Namaskar. Hello and welcome to P Guru's channel. I'm your host Sria Srid. Gal has the latest on the Iran war. Let's welcome Srid G.

Sid G. Namaskar and welcome to Puru's channel. How are you sir?

>> Namaskar G. I'm doing I'm doing okay G not bad sometimes my voice may falter but please bear with me but otherwise I'm doing good.

>> Thank you so much and viewers um breaking update $300 billion new oil refinery being put up in Texas and and that is with collaboration with Reliance. I don't know the details on who is pitching in how much of that $300 billion. Certainly a big win for United States and India. And here is here is the uh message from President President Donald Trump. I mean I I'm like this is uh where is it? It's going to be port of.

>> Sir go ahead.

>> It's in Texas.

>> It's going well. I think it's the it's the world's largest uh one of the largest, not world the largest refineries in US. A refinery is being built in United States after almost 50 years. I think we have been consistently saying that the US India deal will be done and US India will have many strategic deals. This is just one of it but people initially didn't believe in us. Uh this is unfolding as we speak. Um and you know on many this is just the beginning of many things that India is going to experience as a result of being a neutral player and also being very patient. Uh I think most of the funding is going to come through a combination of bank and guarantees but uh it's going to be done by Reliance itself. There are there's no other player at the moment as we speak uh given his asset and uh you know company's asset base you know $300 billion is not a big deal. Very big stuff with Venezuelan oil and you know that's available for refining and United States itself uh giving additional licenses. Big deal. Big deal.

Um, now since we are in this India news, by the way guys, I mean I think the other thing that we want to also point out as we speak is uh India has also done a deal with Canada for emergency oil and gas. India has also done a deal with Russia which we which you all know 11 million barrels or 9 million barrels. India has also done a deal with United States for LNG. Uh they will be coming in uh because they have to be liquefied and you know stored in containers and brought across by US ships. This is again not new. This has happened during 2016 and 20. So you know there has been tremendous amount of forward thinking on the part of India uh in terms of securing um the strategic requirements and all the noise that one hears is political rhetoric in India but I think India has secured both LNG as well as uh as well as the oil so it can mitigate uh any kind of emergency that arises but it looks like they have not um they have not announced any emergency rationing at the plants as well. So this is the breaking news on multiple fronts. One is the the source the volume and then of course the opening of uh the refinery. Uh this is outside of all the stuff that's happened uh post the AI summit that took place where both Europeans and US have lined up in terms of investments in India. So nothing to do with Iran war because we opened up with opened with $300 mill $300 billion with a B uh investment announced with deep sense of pride with our partner India says Trump.

>> Thank you so much sir. Viewers this is because this is breaking we had to you know cut away from our main topic which is day 12 and there are lots of things happening there also in terms of who is taking ownership of this conflict. It looks like there is a perceptible change while United States is taking a bit of a backseat and Israel is now leading the effort. That's what it appears to be. Sridar G and I talked about this. Again, we request all of you to like this video and if you have not already subscribed to our channel to subscribe to our channel. By the way, just a few hours ago, we put out a shorts on YouTube. It's been already on uh other platforms before that about how crude affects the GDP of a country and regardless of what price it was between $30 a barrel to $150 a barrel, India was always doing or India is always going to be doing well. Now you see one of those prophecies coming true. Sir, over to you.

>> Thank you Sri G. Uh so let's go to slide one. Um right so oil has risen to $85. Uh if you recall uh in the last show we were below 80. We were oscillating between 75 and 80. Uh it's gone up. The parity between West Texas and Brent remains. Why 85? Because they await a possible historic release by International Energy Agency. International Energy Agency is expected to release 400 million barrels. 400 million barrels out of a total capacity of 1.2 billion. That's almost covers supply for about 30 to 60 days. Um that's a significant. Even at the start of the Russia uh Iraq sorry Russia Ukraine war only 182 million barrels was released. So these guys have really kind of got their act together. They recognize they do not they're not going to allow uh a crisis and then an economic catastrophe to set in. Um the Europeans have very clearly stated which is why they have pushed this huge they are not returning to Russia energy because they think that it would be a strategic blunder. So which means they have to go to the strategic reserve.

