[Song]

Born as a human being, do good deeds. Because it's the only thing that will make us have it. Happiness is possible, and it will follow us through every world.

The nation listens to the Dhamma to reach the Dhamma. When we sit and listen to the Dharma, there is no business or duty, so I didn't have to go to work. The words are not spoken; the mind is not allowed to think. The past and future will determine the Buddha within. You can also allow your mind to experience your own mantra.

It is correct to control your breathing in and out. It depends on each person's personality, what they like, and what they often hear that is right for us. That's it, pull your own heart and mind to it. The fabrication of thought returns to the fabrication. Its decoration is to retreat inward and come closer.

Our heart, when we intend it that way, and then whatever Dharma you preach, the Dharma that you preach will touch our intended mind. Without having to think about what you are going to preach, what you teach is your duty. Ours is to focus on the present moment. Consciousness is fully aware and ready to listen and act.

Consider it; if we consider it seriously, the Dharma of the Buddha will be like this. It can be withdrawn and relieved from lust because it is seen. If it were true, it would not be a dream come true. I am not crazy; I am not following the worldly assumptions of the mind.

Disgust and boredom can arise because we consider the current against the current, because the Dhamma is against the current. Assuming that it is against the current, it is not considered to be good or bad. We who practice meditation should try to go against the current. The mind should not let it flow according to the emotional contracts of lust and desire.

The more we can go against the current, the more the mind will be further away from the suffering of infatuation, from the gloom and the frustration. That is, if we are greedy and want so much, how much can we seek when we die? We can't take anything with us. We don't see anything. Who in this world carries away such a great treasure?

You can leave this world, and the treasures of the world will be there. The treasures of the world last forever. It's just like that when people fight over something. It is because there is an infatuation with things, not his own property. When we die, we go empty-handed.

Our bodies are so precious and valuable. When they die, they are cremated and buried according to their duty. If he doesn't burn or bury it, it will rot and decay. A state of matter where there is no way it can survive forever. If we consider it, Dhamma is like this; the greedy mind wants to get it.

If it goes beyond the limits, it is enough to be calm. It can be stopped because once you die, you can't take anything with you. So happiness doesn't belong to anyone. It only happened for a short while. It will disappear, and other suffering will arise, coming again to replace each other, and then happiness and suffering will disappear. It's not anyone's property at all.

The body's belongings remain like that; the body is impermanent. Happiness and suffering are also impermanent. They arise; if it rises, it can fall down on its own. It is anatta. If we have a self, let's try to observe ourselves and see if it's hypothetical. That now there is happiness from what? Happiness from getting it.

If you want something as you wish, try observing your own heart and see how long this happiness will last. For 1 hour, 2 hours, or 1 day, 2 days? Let's see if this happiness will last if we keep watching. Look, we will see the changes soon. Sometimes happiness and sometimes suffering are mixed together, sir.

It is called impermanence, whether happiness or not. If suffering is permanent, it will remain permanent. Stay like this, but if we see it arise and cease, sometimes happiness, sometimes suffering, it is uncertain. So you are said to be Anatta; Anatta is not something that exists. Happiness and suffering have no self, but why do they exist?

What is the influence on people's minds and why? Why do things that do not exist have power? Let it continue to oppress our minds. This has been the case for countless lifetimes. When we hear this, we must come back and ask. Look at your own heart again to see if it is enough or not.

Just like the words happiness and suffering, if you are bored, then find a way to let go of it and reduce selfishness. Everyone is here as a fellow traveler. It is to be our companion on the Noble Path. Walk this path towards reduction. What selfishness is there for? If you are selfish, try to reduce and let go.

Then our lives will find lightness. If you are comfortable being born as a human being, then don't be careless and think that in the next life, I will go. Born to be this or that, become a rich person with roots. If you have a lot, you will not suffer like in your past life. Are you sure? What is your confidence?

Let us know in our hearts that this is the life of rebirth. It is uncertain; we should not expect it. Let's hope that we take our time while we breathe. To make the most of your time here is to do it. In the highest regard, it will be worth it. When doing something that is of minimal benefit, that's not worth it.

For example, is it useful to ask when going out to play? This way, we can answer that it is fun, but it's not really worth it. Only a small benefit if we do. When we can concentrate and reach a state of calmness, we will see the fun and happiness from the world is like this; just a very small thing.

So physical suffering is a real thing that all animals must face. Physical suffering is the ultimate truth. True, but the unreal suffering is the suffering of the mind. It is lost; it does not understand the truth, so it is the suffering time of all of us. Every life is nearing its end.

Every time we go down, if we don't have knowledge, if you are feeling down here, try standing here and watching the sun set. Look at the ground as the sun sets. Let's look back at our hearts and feelings. I think that when looking at the sun that is about to set beyond the horizon, we will see the emptiness of the mind.

In our emotions, we see our feelings when ours is almost running out every day, just like the setting sun. When the sun sets, we will ask ourselves again, when we are here, what benefits have we created for yourself? Whatever is not important, just let it go. It's gone; have the courage to let it go.

Go out and don't worry about when to put it down. When is the best time for us to put it in place? It's now. Now I know what suffering is. Let it go; let it go now. Now I can see the liberation. Now, what are we going to do with the emptiness? The world is the world. There is nothing; the world is just using us.

