The moment you are born again, 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17 says you become a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
But Satan immediately begins an identity theft operation convincing you that you are still the old you. This is his number one strategy to keep Christians defeated for decades. He does not fight your salvation. He agrees that you are saved. What he steals is your identity after salvation. And I am about to show you the three documents in heaven that prove who you really are. And once you see them, the devil's lies stop working.
Stop and think about that for a moment. The enemy is not threatened by people who are saved and know they are saved. He is not threatened by church attendance or Bible knowledge in the abstract. What terrifies the kingdom of darkness is a born-again believer who knows what they legally possess, who understands their covenant standing, and who refuses to accept any reality that contradicts what the word of God has declared. That kind of believer is the most dangerous force on the face of the earth. And you are about to become that believer.
You have been lied to. Not by someone with bad intentions. You have been lied to by a system. A religious tradition that took the most powerful legal transformation in all of history and reduced it to a ticket to heaven. They told you that you were saved, and they were right. But they never told you what that word saved actually means in the Greek. They never told you that the word is sozo, and that it encompasses healing, deliverance, preservation, wholeness, and total restoration. They gave you half a gospel. And on half a gospel, you have been trying to live a whole life. That is why you are exhausted. That is why you pray and feel like nothing happens. That is why you love God with everything in you and still feel like something is missing.
This teaching comes from the tradition of E. W. Kenyon, one of the most penetrating scriptural minds of the 20th century. If you have never encountered Kenyon's revelation of the new creation, prepare yourself because what you are about to hear is not motivational. It is not inspirational in the way that phrase is commonly used. This is legal. This is revelatory. This is the word of God open to show you who you became the moment you said yes to Jesus Christ.
Stay with me for the next 20 to 25 minutes because by the time we reach the end of this teaching, you will have in your hands three documents from heaven that legally establish your identity. And you will know exactly how to use them when the accuser comes to steal it again. Let me diagnose the problem first because until you see the disease clearly, you cannot receive the cure. The problem is not that you lack faith. The problem is not that you have hidden sin. The problem is not that God is teaching you through your suffering. Those are religious answers and they have kept the body of Christ in chains for generations.
The real problem is this, you do not know who you are. You have been born again in your spirit, but your mind is not yet caught up to what happened in your spirit. The Apostle Paul addressed this in Romans chapter 12 verse 2 when he wrote that you must be transformed by the renewing of your mind. He did not say transformed by more prayer alone. He said, transformed by the renewing of your mind. Because what happened to your spirit on the day of your new birth is so radical, so total, so absolute, that your mind cannot accept it without deliberate, intentional, sustained exposure to the word of God.
Here is the lie you have believed. >> [music] >> You have believed that the new birth made you a forgiven sinner. And that is where the identity theft begins. Forgiven sinner is a category that does not exist in the new covenant. You are not a forgiven sinner. You are a new creation. There is a difference so vast between those two descriptions that they might as well be describing two different species. A forgiven sinner still carries the nature of sin. He is just pardoned. A new creation has been given the very nature of God.
First John chapter 4 verse 4 says, "Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world." That verse is not primarily about spiritual warfare. That verse is primarily about identity. The greater one lives in you. That is who you are now.
Satan understands something about the new creation that most Christians do not understand. He knows that a believer who knows who they are is untouchable. He cannot deceive someone who stands in revelation knowledge. So, his entire strategy is to keep you operating in sense knowledge, which means living and deciding based only on what your five physical senses report to you. Your senses say you are sick. Your senses say you are broke. Your senses say you are defeated. And if you have never received the revelation of your covenant identity, you will agree with your senses every time. And you will spend your entire Christian life praying for what you already legally possess.
Think about how many years you have spent in that cycle. You pray. You believe. You wait. Nothing appears to change. You come back the next week and pray the same prayer again. A little more desperately this time. You add more fasting. You attend more services. You give more money. And I am not saying those things are wrong. Prayer is your breath. Fasting sharpens your spirit. Giving opens the windows of heaven. But none of those things work correctly when your foundational identity is wrong. You cannot operate in covenant authority if you do not know you are a covenant partner. You cannot enforce rights you do not know you possess. You cannot stand on promises you believe are conditional rather than completed.
