All right. All right. All right. What is up, legends? Bosch, I think we are good to go. Drop a There we go. Legends. Well, why hello. Hello, legends. Legends have assembled. There we go. Love it. Love it. Love it. All right. All right. Cool.

Well, guys, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to day three. Very, very excited to get into today's one. Uh, smooth operator, smooth shadow operator. Uh, love it. Love it. Well, yeah, ladies and gents, as I said, uh, today we got a very, very fun presentation. I want you guys to take a guess how many people work at our organization.

So, uh, you guys of course are aware of monetize. Now, monetize is a part of our broader company called Consulting.com, the company that I bought 10 years ago and, you know, really, um, you know, took it from where it was to a whole another level since there. uh 200 people, 50 people, 50 50 100 700 um no listen in this specific company at consultant.com uh we have uh I think it's about 58 last time I checked or maybe I think we few more hires I think we're above 60 now but anyways anywhere from 50 to 60ish people um so anyways all of that to say we have a very very large organization and we have people who've been working in our company for um you know over well over half a decade at this point. Um so I am not a one-man operation. I'm not a one-man team. Uh we spend millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars a year uh on our team, on our payroll to make sure that we have the uh best talent in the world. And that means that we can uh provide the best training, the best support, the best software, the best tools, really just the best of everything. So I wish I could sit here and take credit for uh everything that you guys see. Uh but unfortunately I can't.

So it goes uh new glasses. Uh they're not new glasses. They are I guess I haven't worn them yet. They are H3. I don't know if maybe some of you guys do or may or may not know I have a eyewear company. So that's the glasses that I wear. These are H3 malls. I don't know if they've released maybe they've released. Anyways, all that to say, um, all of that to say, we have an incredible team. And today and tomorrow, we are going to do a presentation with um, two individuals that have contributed so much to our product and our quality of service and everything that you guys see here today. Uh, one of those individuals is Andre. Now, Andre has been working at the company for starting 2022. So, yeah, four years at this point. It's been a long, long time. And the way that Andre started actually was he was a one-on-one uh SSE. So, as basically a success coach, and he's worked literally one-on-one with thousands and thousands and thousands of clients. Um, this man has taken so many calls, he's built so many products, and he understands you. You know, I have I bring experience and wisdom, but really what Andre brings is he brings on the boot like on the ground, boots on the ground um uh tactics, right? He sees like he is closer to our clients than anyone else on earth. Okay? So, he knows exactly what you guys are going through, what you guys are struggling with. He knows exactly our top performing clients, what they are doing to win, what they are doing to succeed. Um and we are going to bring him on today. uh and he's going to share some uh very high level stuff.

Um, I'm getting a question here. Should I stay for VIP and main FI bot monetize? Um, listen, you can for sure. Um, but to be honest, you have so many incredible resources inside of uh monetize already that uh if time is uh of the essence to you and you're working on limited time, I would just get straight into it. Uh, as I said, everything that I'm sharing here today uh you guys will uh get and far far far more inside of monetize. Um, once again, remember we are showing you the uh do-it-yourself way here and I guess uh with VIP the goal is to kind of do it alongside you guys whereas monetize is is the fully fully done for you solution. So anyways, I don't want to spend too much time talking about that. Back to Andre uh tomorrow. Uh, we're also going to be bringing in uh Luis who's my CMO and he's going to give you some crazy crazy highle uh marketing sauce. So uh yeah, with no further ado uh I present to you guys Andre and he's got a beautiful presentation to show you guys. So, let's bring him on.

Andre, >> there we go. What's up, guys? How we doing? Good, >> man. The myth legend. Guys, can you just go ahead and drop in a bunch of love in the chat for Andre? I think I get it for you guys. You know, this is a a new face. You guys have yet to um be acquainted with Andre, but I think give it about 5 minutes and you guys will understand what I mean when I say that he is so close to our clients. He is so close to our product. And this man genuinely knows more. He knows more about what you're going through right now than you know about yourself because he's so close to every single one of our clients. So, um, yeah, uh, give him a very very warm welcome and as trust me, within the first few minutes, you'll realize why I introduced him the way that I did.

>> Yeah. No, I I appreciate the introduction. That's such an honor for me to actually be doing this. I remember remember telling you when I joined, I was like my whole goal is just to show people that there's a different way. and being able to do that on the VIP session today um is just amazing. A different way to to kind of go about it, not work the standard 9 to5 and and build something. So, >> I'm excited to get into it. >> Amazing. I think you uh you have a nice presentation prepared, right? >> I do. I do indeed. Uh Tristan, if you could just pull that up. I want to get straight into it because it is quite a long one, guys. So, >> sorry, last one. Uh just to give you guys a quick agenda. Andre is going to go through it. Once he's gone through the presentation, I will pop back in. We'll do the uh um giveaways and if we have time then we'll also hand it over to Andre for some Q&A as that if time permits. Cool. >> Amazing. Let's do it.

All right, everyone. You guys can see my screen. Everyone good? All right. Amazing. Cool, guys. So, welcome to VIP session three. I'm really, really excited about this one. And I actually chose this one because as you can see on screen now, everything that we've shown you in the first two days is very much the setup phase like just kind of getting you to a point where where you are ready to start making money. Now from today's session onwards everything now is like actionable things that you have to do which I call IPAs, income producing activities, things that are actually going to lead to you making money. Okay. So today's session we're going to start with outreach. Now at this point you guys have your list of potential creators. Now that's great. That's a grind to kind of get those. But now it is time to actually start reaching out to them and that is where the money is made. So we're going to start with that which is connecting creators. After that I'm also going to run you through uh landing partnership calls and actually how to run those partnership calls. Now, it's very very there's a reason why we don't call them sales calls, and that's because they're not sales calls, but we're going to get into that in a second. Okay.