In the end, everything is empty. That's when we see emptiness. Anatta is the absence of a self; only fools can do it. To embrace and cling to emptiness, why do they take it? If they take it, they will get whatever they want. But what about emptiness? How do you get emptiness?

What are you going to do now, Father Lee? Dhammatharo said that happiness comes from suffering; it is the truth of happiness that comes from this suffering. Happiness arises; suffering is a shadow. When suffering arises, happiness also arises. The shadows of both happiness and suffering are hidden together. It's in the same place as well.

We don't understand it like that, so it becomes lust. One is to swallow the emotions; that is, comfort. The solitude, the solitude, the deep, soothing coolness. When it happens, enjoy the feeling. Stuck in the abstract, satisfied.

[Song]

An old kettle, dirty with rust stains. Dirt both inside and outside to do. Let's make the water clear and clean like new. It takes diligence and perseverance to sit cross-legged. It took a long time to sit and polish until before the thorns become clear; you have to sit and rub them.

Stay where you are; if you keep moving here and there, waste time sitting and scrubbing. The wise have said that the golden moment when you lie down, golden moment for a while. When we lie down to sleep, we rarely fall asleep immediately. I often lie down and think about random things.

Let this moment be a precious moment to keep observing the mind and thoughts, to keep observing the birth and death, birth and death. The mind will be able to exercise mindfulness with strength. The consciousness will increase by itself until falling asleep. The concentration will be when you sleep; your mind will be bright and clear, and you will be able to walk with your mind.

Consider the remaining problems yourself. If you have any questions, you will get answers when you sleep. It's called the golden moment; we must not let it go. This time is wasted. Go, don't waste your time thinking about finding fault with anyone. It's a waste of time.

It is valuable to find fault and correct ourselves. Who is at fault? If it's right, then let it be his business and our business. It is open-mindedness that is brought into training the mind; do not be indifferent. Pay attention to other people's business.

The word "real person" in fact, no one is tall or short. Everyone is. There is no ending that ends the same. No one is high, and no one is low. It is high and low because that person's heart is both high and low. Whoever thinks he is tall, let him be tall. It has nothing to do with us, but if we go, it's about having these emotions, these emotions.

I'm angry. In my anger, there's resentment and jealousy. Jealousy is hidden there; if we are not mindful, we will never practice mindfulness. It will never make you aware of it. Reverend Father Chasuphattho therefore said that the eel can fly high, but when it is hungry, it swoops down.

Come and eat rotten food like a highly educated person. When lust arises, it causes one to do low things just like a person who does not have a study that is like a vulture, a type of person. That is the nature of the mind. It is naturally transparent. Flowing to the low place; this low place is familiar.

We are used to it because it has always been this way. I don't know how many lifetimes, how many lives, but one day it will happen. It's good, but it's not easy to come out. Forcing your mind and heart, going against your own will, is counterproductive. The flow of one's own mind is suffering that is difficult to endure.

Mindfulness is something that must be done before anything else. The important thing is to keep your mind from being depressed. Get involved with the incident. When the evil spirit is weak, the heart will shout and scream. Blaming this person and that person until you forget to take care of yourself.

Even though it is something that must be done before anything else, otherwise, mindfulness will help us see things. It becomes more expansive when something affects our hearts. Do not cling to the emotions that arise there. When the mind does not cling to emotions, the mind is empty.

Know the space to think; know the place to think. If you are the one, if you are lazy or have nothing to think about, just give it a go. Set your mind to know the indifferent mind. If your mind is empty, know it. Emptiness, if the mind thinks and knows that the thought of emptiness knows where the emptiness of thought is known, where thoughts pursue one another.

Do this often and keep doing it. When we practice until we become more flexible, once we become proficient, we may not be able to do it later. Have you intentionally set your mind to know your emotions or observe your feelings? His mind will act as a witness and monitor, always keeping watch.

Take control when we are mindful. Our consciousness knows what is good and what is not. It will know what is right and what is wrong. When the mind is calm, the knower will reveal himself, but the mind will be calm. To get down, you need to rely on mindfulness.

To develop mindfulness, you need to rely on breathing. Anapanasati is the path to awakening. Focus on it. If you strive hard and do a lot, the results will come. According to all the answers we have ever wondered about, we will find the answer in the heart alone, which is the great cause.

And sin and merit depend primarily on the mind. Good deeds and merits start from the heart, starting from the big idea that lies in the mind. Yes, humans are worried about only one thing. It's a matter of mouth and tongue. If not, if we have this, how can we live without it? How are we going to make a living?

Look, it's so worrying. Staying focused on the deep issues of eating. Humans always think and worry about this. I'm just worried that my body will starve to death. This is it; when you are born, you must use it. Feed it, take care of it, and pamper it.

It is just the four elements of earth, water, wind, and fire. When you feed it, it becomes embedded with suffering that will remain like this forever. No wonder the Buddha said that on the day of death, that birth is the most suffering because it is suffering. It is suffering because of looking for food and living.

Suffering branches out when there is a surplus. If there is any leftover, save it and accumulate it as property. The possessions, money, houses, cars, etc., are enough. If you have a lot left over, show it off. Oh, there are many people here who think that they are in a good position.

