Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and Lay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.
This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hello gorgeous people and welcome to the Resolution Revolution. So yesterday, we talked about reverse engineering. And this is quite the process, but honestly, it is one of the most transformational things that I've ever started doing in my business. And so today, I want to take some time and actually help certain people through their reverse engineering. If you're feeling stuck, um, and I want to give you a couple more examples of certain things that really work for me for reverse engineering. And this is going to open your mind to how important this is, I think, and it's going to start to get you more excited about it, so it will feel less daunting.
So one thing we're we're going to look at is, let's say, for example, I want to plan for next year. I'm like, okay, I want to make a beautiful New Year's Eve party for next year. Now, this has happened to me so often in my life that I have said, "I would love to do that." This is my intention. My grandma used to say, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." And although that's quite dramatic, I I understand what she means because it's like you go nowhere when you say, "Yeah, we're going to do that." You know, we just, let's just do that, and there's no plan.
So when I think of what what needs to happen in order for me to get to like the 31st of December and have a party, there's the superficial stuff that we'd think about, like, what's the theme? I need to figure out what the theme is going to be. But there are certain things, once I found the theme, that I'm going to want that if I don't order them, if I don't book them, if I don't prepare them, I'll get, I'll get to Christmas and realize I've not done New Year's. And then it'll be Boxing Day and I'll be trying to order stuff, and it's a couple of, it's a few days until New Year's Eve. And then I've got to change my plans. So if you really want to do something well, you've got to actually go backwards.
So I'll give you an example of of something that would have gone wrong the wrong way round. So this year, I had my family coming over for New Year's, and they were going to be showing up for New Year's Eve in the afternoon. And the balloon person messaged me and was like, "Do you mind if I show up at 6 the day of? Do you mind if I show up at 6?" But it's like, you were supposed to show up at 10:30 in the morning. She's like, "No, I know, but could I show up at 6?" And I was like, "Well, the guests are going to be here in the afternoon, so no." And but she was like, "Okay, it's okay. You had priority anyway because you told me to arrive at that time, so we're good."
But let's say I hadn't figured out what time I wanted the balloons to be there, and I had not been the first to prioritize, guaranteed she would have said, "I'm going to be there at six." And then at 6, all my guests have already arrived, and that changes my entire experience of my New Year's Eve because now, instead of just being happy and looking at all the decor and being all happy, I'm waiting for balloons to happen. These are tiny little details, but I want you to just think about how our brain works and how our presence works.
And I want you to imagine, let's say my family arrives at 4 PM. Who do you think I am between 4 and 6 when the place is already decorated and it's all perfect and it's time to go? Who am I during those two hours? I'm just me. I'm me. It's New Year's Eve. "Would you like a drink? Look at the beautiful cheeseboard I built. Can I put your things up in your room? Hello." Who am I when balloons aren't there yet? "The balloons aren't there yet. They're coming soon. It won't be long. Uh, we'll be able, I'll be able to relax in a second." No, no, you guys go for it, go for it. I just want to, I just want to figure out, I just want everything to be right. So let me just.
So it's not just a question of, is it at 4? Is it 6? Is it? It's a question of all those hours on a day that matter to me. I get to live it instead of, "I just did it. I got the balloons. Check. I got the balloons on time and I had a New Year's Eve." And to be honest, so many people care more about the checklist than the experience. And then they have everything they've ever asked for and they wonder why they're upset, why they're stressed, why they're nervous, why they're exhausted. And it's because, well, you got it, but that's not how you wanted it to feel. Good for you. You got the balloons, but you spent the entire day worrying about the balloons. Good for you. You you did the party, but at the end of the day, you need a nap from just planning it. You're too tired to even enjoy the night.
And I've done this. So this is such, this has made such a difference for me when I reverse engineer. So you could decide today. And honestly, the best time to plan next year is this year. I'll tell you that right now. I have never been more clear about how I want next Christmas to be than the day after this Christmas. I'm never more clear about how I want next New Year to be than the day after this New Year. So you can reverse engineer next year the day after, when it's the clearest in your body. Even your birthday. Have you ever noticed that? Like the day after your birthday, you think of all the things you could have asked for. You're like, "I don't have any more of that. I have no more of that. That would have been a great gift on Christmas Day." You watch people unbox their presents and you're like, "That would have been a great idea." And I had no idea what I wanted. "That would have been, that would have been fantastic." So a lot of times, it's right after that we get the, "Whoa, you know, that would be a really great idea for next year."
So right after New Year, I'm so happy, Nikki. So right after next year, right after New Year's, what I love to do is be like, "What worked? What didn't work? What do I want to do differently?" And I I really visualize the next New Year. It's entirely nuts, but I absolutely love it. So what I know for sure after this New Year is I would prefer the letters to arrive, the the 2025 New Year's Eve, I would prefer that to arrive on the 30th, not the 31st. Because if they're there on the 30th, I don't have to think about that showing up at all. But I do still want the balloons to show up in the morning because already the next morning, they didn't look quite as plump. So if we're doing balloons again, for sure, that's when I've got to do it. And the best time to book it up is the 1st of December because before the 1st of December, I think I have time. And after the 1st of December, I'm totally in the Christmas spirit and I completely stop thinking about New Year.
So I'm going to put on my calendar in reverse engineer in hindsight what I understood. So I'll say, at 10 AM, yes, the numbers 2025 were rented. I I got them from a beautiful place that I do it every year. 2025, 2024. I have had them every year. So I'll say, for example, okay, so I want the balloons to arrive in the morning. I want the numbers to arrive the day after. And then I might even say something like, all the food to create everything, I want it on the 29th. Because what happened is we bought it all on 20, on the 30th, but then I realized there were things missing, and Kevin had to go out on New Year's Eve, and that was not a fun thing for him because people were going bananas in the stores. I I learned this. So I can even put a little note, "29th, go shopping for all the food."