Now again coming out the news is that Mohaba Kamei is now appointed is considered more hardline than his father but there's also questions is he injured or is he alive is not seen um but there are rumors floating around he's also been hit um while this goes on. Iran sends millions of barrels to China uh through the straight of Hormuz so they have been moving their ships While they have been preventing the other ships flowing through straight of Hormuz. US forces the other thing, the other major news is they have been laying what you call as the Iranian mines uh the the mines in the ocean. There has been 14 m layer ships that has been sunk by the US um US planes and a report that Iran is mining the straight of Hormuz as it emerged. Then they detected the ships and 14 ships 16 ships have been drowned. They know. The other story is that the both United States and Israel have been saying very clearly that most of the planes have been taken out. Almost most of the naval ships have been taken out. Now they're really focusing on the ballistic missiles and the ballistic missile launchers. Uh and despite the the US pressure, the United Iran Israel has not stopped. Uh they're really going after the oil storage facilities storage, not the uh not the refining, not the wells, but they they're hitting the uh the the storage facilities because they they don't want uh the oil to be uh taken from the storage for refueling in case they have any uh strategic requirement. Next slide.

>> Sir before we go to the next slide sir sir before we go to the next slide I have a question on this see what we are seeing now is Iran is waging a guerilla war by other means why I'm saying that is because now slowly there is a doctrine coming out that 31 IRGC commanders are free to do what they feel and so what has happened I'll give you an unfortunate incident a Thai tanker has been sunk had no it's not you know it's not fighting any war here they have gone and sunk that so my question sir is um if something like that happens there's a change of tactics from Iran three three ships have been sunk attacked I think one got sunk so that that's something that I'd like you to touch upon maybe after the deck sir next one please.

>> Yeah yeah okay so um well as oil Mr. As oil jitters persist as US targets the ships which has which had stated Hath had made a very clear comment which is namely they are accelerating the war and it is going to be very intense uh Pentagon says more than 140 service members have been wounded it uh as US launches most intensive attack okay uh preparing for prepare for regime collapse it's the first time first time a statement is coming from a leader who is prepared to come in and take ownership that is who is razawi uh you know the former of Iran's son he is saying prepare he's made an announcement to his people that prepare for regime collapse and I'm coming in uh to prep and also urge you wait for his call okay wait for his call then as uh this goes on in Iran and uh you know the US attack and the straight of Hormuz uh there's another battle that is going on in Lebanon and the IDF or Israeli Defense Forces have leveraged this opportunity and going after his Bullah which is very close to its border on the north of Israel. Uh so they have sent reinforcements in they are well into uh into southern Lebanon occupying positions uh and Israel launches strikes against uh these what you call surrogates or uh uh you know I I don't what's the word that is used which is namely uh they're not terrorists but they are the sleeper cells or they are the former as she ay put it you know gorilla uh warriors so they're really going after Hezbollah so mainly three Hezbollah then you have IRGC and then you have Hamas which are again the surrogates within Hamas has been quiet but they have been keeping a very close watch on what's happening to Hamas in Gaza to see whether any repercussions would come out of that so IDF is also sending so it's a simultaneous attack and if I don't cover it but I'll I'll summarize it in I'll summarize in the Israel section let's go to the next slide.