Those who have little goodness, they think that they are poor and are destitute due to the 8 worldly conditions. When they have some wealth, they tend to flatter. Praise is poor, but when you fail, you are looked down upon and criticized. Ordinary people also mix their minds and hearts with the world and do these 8 things.

When they take the world and do these 8 things as their refuge and essence, they become selfish. This is showing off good and bad to cause trouble. Even though the things that are being shown off are just the four elements, when the time comes that the four elements separate and fall apart, it doesn't take anything with it, humans.

This is really funny.

[Song]

Luang Pho Phutthanim, that a wise scholar does not despise sin. Even a little bit of merit, even a little bit of sin, is merit. A little bit of a scholar is not enough. Don't underestimate the word 'contentment', which does not mean contentment. It means being content with what you have, but only according to your mindfulness.

Wisdom according to one's ability. Father Rishi Singdam once said this. The benefits of all 3 types of giving are: 1. Sangha Dana, the benefits of giving a divine body; 2. Temple Dana, the benefits of giving a divine mansion; and 3. Giving the Dharma, the benefits of giving divine wisdom.

Giving as alms is the best form of giving. Luangta Maha Bua Yanasampanno once said that when a person truly dies, their mind will be poor. The mind is cornered at the last minute. Running to seek sin and merit will not lead to any other place in the present. That wealth, money, and possessions, whether there is a lot or a little, if you don't care, you will care about sin and merit.

Only if anyone while still alive, the more you accumulate on one side, the more you will be on that side. The machine has caused me to accumulate a lot of sins. It will take you along its own path. It has accumulated a lot of merit. Will lead you in its direction such as let us be together without feeling that we are good and outstanding in whatever way.

Just let us feel that we are one of the useful people. The one who is the best is the one who is right and happy. Let us remind ourselves every day of this body's true nature. It's just a temporary rental house for residents. Ping only had 30,000 days left before he had to return it to him.

At that time, he could not ask for more from anyone. Even if there was a famous doctor, he could not rely on him. When the time comes to separate, we must leave our bodies behind, leaving the world behind, and the only thing that can be taken with us is our own suffering.

[Song]

Good consideration is observing, but not going. Think for yourself, who sees the dangers of thinking? Don't believe in the idea of being just a watcher. Be careful of your thoughts, even if you can't stop them. Seeing its dangers, I kept a close watch on it. Treat it as someone who knows it.

Think about this: if your body and mind are not one, if they are not united, they will not know each other. Anyone who does not learn about themselves will be deprived. I myself became a victim of emotions because it is this emotion that causes one to harm oneself. Stay like this forever, whether you are a person or an animal.

Emotions come and go, suffering because dissatisfaction is not enough, not knowing the truth; the truth is not enough. Let suffering be known. Yes, Father Leethammatharo once gave a sermon that there is no need for anything; this is nirvana. Nirvana is not difficult.

Nirvana is not difficult. Being far away from us, right at the end, just on the nose or on the lips, but we find ourselves groping when we hope to get it. In fact, don't take purity for granted. Whatever else, just focus on doing it diligently. No matter which way it comes, I won't take it.

When happiness ends, I don't want it; when suffering ends, I don't want it; when goodness ends, I won't take the bad, and I won't take the good. If you want the path, you won't want the fruit; you won't want nirvana. Don't take anything because taking is what it is. Attachment, and when we don't take anything anymore, it will...

If there is something to tell, there is no need for anything; this is the Lord. Nirvana, or what is called emptiness, is also emptiness. There is nothing like the Lord Ananda who was eager for it. Want to attain nirvana, want to become a monk. An Arahant wants an Arahant, wants Nirvana.

To be on time, when the Sangayana was performed, Phra Ananda also practiced it with determination. The heart is determined to attain nirvana, so it is necessary to die. Nothing happens because of your mind. Go and get it when you see that you are trying your best. Nothing happened all night, so he left.

The desire not to attain Arahantship, not to attain Nirvana, I don't want anything. I'm tired, and that's enough. When Lord Anan lay down to rest, his head was still not even before reaching the pillow; he realized the state of an Arahant. Nirvana is clear because one does not take it, so one attains it.

If you want it, but you don't get it, that's what it is. Lust is lust.

[Song]

When we are alive, mindfulness is important to us. You should practice mindfulness to not forget or get lost. Let us have morality as a habit. This morality is normal. It is something that will lead us to peace. When we have morality, if we are stable, we will have stable mindfulness because the precepts take us there.

Towards normalcy, that's normalcy. Nothing can protect us better than being mindful. Whoever has mindfulness, awareness, and a steady mind, that's what you call it. Concentration. The word concentration does not mean just sitting with your eyes closed and doing certain gestures. Concentration can occur at any time if your mind is focused.

I am confident that I can open my eyes, walk, sit, and lie down. It is possible to meditate. Many people tend to take to prevent the misunderstanding that meditation is about sitting with your eyes closed. As a beginner, you will have to do something like this. That's because that's how you train your mind.

Learn about meditation first. It can be a weakness for some people. Some people boast that they can meditate for an hour, two hours, three hours, or even several hours. Some people, when they hear this, are amazed. Faith leads to the delusion that anyone can. A person who can meditate for a long time is a skilled person.

