Now, Kiava and Cindy, I just want to thank you from the bottom of me and Crystal's heart for opening your um condo to us to have the having had the opportunity to rent and we're really actually hoping if possible to keep this place as we want to eventually when the time is right um make you an offer. We're expecting a multi-million dollar payment here in the very near future as soon as the documents are turned in and it's already been approved. They just need the documents to validate things and that's not going to take much longer to get done.

Um, if not, uh and would like to just make an offer on the place for roughly $300,000 for this unit or more if necessary. Now, if that doesn't happen, um I'm going to be reaching out to the VA for HUD bash and um worst case scenario, this is this one. Um, it will only cost me $1,000 a month for rent and they'll give you a HUD bash voucher cuz this place will get approved for HUD bashes. I know several veterans of the building building already that have hudbash and when we move we can still maintain this place and uh pay for it and then we would probably have one of our family members stay here and look over the place um while we are uh gone and have a place to come back to to be able to take care of business that we have to get done as well as keep Hawaii veterans afloat and running to help support the veterans and their families.

Now, the other option that I would like to present as a possibility if you didn't want to just outright sell it to us and would be a long-term um lucrative thing for all parties involved is you allow us to lease to own the property possibly um for a 30-year time. And uh then we would pay you um $2,000 a month and 20% of the earnings that we can earn from this unit that we would like to post on Airbnb as it's a prime location. It's right by the military golf course. It's right by the airport. It's got one of the best views on the island. um with the things and amenities in this apartment and things we'd like to add, it'll only make it more lucrative. We plan on putting in a if you guys agree to this, we put in a purified uh water shower head. We would get a tabletop uh alkaline water dispenser. They're only like $100 on Amazon, so people don't have to worry about carrying up cases of water up the stairs. And uh um they would just fill the pitcher and fill the alkaline water and they would save much of money on water too and be healthy at the same time. And uh put in a little um micro vending machine for to sell knickknacks and things um like condoms um cigarettes, different stuff um for people that uh come here and stay. And uh we could also provide free hi-fi Wi-Fi internet. I plan on w Verizon stinks up here. So we're going to move to the spectrum uh fast internet which would be great for people that come here for business. Put a uh safe in here. Um and I'm working on if there's a safe that you might be able to change the passcode on remotely so it could be changed out uh when new tenants come in. If they don't, then there's a new invention. Great. I'll get it patent and made ASAP and it'll be something we can use. And how great a story would that be? And uh then put in a desk in here, get a computer, um use the existing mattresses. It's so super comfortable. Me and my wife absolutely love it. Best sleep ever. But put in a better frame because that frame we had, it broke. It fell through. I had to put the mattress on the ground. So, I would like to put in a COA wood frame, custom COA wood frame, um to raise appeal. Um we have a bunch of artwork in here already. Some of our artwork has appraised uh the whole art collection at over $70,000 that we would be leaving in here in the unit. And uh we would put those as available for sale to anybody that purchase uh wants to purchase too. And we could showcase artwork in here. So when people come and stay, if they like one of the pieces of artwork, they could buy it. Um may put some sculptures in here and may uh put a a shelf all the way the top ceiling and put action figures in and uh people could buy the action figure that they really like if they want. Um and uh that'd be kind of cool. And we'll give you guys $2,000 a month and we'll give you 20% of the earnings forever until we hit the $300,000 mark or agreed upon a mark that is is set for the purchase of this place in terms and uh depending on how things go, we'll we'll do a bonus and then you guys can actually I thought feature your cars to rent. Um, you should put them on the Turo app and we could put that um on our our website. I plan on buying I used to actually own Hawaii B&B.com and I lost it, but I'm thinking of something else. Great. A great domain name to advertise this place on and uh um we could put the cars for rent. Not a lot of people are pairing cars with a place to stay in the rental. I think if you do that, you could charge $300 to $350 a night for this place. If they have a rental to use that's insured, we could get some mopeds, too. Um, insure those and they can rent those. Um, we'll have the this replace this TV, this one with one from a hotel. It won't work correctly. Uh, we'll set that up and get a bigger TV. 70 the the TV stand. And this couch is amazing, by the way. But actually, what I would like to put in some more people occupied stereom, we would put in a a bunk type bed with a futon underneath, queensiz futon underneath