And this is the tragedy that Kenyon saw clearly in the church of his generation. And that is still the dominant tragedy in the church of our generation. Believers who are sons and daughters of the most high God living like orphans, heirs of all things, begging for crumbs, citizens of a kingdom that has already conquered death itself, trembling in front of circumstances that have no legal right to hold them. The problem is not a lack of God's provision. The problem is a lack of identity consciousness. You need a righteousness consciousness, not a sin consciousness. You need a covenant consciousness, not a crisis consciousness. You need to see yourself the way heaven sees you before you can begin to operate the way heaven intends you to operate.
Now, let me give you the foundational revelation. Let me show you what actually happened on the day you were born again. And I want you to receive this not as theology, but as legal fact. In 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 21, The Apostle Paul writes this, "God made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." Read that again slowly. God made Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for us. That means Jesus did not just carry your sins to the cross. He became your sin. He was made to be the totality of everything you were before God. Your guilt, your shame, your condemnation, your separation from God. Jesus became all of it. And then the second half of that verse says that in him you might become the righteousness of God. Not the righteousness of a good man. Not the righteousness of a devout Christian. The righteousness of God himself.
This is what Kenyon called the great exchange. Jesus took what was yours and gave you what was his. He took your sin nature. He gave you his righteous nature. He took your spiritual death. He gave you his Zoe life. He took your poverty and lack. He gave you his abundance and sufficiency. This was not a loan. This was not a conditional arrangement. This is a completed transaction. It is finished as Jesus declared from the cross. The Greek word is tetelestai, which was a commercial term in the first century, meaning the debt has been paid in full. Stamped across your account. Stamped across your history. Stamped across your nature. Paid in full.
Let that word tetelestai land on you for a moment. In the ancient commercial world of the Roman Empire, when a debt was settled in court, the creditor would write that word across the top of the record of indebtedness and hand the document back to the debtor. It meant the obligation no longer existed. The case was closed. The record was annulled. When Jesus hung on the cross and cried out to telestai, he was not expressing despair. He was making a legal declaration over the totality of everything you owed. Every sin, every failure, every spiritual debt accumulated by the human race, he stamped it done. And that means when Satan walks into the courtroom of your mind and throws your past in front of you, he is presenting a debt record that has already been stamped paid in full. He has no legal standing to collect. He has no legal standing to accuse. The record has been annulled. The case was closed on the day of the crucifixion. And it was ratified 3 days later by an empty tomb.
Colossians chapter 2 verse 14 says that God canceled the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. He set it aside, nailing it to the cross. Do you see the legal precision of that language? God canceled the record. He set it aside. He nailed it to the cross. That is not poetic language. That is covenant language. That is the language of a legal transaction that altered the entire standing of the human race before the throne of God. And you, believer, are the beneficiary of that transaction.
Now, hear this, because this is where most teaching stops short. The word righteousness in that verse is the Greek word dikaiosune, and it does not just mean moral uprightness. It means the state of him who is as he ought to be. A person who is right with God and stands in right standing before God without any sense of guilt, inferiority, or condemnation. You are not trying to become righteous. You are not working toward righteousness. You are not improving toward righteousness. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus right now, today, in this moment, whether you feel it or not, whether your circumstances reflect it or not, the legal reality is settled.
And that brings me to the three documents. Imagine a man who was raised in poverty. He never had enough. He worked hard his entire life, but always seemed to fall short. Then one day, a relative he never knew passed away and left him an enormous estate. The lawyers contacted him and said, "You are the legal heir. Everything in that estate belongs to you." Now, here is where it gets interesting. That man has in his possession three legal documents that prove his claim. The will, which names him as heir, the deed, which transfers the property to his name, and the seal, which authenticates the transaction and makes it irrevocable. He does not have to feel wealthy to be wealthy. He does not have to look wealthy to be wealthy. The legal documents establish the reality, regardless of how he feels or how things look on the surface.
