Hey YouTube family, my name is Kaylee and thank you for joining us today. If you haven't already, please subscribe to our YouTube channel so that you can stay up to date each week. And we believe that God has a powerful word for you. So let's dive right in.

If you're taking notes, the title of my sermon is faith is scarlet. Faith is scarlet. And you may not know what that means, but you will by the end of the sermon. Faith is scarlet. And I want you to know wherever you are in life that God has a plan for you.

He has a purpose for you and he can use you. And you may feel like I've messed up too much. I made too many mistakes. I dropped the ball too much. God can't use me. He's going to find someone that's better, someone that's smarter, someone that's more capable, someone that didn't screw up, somebody that didn't drop the ball, someone that didn't let God down. And then some of you guys don't even want to be used by God cuz you don't even trust yourself. You're afraid that if God used you, you're going to go back into old habits, old behaviors, and and you're going to screw something up. So, you want to just sit on the bench where there's no responsibility, and there's no accountability because you're scared to fail God, and you're scared to fail people. But I want you to know that God has a plan, and it's a good plan. There's a plan for your life. If you have a post, you have a purpose, God has a plan. And I just want to encourage some of you guys to get off the bench, get back in the game because there's people in this room, you felt called by God, you felt called to do ministry, you felt called to make an impact, but then you got scared and now you want to play it safe. Well, let's quit playing it safe. Let's do what God has called us to do because someone else's breakthrough is attached to you walking in your ministry.

Someone else's breakthrough is attached to you walking in your calling. And no matter how bad you think you are, or how bad you think you dropped it, or maybe you just feel like it's too late, man. I I've already had my time. We're going to leave it to the next generation. No, no, no. You're still here. Which means God still has a plan. And he has a purpose. God don't just want to use the next generation. He wants to use the now generation. He wants to use the previous generation. And even the generation that's coming that be on their phones all day, he even want to use them.

God said, "I got to take the revival to Tik Tok cuz that's the only place they go these days. The Holy Spirit just hovering over Tik Tok now cuz that's where they spend their time at. God has a purpose and he wants to use you in a supernatural way. If you have your Bibles, go to Joshua chapter 2 verse1 15. We're going to do a lot of Bible reading. But y'all love the Bible though, right?

Okay. So, this would be this would be cool for y'all then. Y'all like that? Joshua cuz y'all do this every day when y'all wake up before work. You ain't rushing brushing your teeth just running to work. That ain't y'all y'all y'all getting this Bible. This Radiant church. So y'all don't wake up 20 minutes before you got to be at work and run out the door four minutes before you supposed to be there. That ain't radian church. That's the mother churches. That ain't our church.

Joshua chapter 2. Dang, it may be our church. Y'all didn't find that funny. Y like he's convicting me. Now Joshua the son of Nun sent out two men from Aada Grove to spy secretly saying go the land especially Jericho. So they went and came to the house of a harlot named Rahab. Okay, the Bible is being a little graphic here, but it's the Bible, so we can do it. And lies there. And it was told the king of Jericho, saying, "Behold, men have come here tonight from the children of Israel to search out our country." So the king of Jericho sent to Rahab, saying, "Bring out the men who have come to you, who have entered your house, for they have come to search out all of our country." So they go to her house and like, "Hey, bring these men out. They're coming to search out our country. These guys are spies. Verse four. Then the woman took the two men and hid them. She said, "Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they were from. And it happened as the gate was being shut when it was dark that the men went out. Where the men went, I do not know. Pursue them quickly, for you may overtake them." She's lying if you ain't caught on. Like she's hiding them, but she's lying, saying they left. But she had brought them up to the roof and hidden them with the stalks and the flaxs which she had laid in order on the roof. Then the men pursued them by the road. They're looking for these guys to the Jordan to the fort forts at and as and as soon as those who pursued them had gone out they shut the gate. Verse eight. Now before they laid down, Now before they lay down, she jumped up to them on the roof, and she said to them, "Men, I know that the Lord has given you the land, that the territory of you have fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land are faintarted." In other words, we're all scared of you. We're faint-hearted because of you. For we have heard how the Lord dried up the water of the Red Sea. for you. And when you ca and when you came out of Egypt, what you did to the two kings of the Amorites and I need these words bigger. I almost got it though. Who were on the other side of the Jordan? Uh Shahan and Og whom you utterly destroyed. So that he they destroyed these two kings. As soon as we heard these things, our hearts melted. Neither did there remain any more courage than anyone because of you. Everybody scared of y'all. Translation. For the Lord your God, he is God in heaven and above and on earth beneath. She prophesying. She's not even a Christian, she's a foreigner, but she talking about he's God in heaven. God on earth. She prophesying. Now, therefore, I beg you, swear to me by the Lord since I have shown you kindness. In other words, she said, "Hey, they was coming to kill y'all. I shown you kindness. I hid y'all. So, I need you to swear to me by the Lord that you also would show me kindness." In other words, I scratch so bad, scratch mine to the father's house and give me a true token and spare my father, my mother, my brothers, my sisters, all of them, and all that they have. Don't just spare us. We need you to spare the the the the outfit, the wig. Spare it all. Like the toys, like we need everything protected. I'm a goofball today if you hadn't noticed. I just feel it on me. And deliver our lives from death. So men answered her, "Our lives for yours if none of you tell this business of ours, and it shall be when the Lord has given us the land that we will deal kindly and truly with you." Then she let them down by a rope through the window, for her house was on the city wall. So her house was like literally built on a city wall. She dwelt on the wall. Wow. Wow. Wow. You guys ready for the word today? It's going to be a good one.