The one who has reached the Dhamma, the more he sits, the more he can see. This picture, this picture, this is the weak point. Between delusion and knowledge, some people see themselves being this, being that, being here, and being here will make you important. When I came up, the teachers didn't give it any importance.

Don't look there; come back and look at your mind. Are we lost in those visions? If you are still deluded into believing that you are this or that, this and that are still not usable for those who still have them. The mind is unstable and has not yet completely expelled all defilements.

This is where we will all be deceived by our desires. It might create a false illusion if we got to train with teachers who are experts. It will tell us not to pay attention to the visions. Whether it is true or not, let's not let it be known. The importance will become our fixation.

Let's look at the symptoms of the mind and see how they move with it. Is this delusion or not? This is the consciousness of the person. Well-trained people will be able to recognize symptoms. When it knows each other, it will not be lost. So when it doesn't get lost, whatever happens will be a vision that no matter how strange, my heart will always be just.

Just see, know but don't be. The owner does not take possession of the picture. Because the mind has consciousness controlling it, so it knows that holding on to possession is a heavy thing. It's very heavy on this heart, no matter how much I love it. If you follow and get angry, it will be poisonous to you.

It's all about the heart, parents, teachers, and many masters. Those who have reached it often speak the same voice. If you know it well, you can let it go. If you don't know it well, you cling to it.

[Song]

Whoever hates it, let them be. Whoever says we're not good, let them be. It's his karma if he only says good things. It's his good fortune that we just stay still and don't go. Creating more karma towards each other, cutting off the cycle of existence and nations, cutting it off completely. Just cut it like this; there's nothing left.

It exists because we are deceived by its thoughts. Give importance to the ego as much as the ego. If I get slightly affected, I get really upset. Suffering meditation is not something that should be clung to. But it requires concentration to allow the mind to reach it. Calm down first and let your mind be at peace.

Be aware of the calm emotion when it reaches its peak. When the mind is calm, it will understand the meditation practice. At that time, new practitioners needed to have a teacher. The teacher is always there to supervise, direct, and guide us. So that you don't get lost in the things that are happening in this meditation will give an example to the listeners.

I saw that people were lost in the visions they saw in meditation. How is it? Here, the narrator would like to pick up the words of Luang Pho Wichai Rattanachoto of Suan Pa Sangtham Phothiyan, who tells the experiences of those who have. A woman came to train with you. From far away, I would like to ask for a recommendation to become your son.

The disciple and the Reverend Father told that a woman I have practiced this in many places through teachers. Many people have come to meditate and sit. I can concentrate for a long time, but whenever I meditate, I see a vision of a past life. He came to tell Luang Pho Wichai that he has a past life as his clairvoyance.

Other people who don't know about past lives, they probably listen to it. I believe that you also give me advice. That woman, that the layperson saw and felt bored with it. Do you see the suffering in this cycle of existence? Instead, that woman would understand and answer.

To be more specific, he claimed that I was once born as a Naga before, but Luang Pho Vichai also said to intercept it by saying that, "Oh, you were a naga, a garuda, or something else before. But now your mind is free. Are you suffering or not?"

Luang Pho finished speaking to that woman. I started to lose myself and put my hands together in prayer. Above his head, he began to have a triumphant stance. The body starts to limp and then bends. The body lies flat on the ground, and then the swans go. Like a snake holding its hands together above its head, it looks like the crest of the Naga King.

Luang Por, seeing this, sat there laughing and feeling sorry for himself. The suffering and wisdom of a person who is still living as a person. Want to be a snake or a beast? How cool is it that a person can walk with just his legs? No matter where you go, your legs are always comfortable.

Good, go back down and roll around on the ground. Wherever you are, you dirty, dirty woman with no sense of reason, just let that woman crawl along. His language, the Reverend Father said that it would be like this soon. If you get tired, you'll stop on your own, you see.

Isn't that right, my relatives? If you don't even know yourself, how can you study yourself? How can one know for oneself? The practitioner should feel with yourself, not with other things. Being yourself is what they call it.

When the woman regained consciousness, the Reverend Father taught the woman that next, don't meditate if you feel like you're going crazy. Don't sit here. It's called a pervert, Reverend Father. What did you teach that woman to be indifferent about? What appears to the mind is the image of a Naga.

Or whatever the image is, be aware of it and let it go. Know everything from the moment you wake up in the morning until the end of the night. At night, while sleeping, I am aware of this and I know it all the time. Then put it down; know it, put it down for the layperson to do like this.

No need to close your eyes and do it, meditation; no need to go down, up, down, no need to go down. You don't have to chant anything; you already know. Be indifferent to whatever appears to your mind and heart at that moment. That is knowing and letting go when it is lost and about to enter.

If you can do this, Luang Por, you will not know. It will be very refreshing for the Naga to keep it for now. I can do it anytime. It's not too late. The woman listened to him and left. When following him, he does not sit with his eyes closed and meditate.

Whatever he does, he does it. He cooks and feeds people. Sometimes I practice Dhamma; sometimes I clean the bathroom; sometimes I have free time. The work is going in circles at the beginning, so there will be some problems. The Naga King's symptoms are that he wants to become a Naga.

