay? And uh, so what happened was this. I laid there and all of a sudden I could feel these things grabbing my neck.
Yeah. I was wide awake. The enemy will do that. Two demons came in there and and I felt tortured all over my body. And I'm laying there and I'm trying to pray to the Lord, although I couldn't talk. I look up at the end of my bed and this is God's truth. I see my aunt Rosie kneeling on my bed and praying, "God, don't let him take her. Please don't let him take her."
I jumped. They finally gave up and went away. I jumped out of that bed and I'll tell you what, I repented big time. And then after that, let me tell you what happens after you backslide and repent. God opened bigger and better doors for me. Then I quit. He delivered me from alcohol.
Great. I've never wanted another drink. I didn't do it myself. He did it. And you see, when you tempt God like I was, okay, Alberta, you went too far. You jumped in bed. So, you went too far. That's how I know.
So, anyway, after that, after I repented like 1 John 1:9 says and what you said, then God started opening big doors and in min, big ministry there. And, and he, he got me back on track and I never saw that ex-husband again, but I did forgive him.
Great. And I'm going to tell you something right now. And I, I, Michael will, he will, you're going to say something in a minute about backsliding or or forgiving.
Yes. But I'll tell you what, don't do it. Don't backslide because you hate your husband and his girlfriend.
That was my problem. That's why I backslid. So, Michael, have you ever had anything like that happen to you?
Sort of. I mean, uh, uh, I was in a monastery for many years. And uh, when I got out of the, the, the monastery, a Catholic monastery, uh, you know, I did get out into the world and, and uh, when I was in the world, there was always something missing in my life, you know, cuz I missed that peace.
Yeah. That I had. Uh, it was with the Franciscan fathers in uh, in Pennsylvania, actually. Yeah.
And uh, so we, I think every Christian has an experience with backsliding,
but God allows it to to make us stronger, you know.
Uh, it's only his amazing grace that gets us through.
That's right. His grace.
His grace.
Not our grace.
Yeah. So, so you know, to, to wrap it up, if, if you've backslid in self-forgiveness,
Mhm. You must forgive yourself because if you don't forgive yourself, you, you, you can't walk with God.
Yeah. Right. Because you're, you're carrying a burden that he's already, he's already taken from you on the cross.
Okay. Give, give all your burdens to him. Walk in his amazing grace. And don't look back at the things you've done because the Bible says not a one of us, not a one of us does good. But his goodness is the only goodness we have. Not of ourselves. Not of ourselves.
We can't. We can't do it ourselves.
We don't do good, but we have his goodness in him, in us. Excuse me.
Yeah. We need, yeah. We need him every second. But um, I have a scripture here in Psalms. "Be pleased, oh Lord, to deliver me, oh Lord, make haste to help me." There's somebody out there watching now
and you've went through a lot and you're crying out for God's help. And if that, if your husband left you or your wife left you, God will help you in that time that they after they leave you. But you have to turn to Jesus Christ.
Yes. You can't just do like I did. Well, I think I'll just go out and, you know, that happened years ago. But I still remember those demons. And you know what? That's why I'm single now. And that's why I won't go back to that old life.
No. I won't do it. But I will not judge anybody else that that does it.
But Michael, don't you think
that we need to lead them in prayer right now?
Yes, I think so. And uh, and uh, and lead them also if, if, uh, Amazing Grace, you know, I, I, I recorded a song called Amazing Grace.
Play it.
Uh, it's going to play right, right now. Good. Uh, let's listen to Amazing Grace and right after that, I'll pray. Uh, this is an acoustic version.
Okay. And uh, it's the first and second verse. Uh, it was uh, produced by Eric Uglam in Nashville, Tennessee. And his uh, his wonderful son, Christian Ward, played uh, uh, played violin on it. So, let's listen to the song and then we're going to pray for you guys. Remember, no matter what we've done, it's only his amazing grace.
And he will forgive you. That, that, that brings us back into a right standing with him. In Jesus name. Let's listen to the song.
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch. A wretch like me. And I once was lost, but now, Lord, I'm found. I was blind, but now I see. Was grace that taught my heart to fear. Embrace my fears relief. And how precious did that grace appear the hour that I first believed. So amazing grace and how sweet sound that saved a lonely wretch like me. And I once was lost but now Lord I'm found. I was blind but now I see. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. So amazing. Grace, how sweet is the sound that saved a lonely wretch like me. And I once was lost, but now, Lord, I'm found. I was blind, but now I see. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Oh, praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Oh, praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. I was blind, but now I see.
So, Alberta, do you, do you want me to pray or do you want to pray?
We'll both pray. We'll both pray. You prayed first.
I'll pray first. Father God, bless everyone that has heard this show. Uh, for those struggling with uh, with infidelity, those struggling with uh, people who have hurt them, have walked away, whether it be your children, whether it be a husband, whether it be a brother or sister.
Yes. Forgive them because remember Jesus was abandoned by all. He was abandoned by all. So, so, uh, Father God, give us all the strength to forgive those who have injured us, and give us the strength to be able to to carry on and forgive ourselves for all the things we've done that haven't been pleasing to you. And to know in the end, it's the cross of Jesus Christ is the heart of God that brings us in love with you. It's the heart of Jesus Christ and the cross that brings us in love with you. So that's my prayer. Go ahead, Alberta.