But now, imagine that a con man finds out about the inheritance. And this con man cannot legally take the estate. The documents are ironclad. The transaction is complete. But what the con man can do is convince the heir that the documents are fake. He can whisper doubts. He can manufacture false evidence. He can bring the heir face to face with his old poverty and say, "Look, you are still the same man you always were. Nothing has changed." And if the heir believes the lie, he will live in poverty on a wealthy estate. He will beg for what he already owns. He will pray for what heaven already says is his. He will confess lack while holding the deed to abundance. That is you. That is the body of Christ. Born-again believers who are legal heirs of God, co-heirs with Jesus Christ, according to Romans chapter 8, verse 17. Living as though the inheritance was never transferred. And it is not because the documents are invalid. It is because the con man has convinced too many heirs to doubt what the documents say.
So, let me hand you the three documents right now. Document number one is the will. The will is the new covenant itself, sealed in the blood of Jesus Christ. Hebrews chapter 9, verse 15 says that Jesus is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance. The [snorts] writer of Hebrews goes on to explain in verse 16 and 17 that a covenant, or a will, does not go into force until the one who made it dies. When Jesus died, the new covenant went into force. Everything God promised in that covenant became legally yours. Not conditionally yours, not potentially yours, legally yours.
Hebrews chapter 8, verse 6 says that the new covenant is established on better promises than the old covenant. And the old covenant promised healing. Exodus chapter 15, verse 26. Psalm 103, verse 3. The old covenant promised provision. Deuteronomy chapter 28, verses 1 through 13. The old covenant promised victory over enemies. And the new covenant established on better promises gives you everything the old covenant gave. Plus the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. The very nature of God imparted to your recreated spirit. And a righteousness that cannot be earned. Only received. That is document number one. The will. And you are named in it. Your name is written there because you are in Christ. And Christ is the heir of all things. Hebrews chapter 1 verse 2. And you are a joint heir with him. You did not earn that position. You received it. You did not work for that standing. It was imputed to you the moment you placed your faith in Jesus Christ. That is the grace of God in its most staggering expression.
Document number two is the deed. The deed is your new birth certificate. And it is described in John chapter 1 verse 12 and 13. As many as received him to them he gave the right. The authority. The legal standing. To become children of God. To those who believe in his name. Who were born not of blood. Nor of the will of the flesh. Nor of the will of man. But of God. Born of God. That is your new birth certificate. You were not born again by human effort. You were not reborn by religious performance. You were born of God. Which means you carry the genetic imprint of your heavenly Father.
First John chapter 5 verse 1 says that everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God. And first John chapter 5 verse 4 says that everyone born of God overcomes the world. Do you hear that overcomes the world? Not struggles through the world. Not survives the world. Overcomes it. That is the nature you were given when you were born again. Kenyon taught something in the hidden man that changed my understanding of the new creation forever. He said that the new birth is not a renovation of the old nature. It is a creation of an entirely new nature. God did not take the old you and clean it up. God created something in you that did not exist before. A spirit that is in union with his spirit. A spirit that carries his life. His nature. His righteousness. His authority. That spirit is the real you. That spirit is the man or woman that stands before God without guilt. Without inferiority. Without any sense of unworthiness. That spirit is who the devil is trying to make you forget.
Document number three is the seal. And this is the one that makes the other two irrevocable. Ephesians chapter 1:13 and 14 says this, "And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth. The gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal. The promised Holy Spirit who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession." The Holy Spirit himself is the seal on your covenant. He is the authenticating signature of heaven on your identity. He is not given to you as a reward for holiness. He is given to you as the down payment of everything that is legally yours in Christ. He is the guarantee. He is the earnest money of heaven. And his presence in you is legal proof that the covenant is in force.
Now, stop for a moment. You have three documents. The will. The new covenant written in the blood of Jesus. The deed. Your new birth certificate declaring you a child of God, born of God. And the seal. The Holy Spirit himself dwelling in your recreated spirit. Authenticating the transaction. These three documents cannot be revoked. They cannot be invalidated. They cannot be stolen. But they can be ignored. And that is the only victory Satan ever wins over a born-again believer. Not possession. Not ownership. Deception. He wins when you ignore the documents and live by how things look and feel.