So starting with uh connecting with creators, there are a number of different places where you can actually find creators. Okay, so of course someone like Iman is very popular on YouTube. Um, you know, there's still a couple of people that have pretty big Facebook communities. Tik Tok's obviously blowing up, but at this point, Instagram is still the best place to connect with these creators. Okay. Now, the reason for that is because they're obviously highly active on there. You know, a lot of them actually run their own accounts, which is which is obviously a huge thing. You can be very personalized with the messaging there because, as an example, on YouTube, you can't like really reach out to someone um, you know, straight up. You have to go through email, which is a little bit less personalized. And it's just very, very direct. They're right there. Right now, I hope you guys don't mind, but I'm going to start this presentation with I would say a little bit more of the boring stuff, okay? But exactly what Iman said, I'm very much on the ground and these are issues that our clients have actually faced that have come to my attention and it's just becoming more and more important. So me has actually started clamping down a little bit on just unsolicited outreach messages on their platforms. Okay, so just people bombarding people with outreach messages. What basically happens is that your account will get kind of like either completely banned or like shadowbanned. And what you will see is that people are landing in hidden requests. So, not just standard requests, hidden requests. Now, when your initial message lands there, even if a creator sees it and they click on your profile, they will be greeted with this. And I think you guys can probably agree that that's not the best first impression. Okay. So, when you are starting out, you have to make sure that you are protecting your account from day one.

Now, what I've done is there's basically five different things that you need to do from day one when you are starting outreach to make sure that your account is completely protected. Okay? So the first thing is trigger words in the first message. Instagram will actually recognize if you are using certain language, you know, if it's very um kind of pitchy language where you're just trying to make sales or you're just bombarding people uh with words like opportunity and all of that kind of stuff. Now, you don't want to do that because they will pick it up. And I understand that that list of words is so big. If I had to go through the whole list, we'd be here all night. So what myself and and the team have done, we've created a resource for you guys that we'll share after the presentation that is basically like a bank full of words and phrases that you guys must not use in your initial messages. Okay, so that's the first thing. Second thing is account age. Now a lot of you guys probably have accounts that you guys have been using for a while. I often get the question, hey, should I start a new account? Definitely not. Okay, try and use your personal account, turn it into a business account and start using that because it's already warmed up. Now, if you are someone that's completely new to Instagram or you just really want to use a new account, at least the first two to four weeks, absolutely no outreach at all from that account. It needs to be a complete normal activity like posting stories, you need to be engaging with content, you need to be following people. Um the key word there is gradually, okay? Because um, you know a normal person doesn't follow 100, 200, 300 people in a day. So just gradually uh following a couple of people, it needs to look as authentic as possible your new account. Okay?

Then the next one is is is an obvious one which is obviously your message volume. Now there's not there's not an exact guide for this, okay? Like it can really range depending on a couple of factors, but if you have a new account, no more than 20 a day. Uh the maximum that I've seen per day is 50. Okay? Now 50 is definitely pushing it. I'd probably bump that down to 40. But that is also given the message timing. Now what a lot of people do especially if you are you know currently still working or at university you have like a block in the day where you want to do all your outreach. Unfortunately Meta has clamped down on that. Okay they are going to start realizing that even if you send 20 messages if you're banging out 20 messages in one hour that's not normal behavior right so you have to kind of scatter them during the day. The way that I would probably do it is every 20 minutes I might send like two and I would just do that throughout the day. It's not the most efficient way of doing it but to protect your account you have to have to do that. Okay. And then the last one is response rates. Now if you are sending even you know 20 30 a day but you're never getting responses you know there's probably a reason for that and Instagram are going to realize that. So the safe zone is somewhere between 10 15% from what we've seen. Now like you obviously don't have that much control over that um you know directly but later in the presentation I'm actually going to show you what kind of messages are going to get responses obviously so that you can start having conversations but also just to keep your account safe. Okay.

So all of that being said you might be sitting there now and saying you telling me that Instagram is the best way to do this but I can't even use business lingo. Like why would you even say that that's an option? And it's exactly that. The first the first message the the goal of that message is never to actually pitch a service to someone or convince someone of an opportunity. I'm sure you guys have had this. I know I have tons of messages that these long messages that someone's trying to convince me of something or buy, you know, or trying to get me to to buy something from them. I just ignore those. Right? So, you want to make sure that you know you are keeping the insurance. We'll get into that in a second. But, um, yeah, the whole goal is literally just to get a response. Okay. Just a response. You don't want to pitch anything. And pitching, of course, makes your response rates tank. And when your response rates tank, firstly, you're not going to get replies, which is the ultimate thing that you want. But also, your your cult's going to get hurt by that. Okay.

Now, every single message that you start off with, there's three things that I always look at. Okay? The first one is it needs to warrant a response. You should be asking a question. It should be something that prompts someone to respond to to a response. Okay? Second thing, short and punchy. You know, I I like to think that, you know, I can I can still watch long form content and stuff, but everyone's got a short attention span. When I see a message this long on my screen, I honestly just ignore it most of the time. So, short and punchy and then avoiding any pitching. Now, as long as you have those three things, um, you your account will be safe. That's the first thing. But your outreach will be a lot more successful. Now, what I've done here is I've given you three examples of just like very simple messages like do you do one-on-one coaching? You know, do you teach whatever their expertise is anyway? Is specific technique that they showed maybe on a story or or a real is that something a beginner could try? Do you guys see how these are just very very simple short messages that someone sees and it takes them one second to reply to that? Okay. Now, of course, you know, there's not an exact, you know, I wouldn't give you guys like one, two, or three outreach messages because, you know, with all the people on the call, everyone would just use the same one and then that wouldn't work anymore. Uh, so what we've actually done, same things as before, a little second gift for you guys. There's going to be 40 more uh kind of little outreach templates that you guys can use. Now, of course, there's hundreds, thousands of different outreach measures that you can use, but there's just 50 to kind of get you guys started. But as long as they follow this framework, you should be absolutely fine. Okay.