So, the first thing I want to point out that's a little disturbing is the Bible immediately called her out. It's one thing to be called up by culture. It's one thing to be called by family. It's one thing to be called out by friends, but what do you do when the Bible call you out?

The Bible said it was Rahab the harlot.

If you don't know what a harlot is, it's a prostitute.

The Bible say it's Rahab the prostitute. This is crazy. And y'all looking at me like I'm crazy. This the Bible. I'm just pre Don't don't don't shoot the messenger. I'm just preaching the Bible.

I want to hear the Bible. This in it, too. I'm sorry. It's the Bible. And it said Rahab the prostitute. AND IT'S LIKE THE BIBLE'S JUST PUTTING HER ON BLAST. It's putting her on front street. It's putting ALL HER BUSINESS OUT. I BET SHE'S IN HEAVEN. SHE'S LIKE, "JESUS, DID DO WE HAVE TO PUT THAT IN THERE?" Like, "Do we have to tell them?" And then I bet Samson LIKE, "MAN, HE BE TELLING EVERYTHING. HE TOLD THEM ABOUT DELILAH." AND THEN DAVID LIKE AND BASSE AND PETER LIKE I DENIED HIM THREE TIMES. HE PUT THAT IN THERE TOO. HE JUST BE TELLING ON EVERYBODY. And you would ask the question, why is Jesus airing out everyone's dirty laundry? He's airing it out because he wants you to see it so you can get healed and you can get breakthrough.

Because you can't get healed if you won't get real and you can't heal what you hide. Because you are as sick as your secrets. Ah,

YOU'RE AS SICK AS YOUR SECRETS. And the Bible is teaching us not to have them because when we have secrets, we get sick and we can't get healed. The Bible saying you have to talk to somebody. You have to open up to somebody. NOW, I'M NOT SAYING EVERYBODY, but I am saying somebody. AGAIN, I AIN'T SAYING EVERYBODY, BUT I AM SAYING SOMEBODY. AND WHEN YOU START TO OPEN up and speak and you say things and you get really, really honest, BECAUSE THE DEVIL DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU COMING TO CHURCH. HE CARES about you coming to church and get honest. Because when you start saying things like, "Man, I'm struggling with addiction." All of a sudden, chain starts breaking. When you start saying, "I'm struggling with fear. I'm struggling with jealousy. I'm struggling with anger. I'm struggling with hurt." Chains start breaking. Prison doors start opening. Scales starts dropping. Lies start fleeing. Why? Because when you get real, you can get healed.

Your sick is your secret. So, the Bible is teaching us a lesson. Don't be afraid and don't be ashamed of your secrets because God is saying, "I can heal them. I can heal you. I can restore you." So, this is why God be putting everybody on front street

because he says, "It's one thing if you look perfect, but I want to show my people that I can use you despite your lack of perfection. I can use you in your imperfection. I can use you in your brokenness. I can use you in your ignorance."

Her laundry was aired out because God wanted you to know he could use a prostitute. And if he didn't air it out, you wouldn't KNOW BECAUSE HE WANTED you to know, I DON'T CARE HOW BAD YOU ARE. I CAN USE YOU.

I can still use you. Can I have a little bit more lows in my mic if that's not a problem? But I can still use you. SO GOD IS SAYING, I can use you. I can use you. I can use you. I can use you.