Whenever he lay down, he crawled along like that. After several days, the symptoms gradually improved. The naga began to distance itself and then returned to its original form. You have mindfulness and awareness to consider the Dhamma according to the cause and effect. Whatever happens in front of you, consider it.

To see the truth until the woman finally understood what it felt like to feel. The whole body is ready to be aware of things here. And that's how we can truly put it. Anyone whose mind can stay in the present moment at all times will be the one who knows how to let go.

How are things going? Do you still want to be a king? Is the naga still there? No, Luang Pho Nuek. Every time I look back, that's the shame; there's nothing more wonderful than knowing. Be yourself, be yourself, study yourself. To reach your own identity in order to let go of yourself.

I arrived today, and that woman just got in. I think the words that the Reverend Father spoke on that day, knowing that, one is indifferent to whatever appears to the mind. Continue to the heart at that moment, knowing and letting go when it. If you are lost and want to cling, then know that if you can do so, this will make the Reverend Father very happy.

Today he came to speak to Luang Pho Wichai that the Reverend Father tricked me into walking. Vipassana, whatever you know, why don't you remove it, Luang Por? I told you from the beginning that I practiced Vipassana. Even if I told you, you wouldn't believe me at that time. But its body still cannot accept its own truth.

If someone else says it, they will believe it. What if I hadn't met Luang Por? This is how it is to be a naga, my lord. Are you satisfied with the Naga? No, let it go. Put it all aside, layperson. The past is the past; the future is the past. Don't worry about the present.

Only the Dhamma will make it happen. We are the ones who know, who are awake, who are joyful.

[Song]

We have gained wisdom. Vipassana is seeing all things as they are. Impermanence and suffering, Anatta. If we understand the rules of the arising of love, when it is established and ceases, vipassana will proceed. The meaning of Vipassana is clearly stated.

To put it bluntly, it is to consider the possibility. In fact, when the mind sees the truth, when he understands the truth, his mind will let go. Vipassana is to contemplate and then let go. The meditator should know his own emotions.

For example, when you meditate and your mind feels angry, you can solve it by: you must spread loving-kindness if you are kind. If you have anger while praying, resolve it with loving-kindness. If someone does something bad to make us angry, we shouldn't be angry back. If you get angry back, you'll be even more stupid than him.

Be a smart person and sympathize with him because he, while we are suffering, let us have full compassion. It's like he's your younger brother, our dearest sister. Please focus on your emotions. Kindness is the emotion of meditation; then spread kindness to all creatures in the world with compassion.

That will overcome anger and hatred and gain life. The most valuable thing is to be born. Doing for others, sacrifice, selfishness. It is something that is difficult for ordinary people to do, but the selfish sacrifice of the noble man is possible.

Easy is hard to do, but it is hard to be born on a pile. Even if you have a pile of gold and silver, you will become a millionaire, or if you are looking for it, you will find it. Eat according to what is available; everyone has their own opinion.

To the elderly, one can sacrifice and reduce selfishness. That will make your mind feel even more at ease. Selfishness often involves bullying others. Other or even helping others or giving like this does not mean giving with the purity of selfish people's giving.

Still hidden with Amit, not that you can go like that. The deepest part of that person's heart still contains the missing person. I want to spend most of my time helping others, hoping for a reward from giving alms. I still hope for a reward from giving alms, like giving without heart.

It is pure enough, so he said to eat it. Mixed with the desire mixed with your desire. Then I want this, I want that, I want to be that. This is because I want to have a title and a name. Some voices are used to obtain property. A lot of money and gold to have followers in the service, protecting this much but expecting enormous results.

That is why it is called not giving alms. Pure Dana literally means if we make a sacrifice, do we still want something in return? Or will the problem only increase if we think about it? Try to solve the problem when it arises. You yourself immediately become a problem when you have an identity.

People who have an identity tend to put themselves in the situation. With that condition, everything is like the story of the real person. It is only the state that occurs according to the gesture, but we do not know the cause clearly, so it is like we have a self.

In that, the practice of trusting and accepting is important, so it is important to think of yourself as valuable and not be trampled on. Look down on others even when helping others. If others do not respond to your wishes, there is also the act of trampling on others with verbal actions.

Those who expect results from their actions are not true sacrifice. Giving, sacrifice is removal to release the mind from attachment. It's like spitting out saliva. Mouth. When saliva comes out of the mouth, we have that regret for saliva? That's the feeling.

The place of giving and sacrifice is like this. If we give it away, we shouldn't feel sorry for it. Who will do anything with it? Whatever it is, it's his business. We've already given it up. If he takes it and does something bad, it's okay. His business, his karma.

If you had known this, after that, we don't have to give it to you, that's all. Don't let your heart suffer from giving. Our sacrifice is known and seen. Let it go and don't waste time expecting anything from the results. Giving alms and making merit makes it difficult.

It's hard to do because our hearts want it.

[Song]

We ourselves are the ones who create happiness and suffering for ourselves. You always keep yourself locked in your thoughts. When we can't get out of our thoughts, there is a self. Emotions are the fuel that drives one's own instincts. The thought itself cannot reach the state of Dhamma; it must be empty.