Now, there's one thing that I was considering not touching on too much because it also can hurt the account, and that's consistent follow-up. Okay. So, you don't want to follow up too much, but the best strategy that I've seen if you do want to follow up and there's like a creator that you really believe in and you really want to work with. Um, this is what I would do. I'd actually put their their the notifications on for their stories. When the story goes out, I would just reply to the story. They actually often get notifications on that as well, which is a big plus. So, they might actually see your heart outre your initial outreach message. Just don't do this too much, okay? Like just once or twice. Um, but yeah, you just want to keep that account safe at all times. You guys will see that I'm stressing the account thing a lot, but it's just because if you lose if once the account's burned, it is so hard to actually get it back. I have a lot of clients that I've worked with that have burnt their accounts uh in the past and they had to completely restart. It's just a it's just a huge roadblock that you don't need. Okay.

Now, when you have your list of creators and you have your templates, you know, now you are actually going to start taking action. You need to consistently be hitting your 20 to 40 messages every single day. Remember, you just can't send the same message over and over again. That's also something that I've seen where, you know, you have one me message that works for you and you just keep sending it. That's another thing that Instagram's going to pick up on. So, just make sure that you are always rotating them. I would probably have a bank of 10 or 20 messages that I would just rotate through just to make sure that everything is safe. Now when you are doing this consistently you are going to start getting responses because the messages are so you know short straight to the point you are going to get responses. Now once you get a response this is basically when everything is on unlocked right because now you go from requests to either you know their their kind of like main DM section or at least general. So that means that they'll actually see you, but also you can start using your more like business terminology. Like all of those uh band words and phrases, you can actually start using those because you know someone's actually opened up to the opportunity uh to um speaking to you at that point. Okay. So that unlocks a lot.

Now once you get a response, your goal with that conversation, because at the moment you're just asking, you know, do you do one one-on-one coaching? And they say yes. Now, you have to kind of carefully curate the the conversation to take it from just a simple response to starting to introduce yourself as a shadow operator. Some people do that really quickly. Other people try and send a couple of messages between you, take a bit of an interest in what they're doing. There's different methods that work. And this is very much like a trial and error thing. I wish I could tell you guys that there's an exact thing that works, but it's a little bit of trial and error, but you just want to get to the point where when you introduce yourself as a shadow operator, someone that helps creators monetize their audience. uh and and believe that they are sitting on a major monetization opportunity that they are currently missing out on. Now, there's one big problem with this is why should they believe you? Like you, you know, you're just a random person that just reached out to them telling telling them, hey, there's this huge opportunity that they're missing out on, but like who are you to them, right? So of course now later down the line if you get to the point where you are you know you've got a lot of a lot of different creators in your portfolio you are going to build up a bit of a reputation in the industry people will actually start coming to you at this point but in the early stages like you have to make people believe you in a different way and the fix for that is we are going to lead by justifying the claims that we make in our messages by actually providing upfront value and actually breaking it down with numbers. Okay. So this is where the viability audit comes in. Now it's basically just a document you know that proves the opportunity using numbers. Um, you know it provides a bit of value to the creator upfront as well and it actually gives you authority. So let me cover exactly how that works. First thing you're going to say is just basically ask permission to actually you know send them this order. You tell them that you prepared something for them. Is it okay that I send it? I've actually left just a quick little template that the team has seen using uh being used and it's actually working really well. So, just a little extra for you guys there. And then all that you need is a yes. Okay.

Next step, you have to actually start creating this order. Again, you know, we're trying to make sure that we're giving you as much as possible. We've given you a very basic order template. Now, of course, you guys can make it look a lot a lot better, but all the main stuff that needs to be there is actually there. Just going to zoom in a little bit here just so you guys can see. So the first section of it is just the creator overview. Okay. Only point of this of this whole section is is just to show people that okay, this person, you know, this audit is for me. This person's done a little bit of research about me. It's just their name, Instagram handle, their current follower account at the time. If they have a specific niche, I would just mention it there. And then if they have any kind of transformation, something that they are really helping people move from point A to point B. And then there's just like a little additional info section if there's anything else that you can throw in there. So, not too important at the beginning, just showing them that it's directly for them. The second part is the opportunity breakdown. Now, this takes a little bit of work on your end. But this is where you start to show a little bit of authority where you are actually digging into their account and looking at, you know, as many of their reels as possible and finding the top performing ones. you know the ones that you know have the most views, the most likes, comments, shares, etc. And you are going to list five of those. And I would always throw the topic in there because what that's doing is it's saying, okay, that creator's audience is interested in this specific thing. And you'll often find certain trends with that. Those five videos will often be either about the same topic or at least something that is very very close to that. Okay.

This is the most important part of of the whole audit. Okay, this is where you start proving the opportunity with numbers. Now, you must keep in mind that you have not spoken to this creator yet. So, at this point, it's a complete estimate. Okay, you're not 100% sure, you know, what exactly their their story view like what percentage of their followers are actually watching their stories and the conversion rate for the most part for your micro creators, you always look at around 2%. Okay. So, what we've done in the audit, we've given you like a little table here, and you can just see the basic maths like followers, story views, which here is 10%, 5,000, and then you have 100 sales coming from that at at 2%. And then from there, um, I've just thrown a random price in there. I would often start at about 400 500. I will explain a little bit later when that value can actually change. And then you can tell them, hey, the estimated uh income from a launch that I could do with you is basically 50K. I mean guys, just think about it like this. If you're speaking to a creator that is doing uh excuse my friends, like shitty brand deals that is making them almost no money and they see that one launch of a digital product can make them 50k. Do you see how something like this can at least peique their interest enough to at least be open to a conversation? And that's the whole point of this, right? Then a little small section here, product ideas. This is kind of just a nice little added extra based on this section here. You'll obviously have certain topics that are coming on coming up a lot and you can just, you know, come up maybe with three basic product ideas for them just to show again a little bit of authority, the fact that you've actually like thought about this properly. And then here's where you start building even more authority in terms of like the launch strategy. Okay, so this is obviously uh the 14-day uh Instagram um story sequence that we know we often use for the first launch. You guys don't actually have to change anything on this, okay? You do not want to give them the whole thing straight up necessarily, even though you you probably could because they couldn't do that much with it without the like marketing brain that you guys are going to develop. But this is just to show them, hey, you've really thought about this this there's different phases. It's 14 days, etc., etc. Um, you don't actually have to change anything there. The only thing I'd probably do here if I was you guys is just make it look a little bit nicer.