Now, if I forget all of this next year, on the 29th, I'll be like, "No problem, I can go tomorrow." I've learned nothing because I've forgotten because after a year has passed, I don't remember the difference between the 29th and the 30th. All my wisdom is right here, the day after. So I'll say, "Okay, so the 29th is when I buy the food. Okay, perfect." And it's probably best if all the platters, because I did a whole cheeseboard, and that is for sure what we're doing next year. It was the best thing, and I did it with caviar, and I did it with all the things. It was spectacular. Well, I want to bring, and we're for sure going to do it here. Even if the log house is complete, we'll do the log house for Christmas, and we'll do here for New Year, for sure. So it's going to be here. So I want to bring all of my things to make a cheeseboard, all my boards from all the properties I have, all kinds of different things everywhere to make that size of a cheeseboard. I needed it all. I want to bring it all here before Christmas so we don't have to go back to the island or anywhere to get anything. So I'm going to make another note that says, "Bring all the things for the cheeseboard on the 20th of December." Okay, perfect.
So now, these are just tiny, simple little things. And then I'm going to say to myself, "On the 1st of December, I'm also going to make a note that I need to um call, make the appointments for everything, and think if there's anything different for a theme on that day." So I could do like a New Year's Eve planning evening on the 31st. Oh my gosh, it's a 30-day countdown till the New Year. What do we want this theme to be? And have a a themed New Year's Day on the first. First of December, knowing it's a one-month countdown. This is fun.
And so I reverse engineer the whole thing, and I thought about it backwards. Because the other way around, how do you choose the dates? What does it matter? And this is what we always do. Like, what's the right day to think about the New Year stuff? What's the best day to bring the stuff for the cheeseboard? As long as we have it. What's the best day to order to get the numbers? As long as we have them. What's the best day to get the balloons? As long as we have them. We always run into issues that way. So we refine, refine, refine.
So now I will go into my calendar for December of 2025 and put a Post-it on December 1st. It says, "New Year's Eve party celebrations, organizing theme, call for balloons to be delivered on this date, and call for the to be delivered on this date." I'll put a little Post-it on the 20th and say, "Bring all the stuff for cheeseboard, New Year's Eve cheeseboard, to the island." I'll put a little Post-it on my calendar for the 29th and say, "Go shopping for food for New Year's cheeseboard and things of such." And I'll say, "Prepare for arrivals of letters on the 30th." And I'll put another Post-it that says, "Prepare for balloons early at 10:30 for New Year's party." Yay!
And then I arrive next year, and I open my calendar for December, and I have planned the genius mind that did not need to think, the one that already knew, the one that had already been thinking about this in my head. Because you know, you can't stop these thoughts when you've learned something. You'll say, "Next year, we've got to do this." Except you don't do anything about about it. So I'll take that time where I'm actually thinking about it, and I'll make it happen for next year. So next year, I don't need to think about it at all. Now my brain can think about wrapping presents. Wrapping presents. I just pick up the phone and I call, and it's so easy because I thought about it when it mattered, instead of trying to figure it out later and produce the thoughts when I have a million other things on my mind. Because I know I'll be busy December of next year, and that's not the time to try to plan. That's actually why everything goes was wrong in the first place. So now I've learned. I reverse engineer that in the calendar.
So the New Year's, I had a New Year's Eve. They were like big wooden letters with lights in them, kind of like you'd have, you see people on Instagram, "Will you marry me?" and those kind of lights. So I got N, Y, E, 2025, and I put them on each side of the tree. I'll post a picture here. It looked pretty cool. Um, but that's that's what we want to do. So now, if we look at that, that's a party, that's an event. But in life, when you've got your business, Christmas is coming, your family has different times they want to get together during the month of December. My Kevin's birthday's on the 23rd of December. Kevin's dad is on the 8th of December, and we've got to go to Windsor for that. When I look at my December, you think I'm going to have time to be smart about New Year's Eve next December? But the day after New Year's, I'm a genius. I can see everything I did wrong and everything I need to do better. So why wait?
Okay, so you can do this for birthday celebrations with your kids, and you're like, "Gosh, we really should have gotten." Do it then. You'll learn. It'll give you time back. So that's one thing. Another way that this really works, and this is just to think about in your life, the things that you don't do properly because you haven't planned. Valentine's Day, Halloween. I was going to dress up, but we got to the day and we didn't even do it. I was going to decorate, but we didn't have time. I was going to bake cookies, but we never did. I was going to do, but we didn't. So anything that you care about doing, you reverse engineer it. It ends up happening.
Now, let's imagine more something like a product or something that I want to create for for you guys. So I had a desire. I have a desire every year to send a gift and a New Year's card to all the women of my AF and AF next. And I have a design that I really like. And some years I like to be creative and do something different. But I do have a design I really like. But every year, I need to write what's going to be at the back of the card, and I need to get to the with the company that that prints it, and I need to get the material that I want, and the color that I want, and I've got to get it a certain way, and I've got to choose. So I have got to organize myself. And the candles. I had to make the candles. I built the candles. I had them built. I chose the smell of the candles, the color, the the the pot, like all the things about it. I have, I build all of that.