So wherever you are, God can use you. So now Moses had died and Joshua took over and they're about to take a bunch of land and they're about to take this city called Jericho. And you heard about Jericho with the city where the walls fall. What you may not have known about those walls is on the back side of the walls there was a lot of homes that were built on the backside of the walls of Jericho. That'll mean something in a minute. Okay. So, Caleb and Joshua, when Moses sent out the 12 spies to the promised land, you remember 10 gave a bad report, but two gave a good report. And the two that gave a good report was Caleb and Joshua. Well, now Joshua is the leader of the Israelites, and it's time for him to send out spies. And you know what? He remembered the last time 12 spies went out. And when they went out, they gave a bad report cuz he said, "There was 10 too many. We're going to send out two spies." So now he sent out two spies. But him sending out two wasn't just random. It was actually it was actually prophetic because two is the number of confirmment. Two is the number of agreement. Two is a number that symbolizes the word of God. The Bible says, "Let everything be confirmed in the mouth of two or three witnesses." So the two that went, there was a foreshadowing of the word of God going into this city before judgment came to give this city an opportunity for repentance.

But the king had everybody looking to kill these men. But these men ended up at Rahab's house, the prostitute. And what did Rahab do? She took them inside of her house. In other words, she received them. And then when the king came and tried to kill them, she hid them. Okay, let me preach to you a little bit. The word came in her house and the enemy tried to kill the word, but she hid the word. The Bible says the wicked one tries to steal the word immediately, but I have hidden your word in my heart and the enemy can't steal the word because it's hidden and it's tucked inside of my heart. You got to hide THE WORD IN YOUR HEART. YOU GOT TO HIDE THE WORD IN YOUR HEART. AND SHE HID the word. So when the enemy came against the word, it couldn't take the word because the word was hidden. When the devil comes against the word of God that's been spoken over you, he can't take it away from you. He can't strip it away from you. He can't break it away from you because it's been hidden in your heart.

It's been hidden because faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Which means when you hear the word of God, faith comes. BUT IT'S HIDING the word that makes faith stay.

Let me say it again. I think you missed it. It's hearing the word that makes faith come. But it's hiding the word that makes faith stay. And a lot of you guys get faith and you get fired up and then you go in the world and you get punched in the face and you lose faith. It's because you didn't hide the word. And anytime the word isn't hidden in your heart, the devil's going to snatch it out your hands.

Come on.

So the word was hidden. She hid them inside of her home. And it was like her receiving the word because that's what you're supposed to do. Her house represented our hearts. When the word comes to our hearts, we to hide the word in our heart. We're to protect it. We're to protect it from the lies of the enemy and the attacks of the enemy because he's always trying to destroy the word. And he was trying to destroy the very thing that could have saved him and redeemed him.

Come on.

So, she hid these men and when she hit him, she did some things. She wasn't all the way sanctified. She She used a lot of lying. And all throughout the Bible, the Bible never confirmed the lying. Oh, but it did confirm the hiding. Shout out to hiding us. We ain't saying lie, but hey, sister, do what you do. Um, you know what I'm saying? So, so at this particular time, soon as the word came, she hid it. She covered them, she protect them. When they were safe, then she asked them for a favor. You need to watch the sequence because many of us, we ask for a favor, then we tell God, we'll have faith. My God.

But this woman had faith. Then she asked for a favor. Ah,

many of us, God, if you would just bless me, Lord, I would help people. And God said, if you help people, I will bless you. God, if you just gave me a better job with more time, I'll serve. God said, if you served, I give you a better job with more time. God, God, if you just gave me a spouse, I go to church every week. God said if you went to church every week, she might be right there, bro. But you missing her cuz you and her skipping weeks and y'all ain't here at the same time cuz y'all ain't committed to the house of God. And now you going TO BE SINGLE. GOD SAYING, "DON'T JUST ASK FOR FAVORS. STAND ON FAITH. WALK IN FAITH." AND THEN WATCH THE FAVOR HIT YOUR LIFE. WATCH THE GRACE OF GOD HIT YOUR LIFE. Immediately Rahab had such faith that she didn't hear nothing. She didn't know nothing directly from them. She just heard about what God had done through the grave vine. She heard about it. She said, "We heard about the Red Sea. We heard about how you guys overtook uh kings. We heard about it." And she started saying, "Your God is the God in heaven and he's the God on earth." When you get faith, when God activates some of you, you got to walk in faith. God didn't say sit by faith. He didn't say think by faith. He didn't say listen by faith. He said walk by faith. It's an action word.

And some of you guys got a word yesterday at Radian Girl. Are you walking by faith now? What did God speak to you? What are you going to walk in? What are you going to do differently? Don't just think by faith. Act by faith and walk by faith.

She had the word come in her house and she hid it in her heart. She wasn't She had never been to a church. She had never been to a Bible study, but she received the word. When you hear about his goodness, do you receive him or do you reject him? My

God,

because she received him. Now, I want to read a little bit more. or if you have your Bibles, go to Joshua chapter 2 again. We're going to go to verse 17.