And then there's one last section, and that is the demand testing carousel. Okay, so this is kind of the free value that you provide for people, but there's actually a very good reason behind it. Okay, so you want to give them three slides which are basically stories. One with your hook copy, just something to draw people into the topic that you are suggesting, something that agitates the problem, you know, makes the problem feel worse. And then a CTA. Now CTA is a call to action if if you guys don't know. And that call to action would be something like you know if you know if you are having this problem you know DM me or you know if you'd be interested in learning more about this like it would be something like that just so that their audience actually starts to send their messages and you want to prompt them to actually post this. Now, all that that that actually does is you've basically showed them all of this stuff, right? Like you've started convincing them of the opportunity. They've seen the numbers. All that it takes is just a few people sending them a couple of DMs and suddenly they just think, "Okay, there might actually be something in this. There might actually be money to be made here, which is of course going to actually prompt them to um book a call with you." Okay, that's the whole point of this. we we we just want to make sure that that creator is getting enough value and enough almost education, you know, from this from this uh audit that you're making so that they'll book a call with you.

Now, if you guys want to take this to the next level, and I I will say I highly suggest that you do, and I'll explain in a second why, is I would actually make a loom of yourself. You can have your camera on or off. Camera on's probably better, but it's it's not it's not the biggest thing. Um, just running people through this document. Okay? The reason for it is because if if you're a creator and you don't really understand anything about marketing, anything about digital products, and someone just gives you this form, it's kind like like the audit is just a little bit hard for them to understand. You could break it down more in text, but nothing hits better than you actually sitting there and just running a creator through it just on a loom. Gives you that little bit of authority that you know what you're talking about. You can expand on certain points as well. It's just it kind of I think it really prompts people to actually book a call. Yeah. Like I've actually seen this internally. We've had a couple of people that send out audits just like the the PDF way if you want to call it that. And then other people are sending looms and they actually attach the actual audit for the creator as well. And the looms do exponentially better. So um, yeah, I would I would 100% do a loom if I was you guys.

Now the goal of all of this, like I said, is very very simple. Is you want someone to book a call with you. you are you are trying to get a creator on a partnership call which is basically a zoom call virtual call where you can expand a little bit on the opportunity and hopefully um, you know, sign up that creator. Now to make it as easy as possible I would actually just set up a Calendly account. I don't know if you guys have used Cali. I'm sure a couple of you guys have but it's very simple. It's just a booking software where you open up certain availability and someone can just book a slot. It's just much more efficient than them coming back to you be like, "Hey, can we have the call tomorrow?" And you're like, "Oh, sorry, I'm busy tomorrow. Can we do Friday?" And you just can't get to a time. This is just um reduces as much friction as possible and it's going to lead to a lot more a lot more bookings. Okay, so the flow is very simple. Loom video straight to a candy link in the description and then the call is basically booked. Okay, and now that's basically the end of your outreach your your outreach section if you want to call it that.

Now it is actually time to have a partnership call. Right now something I want to make super super clear and this comes from someone that has done a lot of kind of SMMA consulting in his life is this is not a sales call. Okay, I want to make that clear. It is not a sales call. When you are selling like SMA services that is a sales call because you're asking for money up front. Here you are asking more for the opportunity to work together. There's no actual money up front and stuff like that unless you weigh down the line. So I don't consider this a sales call at all. Okay, this is basically just presenting an opportunity and educating that creator so that they can make an informed decision so that they can understand. Now I'm going to get into the structure that we actually use for these partnership calls. Now before I do that, there's one thing I want to cover and that is just how you arrive at that meeting. Okay. So, as an example, like you guys you guys saw him on jump jump on today. You know, he's got got beautiful background. It looks professional. Now, of course, that is the goal. That is what everyone wants. But not everyone's going to have that background, and that's okay. Okay, that's completely fine. But if you look at my background today, you'll see I just have a white wall. I just have a white wall behind me. I'm not in my standard office at the moment. I'm traveling. And I was like, I don't want a bed in the back. I don't want like a messy room. Anything like that. just a simple white wall will do. So if you are somewhere where you maybe only have the opportunity to take calls from your bedroom, I just wouldn't have your bed in the back. I wouldn't have just anything that makes you look unprofessional. Okay. The the second one is your actual personal presentation. Like like I've actually consulted people in the past where they get onto the first call with me and like they've got a you know they just look like they haven't even showered this morning. You know, their hair's all over the place. And I would actually call them out on it. I'd be like, hey, like if you if you want to be a business owner, you got to start acting like one. You got to start looking like one. The way you present yourself just for that first impression is absolutely massive. Now, the third one, again, uh something that I would highly consider if there's any investment that I'd make make into myself while starting a business is just making sure that you have decent Wi-Fi, decent internet speed. Okay, good good speed, but more importantly, good good stability. because it's not so much about the impression, but when you are having a call with someone and they're breaking up and you're missing each other, it just throws off the whole conversational flow of a call. So, just definitely definitely try and get that sorted. And then last thing is video and sound. Now, people always kind of look at me funny when I say video and sound cuz I know microphones can be expensive. Um, cameras of course can be very, very expensive. Guys, you do not have to go crazy. Phone, camera, absolutely amazing. If you have an iPhone, you could literally use that as your camera. and um sound. It's actually funny. One of the best mics that you can get, you know, the the wired um the wired Apple uh ear ear pods, I think they're called or whatever. They have that little mic. Honestly, they are amazing. They're like 20 bucks, 30 bucks, and they are literally perfect. There's also some cheaper options for mics, but honestly, even if you just have those, those will do. And just to kind of illustrate this, I've just thrown in like a quick AI image that I made. One guy on the left, one guy on the right. the guy on the left just gives you a better impression straight away. And basically the sad thing about this is the the guy on the right could be a way better shadow operator than the guy on the left, but that first impression for a creator that jumps on with the guy on the right is just it's going to kill him before he's actually started. Okay, so these are the small things that you can do up front just to make sure that you present yourself in the right way and make a good first impression. I think I think that's pretty self-explanatory.