So in order for you to get what you need by New Year's, I have a year in the making that stuff. You know, it'd be so easy to put on my list, "Make a candle, make a card for the AFes." It's like, no. So write the text, choose the image, choose the card material. I receive the card stock. I look at the pictures. I touch the material. I decide. Shannon makes the graphic, shows me what it'll look like. Make some tweaks, change it, approve. Change the fonts, like the card. Send it in. Receive a sample. Don't like the positioning, don't like the edges. Turn it back. Bring it back in. Like it. Okay, good. That's good. You know how many times, how many times I sniffed candle wax before I decided on this the smell? You have in your head, like, "No, this isn't right. No, no, this isn't right." Back and forth and back and forth. The crystal water bottles were years in the making.
So any product you want to make, you've got to reverse engineer, especially if you want to be delivering it by a certain time. If you're the kind of person who wants to make a handmade gift for someone or something really personalized. You know, we did a big, big, big special thing for my client because she crossed a huge milestone, and I knew she was going to a concert in Toronto, and I wanted to make it a part of her experience. And so we had to reverse engineer the whole thing on crunch time, but we never would have made it happen the way we did if we didn't do it reverse engineer. Because it was like, she arrives at 4 PM, she's going to. So we need the photographer to come take the pictures of the room before she gets there, and we need this delivered right here, and this needs to be delivered. We were able to do it like clockwork because we reverse engineer. If not, she would have shown up and we would have been like, "Sorry, we sorry, we we're not finished." No way that can happen. Happen. You have to walk in and it's ready. That's the whole vibe.
So you can do this for events, you can do this for products. Another amazing one, and this is something that you're going to see in real time because I I'm going instead of doing so many years in Resolution Revolution, I show you how to do it on the calendar. But this year, I think it's more valuable for me to talk to you, to coach some of you, and to give you the recording of that part so you can kind of see what it looks like. And then tomorrow, I'll help you even more with your goals. Like, I want you to actually understand this process more than just see it, because it makes a world of a difference. But one of the things that I do first on this calendar, that I'll I'll give you the link for this in the group as soon as we're done here, and you can watch it on your own time, is I reverse engineer my program launches.
So let's say, for example, I have, I want to do a master class. This is the only way Alpha FM has been able to do this many offers, by the way. I have an idea for a master class. It's like, "I got to, I want to do this." Okay, when do I want to do it? I want to do it on this date. Okay, perfect. Let me test it. Can it happen? The only way I know for sure it can happen is if I reverse engineer it. In order for me to do the launch on this date, that means I need to have the branding, the video, animation, everything done by this date. In order to have that done by this day, and the sales page and the everything done by this date, in order to have that done by this date, date, I need this done by this date. In order to have this done by this date, I need to have this done by this date. And I show you how to do it in the calendar. And that's why sometimes I'll look at the date I chose, and before we even start and set ourselves up for failure, I'm like, "That doesn't work." So I push it back a little bit, or I already know we can make it work, but we got a crunch. We have zero wiggle time. This only works if I go now. And there's others where it's like, "Whoa, that's so much time. I could even do it sooner if I wanted." When I reverse engineer, the time becomes clear. I like that. That rhymes.
Okay, so I would like to know, who here had something that they were trying to reverse engineer and it felt like trying to smell the color nine? It was just not working in your brain. Is does anyone have something that they're trying to reverse engineer and they're getting a little bit blocked? Okay, let's see. Cecilia, come on up. Oh my God, hello. Hi. How are you? Oh, okay, okay. Let me just start by saying that my heart is beating, and uh, I was in the God Zone, and I already knew you were going to, you you were going to call me, and we we were going to have a conversation, and I, I just had to hold that feeling. And when the God Zone ended, I knew that it, it was going to happen. I didn't know when. So here we are. There we are. That's pretty fast. Oh my God. So why don't you tell me what you want to reverse engineer? What is your end vision?
Yes, so I have invested a lot of my time and and money into having a coaching business, which I don't have. Okay. Uh, I do a lot of private with mentors that I can afford and all that. Um, so I would like to make some, I would like to make some money. Not only because of the money, but also because I know I, I know I'm not a beginner. As I'm looking at people who are starting now, I'm realizing I'm happy I didn't start before because I, I had to accumulate knowledge and all that. Okay. My, I'm shaking, but I don't like I hear what you're saying. It's just I don't have any idea since in my mind I keep thinking that a product that people don't see, I don't know how to sell. If that makes sense.
It does. And this is why I put out there a a cover image for every one of my programs. You know what made me do this at first? When I first started doing this, nobody did this. It didn't exist. Now everybody has cover images for all their offers. But I thought to myself, if I don't have a website, it looks like I'm selling air. Like, what am I selling? And it, I was driving past the movie theater called The Colossus in Laval, near my where I lived, and on the side of the highway, and on the side of the cinema, there were these huge images of the movies that were going to play. I was like, "That's how they sell a movie is just with the cover and a few video clips." So why don't I have a cover and a few snippets of me talking about it? That should be enough. And that's how it started. So for me, the name of the program or the name of the offer, even if it's a one-on-one thing, even just having my company Alpha Fam on a banner, it feels like a product. When I send it in an email and it's like, "Here's what you just purchased," it feels like a product, even though it's a service, even though it's going to be my voice in the end. It's a visual representation of what someone bought. So I do recommend doing those.
But let me ask you, when you say you want to make some money, you're ready to make some money now. What is the product that you do want to sell? Is it just one-on-one calls, or is it a program? Uh, I think I would like like both. I've done, I had some, I had few clients who I did one-on-one, which was fun. Okay. Uh, the thing is, I, I, um, I, I wrote in the Alpha F group the other day, and I said that I, um, I keep bumping into mentors who tell who tells me I'm not ready to to put myself out there because of all the things that I've gone through as a as a child and a young teenager. Okay. And that kind of makes me rebel a bit because I don't know if I don't believe that's true. And I kind of let someone who has more money and more followers and more visibility telling me I'm not ready. Well, I started my business in the front seat of a car after watching someone jump out of a window. So I think you're going to be okay. Yeah, just fine.