From thinking to not thinking to see the truth. Empty, see emptiness. In this world, no one can escape death. There is no way. Even if you hang many of them, there is no way to do this or that intensely to escape the clutches of death.

There is only one way to prevent it. If you can die, don't. Since you are born as a human being, do your best. Good, because it's the only thing that will keep us alive. Happiness is possible, and it will follow us through every world.

Iron that has been through fire will become iron that is the strongest. Courage that overcomes obstacles. The one who comes the most will have the strongest heart. The one who can endure the longest will be the one who succeeds. The ultimate goal is to conquer your own heart.

It's difficult, but it doesn't mean there's no way. You can beat it. Conquered the minds of thousands or hundreds of others. People cannot overcome their own minds just once. Whoever overcomes their own minds is the one who... and that is the true winner.

It is true that the Lord Buddha has shown the way to us. We have been here for over 2,500 years and believe that this is the path that the Buddha led us on. This is the way to conquer one's own heart. When you have conquered your own mind to the utmost, the word defeat will never exist again.

[Song]

Whatever you do or think, be mindful. Your eyes can see, and your ears can hear. The nose smells, the tongue tastes, the body tastes. Touching our hearts and minds. How to be mindful and aware so that we can try to melt it. Integrate the practice into your daily life.

If you are only good at meditation, you can still fight. If you can't handle the lust, you have to know it both externally and internally. Inside, know clearly, sit with your eyes closed and meditate; that is practice. The mind sees the calmness and is aware of the emotions and conditions of calmness and training the mind to become accustomed and skilled with that peace comes when you stop meditating and practicing meditation.

When you return to your daily life, your mind will remember your emotions. Then he will see external matters as matters. In a chaotic place, he will only remember his emotions. Ever calm in that meditation, even though daily life requires proceeding according to the path of finding food for the mind.

If he gets used to the calm, he won't get upset. Hot and suffering with all those chaotic things. Those chaotic things still exist because it's a matter of lust, a matter of the world. His mind will not interfere and manage, but he will just be a watcher, watch and let go.

Letting go is the true way to let go. If we think of letting go or accepting it, it is possible. Just a thought because the mind cannot be trained. It is so skilled that it cannot be truly put down. Let's practice and do it first. Practice until you get used to it.

It is so skilled that the mind gains wisdom and knows how to place knowledge. How to do it when he has become proficient. When external things affect his mind, he will be aware of his mind. To break those cycles instantly.

Suddenly, we cannot escape old age, sickness, and death. When you die, be mindful of your breath. Anapanasati, develop it a lot, make it a lot of things. The expected result is the attainment of Arahantship in now, or if there is still some supply left, it will be an Anagami.

When we see the thought, we do not believe it. That is the cutting of dependent origination. If you think good or bad, don't embellish it or destroy it. The system of dependent origination with the return to the knowledge of the wind. Breathe mindfully, knowing the air coming in and out.

Supply is gradual; keep collapsing. They say that if you are really good, you should fight with your heart. Can you stop yourself from getting angry? Can we blame other people? We have to fight against it. Your own emotions do not fight with others if you do not see your own heart, and you will see what you can do.

Seeing from the mistakes of others to judging others, that's when the world is like this. The chaos is caused by the mind being distracted by analysis. For others, the excitement and joy do not last long. The heart of this birth is suffering, but those who do not know it, the suffering cannot be escaped, so I let myself go.

Let your mind be immersed in the suffering of birth. Human beings are a well of tears, but they do not shed tears. They are not afraid because they do not know it. I have this mind. The cycle cannot occur in animals or in humans. It is birth, aging, illness, and death that never stops.

We are together because of this mind. If we think good, we know it. If we think evil, we know it. But we do not enter into both of these things. We will not be born into the realm of merit and demerit. We strive with emptiness, without both.

The owner of sin and the owner of merit are also lost; they do not exist. What would you own if you were still here? The owner is still there and wants suffering. It is the teacher of all of us who hate. Suffering is the one who hates the Dhamma. Suffering is the path to the end.

To Nirvana, suffering is the immortality of the world of suffering. It is truly a garden of flowers of the Noble Ones. Personally, those who do not look at suffering do not take it into consideration. Suffering is therefore a worthless person in that world. I will sleep in a pile of suffering forever.

[Song]

Wake up to all selfishness; that is, all suffering. It helps others to feel comfortable. It is a reduction in selfishness day by day. A little bit each day is better than not trying to reduce it. Anyone who can reduce selfishness will be successful. For the attainment of higher Dharma, if it is still, if we are all selfish, there will be no selfishness.

Dharma, if we don't force yourself to be bitter about your bad feelings. We are ordinary people today. The devil will be trapped in our nature. No matter what your nature is, your fate will be the same.

[Song]

Don't judge anyone; don't underestimate anyone; be respectful. Come down and examine your own heart; examine yourself. That is the one who is not careless. Many people think that the Dharma is a matter of the Buddha. It's a story about old people; it's a story about the temple.

In fact, Dharma is a matter of life. Dhamma teaches us to know how to live life and not get lost. With life, if you get lost in life, you will still be stuck in form, taste, smell, sound, touch, and various sensations. The world has 8 acts as a temptation to bring wealth.