Okay, now I know I've harped on about this, but you know, the way that you present yourself is not everything. You actually do need to make sure that you have a proper strategy for these calls. And that's exactly what we've done. So, basically, the way that we that we run these calls is a two a two core strategy. The first call is basically a discovery call. Okay, you are basically just trying to understand as much as possible about the creator and you want to reaffirm the opportunity in their eyes. Okay, that's all that the first call is for. So, you want to make sure that you know you are gathering as much accurate data as possible. You know how I mentioned earlier that that data is based on like estimates and stuff like that. You want to make sure that you're getting accurate accurate data from them. We'll touch on that in a second. You want to make sure that they fully understand the opportunity because at this point maybe you've exchanged a couple of DMs, they just got a loom from you. There hasn't been that interaction with them. You want to make sure that they actually understand the opportunity properly and what digital products are, etc. And you also want to understand how how they are actually monetizing their audience right now because of course that makes your argument a lot more a lot more convincing for why they should actually be selling digital products.

Now let's actually get into the first core strategy. Okay. So like I said first core purely discovery. Now something it's a it's a mistake that a lot of beginners make and they actually miss out on rapport. So basically rapport is just that early part of the call where you're just having a conversation with someone. A lot of people are nervous and they they literally just are trying to get into the call as soon as they can and it's just very awkward, right? Like you don't want to jump on a call and someone just starts, you know, telling you this is the opportunity and you know we should work together. You just like get to know you for a little bit, right? And what I would do here is I would just basically just take an interest in their life, right? Like get to know them. Where are they from? You know, do they have a family? Um, you know, what what what are their hobbies and interests? The best thing that you can do and even for our internal consultants I always tell them this like always try and find common ground with someone right because when you are you know trying to set up a partnership with someone like it's it's always going to be easier if you have something in common or you know at least you guys are in some kind of common ground. to find that something whether it's maybe you guys both like football, maybe you like reading, maybe there's a certain place in the world that both of you guys have traveled, you just connect on something that's always very very important and rapport is your time to do that.

Now, after you've had the two, three minutes of just, you know, casual chat, you actually just want to get into the business side of the call. And again, this is where some people just want to jump straight in. But there's this like weird feeling of, okay, we've just been speaking casually and now we're going straight into business. And this is where you as the person that's running the call, the shadow operator, you need to actually start taking the lead. All that you do is you say pathy, hey, you know, um, it's been good getting to know you. Hopefully, we'll get to know each other a lot better, you know, over the next, you know, couple of calls at least that we have. Um, you know, is it okay with you if we just jump straight into business? And you just ask them the question, they give you the yes, and then both you and the creator are in that mode of, okay, let's actually talk about the opportunity now. And that's exactly what you get into next. And it's just that opportunity reaffirmation. Okay? You always want to kind of understand you you want to make sure that you and the creator are on the same page that they actually understand exactly what a digital product actually is because a lot of people if you just say digital product, they don't actually know what you're talking about. So, you know, first things first, of course, you know, video courses, mentorships, e uh ebooks, apps. I mean, there's so many different definitions of it. just make sure that they actually know what that is. And then you also want to dive into, you know, have they ever done this before? And if they have, you know, and and if they have, like why why have they give up? Why aren't they not doing it doing it anymore? And if they haven't, like why have they never tried? And you'll get different answers to that, right? Some people maybe have never spotted the opportunity. Um, other people, you know, a lot of creators are not business-minded people. They might just say, "Hey, I'm terrified of the business side. I know nothing about marketing. I don't want to do that." That's all giving you, you know, small signs of what you should be talking about, the value that you can bring, but that comes a little bit later.

Next up is data collection. Again, you we're working on estimates, not exact data. Now, that person that you created the audit for is going to be sitting right in front of you. And in front of them, they are going to have their Instagram insights, right? They're you're going to know follow location. You're going to know you know follow age ranges. You're going to know real engagement rates. All of this is going to help you later in the process. You want to make sure that you're asking those questions. Even asking if they can share their screen and you just make a note of all of this because um, you know, you know ultimately it's going to help you make better decisions on what kind of digital product um, you know, whether the partnership will even work different things like that. Um, I did make a note here for you guys as well. It's often good to ask them, you know, in their experience, what are the questions that people ask them in the DMs the most because you are going to see what people like to watch the most. But sometimes people have some pretty interesting questions in the DMs and stuff comes up a lot. So that's also also something that I would focus on there.

Next is actually the product format discussion. So digital products of course come uh they they come in multiple different formats. Now we will discuss this in a little bit more detail you know later in some other VIP sessions but the main thing that you need to know is that as an example like mentorships are more expensive generally they higher ticket but they require you know an ongoing time investment from that creator. They actually have to have calls you know with their clients and then video courses you know you're going to sell them at a cheaper price. You may not make as much money but it's a once off time investment. they make it once and you can sell it, you know, an infinite number of times. You need to understand this creator that is sitting in front of you. Like what are they open to? Now, you as the shadow operator at at a stage late later down the line when you've partnered when you partnered up, you are going to tell them, okay, um, you know, this this is maybe a better way to go than this. But you they also need to be open to it, right? You can't force a creator to do a mentorship if they do not want to take client calls. So you just want to kind of have that discussion, get it out the way and just understand where they are at. And then at that point, you have basically everything that you need from the creator. Okay, so you've asked all your questions. Promise you guys. So at that point, you've asked all your questions, but you also don't want to be that person that just absolutely bulldozes them the whole call. You want to make sure that they have a chance to ask you some questions. Now, during this phase, it's not actually just about answering all of their questions. It's actually, it's very important that you really listen to the questions that they have, right? Because the more you listen, the simpler it's going to become to understand, you know, what their needs are. You know, maybe the I wouldn't even call them objections, but the things that they might be worried about. Maybe they're worrying about mentorship or they're worried about, you know, I don't know, like how much money you going to charge, all of that different stuff. You just want to really, really listen to those questions. Okay?