So here's my, here's the thing. Doesn't matter what anyone has to say about any of it. What it matters is that you want to do this. You care about this, and you care about your clients. If you're there, you're fine. I love, I, I loved my one-on-one coaching with. I mean, they were friends of mine. They paid me a little, but every every time we had a call, I was like, "This is my favorite time of the week." Engineer this. Here's what we've got to do. In order to reverse engineer this, you've got to focus your energy not on the. In order to reverse engineer this, you've got to focus your energy on the purpose, on the vision. That's the thing that you've got to look at the most. You're going to notice you're going to have stories about what people said to you. You're going to have fears about maybe something you tried that didn't work. Those things happen. But you, those don't, those can't be part of the reverse engineering process. If you find that they won't stop, then you can have a part of your process which is to address these thoughts.
So let's say, for example, I wanted to build a coaching program that was going to be the one that helps women scale to a million dollars. Okay? So I want to help, I want the million millionaire program, for example. And I'm in my head like, uh, but I don't want it to sound like it's just about the money. And I want it to sound, but I'm sure I want to do this though. Yes, but I'm just scared that this is. But I'm sure I want to do this though. Yes, but I'm sure. Okay. So I'm going to schedule time in my reverse engineering to get squeaky clean about my feelings and my thoughts about this. But this can't be part of the process. What I know for sure is I want to make this happen. So I've got to focus on that.
So when you see yourself in the end game, coaching one-on-one clients, and they are so happy, and you are so happy, that's the end game. You've got to reverse engineer. So you do you want to go with me with a program, or do you want to do one-on-one for this example? Uh, a one-on-one. Okay. So if you would like a one-on-one client, you've got to decide what's going to be in the one-on-one offer. Do you already know kind of what you want to bring forward? What, what's your area that you love the most to coach in? Do you know what that is yet? Uh, actually, I just got this thought a while, just a moment ago. When, what the reason I got into this field was when I went through a breakup. There was there was moments of joy that before that breakup I, I didn't, I always thought that pain had to be pain. And in that breakup, there were moments of joy while I was navigating the pain, the break, the the break, the heartbreak. And so I think even that, I don't know. I'm a bit ashamed to say, although I've invested so much money, even that I don't know.
Okay, but that's okay. So the beautiful thing in this is that everything you've invested is still in your subconscious mind. So as you go through this process, you're just going to bring back what's most important. But without this, how can you possibly sell anything if you don't really know what it is that you want to sell? We want to make money, yes, but we want to make money making sure that our clients get what they need. So I don't know if one of the things for you is helping people through difficult times and finding the silver lining, for example? That was really a big part of what I was helping with people with. As I said, "No matter what's going on in your life, if you hire me, I'll help you fall in love with your life." Even if we don't have to change anything, I'll, I'll help you see it differently. You know, that's because that's what I was doing for my own life.
So the first step would be for you now to figure out what it is that you want to be selling. What is it that you want your coaching package to be? Because if not, you don't have the vision of who your clients are, and none of it, none of it can be reverse engineered. Because then if I don't know what I'm selling, I can't figure out what my sales offer is. I can't figure out what to call it. I can't figure out how to market it. I can't figure out how to talk about it. Because fundamentally, I don't know what the end game is. I don't know what the end result is that I want to create. So this is what happens to a lot of us when we have something we want. "I want to make money and I want to sell coaching." Okay, perfect. Well, how do I sell it? Or how do I build it? What is it? That's the end. The end is you visualize yourself actually doing it. What is it? What is that one-on-one coaching looking like?
So I would take the time after this call to really sit with everything you've learned and the things in your life you feel you've really helped yourself with, and the things that you've helped your friends with the most. And say, "In all of this, if I could choose what what my coaching package was about, what would I really want it to be about? What would I be selling?" And then that's the, that is the biggest, most important piece. Because the finale result is that you're coaching a client, and that client gets what they need. So what's the kind of client that you're most capable of helping? And maybe that's someone that's gone through the things you've gone through. So it could be, "How did I lead myself through some difficult things? And what are my the things that I'm most able to be powerful when I think about and talk about?" And you would start with that. And then if you feel, "Oh, tell me, that would be quite a process." Because, uh, even just hearing you say it, I'm like, "Oh, I have to go back a few years now." Good. This is good.
So once you'll have done all of that, then it's going to be like, "Okay, how can I expl like how can I market that?" So what is a person going through if they need what I just said? If they would be changed by what I've just, I want to offer them, what would they be going through? How do I speak to them? So that's when you would figure out how to sell it. And if all of this stuff feels like too much, and that that is possible, it's because at this stage, you haven't yet thought about the core thing that you want to do. So I wouldn't go too far down the process together now, just because this is where you're stuck. But remember yesterday I said, wherever you're stuck, just know at least you know what the vision, what the future is supposed to be now. Because wherever you're stuck, at least is the vision. So your vision right now is to really create, "What is it that I love to help my clients with? What is it that I'm really good at? What is it that I feel confident that if I, if I didn't even have to worry about the money whatsoever, if I didn't have to worry about, you know, deserving the money, if I just went based on what my heart knows, I, I would help someone for free with this. I, I'm so certain about myself. I know exactly what I'm doing, what I want to do, and what would be all the things I'd help a client with." Start with that. It'll help you build your program, and then it'll be easier to talk about it.