We're going to start digging in now.

Y'all better be glad my voice ain't strong. I'll preach this thing.

We going to teach it though. Joshua 21:17 it says, "So the men said to her, we will be blameless of this oath of yours which you have made clear which you have made us swear. Unless when we come into the land, you bind this line of scarlet cord." You bind this line of scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down. So they saying, "Hey, we need you to bind this scarlet quarter in the window over which you let us down and un and unless you bring your father because the favor was spare my family. Unless you bring your father, your mother, your brothers, and all your father's household to your own home. So it shall be that whoever goes out the doors of your house into the streets, his blood shall be on his own head." In other words, we we chopping everything that ain't in the house

and that ain't in this house specifically. And we will be guiltless when we do it because we got a word from God. And whoever is with you in the house, his blood shall be on our head if a hand is laid on him. If he's in the house, his blood's on our hand. If not, free game. And if you tell this business of ours, then we will be free from the oath which you have made us swear. In other words, you start snitching. We ain't we ain't got no agreement. Then she said, "According to your word, so be it." And she sent them away. and they departed and she bound the scarlet cord in her window. So, we got a couple questions. Why did she need to have a scarlet cord bound in her window? It wasn't just a cord. So, it's a robe, but it wasn't just a robe. It was a scarlet robe that she had to have bound in her window. And the reason why it was a scarlet robe is because scarlet is the color of blood.

Scarlet is the color of blood. And it and scarlet symbolized this blood and it symbol and it symbolized covering. So scarlet was the color of blood. It symbolizes covering. Even all throughout temples in the Old Testament they would have scarlet inside of it. It symbolizes blood. It symbolizes atonement. So he said you can't you can't just have any kind of rope just hanging out your window. It has to be a scarlet rope. And what the scarlet rope would do is it would it would activate something that God had done at Passover when they put blood on the doorpost. any house to have blood on the doorpost, the death angel would pass over because there was blood on the doorpost. And this scarlet rope was the same thing that if a scarlet rope was hanging out the window, that means that the army would spare these particular people and no harm and nothing would come against them if they had scarlet.

And now she had this scarlet robe in the window. But then the Bible said something so clear. It said, "I need you to bind it." In other words, I need you to tie it. I need you to knot it up. It can't just be hanging in your window. It need to be tied. tight. There needs to be a knot because I don't need no one to be able to walk by and snatch it out. Uh,

and God says, "Have you bound yourself with the blood of Jesus? Is it so strong on you and so tight on you that somebody can't just come and walk it off walk it off of you? Somebody can't just come and pull it off of you? That s can't text you again and cause you to walk away from the plan and the will of God. I need it knotted. I NEED IT TIGHT TIGHT BECAUSE IF IT'S NOT, an intruder can walk by and take it." But because SHE TIED A KNOT, it was tight tight to her window. So whenever war came and judgment came, she can be spared. And I want you to know that judgment is coming to this world. But if you have A SCARLET CORD, YOU will be spared. You will be protected. You will be covered by the blood of Jesus.

And it was scarlet. It was scarlet. It was scarlet. And this scarlet would protect. It would cover. And it would cause them to pass over. In the Old Testament, they would use a scarlet cord or blood on the doorpost. But in the New Testament, we use a scarlet cross.

It ain't the cross that saves us. It's the blood that's on the cross that saves us. What makes the cross powerful is the color that's on it. It's the scarlet blood of Jesus that's dripping down on the cross. And that's why we're saved. That's why we're forgiven. And that's why we're restored. It's because of the scarlet blood of Jesus Christ. Are you covered by his blood? And

woman of God, I want to talk to you guys because the Proverbs 31 woman, the Bible says she didn't fear the snow because her house was covered in scarlet.

You know what the s snow symbolized? It symbolized a storm.

A winter storm. And I want you to know ladies, there's going to be times where winter storms come in your marriage. They come against your kid. They come at you at the job. But if your house is covered in scarlet, your husband is going to be protected. Your kids are going to be protected. Everyone around you is going to be protected BECAUSE YOU COVERED YOUR HOUSE IN SCARLET. Women of God, YOU DO MATTER. YOU DO SERVE A purpose and your job is to cover everything around you in scarlet. So the blood OF JESUS WILL REDEEM AND save and heal and restore. Can we give him a praise break in this place?

Thank you, Jesus.

