If this is the one video you ever watch on mental health, let it be this one, okay? It took so many years of searching and I finally found the root of my mental health issues and maybe yours, maybe your friends, your family members, I don't know. Okay?
Obviously, I'm not claiming that this is the cure. Go to your doctor. But I'm going to talk from personal experience and some science. And this is what got rid of my depression permanently. I did not use anti-depressants. I did not just exercise it away. I did not just meditate it away. I did not just think better thoughts. That was not the way. I did not manifest my depression away. No, this took consistency. This took determination. I was not willing to give up. I was willing to find the root of the issue because I am very stubborn. Okay? And the root of the issue made sense, but it was hidden. You know, psychiatrists don't talk about it. They don't know about it. Doctors know about it a little bit, but they never look into it. Okay, so I'm just going to get into it.
Okay, so you got you got blood work, right? You you you get your blood work, and it'll just say like, oh, like your your levels are pretty normal. Maybe you're low in like vitamin D or something and they're like here take vitamin D and you're like, okay, well I feel like there's something wrong like but my blood work is normal and what people don't realize is that mental health issues, it's it's like your your brain is not separate from your body, okay? It's it's all one one body, okay? Your brain is part of your body. If you're going through depression, it is a signal that there's an imbalance in your body and you have to address it before things get worse burst in your body. I'm going to explain in a minute. And you have to address it because then later you could get like Alzheimer's or neurological issues like people with major depressive disorder. It's like early onset Alzheimer's. That's what they call it. But there is a way out. I'm not claiming to have the cure once again. But it could it could be a solution, you know, and there needs to be more science behind it. But if you if you look it up, you'll find it. There is science.
So I'm going to go back to the beginning of creation, right? You got the elements on Earth. You got like freaking rocks. Just found this on the floor. Rocks. Okay. Um, you got minerals. You got like minerals in the ocean. You got minerals in the ground, metals, everything. And these things that create the earth are also in your body. And a lot of people, they don't have them balanced in their body. Let me just cut to the chase. Okay. So, it's mineral imbalances. Okay. And I'm going to go into depth because I got blood work a few years ago and it came back normal. My iron was normal in my blood work, okay? And I was like, but I know something is off. I know something is off. And one night I was like in deep thought and just staring at the ceiling and I realized, okay, trigger warning for the men out there. We're going to talk about periods. Okay. If you ask yourself, if you're a woman, when did my mental health issue start? A lot of the time you might find that it started when your period started or it started after you had stomach issues or after you were drinking. Okay? And because every month when you have your period, your minerals get depleted. When you drink alcohol, your minerals get depleted. So people who will start drinking and then have depression when they're not drinking have to go back to drinking because the alcohol depleted their minerals and that's what's causing the depression. Okay? And there are many ways minerals get depleted due to like over-the-counter medications, proton pump inhibitors, like that literally deplete your minerals, antibiotics deplete your minerals. We have all of these freaking documentaries on Netflix and they're all like, oh, like your gut brain connection, like you need good bacteria to have good mental health. And in my opinion, that is actually wrong. It's a correlation, not a causation. Okay? Because the reason why people with stomach issues have mental health issues is because when you have stomach issues, your minerals get depleted, and I'll tell you what minerals are in a second. That's the thing. There is a study actually that shows that people on the autism spectrum tested low in the minerals copper, selenium, iron, and manganese. Okay, so that's actual like hard proof that Mhm. Is it correlation? Is it causation? Is this causing the ASD or is ASD causing this? We don't know. But we're only going to know if we correct the minerals.