Thank you. It is my pleasure. Okay, I also saw Shana with her hand up. Oh, I added to my one-on-one list to get to talk to you one-on-one. I've never been brave enough. Oh, I'm so glad you're here. Thank you. Oh, okay. I do have a legit question. Last year, I was really uh focusing on my production company with my horses, and when I was building and reverse engineering, it was really on very tangible things that I understood. But through your courses and through other courses that I've learned, um, over the past years, and especially last year, I've received this really, really strong desire to speak my truth, to to share something that I have in here, and not just my creativity. And so I sit down, I'm like, "Okay, I'm just going to start writing." That's what they say is, you just start writing. And when I did, um, I started writing without any plan, without any reverse engineering, a workshop for my production program where the client, it was very interactive. And through this interactive story, that's more of a fantasy setting, they start figuring out their supernatural character. And then at the end of this is going to be the things that I'm really good at already, which is the production, and just finding the supernatural character, and then turning it into this beautiful masterpiece. So it's not just a visual, um, one-time event experience, or actually getting to learn things about themselves. And so I feel like I really tapped into the God Zone because I did not intend to write this, and it would not stop. It just kept coming out, and I was so excited. And then it stopped. And I, I still kept trying to push myself back into it. And it's like, "Okay, I can't go to the next steps of this until I get to the end of the workbook." And so that's what I put from yesterday's uh, call. I put that on my reverse engineering. It's like, "This is something that's really important, and I would love to actually bring it into fruition this year." Um, and it's really easy for me to skip the end of the writing part and go straight into how I'm going to market it, and the visualizations, and and the production, and my team, and all of that. But I am not sure how to reverse engineer tapping back into this book that I didn't even know was inside of me. And I say a book, it's an interactive workbook, it's a story. I have not been able to find it again. And I, my question to you is, am I reverse engineering by planning time in the God Zone and and and tapping in and holding off on putting everything else on the calendar until that happens? Or do I put that on my calendar, but go ahead and plan out all the other things that I get excited about that I understand, and keep pushing them down the calendar until I tap into this story that I'm wanting to share and this experience I'm wanting to create?
Both. Like, you nailed it. So remember how yesterday I said there are things you can't make happen? They just, you have to allow them to happen. So allowing the last part of this workbook is what you need to do. Like, there needs to be an allowing of it. Definitely. It could be something where you, you plan an afternoon to go with nothing else on your calendar and have a little picnic looking at the horses and sit and see if something comes through. You know, it could be something like a really personal thing, a walk through the woods, or something that really brings you outside of technology, outside of the noise, outside the buzz, you know, like just to be with yourself and think. Like, just create spaces to allow for the completion to come through. But you don't want to just stop the process. What you want to do is compl allow days for you to contemplate that. All the while putting on the calendar all the rest of the plans that need to be reverse engineered. And if you get to the block where it's like, "I can't do anything until this last piece has come through. Now I've done everything." Well, then you're going to move the Post-its. Like, you're going to see in what I do tomorrow. Tomorrow is the day where you need the calendar and the Post-its. And when you watch me do it, you'll see exactly what I mean. You'll, you'll plan it with the trust and the faith that the download will come through in time. And if for any reason it didn't, you would just move the Post-it.
I can move the Post-it. Thank you. I really appreciate that. It is my pleasure. I look forward to finding out when it drops. I have a feeling it won't be long. Oh yes. I hope this was helpful for others. Um, and I just really appreciate the opportunity to get to to speak. And if you're a little shy out there and you haven't used your your voice, um, she makes it really easy. Raise your hand. Good. I'm happy. Thank you for that. Thank you. All right, next, I see Christina with her hand up. Hello. Me too. My heart is like so excited. You got like mermaid hair. I love your hair. Thank you. Thank you so much for this opportunity. I'm so glad to be here. I'm so glad that you, you, you, you're on my path. Love it. Okay, I will try to be concise and clear. So, sum up, five years ago, I started my YouTube channel in French. Yes, and I started with tarot readings, and it was a success. And it turned into like coaching. I did some programs. I helped a bunch of women. It was really into like self-love, and we went deep into shadow work and reprogramming and breaking free, and yeah, all of that. Then I realized two years ago, so it started quite a long time ago. I mean, it was very uncomfortable for me to feel like, okay, this cannot be enough. I feel restricted. I feel like limited. Uh, I don't want to do tarot reading online anymore. Like all about love. It felt really repetitive and like teaching ABC to people, like self-acceptance, when I wanted to talk to people who are good, but they want more. So I had a problem with what I was attracting and feeling also like, uh, burnout because I did everything on my own anyway. I learned a lot about that. And then I was like, okay, before I start that, I'll start writing a book that I never published in 2019. Short stories about love and sex, who has nothing to do with self-development. This year, I want to publish this book. So this is one one big goal. But also now I'm like, okay, as actually, I'm an artist. I want to be free, you know? But, um, I'm trying to deconstruct the belief that it's like, uh, you cannot earn money with art. And what type of product I will sell now? And I'm really good at like guiding things through being like, people like they do like 15 years of therapy, and they come to me, we work two months together, and then free, you know? And I'm like, am I allowed to give up on this? And also like on my psychic medium gift? Is it okay? So it was like this conflict inside of me. And now I, I dream about like, um, I'm writing some poetry. It's a mix of cosmic wisdom, creative writing. And I like, okay, I can help people like this, but I want to put out just like video that's a mix of like storytelling, mini movie. Um, but what I will sell, and I don't have the vision now that it's like, how I can reverse something if I don't see the I need to make some money at some point. And it's cool to inspire others, but I don't know if I want to keep doing one-on-one or to create new programs. I also because now I want to work globally, so I'm going to do everything in English and not more in French. So this is like a big change as well. Yeah, sorry, it's a bit long, but I just need to give some context of the situation, you know, hopefully.