Now, I want to shift into the legal framework of what you are called to do with these documents. Because the revelation alone is not enough. Revelation without application produces educated but powerless believers. James chapter 1, verse 22, says to be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. So, let me show you how to enforce your covenant rights. The legal language of the New Testament is unmistakable when you have eyes to see it.
Jesus in Luke chapter 10, verse 19, says, "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you." The word authority in the Greek is exousia. It means delegated legal right. Jesus was not giving you a feeling. He was delegating legal standing. The same word is used in Romans chapter 13, verse 1, to describe the authority of government. Governing authorities are called exousia. And Jesus gave that same governmental authority to every believer. You are not begging for authority. You are not asking God to please give you authority. You were given authority the moment you were born again. What you are called to do is exercise it.
This is why Kenyon's distinction between begging and enforcing is so critical. When you pray for healing and say, "Lord, if it be your will, please heal me." When 1 Peter chapter 2 verse 24 has already declared by his stripes you were healed, you are not praying in faith. You are praying in doubt. You are using the language of a beggar when you hold the legal documents of an heir. The verdict has been rendered. The court of heaven has spoken. Jesus satisfied every legal requirement for your healing, your freedom, your righteousness, your provision. The verdict is in. Now you are not asking the judge to render a verdict. You are enforcing a verdict that is already on the books.
Consider what a police officer does when he stops a criminal in the street. The officer does not create the law in that moment. The law already exists. It was established by the governing authority long before the officer arrived on the scene. The officer is simply the enforcer of a pre-existing legal order. He carries the badge of a delegated authority. He carries the power of the law behind him. And when he speaks, every legal citizen and every criminal is bound to comply with his words because he represents a higher authority. That is precisely the picture of the believer operating in the name of Jesus Christ. You do not create the authority in the moment. Jesus established the authority at Calvary. He ratified it at the resurrection. He delegated it to you at your new birth. When you speak in the name of Jesus, you are not invoking a magic formula. You are presenting the badge of a delegated authority. You are declaring in the name of the sovereign King of kings that this situation must comply with the laws of the kingdom of God.
That is why Jesus said in Mark chapter 16 verse 17 and 18, "These signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils. In my name shall they speak with new tongues. They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." Notice the language. "These signs shall follow them that believe." Not them that are spiritually advanced. Not them that have been in ministry for 20 years. Them that believe. You qualify. You have qualified since the day you were born again. The sign-following life is not the exception for the extraordinary believer. It is the norm for every new creation who understands their legal standing in Christ.
Ephesians chapter 6 verse 10 through 18 describes the armor of God. And every piece of that armor is defensive except one. The sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. You have one offensive weapon in your arsenal, and it is the spoken word of God. When you speak the word of God over your situation, you are not being positive. You are not using the power of positive thinking. You are doing something legal. You are presenting the documents of heaven in the courts of the spirit realm and demanding compliance.
Mark chapter 11 verse 23 says that whoever says to this mountain, "Be removed and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says." Voice-activated authority. The kingdom operates on spoken covenant-based declaration. This is why confession is central to the word of faith tradition, not confession as vain repetition, not confession as magic words, but confession as the legal exercise of covenant rights through the spoken word. Romans chapter 10 verse 10 says with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The same principle of the mouth speaking what the heart believes operates across every domain of your covenant life.
Now, let me give you the practical application. Because I am not going to leave you with wonderful theology that does nothing on Monday morning when the pain flares up or the bank account is empty or the report comes back negative. Here is what you do.
First, you renew your mind to the documents. This means you make a decision starting today to make the written word of God your primary source of information about yourself, not your feelings, not your history, not what others have said about you, not even the symptoms your body reports. You open Ephesians chapter 1 and you read who you are in Christ. You open Romans chapter 8 and you read the declarations of your new standing. You open Colossians chapter 1 verse 12 through 14 and you see that the Father has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people. Not the Father will qualify you. Not the Father might qualify you if you are good enough. He has qualified you. Past tense, completed action. You meditate on these truths until they drop 18 inches from your head into your heart. Until they move from intellectual agreement to revelation knowledge. Until they become more real to you than the circumstance in front of your face.