Okay, so how the heck do you know what your mineral levels are? And why is this even relevant? So there's this test that I took. It's called a hair mineral analysis test. I cut off a piece of my hair and basically they put it in a lab and all my minerals popped up. That information was not in my blood work. It was only through that test. Um, I'm going to make more videos on this because I don't know. Okay. Anyways, um, so my minerals came back, dude. My iron like my iron was normal, my blood work, but my iron in my hair was like so freaking low. I had very low iron. Um, very low in like random minerals that you've never heard of. Like I don't know how to pronounce this one. Molly B Denim. Correct me if I'm pronouncing it wrong. It's low in that. Low in selenium. Low in freaking nickel. Like nickel isn't in your food, bro. Like what? Low in freaking nickel. Low in cobalt. All of my minerals came back like severely depleted except for a few. And one weird thing was like my calcium ratios, if you know what that means, like the calcium is another mineral. You find it in milk. And my calcium was stuck in my tissues and it wasn't going into my bones and it showed that in the test. I was like, bro, I had no idea. No wonder. Like that can literally cause depression. And then I realized, oh, I just need to take vitamin K2 and that will move like the calcium from my tissues to my bones. And like just rebalancing all of that because you may wonder how this even happened to me. I had medical malpractice and basically I was given this thing, this medicine that this doctor was like, "You need to take this." But it literally stripped all of my minerals. But besides that point, this is a video that is giving you the solution.
So, what do you need to do to understand your mental health issues? Well, I'm only like three days into taking all these minerals. We got the iron, all this stuff. And I feel like my old self again. Like I'll say I'm like 60% there. It's going to take consistency. It's going to take a few months. But this is not something that anti-depressants could have done. Like when I took anti-depressants, I would feel an initial boost and then the depression would like come back because it wasn't getting to the root of the issue. It was not getting to the root of the issue. And most doctors don't order hair mineral analysis. But you can ask your doctor. Um, I just paid $90 for mine and then I got the test results and the rest is history. Um, so yeah, if you want to learn a little bit more about minerals, copper is one of them. You can find it in dark chocolate and shiitake mushrooms. It is actually responsible for creating dopamine and norepinephrine. It creates the same things that Wellbutrin creates. Zinc is another one. Copper and zinc do compete. So if you have too much zinc in your diet, you could be low in copper. Most people take zinc alone and that is an issue. Um, zinc, everyone knows what that is. I immune system booster, helps your stomach, all that stuff. And you got iron, you know, iron. 30% of Americans are anemic. Just because you're eating meat does not mean you're absorbing the iron. Um, especially if you're a woman, you need to you have to take extra iron. I take liquid iron. Bro, I drank a shot of that liquid iron and I felt like I had to just take an antidepressant is what I'll say. Then you got Molly B denim. I don't know much about it, but I know that it breaks down sulfites in your body and helps detoxify. So, if you have issues like tolerating alcohol or caffeine, there's a chance that you're low in Molly Benn. And then you got nickel. You can't really find that in much food. Uh, our water is depleted in the US, but there are like trace amounts that you can find online. Then you got selenium. You can find that in Brazil nuts. It helps your thyroid and it works together with copper. And copper is actually really important because you can have normal iron and be anemic if you have low copper because copper transports um the iron to your cells or something random like that. And then any other minerals? Calcium, magnesium, the classics. Most people aren't super low in those. Actually, it's the other minerals that people are low in, but they are unaware of. Everyone hypes up calcium and magnesium 24/7, but like if your other minerals are low, your calcium and magnesium are going to be unbalanced because boron is another mineral. Okay, this is responsible for bone health and it helps calcium and magnesium be transformed into a usable form. So, if you're low on boron and you keep taking calcium, magnesium, it's just not going to work. And then you got what other minerals do we got here? Sodium. Like everyone in the US demonizes sodium, okay? And a lot of us are actually super low in it. Like you get low blood pressure, get sodium issues. Um, yeah, people are low in it. So stop demonizing salt, guys. Eat it up. You got potassium. Potassium. It's easy for for potassium to to be depleted if you have a history of stomach issues. Just eat a banana and there's your potassium. You can find potassium in milk and beans. Um, a lot of Americans don't have enough potassium in their diet because vegetables have a lot of potassium and a lot of people just don't drink milk anymore. And I'll tell you, plant milks don't have potassium. So, go get yourself some milk and put some salt in there. Oh my gosh.