So a few things I do want to say is that my belief is that artists should be the highest paid people in the world because they're so unique, and because because they are irreplaceable, and because it's like, it's a gift. I think people should be paid for their gift more than any other thing on earth. And that's why, you know, I call what I do with Alpha FM the art of business because it feels like for me, I care about making money, but I care about it feeling like an extension of who I am, not me going against myself to make money. So it, it always has to be, to be honest, even when I started coaching, I was like, "How are people going to pay me for me to explain them something that's so simple?" But then people were like, "It's not simple until you know it. It's only simple for you because you know it. Once you tell us, then it's simple for us, but we will pay for it to become simple." It was like a big breakthrough for me. Like, people want to pay me to tell them something that's so simple, but it's like, it's not so simple.
So a few things I want to say is that you have a gift of art, but you also have a gift of helping people. But you never need to make any of it your profession. All of it can be just for pleasure. All of it can be a passion. None of it needs to generate revenue, and all of it can generate revenue. It really is completely up to you what you want to exchange for money. And if, if right now it feels like that's not something that you want to exchange for money anymore, it just isn't. But I want to open your mind to the fact that if you did record a program, you could sell that one program forever and never need to teach it again. Like, if you really said, "I want to do one last transmission for the world. I want to give it all I've got." And then often in my life, whenever I feel I want to remind people that this exists, I'll tell them, and then they can buy this that I did back when I cared about it, when I wanted to do it, and that was my final transmission. And then you sell on automation. You don't always have to do it live.
This is what I did, and it didn't sell at all. It was crazy because the one-on-one private, like I always had people. And then after all these years doing that, I was like, "Okay, this is the key for for love. I'm going to sell that." It never sold. I was like, "This is weird." Well, it's not exactly weird. I'll tell you why. What I found for me is that there's a difference between selling something because I don't want to do the work, but I want to make the money, and there's a difference between saying, "I'm not doing this ever again, but I want to make sure that you can still get it if you need it." That changes in the frequency completely. So if you do it like, "I just want to make sure that no one, whoever needs me, can't get access to me. So I built this so it's accessible." That's different than than saying, "Let me see if I can automate my gift." The different energy.
So if you're going to be reverse engineering at this point, you have to have an end vision. And so if the end vision is just your art, then you have to see like, what is it? Is the end vision that you end up having some sort of, you know, like, tell me, what do you see the end vision is? What is the beauty that you see at the end of it all? Okay, the big dream is like making a movie, but I'm like, I don't know how. And this is why I start writing the the book, and it turns into like short story that
Could make like a cool series, you know? But I'm not a director. I don't have a team. I'm just like, I don't know where to start. But it's like, I want to make people reflect, feel, cry, expand, and laugh, and just like, yeah, you know.
So right now, you've written the books, and what we want is to get this book published. That's the next step for that. And then the big, big goal is that some of these stories could eventually become. And look, you got comments in the comment section. I could help. So here's what's happening. When you allow and you say, "Look, I'm going to write these stories, and I don't know how, but I want to make a movie with them," and you allow the God Zone, and you talk about it, and you share that vision, eventually someone says, "I have a connection. I could help you with that." But you've got to do it. It's got to be complete. Like, right now, the book isn't published, and you'll find that it's harder to talk about when you're like, "Well, I'm in the process of writing a book, and once the book is finished, I might want to do a movie with it." But if you're like, "I wrote a book. I published the book. The book is amazing. And my and my vision is that eventually it becomes a movie, and I'm manifesting my team of people. And in the meantime, I'm self-learning, and I'm figuring out how to do it on my own because I never, if I never manifest the team, I'll do it myself. So I'm in the process of learning." So that's how we tend to create it. You'd say, "If I wanted this to become a movie, I can either manifest my dream team or I can learn how to do it. There's nothing in this world that I cannot do." If this is really my vision, then part of the reverse engineering is all the steps that I would need to learn one at a time. Yeah, I make the announcement on my YouTube channel, the French one, that I would stop doing everything. Burning bridges. I understood the compounding and building blocks for me was like, I was like, "Yeah, why I need to burn everything?" Because I had a career in advertising in the corporate world for 10 years, and I did the same. I was like, "Next." Yeah.