Yeah. I pray for every husband and wife out there. And if you know there is forgiveness if he or she made a mistake and went out and cheated with somebody, uh, you can still forgive them. I've seen some marriages that go on pretty good after they forgive each other. So, uh, sometimes falling, I'm not making excuses, but they fall in traps, you know, and, and it overtakes them. And anyway, we forgive ourselves, but we also forgive him or her. Don't do like I did. I, I'm not going to judge anybody, but if your husband has left you, and I've been ministering to a lot of people whose husbands and wives had have walked out, just simply walked out on him and found somebody else. You have to forgive,
right? And so, read Romans 20.
8:20.
Romans 8:20. Read that. And what does that say? It says you're praying for them to forgive them. So you bless them with your words, and it's like pouring heaping hot coals over their head.
Okay. Remember that that uh, when you do this, you heap coals upon them on their head and you can, you can make or break that husband or wife or partner. You know, maybe you got a girlfriend or boyfriend if you don't forgive them because they're going to really uh, suffer. See, whoseover sin you remit, they're remitted. Whoseover you retain, guess what? They are retained. And that's all in red. Let me say that again. Jesus said, "Whoseever sins you remit, they're remitted. Whoseever sins you retain, they are retained." So forgive that husband or man, forgive your wife, forgive your kids. I ministered uh, in Washington to a church where we all just forgave everybody. We forgave family, we forgave ex-husbands, ex-wives. And if you got an ex-husband, forgive him. Ex-wife, forgive him. That's the whole thing because Jesus was always forgiven. He forgiven. He forgive him. He was always forgiving. Even on the cross.
Yeah. He said, "Forgive them, Father. They don't know what they were, they're doing."
Peter, he forgave Peter who betrayed him. And so Jesus, he, he did what he said. He preached what he said. So you got to remember that that get that out of your mind. Read First John 1:9 like we said earlier that if you repent, he'll forgive you for your sins, cleanse you of all unrighteousness. Get in to the word of God. And look up, find as many scriptures you can about forgiveness because that's the key that will unlock every door.
Yes. Jesus even said on the cross, "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do."
Yeah. So, if you're out there, and I believe there's some watching who have gone through maybe close to what I did, and uh, Michael gave some very good uh, word there, too. So, you need to listen.
We're not here to judge anyone, right, Michael?
No, we can't judge anyone. We can't judge. The more we're aware of our own shortcomings,
the more we have compassion on those
Yeah. That have shortcomings and we, we never look at their shortcomings. God wants to look us to look at them as his children and and his creation.
Amen. Like the gentleman we met today that was homeless in a car.
And we prayed for him. He was homeless in a car and Alberta and I came out of the the store and we prayed for him. And uh, you, we, I didn't look down on him at all. You know, just, just help him.
Forgive someone just right now. Just say, I'll lead you in that prayer. Just say, "Heavenly Father, I come to you in Jesus name. By faith in your name, Lord, I forgive." Now, put the name in there right now or maybe names. I forgive.
By doing that, you remit their sin off of them.
That's right. And off of you, too. You don't retain their sin anymore.
And that's what the Lord does for us. Like in First John 1:9, he remits our sin.
Yeah. He remembers our sin no more. So, you know, if you're in the middle of a divorce, just keep praying. Keep serving God. Don't quit God because you're in the middle of a divorce. Don't do that. You know, just keep praying and, and God will take care of you.
Yes. He will take care of you.
So, try to please the Lord, right?
Correct. And, and know that none of us are perfect and, and it's only by his perfection and by him leading us to the Holy Spirit in our lives, through, through reconciliation of our own sins, but also to to give us the strength to to forgive others for the wrongings they have done for us.
Amen. And by the way, before we go, I'd just like to say that uh, Michael's got a lot of CDs and uh, he's done albums, everything. I love listening to his songs. They're, they're really. Can you give, give the name of the, the uh, the song?
I, I just, I just finished a new song, okay, called Desperately.
Okay. And uh, it's an evangelistic song about the love that God has for us. It's kind of like my take of of Amazing Grace, kind of sort of. But uh, I'm going to do it next time I'm here and uh, it's uh, it's going up on iTunes here probably next week. So, it's called Desperately, Michael John Kryak.
Okay. And you can get it on your YouTube channel.
Yeah, you'll get it on YouTube and we're going to do a video on it and it's uh, it's one of my best, best songs, actually. It was uh, produced uh, in actually in Branson, Missouri, believe it or not.
Oh, so the, the Midwest capital of the world, okay, by a great producer out there called Stefan John's. And I heard some of my songs, invited me to a studio, and we worked on it for about almost a couple weeks, and it came out very nice.
Okay. And then I want to say something. Um, you know, we're on one of the best platforms, Dr. Ken and Bishop, and I want to tell you, it does cost money to produce these programs. So I just ask you if you would take time to pray and ask the Lord if you should contribute to uh, my program.
Yes, you should. And if you, they'll put up ways and means on the the screen how you can do that.
Zel, or Zealot. Yes, Zel would. Yeah. And then or send it to them. I really believe that um, this ministry is the best. It is the best.
Thank you. And 1220.
They bought, yeah. They bought me back into media where I belonged after I was, you know, back in full-time ministry. Plus, I get calls from all over the place, even from the one of the army bases. Call me from another country. So, you're not wasting your money to send it for this ministry. Not at all.
And then another thing you do, write us a letter or call us and say, "Yeah, I was really touched by that and yes, I did forgive so and so." And we would love to hear from you. So pray and ask the Lord, should I give to this ministry? And if he tells you to, there will be ways and means that you can do that.
We appreciate you watching. We love you.
We love you. God loves you. And Jesus Christ is Lord, right?
Jesus Christ is Lord. Yes.
Okay. Till we meet again, God bless you. God bless you.