So while this goes on, the war of words has begun. Uh you can see several statements now coming from the Iranians. Has has Iranians counter you know counterattack? The answer is yes. As they as US anticipated they are targeting the allies of of US which are the GCC countries which are the places that they I mean they have targeted Qatar they have targeted Saudis they have targeted UAE which is Abu Dhabi and Dubai they have targeted Kuwait they have targeted Oman they have also launched into into uh Bahrain so all these uh places where the US footprint is present this is the reason Why going back that when Israel uh gave the information that it has it's the ideal opportunity for them to launch an attack, US joined the war recognizing that is US targets, US assets will be targeted by Iran uh to bring the others in. Throw other nations in and I think Qatar and others have very sent a riot act to Iran but I don't know whether they will listen because there's no leadership uh to stop and not to bring other nations into the war. In the meanwhile Ali Larijani who is the secretary of uh Iran Supreme National Security Council issues a threat against the president that saying that uh watch out people are coming uh to take you out. He says the azural loving nation of Iran does not fear your paper threats. Larijani wrote in the social media channel. So the other thing is also is the intercepted Iran messages have been intercepted. This is one of the things that we have anticipated that the sleeper cells will also be activated in various locations uh including United States. So, United States has intercepted Iranian messages which suggest activation of sleeper cells and giving them a directive to launch attacks whenever it is feasible. That I believe and exact timing and exact scope you know we we don't know but those messages communicate um an immediate kind of point of action. So, it's it's only going to get worse in terms of these types of incidents. Uh remember not not four months I think four or five months away we have a World Cup in United States many stadiums with many people um so there's going to be lot of security measures and it's just not going to die away as the war gets uh to its finish line then Iran continues to fire no one more one more Iran continues to fire ballistic missiles at northern and central Israel and they all have been intercepted but any debris that is falling and creating a secondary damage. Iranians are using uh as a as a as a means to communicate that they have you know launched attacks which are impactful. Most of the Iranian strikes cause minimal damage. Well, mind you, Iranians have a view and obviously the uh the the the allies of US and Israel have a different view, but thus far if major damages have occurred, we have not u it has not come to surface as yet. Next slide.

Okay, I think we I covered this Israel targets um and attacks fuel depots. Uh the IDF has continued to target the second ring of the IRGC. Most of the members of the first uh wing or the innermost circle uh perished along with Kamini on that day. That is why this war got uh you know momentum uh which is to say we have the most ideal opportunity to take out these guys because they are all in single location. I think that probably is a very fatal mistake by Kmeni because of his probably his own confidence when he had that meeting in central Tehran. Then he's very clear IDF says Israel will return to routine only when all Iranian launchers are destroyed. This is an official formal statement coming from IDF which is to say people have always questioned what is the objective of the war. The objective of the war is not uh regime change. That's up to the people. The objective is the is to basically neutralize nuclear threats and ballistic uh missiles. Threat from ballistic missiles short medium long range long range targets US medium range targets uh Europe and short range obviously the Gulf nations the whole objective and of course Israel itself. So they have uh you know they they are very clear that they want to take out um those launchers and eliminate the threat. We believe that the nuclear u the enrichment fuel enrichment plant has been taken out. Many of the um the um the launch pads or uh near nuclear near nuclear weapon capable uh plutonium has also been or uranium has been also neutralized. So it seems like they have done a fair amount of damage based on the ground intelligence because these Mossad agents have been in Israel for quite some time. The Iranians themselves are basically looking at you know who are these people and they have reached out to the Iranians to say come back and tell us who are the traitors amongst us and we'll go after them. So um this is this is on this particular slide um you know this is the these are the key messages the other message again you know this may more whether it is a fear or whether it is rumor whether it is real that the strike rate of Iranians has come down by 92%. That effectively means barring drones most of the attack weapons have also been taken out.

Shri G I'm sorry I'm holding you up your question now G Sri G.

>> Sir um this long missiles long range missiles that you talked about there's widespread rumors doing that uh these are all technology that China has supplied to Iran is China trying to use Iran as a guinea pig for some of its technology.

>> Absolutely the answer is yes. Okay. It surrogates are Korea. It surrogates are Iran. It surrogates are um U Pakistan which we know. I think they're probably you know giving it to uh US also. I think they're also probably watching and testing what kind of weaponry has is the US and uh Israel is using most notably US um you know especially from its um destroyers and you know major vessels which carry huge amount of both um you know sea-based or air-based Tomahawk missiles or the planes what kind of machinery that they are using and how the Chinese weaponry is behaving but having said all of that Shri I think India has very clearly demonstrated both in Dlam and Palawan Pal that Palawan that they are capable of dealing with the Chinese equipment obviously Chinese China is not going to do a fatalistic mission against anyone in the world because it will face eventually the consequences. But you are correct in your observation that this is all coming from China. The only drones are coming from Russia and of course closest proximity Turkey and those drones can.

>> But then they're attacking Turkey also. I mean I don't I don't understand this at all. You supply drones to a country which in turn uses the same drones to attack you. What kind of strategy is Turkey playing here, sir?