Loss of wealth and honor. Where there is praise, there will always be criticism. After there is happiness, there is bound to be suffering as a companion. The heart of a person who lacks morality and virtue will be very bad. More than anything else, animals. Other hearts that have Dharma and wisdom will be able to let go.

Happiness is more than happiness here; it means peace of mind. Emotions come after the mind is the one who perceives. Emotions, but the mind is not an emotion; they are things that are monitored. Just come in for a moment, and then it died down according to cause.

Non-Owner Factors. Emotions, if the intellect is well trained, will know. Be aware of symptoms like this. Anyone who can distinguish that emotions are not the mind will see emotions as nothing but equal. Therefore, practitioners of meditation should observe the state of the mind well.

Meditation means developing the mind, developing the heart, developing habits, and developing habits. Well, the merit is like that. There is only one path: morality, concentration, and wisdom. If we think, we don't add to it. It doesn't have a self; it becomes a thoughtless thing.

Yes, we think that life will be shorter; no need to look at it. In other words, when you have a lot of mindfulness and strength, it is born without looking at the mood; it doesn't seem difficult to see the mood. Whenever it happens, let's try to observe.

[Song]

For example, when we are listening to the sound of a violin being played. Playing this song makes us remember and look back. In our bodies, in our hearts, when it listens to the sound, what mood does the music have? Follow the music, the sad sound of the saw.

Are you sad with the sound of the saw or the sound of the saw? I'm sad, so I don't like it, and I'm not happy with the sound. What I heard or felt was very touching. The satisfaction and dissatisfaction in that sound, and that is the emotion.

The emotion of being satisfied with the sound is also satisfied. Follow the sound of the voice; the emotion of disliking the sound would cause distraction and annoyance if we wanted to see it. The truth of our hearts as to why emotions are like this.

In this case, we should be mindful and go against the current. Go back and look at what is the cause and what is external. What is inside the sound? It is what is inside. Except when sound enters the sense organs through the ear, is the receiver of the sound who knows that it is sound?

The soul of those who remember what sound is. Promise if we can stop it like this; it won't happen. If there is any effect on the mind, it will be just that. Just know that the sound is just that. When the body is mixed with sound, when the mind fabricates because it takes thoughts away, put it together with the sound, and the result of the cooking is the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of that sound.

And you call it feeling; it is the emotion when the aggregates enter. Get involved with something in a simple way. The aggregates are thoughts, and thoughts arise. Embellishment follows; emotion arises later. If we don't interfere, think about it, or embellish it, emotions cannot arise; that is the main reason.

It is there that when we see the cause, we must find a way to deal with it by coming back to it. Feeling fully conscious depends on mindfulness as the main principle if we are to overcome. Once we have our own thoughts, we will see.

The way to conquer your own mind is like knowing other people's thoughts doesn't work. Knowing the benefits doesn't mean you can't fix other people. It is good to be aware of our own thoughts that we used to have. Where have you been? Where have you been? Where have you been?

However, the mental suffering will decrease until there will be no new karma created through mental karma. This karma is the karma of the path. The mind is the creator of karma, but the gross body is the creator. Receive the same karma as before; the physical body does not know anything.

But the mind knows, so we should turn to diligently teaching the mind. Develop your mind to know and walk on the right path of the Four Noble Truths, which is the path of the Noble Path that paves the way. Go with morality and meditation wisdom.

When new karma is not added, old karma is reduced. We should not create any more new karma. Think of it as pitying the gross body that receives the four elements of karma. It doesn't know anything about the mind. The one who orders it to do it does it, so the karma falls on the body.

The heart carries the karma to the next life and another life. There is no end to new bodies being born and being born to enjoy. This kind of karma is constantly...

[Song]

And thoughts and fabrications are just assumptions. Whoever abandons assumptions is the one who will see liberation at that time. And then we can assume liberation if we are mindful. Consciousness sees everything as it is. Uncertainty is the problem of attachment.

That emotion will gradually disappear. Suffering when the cause of suffering causes suffering. The cessation of suffering and the path leading to the cessation of suffering, all of them are not in the present moment. Wherever you are, it's always in our hearts.

Let's see. It is to see it when we see it. To know how to let go, one who has wisdom is those who keep their hearts from suffering. They are not born good. No one is born bad. People are born bad. Good and bad are mixed together.

Normally, would they call him a person or someone? He is the person who gave the name to the word "goodness pourer". The coarseness and the subtlety of the bad are both bad and evil. Both evil and evil are mixed together, and people let them in.

That's what they call it. People should practice mindfulness and develop mindfulness to abandon delusion. Let the mind be free from all emotions and karma. In fact, no one can interfere with anyone; no one can reduce anyone.

What inspires someone depends on what we do. Whenever we want to get a specific result, then create a special cause for whatever you do. If you plant durian, you will get good results. If you plant durian, you will get lime fruit.

Whatever karma one creates, one will receive the consequences. That is peace from fabrication; that is peace from the cycle of existence. Peace from the world; peace from emotions is peace. It is truly amazing that living in the right way, the world will not be empty of Arahants.

Living in the right way means living in the right way. With mindfulness, that is diligence. Whoever truly sees the arising and passing away of thoughts, thinking that the cycle of existence has ended, it has been cut off. The flow of mental action, thinking and knowing immediately.