And then finally conclusion. Okay, there's basically only one thing that this conclusion is about and that is actually just booking the next call because it's a two. It's it's two calls, right? The first call and then the second course is where you actually, you know, actually find the deal that works best for for both of you guys. Now there is going to be a rare case where you speak to a creator on the first call and they are just they dead set like they know that this is something that they want to do and they are ready to go like right there and then. Now I've had I've had some clients in the past that have told me yeah they were so keen but you guys told us we need to do a two call structure. So I just told them no no let's have the second call first. Guys please don't ever do that. Like if someone's really really excited to get going it's fine. have the negotiation about what the split and what the responsibilities and stuff will look like there and then. But um, but in most cases, people are going to be like, "Okay, yeah, this all sounds great, everything like that." And then you lead that conversation to, "Okay, what I want to do now is I want to take everything that you gave me

today, and I want to just have a day or two just to break this down, make sure that I fully understand, you know, what the opportunity looks like, what the best product format's going to be, etc., etc." And then we'll have another call in a day or two's time and then I will have something to present to you. Does that make sense?

Now, something that is very important, guys, please, please, please book that next call on the call while you are with the creator. Again, this is where Calendly comes in. Absolutely clutch. You literally just send them a link. They find a time that works for both of you. It's locked in. You have the agreement. Okay, I will see you on, you know, in two days' time on Thursday or whatever. And you've got that locked in. A lot of the times when you're like, "I'll send you the link after the call," they might lose the link. They might decide, "I don't know if I want to do this." Make sure that that gets booked on the first call. Okay?

Which obviously takes us to call number two. Now, between those two calls, you are going to take all of that data that you've got. You're going to revise some stuff, and I'm going to get into like what you're actually going to present to them. It's nothing complicated. It really, really isn't. But it's just to show them that you really know what you're talking about and that you are coming to them with accurate information, not just the information that you want them to hear.

Okay, for the structure, um, it's going to be the same thing here. Okay, you're going to start with rapport and transition. Now, this style of rapport is maybe a little bit different just because you've already had a call with this person. So let's say the creator says to you on the first call, "Yeah, you know, I've got, I'm traveling, um, you know, somewhere, you know, tomorrow." You can ask them like, you know, "How did the travels go?" You don't have to kind of dig into their life story again. You can actually just have a conversation about what's happened between the two calls, how they're feeling, etc., etc. Again, keep it away from business. You just want to keep it very low-key, chilled, um, and just, you know, very casual.

Then transition. I've just combined these because it's exactly the same thing. You always want to make sure that you get the go-ahead to say, "Okay, are you cool that we jump into this call, get through everything that we need to get through?" They're going to say yes. Their mind shifts again. Okay, I've gone from thinking casually to, "Okay, I'm thinking about the opportunity. I'm thinking about digital products."

Okay, summary, your first call. This is where I always, always start. Something that you guys have got to remember. You guys are going to be like, really studying this game, you know, over the next, you know, couple of days, weeks, months, however long you stick, stick to this. For a lot of people, this is going to be the first time that they ever hear from the, uh, hear about this opportunity and the first time they actually properly understand what digital products actually are. So, just that summary of the first call, it's just going to remind them kind of what you, what you covered on the call before. It just kind of also it sets the scene for what's to come in this call. They know where it's going. Okay, very, very simple there.

Data breakdown. So on the discovery call, you got the more accurate data from them. That's all that you were looking for when they showed you the Instagram insights, all of those different things. Now, you maybe had picked up there that their story, their real story views are instead of 10% of their followers, it might be 15%. Okay. Now, the conversion rate, I'd probably keep the same for the most part. I probably wouldn't change that. And then you can adjust this math, right? So now it's gone from 50,000 followers and it's gone from 5K to, you know, seven, seven and a half K in terms of average story views, which means the sales also goes up because of that conversion rate. And again, I've just kept the price the same here. In rare cases, if you have discussed the, the product format in, in a little bit more depth in the first call, maybe you've already decided on a mentorship, of course, you can hike this price a lot, but then the sales would go down, but that's something that, that we explained. So, don't worry about that.

This next step is, is kind of like a, I would, I would call it like a bonus step. It's something that I've seen a couple of, of, of the clients that I've consulted do. What they do in the second call, they just reaffirm the opportunity by showing creators, especially micro-creators, that there are huge people in the space already doing this. And it also makes them feel like, like if they are doing it, why am I not doing it? Because I think there's a perception on from some of the smaller creators that even the bigger creators are making all of their, all of their money from brand deals and from YouTube AdSense and all this different stuff. It really isn't the case. I just used like a random example here, but if I was speaking to a fitness creator, I don't know how many of you guys are familiar with Jeff Nippard at Science Based Lifter. He's got a huge YouTube channel. I think last time I checked about seven million. So he's, he's big, right? But he's not making most of his money just from YouTube and from brand deals. He's got his own app. And he also, if you just go on his website right now, look at all of these digital products that he's selling. Selling one, two, three, four, five digital products here. I think there was actually pages below the screenshot when I took it. Like this guy's selling so many digital products. That is where his money is coming from. It's always nice to find someone in within their transformation, within their niche, just to show them like, like, you know, this is not groundbreaking. The big guys have been doing this. You just need to take this opportunity and get, and get onto the train.