>> Well, very simple. Turkey is a NATO member. Uh, which is to say that I supply, you know, how do I kind of bring Europe into the war and see what happens. And you know, whether it is playing a double game. Uh, Turkey has always played these types of games, one against the other, pretending, you know, it is uh it is a true European nation. All these kinds of stuff. Uh any antagonism any sanctions uh that Erdogan uh is likely to face you know is mitigating by these types of actions. These nations don't believe uh in uh believe in you know what you call a fair and a just war. It's a self-fulfilling agenda that they have. And um the other important point is that um is United States has triggered or the goods I think we covered this and the goods are a very major problem whether uh instigation like this will force Turkey's hand to use this opportunity to go and attack both on the Iraqi side as well as on the Iranian side the Kurds who have been a problem for Turkish EG.

>> Very true, sir. Please continue. Thank you.

>> Right. Next slide.

Okay. Markets rise. Uh even today as we came in, it was marginal but it's you know it was showing uh red lights. Asian markets rose today on the back of the US markets. Um the new rumors is that oil can plunge once. Oil can plunge below 80 once I makes its announcement. They're waiting for the announcement in the US. Breaking news, uh the consumer inflation popped up a bit. It's at 2.4%. Potentially creating a situation whether there would be a rate cut, but we'll wait and see. Uh gold also rose. Whenever the equities rise, gold also rises. So, so gold also rose. It's been, you know, what you call um roller coastering between less than $5,000 to about $5,300. I think it's somewhere close to just let me quickly take a look at the number.

>> Next one, please.

>> Yeah.

>> Oh, you're looking at the number. Sorry.

>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

>> Okay. NASDAQ is up 73 points. SNP is up about four points. and do do index slides as oil prices move higher. Gold is also moved up but it is down right now. It's down 61.60 $61.60 an ounce but it's still at a healthy $5,180. Oil is at $81 band band and they're trying to get that to around $70. Okay. Um so that's on the the market side. Next slide.

That's it.

>> I think that was the last slide. Yeah.

>> Last slide. Okay. So, I think one important data point that uh we want to share people I mean I said we're going to do a detailed study on which are all the major supply uh routes for the oil and gas. So, as far as the state of Hormos which uh makes up about 20% of the energy flows or oil flows um 14.22 22 million barrels flow through state of Hormuz. The biggest supplier through state of Hormuz is Saudi Arabia uh which does about 5.29 million barrels at 37%. Iraq believe it or not is second at 3.24 making up 22.8% and UAE is 1.83 billion million barrels uh at 13%. Iran is about 1.61 61 million barrels at 10% and then you have Kuwait, Qatar and others. Now who are the receivers the recipients of this? If you take out that highest number one and number two is obviously China and India. China is about 38% consuming 5.3 million barrels and the uh Iranians have been supplying through surrogate ships uh through state of Hormuz even during this you know these times. India receives about 2.09 09 million barrels which is about 14.7%. And then Asian countries receive about 14% which makes 1.98. Then you have two big nations in Asia which is South Korea and Japan which also receive about 12 and 11% respectively. What how much does US receive? US receives about 2.5 that is 0.36. So, US is least impacted and we showed a chart that most of it almost 68% comes between Canada, 62 and about 6% from Mexico. 68% of its oil um comes from from those two countries, North North American countries. But most important to point out that US is a net exporter. It also has got its reserves and storage it can draw from. So there is a definite pattern when uh when the state of Hormuz was chosen uh as as a as a as a as a passage that Iran a choke point as a choke point for Iranians but I think as we speak notwithstanding uh they are they are fighting a losing battle. What's the biggest surprise that uh that because US and Israel set up three objectives leadership the military assets which are a threat and third is give opportunity for people within who have been suffering to do their own regime change in terms of making a choice who would come to power. I think number one and number two is more or less being achieved. As far as number three is concerned, this the first time we are hearing that Falabi has raised his hand. But let's wait and see. That's that's uh the developments and I think we are moving towards when Trump says that you know the war is coming to an end is going to delegate it to Israel because Israel is not going to quit until it achieves objective number one and two and his view that on day one we took out the key leadership and strategic assets effectively there's no um there is no threat on the air there is no threat in the water. There's no threat on land. So, US has attacked all those neutralized all those capabilities while Israel is going after all the strategic assets and these militants be it in Lebanon or be it in uh Iran. Very very surprising that Iraq has remained quiet. Is there sleeper cells in Iraq? Because it's one of the largest Shia communities. Many of the uh the Hezbollah and other leaders uh other members of this Iranian target remember they fought the US when US occupied Iraq and liberated Iraq so nothing has happened on the from the Iraq front let's wait and see what happens thank you so much sir um we have put out a story viewers about the possibility that many people inside Iran are not able to access their bank accounts especially if you happen to having an account in two different banks Salai and Millie M L I mele is like the equivalent of State Bank of India if you will viewers those of you who are in India the very widespread bank and that's where the commoners bank and what they have been getting is SMS messages saying that your accounts are frozen and the central bank of Iran has apparently put out a statement saying that this is a technical maintenance we are updating it but they're not saying when things will resume. So one day maybe we people can you know withstand one two days after that what's happening what's going to happen because the story that's doing the rounds is that it has been hacked the entire banking system has been hacked and and looks like there is uh we don't know who did that you know you can always point fingers at Israel but I'm not so sure that Israel would have done something that is like you know it's it's like a lock on the whole system we we'll keep you posted on that we have already put out a story. So do follow that one. U so this is just the internal stories. So there another thing I wanted to tell you viewers is I've talked I covered this two three days ago. There is a sect a group it starts with K. I'm not getting the name. This is the group that is around where the Iranian oil fields are. 70% of the oil fields are in a particular area. That group has.

