For the benefit of the state youth prize, gifts were awarded in the capital for fruitful scientific, creative, and public activities, as well as for high sports achievements. 30 people were recognized. The award ceremony took place within the framework of the republican youth forum. Winners were honored by the Speaker of the Senate of Parliament, Maulen Ashimbayev, as well as the Minister of Information and Social Development, Aida Balayeva.
In 2015, a law on state youth policy was adopted, which opened the way for the activities of youth resource centers. Currently, 209 youth resource centers operate in the regions of the country. This year alone, more than 800,000 young people received targeted assistance through youth resource centers.
Separately, Aida Balayeva dwelled on the achievements of Kazakhstani youth. For example, over a quarter of a century, more than 14,000 people have become holders of the international educational scholarship "Bolashak." The number of those studying in master's and doctoral programs is rapidly growing in the country. The number of students with special needs has doubled.
It should be noted that during the forum, a young Kazakhstani inventor presented a crypto-message addressed to future generations. It will be possible to decipher it in 2041. The message itself is made of two parts, meaning it is the encrypted message itself and the key to it. The message was publicly displayed in an encrypted form, and the key will be stored until 2040. Only with access to the key will it be possible to obtain this information.