Okay. Now, this is where it kind of gets to the point where you, you've obviously showed a lot of value up front already. You brought them the opportunity. You've broken down the numbers. You've taken a real interest in them. You've guided them through everything. But now, as for your role, the role that you'll be playing when they actually start building the digital products, this is like something that you obviously have to start breaking down. Okay? And what I need you guys to understand is the creator has basically two roles. So they are going to bring the knowledge because, you know, I don't like, I'm not a fitness creator. I, I can't tell a fitness creator what they should be speaking about, right? So fitness creator, he's got the knowledge, but also the, um, the audience, like the creating of the content, the audience, that's, that's theirs. That's the reason why the partnership works. They don't want to deal with the business side of things. And that's where you come in. You make that super clear. You know, you are going to do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to creating the offer. If they need guidance during the creation process, if you're doing like, you know, a video course, maybe there, there'll be a little bit of guidance there. That's maybe a little more of a gray area. You'll be scripting all of the marketing copy. Um, you'll be building a launch strategy. You'll be running the whole operational side of the business. Do you see how it's kind of they do two things, one or two things, and you do all of these things? You're just increasing your perceived value as a shadow operator and just making them feel, okay, you know, this, like I need to work with this person.

Okay. Now, something that I wish I could have given you guys today, but we just would not have had the time. But don't worry, we'll look after you guys. If you guys really, really, really want to show someone the value that you can bring, you know, you can actually set out the full launch sequence, you know, on a document or something that you can share with them. You guys will see, you can kind of see that it's like blurred. It's very, very long. It's very in-depth. But even if they don't fully understand it, if someone sees, "Oh my word, like this person has all of this lined up to sell digital products, I wouldn't even know where to start," it starts to become a no-brainer of why would I not work with this person? You know what I mean? So, this is very, very important, guys. Day five, make sure you guys are there. It's going to take basically a whole session to get through this. Make sure that you guys come to day five because we are going to break it down there and we will make sure that you guys get this. Okay, initially I was going to try and do it, but as you guys can see, even with the time right now, um, we are already starting to run out of time.

Okay, so next up is the split negotiation. So again, this is not, um, just want to zoom in a little bit. Um, this is not a sale. Okay, this is very much a conversation of, "This is the value that I am bringing. I am not asking for any money up front. I've got skin in the game. I really, really believe in this opportunity so much that I will start working with you. You're not paying me anything up front. I am basically building your business and all that I'm asking for is a split." Okay? And I wish I could give you guys a 100% this is this is what the split should be. It is going to depend. Okay? I would say my go-to is 30% to the shadow operator, 70% to the creator. But we've seen both ways. Some of the bigger, the bigger creators, you know, maybe as a shadow operator, you only get 15%, 20%. But you're obviously going to make a whole lot more sales because their audience is much bigger. And then if you are working with someone that's maybe a little bit more on the edge, they have a little bit of a smaller, smaller audience. They're kind of between that nano and and and micro. Sometimes you can kind of hike the price a little bit. Some the, the percentage a little bit. Something like I've seen 50/50 before. So, uh, you know, 50/50 is, I think 50/50 is the highest that I've seen from any of my clients. Um, and it actually went really well. It's actually a really, really good launch for them. So, yeah.

And then lastly, strategy call booking. So, at this point, you know, you've agreed on a split, everything looks good, you're ready to go. There is one more call, and we will cover that. Unfortunately, I don't have time to cover it today, but this is actually when this, when this creator has actually joined you already. The partnership is set up. You're ready to go. This is where you start getting into the finer details of, um, you know, exactly what the offer is going to look like. You obviously already have the launch strategy ready by that time. You might make some tweaks to it. You will probably get a little bit more insight from the creator. You know, I've, I've actually seen some, some really interesting strategies where you go to a creator and you actually ask them to put a story out like, "What do you, like, what do you want to learn from me?" And people start responding. It's a great way to know what kind of product you should build. So that's the kind of stuff that you organize on the first strategy call. I'd probably do a similar thing where I'd book that strategy call on the partnership call once everything's, everything's kind of done and dusted. And I would also sign the contract either between, um, because it's a little bit hard to sign the contract on the call because the split isn't predetermined. It's not like a standard price that you charge. So I would often send the contract straight after, afterwards. But if they have some questions, you just say, "Hey, if you have questions about the contract, we'll deal with them on the strategy call." Does that make sense? Cool. And then that's basically it. You've locked in a partnership at that point and from the strategy call onwards, you are basically getting to work. Simple as that. As you guys can see, guys, no sale here. There's not been anything here where you've asked them for any money. It is basically a, a no-brainer. So, as long as you break down all of this value properly, you should be absolutely fine.

So, that's it for today in terms of the presentation. I'm just going to zoom out a little bit here. Um, I will let Iman come back onto stage because I know that you guys are probably excited for the FaceTime and the MacBook winners. So, Tristan, I don't know if you want to bring Iman.

>> There we go.

>> There we go. There we go. The man, the myth.

>> All right, guys. Just go ahead and drop.

>> All good. Can you hear me?

>> Yep.

>> Yeah. All right. Lovely. Yeah. Well, first things first, thank you so much for such an incredible and valuable session. Uh, ladies and gents, uh, can you guys just go ahead and drop in the comments? Show a lot of love to Andreas and uh, let him know what you thought of the presentation.

>> www's in the chat. Great session. Best session so far.

>> Good. Good man.

>> I was, I was, I was so disappointed. I couldn't see the comments because I don't have my standard setup. I'm traveling. So I hope you guys enjoyed it. But yeah, thank you for having me. I appreciate it.

>> Amazing. Amazing. No, we appreciate you coming on. And, um, once again, as always, it was never the intention or it was never the plan, uh, at the beginning. Uh, but we are going to give you guys all of the Miro boards after. So we've given you the first two days. You guys should be able to access that on the, uh, VIP walk. Uh, we'll give you this one. As I said, tomorrow, uh, we have a session with Luis, my CMO. Uh, and, uh, and then incredible fifth session as well. So with all that being said, we have about four minutes or so. Um, so we need to get through and announce the giveaway winner. So once again, big, big thank you entries.