>> Not Kudzir not kudz it's a kousbustan it's it's a bigger number than that let me see maybe sachin is helping me with it.

>> Not k it's it's something else kbustan or something I I talked about it yes I I don't have the notes in front of me now so this group has also endorsed raza pelawi kestan exactly kestan that's the one that's the one kestan kuzan that that is the area where 70% of the Iranian oil deposit are and they want Raza Palawi. They have been this is the first time they have put out a this is an official statement out there. They're saying that we want this plus they're.

>> Yeah. Go ahead and zoom in please. You can see that is Kistan right there. It's it's highlighted and that's the area that has about 70% of Iran's oil deposits. Look, look at the way the British carve it up. Sridar G, I'm amazed. Look at the way they carved it up. They gave a little bit of oil field to every country so that they could keep them divided. They could they could benefit from this and they could keep on fighting one against the other. All of you should read should watch this movie called Lawrence of Arabia.

>> Yeah.

>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, it's it's such where where the the British hung their own leader and uh while you know they negotiated their own stuff. I mean the world's problems are or I'm just sending him uh the location to Sachin so he can put up because there's a big red block. You can see where uh one minute where it is um uh one minute. So in in the meantime, we are going to show some light throw some light on those tankers. They there are three tankers in play. One appears to be Thai. One appears to be let me see Japanese I think. And the third one we don't know. And uh there you go. So the the the Thai tanker has been the one. Just give me one second. It's too small for me to read. Just one second. I stand a distance from my Yeah. The ship Mayori Nari was hit near the stern and 20 people I think 23 crew members and this was supposed to be going towards India and u 20 were rescued. So we don't know the status of the other three and this is just that one Thai ship. The other two we don't have updates yet but clearly um this is where I was telling you right that uh they are just helter skelter firing at anything and everything and there you go picture is coming up sir.

>> Yes over to you. Yeah.

>> The red the red dots are the red is where this maximum concentration you can see how it borders uh you know very close to Qatar and Bahrain um you know so this is the area where you have maximum concentration of uh oil and Iranian gas um and you know it's a and I think you can see the can you can you expand the name.

>> Yeah.

>> Yeah.

>> South Park Gasfield. Yes.