When you mentioned the personal power, how you build it, it was for me a big "aha!" moment. I was like, "Well, yeah." One would be good for the whole group to hear. Based on what you just said, is like, can you imagine the difference between hearing a story that's like, "I'm just starting out a career. I wrote a book, and I want to publish it, and maybe one day it'll become a director. I'll become a director of a movie." Or if it's like, "After 10 a 10-year career in this area, I've transitioned into this. I've got a manuscript that's about to be published, and I'm creating a movie." It's the timeline is to be determined. Which one feels definite? Whereas which one feels like, "Well, she's testing some stuff out." And so the fact is, you are all that you've been plus what you're becoming. So when we cut off what we've been, we're just this like floating, yeah, thing. It's just like, "And now I'm this. Now I'm trying this." But it's like, I'm all of that plus that. That gives you even more power. And you think, "I can dare to have this goal and think, yeah, I will manage to make money with that with the book." If you would have told me that I was going to become this, I would have said, "Impossible." But through absolute dedication to my craft and learning everything I needed to learn, and not giving up, and just doing what I had to do in the right energy, in the God's Own energy, and learning and moving forward, and testing and trial and error, and building, I've gone way further than I ever could have imagined I would ever go in all of my life. It's just that I have built something that I can keep doing and make money with, but my heart and soul is not there anymore. And that I'm like, "I want to give you something." What if you said, "I have built something that makes money. I have built something that makes money with all my heart and soul." So why can't I make another thing make money that I've built with all my heart and soul? Yeah, I think it's just a transition. It's like accepting the fact that maybe now there's no income with this and going full on in this new direction. Yeah, yeah. That would definitely be a surrender. Or you continue doing the thing knowing that it has an end because you're going to transition. But it's, you've got to choose one or the other. You either continue in one direction and put it on your reverse engineering that you're continuing this until that, or it's part of your reverse engineer that there is an end date, a celebration, an end date, and that you're willing to have a void. But since I posted a video saying goodbye, I think the end is. Does that matter? You could say, "You know what? I got on a coaching call with a person I really respect, and I realized I don't need to burn everything down. So I am back." It was just a little, it was gone, and I'm back, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, there is, there is an option. This is true. My God, this is so cool. Good. Yeah, thank you so much. Then I will, I think I will just go full on for this year. Give him because I know that if I have a, if I want something, I can make it happen. So why not just be like, "Okay, this is where I am now." And instead of using the thing you built as the excuse why you can't build the next thing you want to build, use it as evidence that you can build the things you want to build.
And when you say like, "People who make art are the ones who should earn the most." But what do they sell? You know, if it's not like Canva music, or there is some product, there is not just like, because I'm thinking, okay, I'm thinking for you, for me, for us, for the collective, and I want to spread video that's just like inspiring and with some wisdom. But how do you make money with that? It's just like, you can even make money through YouTube views and ads. On some, you need millions of views to live from that. I can tell you millions of views. Yeah. Why not? It's true. It's like, whatever you want, you can do. You just have to decide what you want. Yeah. And then anything you don't know how to do, you reverse engineer, you learn, and then you know how to do it. There's no limit. It's so hard to allow ourselves to dream that big. I feel, you know, like it was so easy in the past to have massive dreams, and I always like made them happen. And I don't know why now it feels like I was the one who wrote, "I want to be in the forest, just meditate and dance." And you were like, "Yeah, you can make some experience that you." But I was like, "No, I want to do that on my own, with nobody." You know, like, I don't want to sell this. I just, I just like feel so happy and fulfilled that I don't have like needs anymore. I think I went from deep masculine energy to deep feminine energy, you know? And now it's like, okay, how we can let that season be. What I have found, though, is we don't, it's not a question of us being worthy or not. But it is a question of, for me, for you, for us. So the only question you ever have to ask yourself if you want to be paid for something is, is there a "for me, for you, for us"? If it benefits the world that you dance by yourself in the forest, then you'll find a way to get paid for it. But if it only benefits you, then what it does is it gives you peace, it gives you well-being, it gives you calm, it gives you rest, it gives you solace, it gives you joy, it gives you whatever it is that it gives you. It gives you whatever it gives you. But if there's no "for me, for you, for us," usually there's no money involved. But not everything matters about money in life. So it's like, you get some things, and you get peace and joy and self-fulfillment and, and, you know, satisfaction for other things. So when you want to be paid, you ask yourself, "Is it for me, for you, for us?" If there's a "for me, for you, for us," there's money that can be made. No question. Yes. Awesome. What a, what a gift today. I was not expecting that. This is like, really wonderful. Thank you so much. It's my pleasure. Thank you for coming on. Thank you.
All right, so we're going to do one more. But then, Alpha FM team, if we can keep Carmen and Romina and Cassidy just on file, and then if on the next call, if they're available, we can bring them up first. Um, because what we're going to do, I'm going to bring Matan up with me, and we're going to look at whatever she wants to reverse engineer. Then I want you to watch the reverse engineering module with a calendar, and I want you to try to figure it out yourself because you have the call with Amy in the God Zone, and that's really important. I want to make sure you don't miss anything. So let's have you come up, and then we'll let you guys go. All of you that are in God Zone get to go and watch because it's Amy's birthday today. Can we just say it is Amy's birthday today? And human design is all about like, when you were born, what time you were born, all things. She is teaching a God Zone human design module on her birthday. Birthday. I don't know that there is more vibrational alignment on Earth. So she deserves all of our time and love and and attention.
