Well, minor dragons would actually say you're not as qualified as maybe others, but you are allowed to be in the room because you have talent. A talent to to create a talent to see the entire picture and to create something to start something unique to start from nothing and to create something to plant and seed. I think that's what my dragons would say. Wow.

Um, definitely. Yeah. Yeah. And now you understand uh not only why you have the invitation to be in the room with other leaders, but why uh other leaders can really benefit having you in the same room with them. It changes all of the conversations. Less defensiveness. And without the defenses, we have the ability to really see other people because we we can listen in a deeper way when we're not worried about protecting ourselves with every word that's said. 100%. Yes.

Michelle brings a powerful combination of architectural thinking, strategic insight, and purposeful leadership. He has a strong ability to see the bigger picture, understanding how systems, decisions, and trade-offs connect over time while still staying grounded in practical execution. Michelle is driven and intentional, always aligning work with meaningful outcomes.

What makes Michelle particularly effective is his open-mindedness and empowering approach. He invites perspectives, encourages dialogue, and creates space for others to contribute and grow. Working with him feels purposeful rather than transactional. Michelle is an excellent fit for our organization that value thoughtful architecture, clear strategy, and human- centered leadership.