>> Thank you so much. I love that. Thanks.

>> Cheers. All right. All right. Let me pull up my presentation. So today's winner, as with the previous days, we have two lucky winners. One will receive a MacBook shipped straight to their door. One will receive a FaceTime session from me after the main session or depending on what time we end, just trying to, uh, you know, align schedules and whatnot, potentially tomorrow. Um, so the password for the MacBook is audit. Okay. So when I call you, by the way, guys, that's not the password for the workbooks. All right? I know there's all some confusion. When I call the winner, I'm going to ask you a password and you have to tell me it. Okay? So remember this password.

Now for the FaceTime, I want to give a big congratulations to Melenna from Poland. I'm very, very excited. Uh, either we'll have a chance to speak later tonight or most likely tomorrow. Um, and yeah, it's going to be amazing. I had a yesterday's FaceTime winner, I spoke to, uh, today. It was an incredible conversation. Uh, yeah, talked a lot about strategy, a lot of like heavy, heavy-hitting shadow operating questions, even pricing structure. Uh, it was amazing, amazing. So, um, yeah, shout out to him. He also gave me a clone recommendation. So turns out he's a clone expert. Um, so anyways, all that to say, um, quick reminder as always, I know today was value-packed with information, but, uh, today's VIP presentation is really an extension of the main presentation. So today's me main presentation, we're going to get into, uh, the delivery, you know, the 14-day story sequence, uh, which is by far, uh, the most consistent and really the most profitable way to actually launch, uh, with any micro-creator that you bring on board. So, with all that being said, today's challenge in order to be eligible for tomorrow is I want you to select a creator from the list that you created yesterday. I want you to do a full audit on that creator using the template that we've provided. And then I want you to post your audit in the challenge group. And with that being said, you'll be, uh, enrolled for tomorrow's challenge or sorry, tomorrow's giveaway.

So, let me go ahead and give a call now to the MacBook winner. Uh, Arthur, our head of support has messaged me in the group. Giveaway winner announcement day three. Uh, lovely. All right. So, today's VIP winner day three is, uh, Pierre. I won't say your last name, but Pierre, uh, from Italy. So, I'm going to give you a call right now and hopefully you pick up and hopefully you remember the password.

>> Hi.

>> Hello. Hello.

>> Hi.

>> How you doing?

>> Yeah, I'm good. You?

>> Good? Good. You know what question I'm going to ask you?

>> Yeah. The password.

>> All right. Tell me, what is it?

>> It's a

>> There we go. All right. Well,

>> Oh my god. Thank you.

>> No, no, no. It's our pleasure. So, um, yeah, uh, I think you're in communication with Arthur right now. So, uh, yeah, after the, uh, main session right now, uh, he'll shoot you a message and we'll get you sent over that, uh, MacBook.

>> Okay, perfect. Thank you very, very much.

>> Cheers.

>> Really appreciate it.

>> No worries. Cheers. Speak soon. Bye-bye.

>> Cheers. Much.

>> All right. All right. Well, what an incredible session. Um, I think I told you guys right at the beginning, as we go along, some of these VIP sessions, uh, we're going to get a little bit more technical. And speaking of technical, you guys are my VIPs. You guys know that you are, uh, my priority and I consider you guys all legends. So, uh, I was speaking to a team earlier today and we did want to do something special. Specifically, this is a bonus only for the VIPs. So, any VIPs in here, can you just let me know? Any VIPs who, who have become clients of Monetize, can you just drop in the chat? Uh, if anyone in here, uh, you know, who's part of the VIP, uh, cohort has joined Monetize, just let me know because for the people who have joined Monetize and are Monetize clients, uh, yes, yes, yes, me, me, yes, me. Well, congratulations. We are rolling out for you as a special bonus specifically for you guys. Not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven, not eight, not nine, but 10 walkthroughs. So, the entire four-step process, basically the entire end-to-end process of how you bring on a client and how you deliver for that client, you're going to get an over-the-shoulder walkthrough. So, basically what you guys saw right now, basically Andreas is going through one component, one of those steps. You're going to get 10 of those cuz I know a lot of you guys are like, "Okay, cool. You're going to show me, you know, I know how to do this and I have the software for this and I have the software for this and I have the software for that. Like I can understand what to do, but it would be like so nice to like without any fancy editing or any clips or any like nice graphics like just show me like in practice like literally as if you were sitting next to, uh, me and my team and you could look over our shoulder and go, okay, here's what the end-to-end process is like." So for any of you guys who have already joined Monetize, uh, we are going to, uh, release that in about 10 days. So for the VIPs that have joined Monetize, you're going to get that in 10 days. And for anyone who joins, uh, Monetize as one of our VIPs, once again, we are going to make that as a bonus exclusively just for you. Okay? So this is not going to be on the main session. No one else is going to see this except for the people that have joined Monetize and the, uh, the VIPs that have joined Monetize and the VIPs that will join Monetize over the space of the next few days. I know that you know, I said I just wanted to do something special for you guys. Uh, of course, you, uh, you know, we've delivered immense value and I did tell you as the presentation's gone on and on, uh, we were going to get even more technical, um, and even more, um, specific and granular, uh, and you guys will see that theme continues on tomorrow. Um, so yeah, it's incredible the values you guys are getting with the VIP ticket, but I want to do something even more special for you guys. So yeah, congratulations to all that have joined Monetize and have gotten this exclusive bonus specifically for VIPs. And for the rest of you, the VIPs looking to join Monetize and become a client of ours. I'm very excited for you guys to get this VIP only bonus. So with that being said, I appreciate you guys. Uh, I love you all. Um, and let's head over to the main session. It's going to be a good one.