Second, you make a daily covenant confession. Do not wait until you are in crisis to speak the word. Begin every morning by speaking your identity out loud. Do it before the accusations begin. Do it before the symptoms get loud. Do it before the news of the day has a chance to set the tone for your thinking. >> [music] >> Speak it out loud. Because there is something about the spoken word that engages the spiritual realm in a way that silent thought does not. Say, "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am born of God and I overcome the world. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I am a joint heir with Jesus Christ. I am healed by his stripes. I am redeemed from the curse of the law. My needs are met according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus." Speak it. Declare it. Not because the words are magic, but because the word of God is the sword of the spirit. And every time you speak it, you are wielding the only offensive weapon in your arsenal.
Third, you refuse to speak the old identity out loud. This is where most believers lose the ground they gain. They declare the word in their devotional time, and then they spend the rest of the day describing their problem to anyone who will listen. They talk about how sick they are. They talk about how broke they are. They talk about how hopeless the situation looks. And with every word, they are building a stronghold for the enemy to occupy. Proverbs chapter 18 verse 21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." That verse does not say death and life are in some extraordinary spiritual gift. It says death and life are in the power of the tongue. Your tongue, the one in your mouth right now, every time you open your mouth, you are voting either for life or for death. For the covenant reality or for the sense knowledge reality. You cannot hold both. You must choose which one you will give your voice to. This is not denial of facts. Facts can change. Truth is eternal. The fact may be that your body is in pain. The truth is that by his stripes you are healed. The fact may be that your bank account is empty. The truth is that God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory. You acknowledge the fact without confessing the fact and you confess the truth because the truth is what changes the fact.
Let me give you an example of how this works in the most practical terms. Suppose you wake up on a Tuesday morning and your body is reporting pain. The sense knowledge response is to lie there and say, "I am in pain. I feel terrible. I wonder if this is getting worse. I wonder if something is really wrong with me." Every one of those statements is a confession that empowers the symptom and disempowers the covenant. The revelation knowledge response is different. You do not lie to yourself about the pain. You acknowledge the sensation, but then you immediately present the covenant document. You say, "I feel this pain and I take it to the word. First Peter chapter 2 verse 24 says that Jesus himself bore my sins in his own body on the tree that I, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness. By his stripes I was healed. The healing was provided at the cross. The covenant is in force. Holy Spirit who lives in me. I ask you to make this covenant reality manifest in my body today." Then you get up and you act like a healed person. You do not nurse the symptom. You do not broadcast the symptom. You hold your confession and you walk forward.
Joshua chapter 1 verse 8 gives you the method for this kind of consistency. God told Joshua, "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success." God told Joshua to keep the word in his mouth and in his mind constantly, not occasionally, not in times of crisis, constantly, day and night. That is the prescription for covenant success. The word does not work on the shelf. The word works in your mouth and in your heart.
Now, let me warn you about the resistance you are going to face because it is coming. And if you are not prepared for it, it will knock you off course before the revelation has time to take root. The first wave of resistance is going to come from condemnation. The moment you begin to stand on your covenant identity, the accuser of the brethren, that is Satan's legal title according to Revelation chapter 12 verse 10, is going to bring up your past. He is going to remind you of every failure, every sin, every moment of weakness. He is going to whisper that someone like you has no right to stand on these promises. And if you receive that whisper and agree with it, the condemnation will rob you of the boldness you need to enforce your covenant rights.
Here is how you silence condemnation. Romans chapter 8 verse 1 says there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. That verse does not say there is no condemnation to those who are perfect. It does not say there is no condemnation to those who have never stumbled. It says there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Are you in Christ Jesus? Then the verdict is no condemnation. Period. When the accuser speaks, you do not argue with him. You do not try to explain yourself or defend your record. You present the blood. You say, "The blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed me from all sin." First John chapter 1 verse 7. The blood is your legal defense. The blood does not argue. The blood speaks. Hebrews chapter 12 verse 24 says, "The blood of Jesus speaks better things than the blood of Abel. It speaks righteousness when the accuser speaks guilt." It speaks access when the accuser speaks separation. It speaks life when the accuser speaks death.