The scarlet cord. And I want to tell you how powerful this was when it came to Rahab. It was so powerful that archaeologists found the city of Jericho. And when they found the city of Jericho, even archaeologists that didn't believe in God, they found the most staggering thing in 1930. It was a f a fellow by the name of John. And what he found was he found the walls of Jericho. the walls that came crashing down from a shout. But when he found the walls of Jericho, he noticed something so amazing that most of the walls of Jericho were broken down. It's a physical place. You can go see it. And and it wasn't like they was like hit down. It was almost like a mystical something supernaturally happened that caused these walls to collapse. But then there was a wall that still stood

and her house was built on the wall.

Which means when they shouted in the walls of Jericho came crashing down, her wall stood up straight.

Her wall didn't come crashing down because it was covered with the scarlet cord. And I want you to know that there's a world. We have wars. We have rumors of wars, attacks from the left and right. All kind of things is happening in this hour. And it's very vital that you have a scarlet cord in your window because when everything around you start falling, you will stand because of the scarlet cord. You will be covered BECAUSE OF THE SCARLET CORD. YOU will be protected because of the scarlet cord. The Bible says THAT 1,000 MAY FALL AT MY RIGHT AND 10,000 at my other hand, BUT NO HARM WILL COME NEAR ME. GOD'S GOING TO PROTECT ME AND COVER ME BECAUSE OF THE SCARLET CORD.

I can't speak on what EVERYTHING IS GOING I CAN'T SPEAK ON WHAT'S HAPPENING in this next hour in our world. But I can speak on the scarlet cord. And I can say WHEN THINGS START FALLING DOWN, THE WALLS THAT HAVE A SCARLET CORD ON THEM WILL STAND. They always stood and they AIN'T GOING TO STOP STANDING.

You need the scarlet cord. You need this scarlet cord. And this represents the blood of Jesus.

Are you covered by the wonder, wonderful, miracle working

blood?

Of Jesus.

Come on.

Are you covered by it? Are you covered by it? Are you covered by it? You have to be covered by the blood of Jesus. And this is so beautiful because not only was she covered by the blood of Jesus, she said, "Hey, can my family come? Can my father come?

I need my father's house to come because I don't just need the blood to cover me. I need the blood to cover my family.

And they honored it. The blood didn't just cover her. It covered her family. And I know some of you guys are believing maybe for kids that's lost or

maybe not running after God or maybe you got siblings, but you got to cry out to God and say, "Lord, I need a scarlet cord to not just cover me, but to cover my family, to cover my siblings, to cover my children. Lord, Lord, can you cover my household? Lord, can you pass over my house? I need a scarlet cord.

So good.

And a scarlet cord is crazy because a scarlet cord is a loophole.

Come on.

It's a loophole.

And all throughout the Bible, you see loopholes. And a loophole is something that God uses to bend reality or bend the law.

It bends reality and it bends the law. And all throughout the Bible, you see it. You see Moses and all of a sudden he has an army behind him and he has the Red Sea in front of him which means he's done cook toast nothing out like OUT MAN LIKE IT LIKE TA LIKE THAT'S all nothing to do here you know you're just here you're like you know what just go ahead like just just go ahead and all of a sudden God comes and he splits the sea

and now they're walking

on dry ground in the middle of an ocean floor. Why? Because God's the God of the loophole and he always makes a way out of nowhere. Daniel is inside of a den with a bunch of hungry lions AND THEY COME BACK the next morning to check on him and he ain't LUNCH ME. HOW NOT? BECAUSE HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE.

And all throughout the Bible, you see miracles happening. Jesus didn't have a a birth dad in this earth. Well, how did he GET HERE? IT'S BECAUSE HE'S THE GOD of the loophole. HE FINDS A WAY TO BEND REALITY OR BEND LAWS ON THE BEHALF OF HIS PEOPLE. AND RAHAB was supposed TO BE DESTROYED WITH THE CITY OF JERICHO, BUT GOD GAVE HER A RED SCARLET ROBE BECAUSE HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE. AND SOME OF YOU GUYS WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT HERE. SOME OF YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSED TO OVERDOSE. SOME OF YOU GUYS WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE IN YOUR RIGHT MIND. SOME OF Y'ALL WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO STAND. BUT BECAUSE HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE, YOU'RE STILL ABLE TO STAND. YOU'RE STILL ABLE TO PREACH. YOU'RE STILL ABLE TO PROPHESY AND RAISE THAT FAMILY BECAUSE HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE. He's going TO MAKE A WAY OUT OF NOWHERE. HE'S COVERED YOU. AND PEOPLE THAT went through what YOU WENT THROUGH, THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT. HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE.

They've been places YOU'VE BEEN AND THEY NEVER CAME HOME. HE'S THE GOD OF THE LOOPHOLE.

