I started to help from my community from Iran at the beginning. Then I want to make it international. So I'm on a way to building my business part-time. So these two are my biggest result from the course I think.
Yeah, that's great. I hear a bit of the icky guy uh giving what the world needs you know the service and I believe Iran is part of your passion and heart and what the world needs. So it's beautiful that you start there.
Yeah. Another thing I did was mentoring. I did 80 hours mentoring for people for free and it was one of my happiest moments in the previous three months and I started it only for the purpose of serving and it felt amazing.
It felt amazing the message I got.
If I I mean if I remember the guy that started the course and was thinking more about expensive cars. This is such a shift like such a shift. It's insane. I bet you had no idea that service could give you more life satisfaction than expensive car back then.
Yeah. I remember something that I understood that I didn't know what I want.
You know, I think maybe what what all the people around the world needs right now is to know exactly what they want at the core, you know. But sometimes you you want something and lots of other things go on the surface and you think that you want a better car but at the end you want I don't know appreciation you want respect you want something like that so when you touch that moment you will no longer uh crave for materials not not just materials the all the surface things maybe at the core you need materials I don't know.
Exactly I like how you said that because everyone is individual and But it's very interesting um to get to that core. It took three months. It's not like you you just know it, you know. It's like if someone asks you what's your values, it's not that easy. It's it's really a slow unraveling until you get there and uh um a soft guidance uh to help you uh find really is this really you uh along the way.
So, was the program worth the financial investment? Definitely. Yeah. I think because you had multi-level uh registration fees that it was really appropriate for me to pay for that and Yeah. Yeah. It was amazing. Yeah. It was it for sure.
Thank you. That's always good to hear, you know.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
And uh what would you tell someone who's considering uh joining the leadership landing?
Yeah. I think uh first of all I congratulate someone who is looking for leadership courses to improve their soft skills and leadership skills and I I congratulate people who found you and already know you and uh they can use this opportunity to not not for changing for transforming their life. You know change means that you have the same perspective and you go further but sometimes transformation is the direction you change your direction entirely and I would say let's don't waste time and just go for it.
go for it.
go for the course don't waste any moment.
I remember I my uh registration was uh closed when you uh wanted to join and you were so determined to get this course you were writing me message after message after message and you convinced me. So, I'm I'm so glad that you did this.
Yeah, I know.
Um, looking back, uh, what part of yourself did the program help you rediscover or strengthen?
Uh, sorry, I didn't got the question exactly. Let me.
looking back. What part of yourself did this program help you rediscover or strengthen?
Oh h I think uh that part of me that was caring about people was really buried under lots of wants and unnecessary needs.
Mhm. that I was also feeling shame for that that why I want everything for myself why I'm not serving others.
and then suddenly I I saw that that I have that I just got lost between lots of things.
Yeah.
So I think that was the biggest recovery for me.
It's your authentic self at your core but it was hidden by so much.
Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. and uh uh hidden by fears, hidden by hurts, hidden by life uh situations and uh um it's hard to find that uh that gentle core that's waiting for you.
Yeah.
So, if your inner dragon or dragons uh could speak, what would it or they say about who you've become and the difference you're making today?
They would say I'm more courageous person right now. I'm more courage and uh I'm not fearing the fears. This is the sentence I'm carrying. I also I I'm fearing things but I'm not as scared to have fears. You know, everyone has it. So, I need to have a way to deal with them. So, I think my dragons would say now you are talking to me.
Yeah. You know,
I remember the moment um I can't it was around I think it was the sixth uh um day uh you uh it was in one of your checkouts and uh the I I think I said in that week or in that session something about sitting with the dragons.
and you were so it was like a mind explosion moment for you like whoa it's not about slaying them it's not about killing them it's not about but Embracing the shame.
Yeah.
And sitting with it.
Yeah. Yeah. I had I had four dragons that when I decided to sit with them, for me that metaphor sitting with them is to have a dialogue with them and experience that fear.
Yeah.
I was avoiding experiencing my emotions. So.
sitting with them was exactly what I needed at that moment. So when I started sitting with them after 30 minutes, 1 hour, I felt much calmer and I still could have seen them, but they weren't controlling me. I had a choice to do something different.
Exactly.
So that's what Yeah.
Instead of reacting, you're responding to live.
Exactly. Yeah.
Beautiful.
So now we're going to go through a quick rating part. So on a scale 1 to 10 uh one being uh you uh don't agree with this and 10 being you strongly agree. Okay.
So first question I understand my core values and how they shape the way I lead and influence others.
Yeah. 10.
And I feel more confident and authentic when creating impact or guiding others.
I think nine.
Yeah. Good.
Yeah. And I have practical tools uh to navigate motivation, communication, and growth conversations.
Nine or 10?
Yeah.
I I have a little struggles yet, but yeah, I think nine is good.
We're still all growing, right?
So, and uh the program continues to have a positive effect on my work and relationships.
Yeah, absolutely. So.
wow. And I would recommend the program to others who want to increase their positive impact.
10.
Wow. Thank you. Wow. And are there any questions I should have asked or anything that you wish I would have uh um said or you have anything that you want to say at the end here? Yeah, I think that I I mentioned about shame but also want to mention about authenticity that this course focus on that a lot that when we are talking about leadership start from within the within is your authentic self. So knowing your authentic self will automatically reduce the shame and pressure you have and you will you will live the life you truly want. And that sentence is really important to me. So I think authenticity is one of the tangible result of this course because you have here support you have sorrow support in the way so you can be more courageous with your fear and at the end behind the doors behind the fears authenticity is waiting for you.
Wow that's a powerful way to say it. Thank you so much.
Thank you very much for time this opportunity. Yeah.