So, these are all the minerals. There are probably a few that I'm missing. Um, oh, you got chromium. That's another mineral that I had low. And this one is basically um it regulates your blood sugar and it helps with other enzymes in your body. So the thing with these minerals is they help regulate the enzymes in your body. Without these minerals, these the enzymes can't function properly and hence your brain can't make the right chemicals and then you get mental health issues. So it's like bro, I feel like this is the root of the issue. Like if all psychiatrists just did a freaking hair mineral analysis on their patients, like the world would be a better place. And also minerals are like so important for empathy levels, okay? Like if your minerals are imbalanced and your neurotransmitters aren't working properly, you're not going to have empathy. And if you don't have empathy, we're going to keep destroying the earth. Okay? Anyways, that is my tangent. I'm going to make more videos about this because this has to reach a lot of people because there's a freaking huge mental health epidemic in the US. And I was in a deep depression for 5 years. And once I finally freaking figured figured this out because this was an initiation for me. The medical malpractice. Don't worry about me. I'm chilling now. Okay. But it was an initiation. It was like those freaking episodes like fat to fit. Okay. But it's like where someone like tries to gain all the weight and then they have to lose it again and they realize how hard it is. Proven. Oh my gosh. The [ __ ] phone fell. I cannot be cussing on this channel. This is not going to be monetized, okay? Because I just cussed, okay, so it was like fat to fit, but like mental health. I went from like an amazing like I was like the happiest person on earth. I'm joking. But I was like super happy. Like before I was like I was like in a state of non-duality and then I went to this like alternative doctor and I got the medical malpractice and suddenly my mental health was just like garbage. And I like I knew like something happened and I was determined to find the solution. But it was more difficult than the fat to fit thing because this took 5 years. This took five years of nothing appearing on blood work of just taking antidepressant of this this this and then I finally got the answer through introspection. Through introspection I did not find it outside of myself. There were some breadcrumbs around me. Shout out to my naturopath. I'm not going to say her name, but shout out to her because she was like, "Oh, you should check your zinc to copper ratios because I know someone had like an imbalanced zinc to copper ratio and we fixed it and their mental health got better." I checked the ratio and it was normal. And then she was like, "Oh, well, sometimes blood work isn't accurate for minerals, so maybe you should do the in-depth hair mineral analysis." And then I procrastinated it for 6 months because I was trying to figure it out myself. And no, if you want to get better, you need the data. You can't find the solution yourself. I mean you you can like find the solution like you you can find the data but you need to like get actual concrete data and blood work is not going to do it. Blood work is not going to do it. Um, sometimes they find some things on blood work but it fluctuates every day. But this is like your hair is an ancient artifact. My hair saved my life dude for real. Um, just don't dye your hair because if you can't do the test if it's dyed, you could dye it after your test. But, um, what else? Yeah, that's the whole tangent. So, it was an initiation because I had to figure out this stuff and so I could bring it to the whole world. And I'm going to do something bigger with this information, but it's going to take a few years. So, hey, I needed to like put something out there in the meantime so people could use this information I gained. Um, the solution is simple yet complex. Like it's in like your body has the answers, but you have to seek them. Seek and you shall find. Seek and you shall find. Although it might take a really long time to find what you're looking for. Um, so now I am in complete remission of depression and any mental health issue. Remission has just begun and I wish the same for you. I wish the same for you. Okay, just take some My roommate was like, "Take some boron, you moron." Oh my gosh. But yeah, check your minerals. Go to your doctor. This is not medical advice. Um, this is not medical advice, but have a look and see for yourself. So much love and namaste. the like I feel like it's overlooked that the building blocks of our body have to be in balance for us to reach higher consciousness. And if you're stuck in these like imbalanced building blocks, you're going to stay at the at the lower consciousness. So got to if everyone in the world checked their minerals, dude, everyone would have so much more empathy. Maybe the world would just be a better place. Um, yeah. Peace out.