He covered you. And God always provides a scarlet rope for his people. He's the God of the loophole.

So good.

And we honor Jesus and we worship him for covering us and for protecting us and making a way out of now way. Can we give him a shout of praise?

He is the God of the loophole. But when it came to this lady,

when it came to her, heaven didn't look at her history. Heaven looked at her destiny.

Because God can take a great mess and turn it into greatness.

He can take a test and turn it into a testimony.

He can take a bad situation and turn it into a good situation. He's the God of the loophole. And this lady was a prostitute. She should have never been able to be used for God at the capacity she was used.

Thank you, Lord.

But God's the God of the loophole.

He made a way

for her.

He made a way for her.

And I remember I remember Well, I'll say this. God made a way for her. He did. And when God made a way for her so selflessly, she made a way for her family.

She said, "I need my brother.

I need my father, my mother, my brothers, my sisters." She made a way for someone else. When God makes a way for you, make a way for someone else.

So good. So good.

So she said, "Hey, I need my father's house to be protected, too." That was a part of her deal. She covered and protected her family. And in particular, she covered her father About a week ago, I was sitting on the bed and I was talking to my daughter and I go to her and I'm like, "Hey, baby girl." That's what I call her. Say, "Hey, baby girl." She said, "Hey, daddy." And why does she do that? Cuz I melt and give her all my money and all the toys and all the candy and all the chips and everything she want. Say, "Hey, daddy." And oh, it just pierces. Like, it cuts so deep when she says that to me. I don't know what it is. like like man, she has a way to get through to me like no one else in the world. I just don't understand it. And she's like she just I don't know. She just And then she said, "I want you to know you're the bestest daddy in the whole wide world." At this point, tears started. I had that one tear rolling out my right eye. I look like Denzel Washington, you know? I had that one tear. I had that one tear coming out my eye. Just the right side. I'm like, "Long as they both don't drop, I'm still a man. Let's go. Both eyes fall, you lost it. You lost your man car. But one tear, that's how men cry. We got one eye, just one crying.

And I'm sitting here.

And then I asked her, I said, "Baby girl," I said, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" And she said, "I know I want to be." I said, "What?" She said, "I WANT TO BE A PRINCESS when I grow up." I said, "Oh." I said, "Well, you're already my princess." And she said, "I'm your princess." She said, "Like Sa. You like Simba?" I said, "Well, you know what I'm saying? I'm just saying, you know, you said it, not me." You know what I'm saying? You said it, not me. Um, and she said, "Well, Daddy, you're a king, so that makes me a princess."

And I said, "Well, baby, you're my princess." And in that moment, I just sat there and I thought

that there's nothing I wouldn't do in this world

for this little girl. My MD and some of my musicians can come up too, but I thought there's nothing I wouldn't do for this little girl. And then I got to thinking, I will lay my life down for this girl. And I would do whatever I had to do to protect her,

to cover her,

to shield her, to make sure she was okay, to make sure she was good. And I'm sitting here thinking that if Rahab spared her dad,

where was he at when she took on prostitution?

Because there's no girl that ever grew up that said, "I want to be a prostitute when I grow up."

They all wanted to be princesses.

So somewhere between prostitution and desiring to be a princess, she lost her way. I don't know if she was abused. I don't know if she was molested. I don't know if she was taken advantage of. I don't know if her heart was broke. I don't know what happened. But somewhere along the line, she lost her way. But I just cannot understand how her daddy is in her city down the street and he allows his daughter to be Rahab the prostitute.

Not me. No, no, no. I'm at that door

locked and loaded with six guns.

Try to come in here. Well, well, she called me. Well, God calling you home, too. Which one? Who? Who you going to listen TO? YOU GOD CALLING YOU TOO? YOU BETTER CHOOSE.

CUZ YOU TAKE ONE MORE STEP. YOU GOING TO ANSWER YOUR GOD CALL, not hers. BUT I WILL CAMP OUT IN FRONT OF THIS DOOR THE REST OF MY LIFE IF THAT'S WHAT I GOT TO DO because it's MY BABY GIRL. SHE'S MY BABY. I'M GOING TO PROTECT HER. I'M GOING TO AVENGE HER. I'M going to fight for her. And who was fighting for Rahab? WHO WAS PROTECTING HER, WHO WAS COVERING HER, WHO WAS MAKING SURE SHE WAS SAFE, WHO WAS MAKING sure she was loved.

Rahab should HAVE HAD A FATHER THAT was protecting her and covering her and making sure she was good and she didn't. And somewhere along the line, she lost herself.