Hello, my gorgeous, gorgeousness. Hello. I'm so happy. Here. I'm so happy you're here too. So tell me, what are we reverse engineering? Okay, so I'm an artist. I'm a painter. Oh, yes. A fabulous. I have one of your paintings right up there. I know. Okay, so I realized contemplating the how I, how I've sold my paintings in the past, and I've contemplated it, and I thought, I've only sold them by allowing them to be sold. But I've never sold them before. And now I want to sell them. So I have a painting. I started like a week ago. It's standing right here. It's Mary Magdalene. She showed herself to me, and I was like, "Okay, we're going to do this. We're going to paint her." She's the first painting I've painted since AF Next, since I've joined AF Next. There's a lot of magic in there. And now I want to sell her. Yes. So normally, I paint a painting, and I take my whole audience with me on the journey through the painting. And during the painting process, there is always somebody that says, "Okay, I would like to buy this painting, please." And I'm like, "Yes, please. Let's do that." But now I want to learn how to sell the painting. Okay. Do you want to sell it before you paint it, or do you want to sell paintings once they're, once they're painted? I want to sell this one. I want to sell during painting. Yeah. Or I'm also very happy when it's completed. It sells. I'm also very happy about that. So one of the things that I have really found about selling, like when people buy, because there's two reasons people buy. People either buy because they just felt it, or they buy because they were guided. So I love the sales that are just allowed, where it's just like, "This is the one. This is the painting." And anybody who wants it can buy it. But I think that what it means to really sell art, in my opinion, is to be a storyteller. And so when you're explaining why, why this is the figure that comes through for you, what it represents, the owner of this painting, you feel like, "I'm painting this for someone. This is coming through for someone." Every painting I ever paint has an owner already decided. Someone is supposed to have this painting. And so I'm guided to paint this for these reasons. I'm guided to paint this. This is what it represents. And so as I'm painting it, the buildup of this being meant for you will build up as you watch me paint her. It'll become clearer and clearer if she's meant to be in your home. Like, it's just storytelling and explaining what you're feeling because it's still an allowing. Selling is still an allowing. But your storytelling and your guidance helps the right person receive that sooner. And there's a difference between a visual like, "That's a beautiful painting," and an entire body experience of, "This painting was supposed to be for me. I was supposed to have this painting. I can feel it. You got that hit for me. I've been feeling all these things. I've been praying for all these things." And I see the livestream, the way you're explaining it. So you're adding an extra component. So what I would say is, before, when you get a feeling for a painting, the way to reverse engineer it is to say, "Let me plug back into the message I received when it was time for me to paint it. Let me see what, what the feeling I was when I chose the color. What do they mean? Why this deeper color? Why this lighter color? What was I led to?" Like, it's kind of planning the explanation of what you received. Okay, perfect. Because there's this thing about my paintings that I paint things, but I don't know why. And like a year later, it's like, "Oh, this is why." Okay, this is a little bit crazy. I'm a little bit freaked out. But yeah, but when that happens, then you have to just allow. When you see like, "Gosh, I can tell this is for something, and I really want to sell this one." Like, you're getting an intuitive hit with this one. I really want to sell this one. So you would say, "Look, the goal, let's say, for example, you decided, 'I want to sell this painting. I feel like I want to sell it before the end of it being painted.'" So how many different livestreams do I want to do about this painting? Do I want to record it all and release it in segments? Do I not want to do the whole thing live? Would I prefer to take little pieces and use, okay, this little piece of the painting and explain with my voiceover why I'm doing what I do, why I chose the colors, what it means? Like, you could use the time instead of doing it all live, you could record it and snip it into pieces and decide what you want to say about each part. So you would do it backwards. Like, if I'm to sell this, it's going to be a person that's like this. So what does this person need to hear? Because it's for her. So what do, what's about this painting that this person needs to know? And every step of the painting, you create the step until until you have it. Ah, that was the bridge. The bridge. Gonna cry a little. The bridge was, "This is the person, and why do I paint this for this person?" Yeah, yeah. That's awesome. Like, if I felt watching an artist, if I felt like not only the painting was resonating with me, but all the reasons why she's saying she's painted it, and she's looking for the one who is, who she's painting at for, and I felt that was me, there would be no question on Earth that I would buy that painting and be like, "This is for me." Yes. And I accidentally did that a lot with my previous paintings, but I can consciously do it now. Amazing. This is brilliant. Thank you. It is my pleasure.
So I love this because this is what I love the most about this module. I just want to say, I feel like this process is very simple, but the thing is, it's simple because it's a step-by-step tangible thing. It's a party. It's a program. It's like, there's not many questions until you do it, and you're like, "Oh, I know how to do that." But then I ask the people who's having a hard time reverse engineering, and it's the artist, and it's the artist, and it's the artist, and it's the artist. It's the one that's like, "How do I put, how do I do this with my energy?" And so every single one of these that we've had on screen today, I've loved because it just shows that with the right coaching and the right mentorship, even masculine energy processes work in the feminine because it's not about what we do, it's about who we are when we do it. Everything has a way. And when I teach my work, I teach it because I know I've, I've helped every kind of person. I've helped actors, dentists, doctors, coaches, consultants, um, I've helped cosmetologists and, and, uh, directors, movie directors. I've helped graphic designers. I like it's like, and all of the things I know are applicable. They just need a little tweak to make it out of the mind and into the understanding. And so no matter what, when you're going through this program, I feel like, "This probably doesn't work for me because I'm dot dot dot." I guarantee you it does. There's an angle. There's a way. Just soften it. Go into the purpose, the reason. Just think outside the box a little bit. If you look at some of the coaching I gave today, some of you that may not have quite as much of an artistic mind might have been like, "I missed it. What did they get? What happened?" Because like, I would have needed a definite this with the person's like, "Oh, oh, yeah. I felt it. I got it. Okay, okay, okay. This is what it is." So it's just knowing so many different people have so many different ways of getting to the information. But ultimately, this, this reverse engineering process, I have used for everything. Artistic things, cerebral things, everything has fit. So don't put too much pressure on yourself. Enjoy watching this module. It's actually a lot of fun. Try something out in your calendar. This is going to be your homework for today. If you feel like the brain dump idea was good for you, brain dump everything. Write every individual step on a Post-it, and then figure out where the Post-its go. That's a really cool way to do it as well. But, uh, try to reverse one thing on your calendar. And then tomorrow, I'll be able to help you because once you go to do it, then you might find that you had a little more difficulties, and I'll be there to help you with that. If you're in the God Zone, I hope that you're able to watch Amy's training. Wish her a happy birthday. I love you all so much, and I shall see you tomorrow.
Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and lay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-on such as regret from your past mistakes and fears be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position. This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices such as shame, guilt, and doubt should be turned off at this time.