And that is the non-continuous existence; that is the noble one. Arising and seeing in birth and death, this is the cycle of samsara.

[Song]

Relying on the state of the body to see. Desire relies on form to see the workings of the mind. Relying on the power of mindfulness and concentration, wisdom will arise. See the root cause of letting go of defilements is the result of practice.

That will make you think and let it go on its own. You can't go; lust is the barrier to truth. Knowing that there is no desire, one finds the true truth. The mind that is trained to grasp suffering when it arises with the heart, I will return to examine my own heart, look at the wind, look at it.

The form sees the mind; the thoughts see the mind. Assuming that sin, merit, existence, and the cycle of rebirth exist in the world of the mind, defilements and the Dhamma are in the same place. We watch ourselves overcome ourselves.

Called a warrior of righteousness when looking outside, we will not see the Dharma within our hearts. Look down into our hearts. Know yourself, what you are like, study yourself, develop yourself. Do not waste your time watching for the results that come from you.

But others who are awake, knowledgeable, and joyful remain in the heart; that's the past. The future exists only in your mind; practice with it. Nowadays, by being mindful of the breath going in and out until you are skilled.

In this wind, rely on the wind to develop people. Know when emotions and thoughts arise; this will become something that is known, and there will be someone who knows it. Another idea is that consciousness will not be.

Emotions see emotions and thoughts arise. And then it naturally goes out, so I won't take it. What is the essence of the heart? Do not harm others through body and speech. The heart and thoughts do not harm oneself.

All of this happened to that person. You will truly reach goodness. It is true that a wise person will support his own goodness. Grow up by abstaining from all evil deeds. The Dharma of happiness and suffering arise from thoughts.

If the mind and thoughts are not separated from each other, the mind is those who receive the karma of thoughts will always have emotions arise in their minds. Those who are wise in the Dhamma will change. External treasures are treasures of the heart.

What are you looking for? If you find merit, you will get merit; if you find sin, you will get sin. Who is the sinful one who keeps his heart from harming others? Equal to treating the whole person.

The world of consciousness is the whole good vision of the mind. If the mind living with mindfulness will not happen. The suffering mind will be the one who is aware of that feeling. Existing with that feeling, it disappears and is seen that that feeling is just nature and it has its roots.

The final cause of birth is because there is a body. The feeling mind will be aware and accept and see the truth. In fact, this is the separation of suffering from the mind whenever anyone's mind is still the self.

The self has a need for acceptance. Want him to praise the one who has no ego and destroys the ego completely. When it's over, it's over. Freedom, no matter where the Dharma is mentioned, all 84,000 Dharma Khandhas are cited.

Knowing that if anyone has studied textbooks all their life, have you ever chanted the Yod Phrak prayer? The Tripitaka, no matter how far the chanting of the mantras goes, how far does it reach the level of meditation? How far does it reach the level of nevasaññāna?

No matter how far the contract extends, it will never be the end. At the end of the incantation, it ends with the words: Anatta. Anatta is the absence of existence at this point. Then the self disappears, and the Tripitaka is a good thing.

If you consider and follow the principles written in this article, it is a verse of the mantra that we will be able to see the end. The suffering has finally destroyed the self. Anatta is like treating disease by praying.

Meditation is like an external medicine that is applied to the body. Vipassana is like taking care of the inner self. Who has access to the wisdom of the Lord Buddha? The Buddha will see the cause and strive. Create an event, maintain an event, but do not hope.

The result of concentration is an important cause for practitioners. It must be created if concentration does not occur. Knowing everything is just a physical condition.

[Song]

True peace is peace from desire. Peace from desire, peace from lack of desire. If you want peace and quiet, take it. If you want peace and quiet, take this. It is the indifference of just as the ego always has reasons, so do defilements.

Always my reason. Those who are wise and learned will have a mind of their own. The middleman will not judge what he does not know. Be a careful watchman over your own karma. Those who see only the cause, have mindfulness and are aware, inside, let us remember the nature of the mind.

It will surely flow down if there is no awareness and no power to stop it. Let the mind continue to flow down if it is. When is this place less than human? It's dangerous. Much if lowered down to be a beast or lower.

Moreover, they are ghosts, demons, and animals. In this hell, being born in this life is considered a great loss because it is difficult to be born as a human being. Do your best and don't let it slip away. If you go any lower than this, you will die like a coward.

Even angels consider that being born is not a loss. If you want your birth to be the most excellent, then develop it. To reach the Sotapanna state when reaching that point. And there will be no more steps backward if we don't have your help.

If it's not enough, please help add more. If it's falling, please help fill it in. Please continue writing it. Finally, I would like to leave you with this thought. He said that whatever you do, say or think, you should do it.

Keep your mind in good shape, do your duties correctly, and be mindful. Do not let it fail, and sadness will disappear. If the mind is not treated properly, it will not function properly. The lack of consciousness and the darkness will be great.

Where can there be happiness? When it comes to getting it, there is no good. Suffering comes when the time comes to be, when the time comes to die. Die and see praise like this, and you will have only happiness.

When asking everyone to have eyes to see the Dharma, may all images and names in this clip be Dharma. May it be of benefit to those who seek the path of suffering.

[Song]

Amen.
