[Music] Pastor's perspective on the marketplace network. Hallelujah. And thank you so much for joining me today. I'll be your host. I'm Dr. Kenny. You're watching the Marketplace Network. You're watching Pastor's Perspective. But I've got one of our main speakers with me today. I've asked him to come on. We're promoting his new book. It's about healing. Who am I talking about? He travels quite a bit. He's an apostle. Speaks locally here in Southern California. I'm talking about Apostle Jason. Thank you so much for joining me on set. God bless you for this. I can't wait to get to your book. I know healing is a a major concern. I know you've had a lot of health problems and I want to jump right in and and let the audience I want to share with you the revelation he got for some of the things he's gone through and I you need to get his book is going to be out before Christmas. So, Apostle help us a little bit. What is some of the things the challenges you have so the audience knows and what did you do and how did God heal you?
Well, basically I'll be honest. I mean, these are attacks that I've dealt with in the last five years since COVID. But I, most of my life as a born-again, spirit-filled Christian, I've walked in divine healing. I hardly ever had headaches, hardly ever got sick. You know, maybe I was younger, whatever, you know. I know we get older, we deal with more, but that's when we get to apply the word more to us. So when COVID hit, I got with the Delta and I had blood clots in my lungs.
Oh my goodness.
And I had to deal with that. And I took the word of God, you know, as it says, you know, in uh in Genesis, I started from the beginning because, you know, I've got this book called God's Grief by John R. Rice, and I just took it so serious that if He breathes into me, why not? You know, because first of all, number one, you've got to believe. And I'm going to bring that out in other times when I'm dealing with the book and everything about faith check and and miracle checkup. I'm going to be bringing out pretty soon. But today, I just wanted to talk about what I dealt with that's inspired me to to deal with healing. I mean, my name is Jason. It means the healing one.
And so, you know, it's inspired me to put the book in that perspective and bring uh an opportunity for people to know how to get healed.
And so, I'll bring out some scriptures in a minute, but here's some of my testimony I've dealt with. So, I dealt with this Delta, you know, uh blood clots in my lungs.
And it was bad. I mean, I guess it was so bad that I, you know, I couldn't hardly, I was coughing and I was having a hard time breathing. They had to put me on oxygen. They let me go home. I was going home within a day.
So for about a month and a half, I'm dealing with the, you know, oxygen. But I took the word of God, this very Bible, the Holy Bible.
Hallelujah. The word.
And I went into Genesis and I remember where God, the Father, you know, and Jesus and they're all there. Let us make man in our image. He breathed into their nostrils. So I began to take the Bible and said, "Breathe the breath of God into me." And as I was doing that day by day, I began to get stronger. Yeah. I started eating a little more. I did all the natural too, you know, and took whatever pills or whatever, you know, like vitamin C or whatever. But I was saying, you know, I breathe the breath of God in me. And then my stamina got stronger. I was able to walk because I wasn't able to walk much except to the restroom, you know, but I wasn't moving around much. And so, yeah, I had to get up and do something. So, as I was getting healed, you know, I it was just simultaneously happening and uh, you know, and the oxygen, I didn't need it no more. They took that, you know, away. I didn't need that. And then I went back to work. But then the attack came again five years later.
Oh my goodness.
Yeah. And the blood clots and lungs, it got worse. I mean, I couldn't hardly have any energy. I couldn't hardly breathe.
Oh my goodness.
I went to work, you know, functioning, driving the best I could. And they said, "You need to go to the doctors." And I'm like, you know, I'm thinking I'm healed by the Lord, you know, but yeah, I'm I'm not saying not to ignore the doctors and you got the miracle. Okay.
So, I went to urgent care. Urgent care checked me out. They said, "Something's wrong. We're going to send you over to the hospital at Redlands Community in California." And so, I went there. They immediately did a checkup on me, MRI, all that. They seen that there was blood clots in my lungs. I go, "Oh, not again." Anyways, long story short, they did a procedure. They took a tube and ran it up me and sucked all the blood clots out and I'm doing a lot better. This happened back in March of this year, you know, and I I wasn't taking this Eloquis medicine, you know, that's that thins the blood. And so what was building up, blood clots, I guess I had them in my legs, too. And so they took care of all that.
So yeah, I'm so I'm just more standing on the word saying I'm the healed of the Lord and things I'm doing, I'm, you know, I'm I'm working out. I'm going to the gym. I'm walking more. I'm doing things even at this age, you know, that I should be doing that will help make me stronger. But number one, it's speaking the word. And this is what Jesus showed before he even went to the cross. And it said in uh the book of Matthew 4:23, Jesus went into all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sicknesses and matter of disease among the people. So if people are saying Jesus don't heal all, there's an opportunity. There's availability. He healed all that came in contact with. And of course, He made it available at the cross. And at the cross, He gets your salvation, you get your healing, you get your deliverance because you believe what He did at the cross. He took your sins. He took your pain. He took all your sickness. He took all the, you know, all that stuff that you're dealing with that you need to be delivered from. He took it all. And when we receive what He did at the cross and it didn't stop there. He didn't just die. We know He rose again. So now this stuff becomes alive in you. Your faith becomes alive because you start come by hearing the word of God. You speak the word of God and it becomes alive and it it brings forth healing. It brings forth finance. All this stuff if you just speak it, it'll come alive. And I know this and we all go through it. We're like doubting and this and that. Try not to doubt. Try to know that if we don't doubt that we can have what we receive that He wants us to have. Of course, it has to be in alignment with Him. So, we need to be in alignment with Him when we want something. Uh, whether and sometimes I'll I'll deal with the time that I was like, well, how come I didn't get healed? It's been, you know, what they say standard like three weeks. It was a lot longer. And I was like, I couldn't understand. I had this sciatic nerve problem. I hurt myself when I worked for the phone company and it didn't deal with it. And the doctor said, "You're going to need surgery." All this and that. And I was like, well, no, I'm believing God for a healing. I had every faith person pray for me and everything. And I had to walk it out for about a year and a half. I was taking 800, you know, ibuprofen three times a day. Couldn't walk, couldn't stand without just being, you know, any kind of comfortability. But I went to this church I was visiting. In fact, I lived down the street from the Rock uh church in San Bernardino. And I this lady says, "You have forgiveness in in your heart." Unforgiveness in your heart. Right.