And you don't just stumble into prost pro prostitution. No, no, no, no, no.

Gradually, the enemy takes you on a road to get there. Because what happens is he starts breaking down your worth at a young age.

Because when you don't know your worth, you will always go on clearance.

Say it again.

When you don't know your worth, you will always go on clearance. And she wasn't designed to just be there to meet some man's need.

She was designed to be a daughter of a king.

And I want to speak to the women of God in this room, perhaps the men of God as well. But you are a daughter of a king. You weren't just designed to be mishandled and abused and mistreated. You are a daughter of the king. And maybe you didn't have an earthly father that loved you like that, but you have a heavenly father that loves you like that. And he calls you his own. And he calls you his princess. And every girl wanted to be a princess. And you wanted to grow up and find your prince charming and live happily ever after. And the reason why you had a desire to be a princess is because you are a princess. And I'll tell you how I know you're a princess is because your dad is the greatest king that ever lived.

And if he's a king, what does that make you? A princess.

You are a beautiful, beautiful princess. And all of a sudden, Rahab gets this scarlet cord and this court changes her life. And then she joins the people of Israel. And then she meets a man, an incredible amazing man. And not only an incredible amazing man, an incredible amazing man with some money. Come on, somebody. He cute, but he got some money, too. There's a guy somewhere. Some of the ladies, he ain't got to be cute. If he got somebody, there's a God somewhere. And all of a sudden, she marries a man from the tribe of Judah. And the tribe of Judah is such a special tribe because the Bible declared in Genesis that the scepter would not fall from the tribe of Judah. Which meant that the king will come through the tribe of Judah. Oh, he's the lion of the tribe of Judah. Which means that she married somebody that would be a part of the family of the king that would come into this earth. And she married a HIGH STATUS, HIGHASS MAN. And she was a prostitute.

And she marries this man and they get together and he redeems her and he loves her and he rebuilds her back up and he treats her the way that she should be treated despite her past and the things that she been through and he marries her and all of a sudden they have a child and that child name is Boaz.

And now Boaz

is an amazing

young man. He's amazing. Uh, he's handsome, wealthy again. Come on, somebody. Somebody like, "Where's mine at?" And Boash runs across this girl named Ruth. And he runs across Ruth and Ruth husband had been killed. Her mother-in-law Naomi had her husband killed. And her two sons was killed. And one of her sons was the husband of Rof. and they were all killed.

And now Naomi and Rof are living together. They're about to lose their property. They're about to lose their land. And all of a sudden, Boaz comes and Rof and Naomi is like, "Girl, I ain't trying to like put you out there, but uh I'm going to put you out there. Brother paid and we we going to need some of that. So, here's what we going to need to do, girl. I'm sorry, but but hey, my son, you know,

you know, he he ain't here. We got to survive. So, here's what I need you to do. I need you to go bathe yourself.

Come on.

And don't look at me crazy. THIS IS THE BIBLE, OKAY? I'm just preaching the word. This is straight scripture.

What is that man talking about at church? The scripture.

She said, "Bathe yourself." And she said, "Put on your best perfume." She said, "Put on your best dress." And she said, "He's going to be threshing wheat

and go see where he's going to lay down at

and I want you to go to wherever his feet are and you uncover them and you let him know that you here to do whatever he trying to do. This some bad advice. People that give this advice, get away from them. This is bad advice. This is really bad." But she was like, "YOLO." And she went and she did this and and Boaz said, "Darter, don't do that, Darter." He said, "You a virtuous woman. YOUR REPUTATION FAR precedes you as a virtuous woman." And he said, "I'm not about to mess that up. I'm not about to touch you. I'm not about to mess that up." And he said, he said, "So, what you going to do is stay here until everyone goes to sleep. I don't want no one to see you coming out my house because I don't want them to get the wrong idea about you. He said, "So you going to stay here and and and and and then you going to leave when no one else can see." He said, "Cuz if we going to do this, we going to do this the right way." And he sends her and he sends her back. He sends her back. He didn't touch her. But I want to pause here for a second because he was in one of the most perverted generations of Israel men at this time. And he had a beautiful, virtuous woman at his feet. And he said, "Uh-uh, dart." He said, "Go get up out of here. We're gonna do this the right way. I will value you. I will respect you. And I will not touch you until I know that I love you and I'm going to do right and commit by you." Wow.

So he says this to her,

but I want to stop for a second because this is the son of an ex-p prostitute,

which means that this was a great opportunity for a generational curse to be passed down to her baby. But Boaz said, "This may have ran in my family, but it's going to STOP WHEN IT RUNS INTO ME. I'M GOING TO BREAK THE CHAIN. I'M GOING TO BREAK THE YOLKS. AND I'M NOT GOING TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.

