Hey, what's going on you guys? Welcome back to the channel. I have to admit I've made some incredibly tough decisions over the past 7 days and I'm just going to go from the top because I really don't know how to word this and I just want to be as honest as I can with absolutely everybody.

I put out a tweet yesterday on Saturday, May 2nd and the tweet goes like this. After almost 4 years of serving the LUNC community, these past 7 days have taught me more than I ever expected. Because of that, I've had to make some incredibly tough decisions and this week I'll be dropping a major update officially marking the end of an era.

What I'm here to do is give you guys that major official update. Like I'm saying, this really does mark an end of an era here for me at HCC. As a lot of you know, over those past 4 years, we haven't just been someone creating content sitting on the sideline. I've developed so many tools, it's unreal at this point. The overall array of what we built is extensive and we haven't just provided all of these awesome tools like LUNKey Dash for example. We've gone in and we've burned Mirror and Anchor Protocol assets. Prior to that, we removed Hexagons paycheck. Prior to that, we introduced the DCM.

I'm not going to sit here and list off all of my achievements and I think you guys more or less know what I've done over the past 4 years and what I'm here to do is be as honest as I can be with each and every one of you today. Building LUNKey Dash, dropping the mobile wallets, dropping the finder system, introducing the mobile wallets on both Android and iOS are some of the greatest achievements that I've ever made.

Furthermore, all of these projects have been non-profit. That includes things like lungpump.fun, which is defunct now, but at the time it was developed in a manner that was built to serve the ecosystem. Everything that we've ever built, as I've mentioned, has been non-profit and that comes with its own rule set. These problems that you inherently adopt whenever you build a non-profit system is you're taking on a substantial amount of debt, whether that's with development, the maintenance, the upkeep, licensing, you name it, it all reflects out into dollar value. And after 4 years, I have to probably be the first one to say I'm exhausted. Not physically, not mentally, but financially exhausted and I've run aground.

And what I mean by running aground isn't just financially, it's also with the Terra Luna Classic community. Everything that we've ever built is unable to find support on the actual ecosystem itself and this is because validators, other voices on the blockchain simply will not share what we've created, whether it's factual based content, evidence that we're putting forward, tools that we've created, finder systems, apps, you name it, they are not going to share it.

From my perspective, LUNKey Dash has reached its endpoint. It can no longer go any further than it has belonging to me and being part of the HCC ecosystem or what was the HCC ecosystem cuz as you know, I've doxxed myself, I'm using my actual name and I've revealed myself to all of you at this moment in time. What I'm trying to get at here is, and this is really hard for me to say, is that sadly, we've had to make a decision and I say we, me, to move LUNKey Dash, the finder, the mobile app both on Android and iOS, LUNKey Pump, LUNKey Swap to a new owner.

This isn't just because of the financial pressure it's created on me and the insane amount of debt I've incurred in building all of these, it's because it's not going to go any further belonging to me and if these products don't grow, like LUNKey Dash finder, the apps, lungpump.fun, LUNKey Dash and all of its tools, the recovery system, this blockchain's not going to grow. I'm effectively the dead weight that is attached to LUNKey Dash and like I'm mentioning, I just I'm unable to take it any further.

This is heartbreaking for me because over the past 4 years, I've poured my heart, soul, love into this and everything that I had financially went into LUNKey Dash, all of the tools. We never expected anything and that's not what this video is about because as of recording this, LUNKey Dash, the finder, the mobile apps, lung pump, lung swap has all been moved on to a new owner and I'm very happy and I'm very pleased to announce that this new owner is Juris Protocol.

And this was a tough decision. A lot of people came to me and I went to a lot of different people in terms of moving LUNKey Dash off to a new owner. I have to admit, we had a rather extensive and large offer for someone that's part of the blockchain, but their existence is more based on the V2 version and I can't name them. From my perspective, this is one of the most dangerous things that I could do as a content creator, as a validator, as someone that's created is to sell it to an external interest, someone that can come in, essentially get a hop, skip and a jump ahead of absolutely everybody. My intention was always to keep it within the family that is the original Terra Luna Classic community, not people that have just joined, not people that are looking to come back. And as I mentioned, Juris was the best choice and I'm going to be honest, it wasn't for free. There was a trade-off. They offered me a portion of Juris in return for handing this over to them and I think it's a fair trade. It doesn't cover my losses by any mean and and if you really wanted to know, I'm around a quarter of a million pounds into LUNKey Dash, all of its tools, the licensing, the maintenance, the upkeeping, the development teams, it's insane at this point.