The second wave of resistance is going to be sense knowledge. Your body is going to keep reporting symptoms. Your bank account is going to keep showing the same number. Your circumstances are going to look unchanged. And the temptation in that moment is enormous to cave. To come back to the sense knowledge position. To say, "Well, I tried the faith thing and it does not work for me." Hear me carefully. The battle in the faith life is always a battle of patience and consistency. Hebrews chapter 10 verse 35 and 36 says, "Do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what is promised. Do not throw away your confidence. The confidence is the revelation of your covenant identity. Do not surrender it because the symptoms have not changed yet. The declaration of faith is not a one-time event. It is a sustained position. You hold the ground you have taken by the word, regardless of what sense knowledge is reporting.
Here is the pattern that the enemy uses to wear you down. He waits. He does not always come with an immediate counterattack after you have made your declaration. He waits a day or two, sometimes a week, and then when the feeling of the declaration has faded and the circumstance still looks unchanged, that is when he suggests that nothing happened. That is when he tells you that you are wasting your time. That is when religious tradition slips back into your thinking and says, "Maybe you just need to accept this and be at peace." Do not receive that suggestion. Galatians chapter 6 verse 9 says, "Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up. The harvest is coming. The due season is set in the mind of God. Your only assignment is not to give up. Hold the word, keep the confession, refuse the sense knowledge report as your final authority. And the covenant will perform what it was designed to perform.
The third wave of resistance is going to come from well-meaning people around you, friends, family members, even people in your church, who are going to look at your situation through sense knowledge eyes and offer you sense knowledge comfort. They will say, "Maybe this is just God's will for your life right now. Maybe you should just accept this. Maybe you need to be realistic." Those words are wrapped in love. But they are loaded with the lie of religious tradition. Do not receive them. You can love the person without receiving their report. You can thank them for caring without agreeing with their assessment. Your covenant documents do not change because someone who loves you cannot see what those documents contain.
Now I want to lead you in a declaration. And I want you to say this out loud. Right now. Wherever you are. Say it with me. I declare that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. The old has gone and the new has come. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Legally. Permanently. And completely. The blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed me from all sin. And there is therefore now no condemnation for me. I am a child of God. Born of God. And I overcome the world by faith. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I am a joint heir with Jesus Christ. And every covenant right that belongs to him belongs to me. I have been given authority over all the power of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means harm me. I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. I am supplied by the riches of God in glory. I am sealed by the Holy Spirit. And my identity is established in heaven and cannot be stolen. Cannot be revoked. And cannot be diminished. This is who I am. This is who I will remain. In the name of Jesus Christ.
Now I want you to do something in the comments right now. Type these exact words. I am who God says I am. Type it right now. Do not just read it. Declare it in this space. Let it be the first public confession of a new season in your walk with God. There is something powerful about a public declaration. It is the same principle that operates when you confess Jesus as Lord before others. Romans chapter 10 verse 9. Type it now, I am who God says I am. And while you are in the comments, I want you to read what others have typed. Because there is something that happens when you see a community of covenant heirs standing together and refusing the identity theft. You are not alone in this. The body of Christ is rising into its covenant identity all over the earth. Every time someone types that confession, they are agreeing with heaven. The moment I begin describing my problem out loud instead of declaring my covenant truth. I lose the ground I just gained. Not because God withdraws. He never withdraws. But because I have handed my voice to the wrong report. I want you to know that even mature believers stumble in this. Even those who have walked in this revelation for decades have moments where sense knowledge is louder than the word. The covenant holds regardless. God's faithfulness is not dependent on your consistency. What I have come to cherish most is not the power of the confession itself. But the presence of the one who lives within me. He is the reason any of this works. Rest in him today.