and a queen size on top. And uh put kind of a curtain thing over the top, maybe like a Chinese uh kind of and attach it down and put like some um artwork on it pattern so that the wall divides everything. And uh then to make things even nicer right here where it is, we can run some of those kind of Egyptian beads on here so you get more privacy. I'd probably also soundproof the uh condo as well. And uh um do some more enhancements. And if you guys ever wanted to stay here and get away from where you guys are at and you want to break away, you want the view, you guys just say you need that date free and I'll I'll block it out of the calendar that someone's staying here and no charge. Um, it'll come out of our profits. But uh I think we could have max booking on this place for $300 $350 a night. And I've done other comparisons on what's going on B&B right now. And they're asking $5,000 $6,000 a month for similar places. And they're not going to they don't have the car rental like I said included. And uh I would take out of the profits that we receive. I will go to the college and get a veteran and hire them part-time to um handle making sure that the place is clean. There'll be a cleaner that comes in every time after the people stay here after the stay and clean it and restock the fridge. That's the other thing that the other B&B is not doing is we'll provide the food in the house and they'll restock the fridge and um I've worked that out and it'll be great. um probably costs a,000 a month to stock the fridge all night and and provide that for like you provide $250 groceries for someone to stay for a week. What's a,000 bucks? And uh I'll get a vet that can shop at the commissary cuz you get a lot of food for $250 bucks at the commissary. And they'll load it up and uh then they'll have that vending machine in here too um that they can get uh maybe wine from. The vending machine will have like high quality in wine. My dad actually is one of the top contractors for Robert Mavi um vineyards out in California. He's got $20,000 bottles of wine. I can get access to high-end bottles of wine for free basically. Um, and then we can also partner with uh I can provide cannabis products in the vending machine here that are legal THCA based um that's legal to consume in the state of Hawaii and have them in the vending machine. So, that's another uh money generating thing. And I'll also be able to put in a a helium miner and a Wi-Fi extender uh thing in this building which will start mining cryptocurrency and I'll give you 20% of the earnings on that as well.

Now, this works at this one location. I would like to take that and purchase more units in this hotel until we eventually are the main owner uh majority of this building and I can get the funding to eventually full-on purchase this building and turn it into a veterans and military super building. This building has a lot of potential. I'd like to actually put an underground bunker for the military and their families that are residing this building for when doomsday or whatever calamity happens like a tsunami or something that will be able to withstand anything as it will be the most sophisticated for what money can buy um bunker there is. It will have oxygen tanks the whole nine clean systems and it will run tubes up. It's it's great. I I I'm a genius when it comes to inventions. I could show you a whole book of inventions. If you ever sign a non-disclosure with me, you'd be like, "Wow." Like the new invention I have for a revolutionary baby bottle called Bottle Angel. It's going to take things by storm. You guys definitely want to partner with me. Things are starting to shape up in a very big way for me. And I don't want you guys to miss out on a golden opportunity like the guy that turned down CocaCola when he went to him and presented to him and he turned it down and then someone else went with the idea and that guy that turned it down is kicking himself and his foot and their family all day long forever and ever for more because they passed up a golden opportunity. I'm 100% disabled veteran. Your military and I know you uh love helping the vets as well and everything and I can't wait till you're fully retired and I want to bring you on board with Hawaii veterans fullon as well and help run things while I'm over in the Philippines as my wife and I are looking to purchase a villa in the Philippines. It's only going to cost us $90,000 pesos a month to stay there. That's only like $1,700 bucks a month for a 6,000 uh mansion on a resort. And there's two villas there. If you guys want to get the other villa, then you guys could help with that program as well. We want to start a veterans PTSD wellness retreat full paid that will provide out of the grant money and donor money and profits that we generate from our businesses to make it so Hawaii veterans can fly over to the Philippines for 2 weeks with their family or or loved one or wife or or son, daughter, whatever is is as many we can fit in that villa. uh one veteran at a time for two weeks to stay there. All expenses paid. There's a lot of air flights. I flew on one that provided for veterans. I didn't have to pay nothing and the non for profofit didn't have to pay for nothing either. I can reach out to that nonforprofit and ask them how they did that again. And we can look into that. Um, it's called Warrior Foundation. I went to a retreat in Virginia that changed my life to amazingly. And I'll reach out to the the guy who was ahead of that and see if he can set me up with how to do the airflights for free for veterans. They can fly to the Philippines and we'll set them up in the villa with their family. 