I'm gonna choose honor. I'M GOING TO CHOOSE RESPECT. HE SAID, "GO, GO, DART. NO, NO, NO. WE'RE NOT GOING TO do this." And literally, his mom was an ex-p prostitute. AND WHAT WOULD make him be so honorable? I believe that he used to sit down with his mom and she would share a testimony with him and she would say, "Son, I was taken advantage of. I was abused. I was molested. I was raped. I was used. I I didn't know my worth. I didn't know my identity. I went on clearance. I went here and I went there. And every time I laid down and got back up, I lost pieces of me that I could never get back again. And I lost my worth. But then the scarlet core came in my life and I never been the same. It cleansed me. It protected me. It healed me. It restored me. And then I met her dad and he honored me and he loved me and he served me and he protected me and he cared for me and he covered me and he would tell she would tell her son these stories and I'm sure they would cut deep cuz to hear stories like that about your mom it would cut so deep and I'm sure in his heart he was like I'll never take advantage of a woman. I would never abuse a woman. I would never harm a woman because I see what my mom went through and what she has to fight and I don't want no woman to have to fight what my mom has to fight. we're breaking these generational curses.

And he went and he broke this generational curse. And I'll go one step deeper and I get ready to close here. But not only did he break the generational curse, the Bible calls him a kin redeemer. And you might not know what a kins redeemer is, but in the Bible there was something there's this concept in Jewish culture called a kin's redeemer. And what a kin's redeemer can do is if you were related to somebody because you're kin to them, you can redeem

bondage.

Which means that if you was related to a kin, if they lost an inheritance or a property, you can redeem it and buy it back. You got to have the money, but you can buy it back. Um, if they were given over to slavery because of debts, you can buy them back. If one of your relatives had a wife and and you passed away and she became a widow and she would lose everything, you can marry her and you can redeem her.

Wow.

And if someone in your family was executed or murdered, you can as a blood relative come back and and and and bring judgment on who harmed your family. This is what a king's redeemer can do. And the qualifications was you would have to want to do it and you would have to have the wealth and the and the ability to do it. And all of a sudden he came and he saw Ruth and he said, "Hey, there's one kin that could redeem you." And then that dude was like, "No, I'm good. She ain't touching my inheritance." He said, "Okay, I'll redeem you. I'm going to buy you back. I'm going to marry you. I'm I'm I'm going to buy the land back from Naomi. I'm going to cover you guys. I'm going to protect you guys. I'm going to be a king's I'm going to be a king's redeemer. I'm going to redeem everything that was stolen, everything that was taken, everything that you guys lost. I'm going to be a king's redeemer. And he was A PROTOTYPE OF CHRIST BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT JESUS WAS FOR the humanity. He was a king's redeemer. In other words, he was our relative. And he came down as a MAN WRAPPED IN FLESH, wrapped in blood. And he said, "You guys sin and your prisoners to God. And I'm going to buy YOU BACK WITH MY BLOOD. I'M going to buy YOU BACK WITH MY SACRIFICE. I'm going to redeem you." And Boaz redeemed Ruth like Jesus redeemed you. He was a ken's redeemer. And I just want to tell you something, men of God, in this room. That's who you are. You are a Ken's redeemer. You redeem things. You don't destroy things. You don't break things. You don't harm things. You redeem things. You buy things back and you leave them better than you found them. And women of God, you are valuable.

You are valuable. And you're to be redeemed by God first. And then God is going to have you be redeemed by somebody that can see your worth and see your value. And I want to tell you, all this happened from a prostitute. Jesus.

And you would think that God would want nothing to do with this lady. But she had Boaz. And Boaz had a son named Oed. And Oed had a son named Jesse.

And Jesse had a son named David.

Which means that Rahab was

David's great great grandma. And guess who would come from the house of David. The Bible calls Jesus the root of David. He would be of the lineage of David, which means that Jesus came through Rahab

that THAT THE FATHER WOULD see it fit for him to come through a prostitute. Why? Because I'm the God of the loophole. I'm the God of second chances. I'M THE GOD OF REDEMPTION. I'M THE GOD OF HEALING. I'M THE GOD OF RESTORATION. I'M THE GOD THAT WILL REDEEM YOU BACK. AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN this room. AND I DON'T KNOW WHO HARMED YOU. AND I DON'T KNOW WHO HURT YOU, BUT I KNOW GOD IS GOING TO BUY YOU BACK. He's going to redeem you. Everything that's been done to you. Everything that been that's been afflicted on you, God's going to redeem you.