What I'm unable to do is focus on being a content creator or being a validator because I'm always going around chasing all of these tools that we've built and sadly, because of the non-profit factor, we've never gained anything from it. From a perspective, this is a very honorable thing to do, but it's also the most idiotic thing that you can do as a business coming into crypto because you're not going to be able to run in a sustainable manner and we have for the past 4 years and don't get me wrong, I could keep this going, but it's going to continue diminishing my savings in real life, it's going to be taking away from my family, it's going to be taking away from my sons and I just can't do this anymore.

I think the Luna Classic community knows how dedicated I am and I'm not going to be shutting down my validator, it's not going to be moving on, I'm not going to be disappearing from this blockchain, I'm still going to be here in the same capacity I always have. The difference is I don't own LUNKey Dash anymore. I don't own the finder, I don't own the apps and I don't own lungpump.fun and in the contract, the only specifics were really keeping it as a native wallet that serves the Terra Luna Classic community itself. That doesn't include them not being able to rebrand it or anything like that cuz for all intents and purposes, they can do whatever they want. They own it now. The handover has been made, the contracts have been signed and it's just the cause and effect and I'm yeah, I'm very upset about it. Yeah, I'm very sad about it, but I'm an adult. I understand that if I don't remove myself from LUNKey Dash and LUNKey Dash doesn't remove itself from me, it's not going to grow, the chain's not going to grow. I'll eventually run myself even further aground and I'll have to disappear. And you guys have already seen how I have to come and I have to go depending on what my 9-5 is because we don't make anything in crypto. I think a lot of you are beginning to recognize that I should probably start to do paid promos, I should start to build profit models and try to build this sustainable future and that's what I'm going to be aiming to do. And moving LUNKey Dash off to Juris Protocol is going to be probably one of the best decisions that I ever make.

They're a lending and borrowing protocol. They've built a lot on chain. They've been here since the beginning. They're very dedicated. Them taking over LUNKey Dash is only going to make it better. It's only going to make it stronger, faster and it's see broader adoption, which is what I want more than anything for a product that we originally created and it's a beautiful thing, you have to admit. We came in when other people like Hexagon were paid upwards of a quarter of a million dollars, we built LUNKey Dash for free. No one ever paid us anything. We never ever got a payout. Hexagon did and LUNKey Dash was used to prove that it didn't need to happen, that we didn't need to pay them for this maintenance, this upkeeping of a platform that they owned and they benefited from. And LUNKey Dash was a tool that was used in the beginning to pry that paycheck away from them and that's exactly what it did. Up until this point, LUNKey Dash has been absolutely great and I think it's going to get even greater in the near future. I'll be doing a few more updates as we go into the final phases of the handover, but I wanted to let you guys know, but I don't want to panic you. I'm not going to be disappearing as I've mentioned, I'm not going to be going anywhere, I'm not going to be changing. The only difference is I'm going to have far more time to be with you guys, to create content, to go on lives, to attend these different spaces on X and preach the word that is Terra Luna Classic. Nothing changes. The only thing that's different is LUNKey Dash has a new owner and that owner cares for it very much. I have no doubt that these guys are going to be going absolutely [clears throat] nuts about this. They'll be shouting it from the rafters, they'll be very bullish about it and they should be. This is a lending and borrowing protocol that has just acquired one of the largest native wallets on our chain with one of the largest array of tools available and they're going to be integrating all of their tech in. For all intents and purposes, this bank that's not a bank, that's supposedly a bank, but also not a bank, has now acquired a decentralized bank in a sense. It's pretty bullish and as you can imagine, I'm I'm now a Juris holder and I'm not going to be dumping my tokens, but guys, look, I am sad, but I'm also happy about this. It's a good move and from my perspective, I just I can't go any further with this. I've done all I can do for LUNKey and LUNKey Dash. I believe that I'm going to be far more useful in this new capacity that's going to be available. Again, going to have far more time for you guys, for preaching the word that is Terra Luna Classic and we pass this amazing array of tools, LUNKey Pump, LUNKey Swap, the finder, the mobile apps on Android and iOS over a team that have the intention of building it out, of taking it even further and they're very neutral. They've got a strong community. They are likely going to help take this thing to the moon along with Terra Luna Classic. And if this blockchain wants to grow, sadly, this is like I've said, the cause and effect. It can no longer go any further with me attached to it or it attached to me.

Guys, stay safe, stay humble, stay aware. Try to keep up-to-date with all of the content I'm providing. There's going to be some really important stuff dropping over the course of this week, and I'll catch you in the next one.