2 weeks like I said, all expenses paid and they'll just recover and have mindfulness and PTSD treatment and we'll recalibrate their brain. We'll put them through hypnosis. will um do spiritual stuff, put them on a good diet, get them well, and then and then um send them back and they can um then then if they want to come to other retreats later on eventually, we'll have a site in the Philippines that's paid and it'll be a rehabilitation facility that deals with substance abuse and everything as well. Get them out of the country offsite isolated, no phones, no nothing and new scenery and fly them out there and just things are a lot less expensive to do in the Philippines for this and it will be great. I used to own veterans rehab.com, but I could afford to keep everything going, but I I think I could recapture some things and we could really work together and build a very bright future. And I've actually minted some billionaires in my life and made some people extremely wealthy. I told people to invest into GW Pharmaceuticals when it was only 45 British pounds per share. 2 years later after the Sanjay Gupta episode appeared on CBD, which I told people CBD was going to be massive and it is now um is the the stock went up to 600 a share. I made a product called Hemp Sciences called CBD, which was only the third of its kind on the market at the time before CBD was big and sold thousands and thousands of bottles and had a deal with Snoop Dogg for $5 million until my uh partner at the time, who was a raging drug add screwed everything up and ruined that deal for me. Um, I was I was slated to be on Shark Tank, he ruined that. Um, it it was just a mess. And so I'm not making those mistakes no more. I'm I I I take up on only partners that have um good intentions, that have good energy. That's the thing I felt with you off the bat. Kava, you whenever we had an issue with this apartment, you were prompt to respond. No headaches or issues. You got plumbers out here when needed. You always ask me how things are going. You showed up when we needed. So, we want to really work with you guys. And like I said, we got money coming in in multiple ways here soon. We also qualify for an SECCC tax credit that's going to be coming in when that's done for 60 60 something thousand. Uh we got taxes we got to file for Hawaii veterans for the last 2 years and there's tax credits we're going to get from that. Uh grant money coming in. um, you know, want to start the uh super facility complex once we can get the $20 million grant that's allow allocated like every year by the federal government for veterans purposes to to build this new veterans complex and facility fitness center first and help the veterans that you know um don't have access to as much out here right now really have the chance at having a better life as at Hawaii Veterans we make life worth living.

So, Ki and Cindy, we are praying with all of our hearts that you will take this into high consideration and that we would welcome and really like for you guys to partner with us and give us this opportunity to help mint you guys into multi-millionaires or billionaires if you're not already secretly one. Um, because that's where we're going. I I couldn't tell you how much I'm exactly worth right now. I don't have access to all my assets, sadly enough. But there is a bank called the the the Scottish World Bank that has $130 billion of gold in it that may just be associated with me and my family's line. If you look up Chip Chase, you can see the Chip Chase Castle in North umberland, England. You can see uh the research that it was the most powerful clan in all of Europe um in the ancient ages and and never died down. We're still very powerful and have a lot of influence. I'm related to nine of what they say the 13 families that rule the world. My wife's related to seven of them and combined we're related to all of them. I have over 10,000 connections on LinkedIn. I've been known to shut down businesses overnight. GoDaddy did me wrong and didn't pay me on an idea that I gave them. They lost $300 million a quarter later. >> Uh Bank of America did me wrong. They had their worst quarter ever. Two guys messed me up in high school and said bad things about me. They both lost their legs in the war. I could go on and on about the blessings people have had when they've uh done great things for me and my wife. From promotions to having their kids' college paid for to being set free from addiction to having cancer leave their body to surviving a horrific car accident. And the list goes on. And then I could give you countless additions when people have gone against us and they've decided to just uh not help us out and and and not do things. So we want to extend the opportunity for you guys to be part of the team and really have the most amazing life you could have ever imagined. And we we're we're we don't extend this out to everyone. So feel very fortunate that we're doing so. I hope you really do highly consider this and and pray about it and let us know as soon as possible so we can make uh plans otherwise.