>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I think that's where uh this this area is and it's as as Shri G pointed out uh it's an ideal ideal world where people are fighting with each other and at the same time you know 20% of the oil flows through this point you know how one can conceive an architecture even from uh dispersion of uh countries and borders and so on and create self self-defeating choke points uh is beyond kind of comprehension but this is uh you know I mean again you take u uh Iran and sorry take Israel and um the formation of Israel and you know moving them out from Europe and forming a city or forming a state in the middle where they have two 10 million about 10.5 10.8 8 million uh Israelis surrounded by and along if you take even extended to Africa close to two billion um you know very hostile environment and everybody keeps talking about others but they don't they don't think of you know uh what it means for uh Israel which is almost every day uh in exist you know facing an existential threat we don't know when anybody would kind of uh uh you know uh create a damage to them. Anyway, so these are all kind of our you know perspectives but from an update point of view which is namely that this war from a US point of view uh you know may be drawing to a close and Israel will continue to persist uh Iranians can inflict but if the time is right I think at least it's the first time Resalabi has raised his hand and what has happened to the president of Iran we don't know what has happened to uh the foreign min of three. The council of three. Yeah.

>> Yeah. What's happened to the foreign minister? We don't know. What happened to the deputy foreign minister? We don't know. Uh what's happened to several of those discussions. So it seems like some of the lower level you know particularly on the energy side the lower level people who have been uh running the export import operations and doing the work they seem to be directing these supplies uh and and and you know making up. I just one stream of thought on your question that you talked about on the central bank. If you take a look at the nations, most of the nations that have faced these consequences, whether it is Libya, whether it is Iraq, whether it is now Iran, whether it is Lebanon, and whether it is Afghanistan, one of the first things that happens is people loot like a bounty looters, take money from the central bank and flee or hide it somewhere. It could be IRGC itself. It could be the inner clergy of the Iran which directs two things. Have assets ready for uh people to fly and have cash ready uh you know to be uh to be taken out and to be preserved and to be used and and they they can send all kinds of messages circuit. So it's very interesting that uh central bank is uh is on target. If central bank is on target, that means we are seeing imminent collapse of Iran. If if it is the case, it's almost imminent collapse of the the mullahs. Sir, I have supplied a bunch of references as part of that video. Viewers are welcome to go read through those things. Some of that could be in Farsi, but I just wanted to tell you that this was well researched before we put it out. We are really cranking up our research. As you can see, much of the stuff that we are putting out, it's not just tech. There's a lot of a video also sir. Um Sachin can you please bring bring up the WhatsApp image. I have one other story that is touched upon by us but that's also another big one as time passes. Sir this south pars island you said the red in the middle that is part Qatar and part into the sea. See the interesting story there is that that is a huge natural gas deposit. Part of it is owned by Iran. Part of it is owned by Qatar. But inside a gas well or gas whatever you want to call it there is no partition.

>> Yeah.

>> Saying that this gas is yours, this gas is mine. So what is happening viewers is that natural gas is being pumped out by Qatar at maximum possible capacity and Iran is forbidden from pumping out natural gas. So what is happening is there is an imbalance in terms of the gas itself as it is being sucked from one end. The other side is having low pressure and and Iran has this frustration also and I wonder how this is going to play out because once the oil and gas of Iran gets under the control of United States, Qatar is going to be seeing some problems. I I'm just predicting that the same kind of thing happened between Kuwait and Iraq also which started that Persian Gulf War. Anyway, I just want to leave it at that. There there is a story there is um there's a movie Hollywood movie blood will flow or something like that um the concept of milkshake I drink your milkshake um but what it means is that on the on the surface you will be having your well on your side of a border but you are you're drilling right through and going to the other country and taking up its deposits also. So the these things have happened in the uh past. So that's something that was to talked about in that Hollywood movie. Sir, your comments on this and then we can go to uh questions. Out parts.

>> It's very uh my observation and reaction to this is you know when um Trump called for uh investments into US uh and said the condition of uh the tariffs is countries to come forward for them to have reciprocal tariffs to be at a lower level they have to do two things. They have to buy US products and they have to invest on mainland United States strategic assets. One of the first countries, one of the first countries to put money is Qatar. They put some way they put pretty close to they have committed close to $1 trillion.

>> So they pledged that sir they pledged that they have the money but I have done some research on that. I have done a monologue on that. I think one quarter has been given. I think I'm not 100% sure. I don't think they can.

>> Cash doesn't come that way. Sri G. When you're committing a one trillion dollars of investment, usually usually the money flows over a period of 10 years. And something like that. Yeah. Yeah. 10 years. Right. Right.

>> Same with Japanese. Japanese committed $250 billion, but it flows at the rate of about 10 billion to 12 billion and ramping up in the outer years. It's not the $250 billion money is put, but they have a 10-year investment commitment and that is guaranteed by the banks. Uh so there's a capital call that can occur or they can basically seize um any money that is flowing via the trade. Usually Qataris and UAE and Saudis they don't default Shri Gi okay so the money is when we say this money is not in the bank account on day one but first the amount over a period of 10 years and the source of funding and guaranteed by the central bank that's how these deals are constructed.

>> Thank you so much sir um I have to take take care of something else let's go through the questions while you answer the question I'm just going to pop out for just a minute and then I'll come right back. Let's go to the questions now, please. Uh first question, why are why all Middle East create a euro like currency which will bind them and terminate petro dollar? Why these loggerhead Muslims cannot understand this simple logic because the US? No, I think the simple logic is very u euro is a very recent um currency and most of the trade settlement especially energy contracts settlement happens through specific financial institutions both current future obligations and it's it's not hard to unwind but they have chosen not to unwind and preserve and leave these contracts as is because it is working. The same thing happened. India tried to bring in INR and uh create Wastro and Austro accounts. They found that uh the cross currency rates were expensive and there were delays. There is also legal enforcement the legal enforcement on a US dollar contract uh with various financial institutions playing a part. You know believe it or not if um Saudi is selling you know 20 million barrels uh or 25 million barrels to United States or Canada maybe giving bad examples or to or to China no not to China let's ignore China and Russia to any of the nations you find that they do a US dollar settlement because everybody has a US dollar reserve everybody has a US dollar reserve money can flow from that um you know euro has a significant US dollar reserve and US has a significant euro reserve. So it makes it easy for them to conduct trade from uh a trading account for these deals. And by the way these deals buy and sell uh the bankers will be you know JP Morgan, City Bank, BNP, Pariba, Deutsche Bank, Blay you know many of them have footprint both in Europe and United States. So you have a you have a large volume of currency or large volume of um euro dollar uh currency in these nations and they use that as a settlement account and if there is a problem then there is a mechanism to enforce uh receiving the payment. That's the reason why um why you know some of these alternate models has not come uh is basically because you know there is no legal framework that you can impose in Russia. There's no legal framework that you can impose in China. So they all do bilateral and by the way again Russia has to keep enough ruble in Chinese central bank and he trusts and keeps it. If something happens uh what's the recourse for the Russians? There's no recourse. There's no they don't go to Chinese courts to get back uh you know what is held in central banks. So they expect this political finetuning to uh to to to manage this. This is the reason why the world has not yet found an alternative but it may over the next 30 50 years it may but the story is it has not happened.

>> Uh next question here is here it goes. Um Akshai says sorry to disagree sir but Ali Kame was terminally ill. He made himself a martyr which is a dangerous president. Your views?

>> Well I think that the u I would say that he has created he has created three problems. One is of course having ruled for this long there's tremendous reports whether you believe or not coming out in terms of the oppression. That's the first part. I think the second part he should have appointed a successor uh rather than leaving it till the last minute. So that's a major disaster but he feels that he is uh is a cocoon. He's in a cocoon. So he's is a kind of he has an undeniable existence. And I think the third I don't know what kind of stupidity it is for him to call a meeting in central Iran with almost the closest inner circle with all of them present at the meeting potentially creating a single point of failure uh for his nation.

>> Yes indeed. And uh last question sir we have answered part of it. Abraham wants to know who is leading Iran's war. Is it IRGC or Mashaba Kamehamehi? Who and whose support? Is this China? China is probably true but I don't know how much they can support materially now. It's clearly IRGC and the intelligence the inner intelligence uh agencies between the two of them but still IRGC second rung uh uh is in is in control and is in command and uh even selection of a leader uh is determined by them. So that is what is going on. It's clearly IRGC. Uh Moabakami I don't believe I mean he's considered even more extreme in terms of his views and uh thoughts but I don't believe he's controlling the narrative and I I was again told that the input intelligence input is that he he did not want the role but he was told if he doesn't take the role then he will be a prisoner and he will his name will be announced.