So, if you know anything about unforgiveness, I I'll be bringing that out, too, because that's some teachings that I've done on is unforgiveness is that if you have unforgiveness, sometimes trespasses can keep you from getting healed. And so, if you have unforgiveness towards God, unforgiveness towards your someone or even yourself, those things can hinder you. And that's what was going on. So, my ex-wife, I I guess I had unforgiveness because she had left me and left me with the three kids. And so I went to her and and we we, you know, reconciled in that thing and we dealt with it and I, you know, I I said, "Can you forgive me for what I've done?" And then blah, blah, blah. She did the same. And because she, we just felt both compelled and we we never got back together, but the bottom line is we made reconciliation. And then she just passed away uh at 50 years old and uh 200, I think 23.
Yeah. 9/11. So I never could forget that date, you know, just like the, you know, New York, you know, thing. But anyways, that when that unforgiveness thing was dealt with, the healing began.
And this guy writes a really good book about the forgiveness, the power of forgiveness.
And in the power of forgiveness, as I brought out, it releases faith. It releases faith to heal you. So you've dealing with your emotional, you're dealing with your physical, but then spiritually it releases faith to heal you. Yeah, you got to have faith, of course, but I'm what I'm saying is it releases it and it released the pain from my body. Yeah, I I didn't go back and lift heavy things again to try to damage my back. But the doctors, you know, I never had surgery. I haven't had any problems with sciatic nerve problems since then. And so I know I believe God has touched me and I've, you know, changed my position of working and everything. I'm not going around and moving heavy stuff around. I work on a computer and stuff like that. You know, God moved me in that direction, too. So, it was awesome in that, too, because I was almost practically homeless. I was on welfare. And I got this job as a temp for like five years. I was working there at Arrowhead Hospital in Colton uh through some place in San Dimas, some temp service, JM Staffing, and then I got hired on. That was a miracle, too, because even though I scored low on the test, just to be real quick, because I don't want to go into all this, but you know, I I scored real low on the test, they had hired all the people that, you know, that scored real well on the test, but I knew the job already. I was trained. So, they definitely when they got to me, they hired me. I was the only one out of 25 temps that got hired. And I helped get another person in a few weeks later because she was afraid to go to the boss. I said, "Well, she speaks Spanish. She scored high on the test. She wants to work here." And and so they grabbed her name and they hired her. And so that was a blessing.
But it was a great Thanksgiving testimony, you know, because that was my Thanksgiving testimony that year when I got hired in 2013 and I've been there since at the hospital uh working uh, you know, medical records. So I get see a lot of medical records. Praise God. But Jesus, can you imagine? He went about healing all that were oppressed by the devil, needed sickness, delivered from their lives because he was the healer. He's Jehovah Rapha, our healer.
And can you imagine if He's Jehovah Rapha, our healer, and we have just the faith of a mustard seed to believe. And I could go into the stuff I brought out in the past about how the woman with the issue of blood, she did everything she could to get to Jesus. If I can just touch His garment, I would be made whole. So sometimes we have to have that kind of uh faith where we just if I could just do this, I know God's going to touch me. I know that I'm going to be healed if I could just get closer to God in this way of my faith and and whatever He's called me to to do to be able to uh lead towards that healing.
I mean, we see people in wheelchairs and we wonder why they're not coming out of wheelchairs.
Yes. You know, and it's like God needs to uh put faith in them and they got to believe. And when they believe, I believe God's going to strengthen their legs and they're going to be able to walk and all of a sudden the miracle is going to take place. So, it's a faith believing thing. It's like, well, without faith, you know, how come we, you know, can't get healed? It's like, no, you got to have some kind of faith that, if we believe in God, we got to have faith in God, right?
We got to have faith for our healing. Got to have faith for our blessing, faith for, you know, whatever that we're looking forward to. Faith in God, what He wants to have for us. It's all there for us if we'll just trust Him.
But I could just tell you so much more. There's another scripture that talks about healing. And I can go into more later uh 9:35 of the book of Matthew. Jesus went in all the cities, villages teaching their synagogues, preaching the gospel and healing every sickness and among the people. He was among the people. So if we get among our God and we get among those that know how to lay hands on the sick and recover, get around the church. Hallelujah. Because the hospital can only do so much. I've always said that that doctors are like practicing medicine. And so, but we have the great physician, the Lord Jesus Christ. And so, if we would just trust Him. I'm not saying you can't go to a doctor, but if your healing hasn't come, then you need to get into the house of God. You need to get around those with faith. Like you know, those that that have that experienced those kind of situations. Like I've been to Benny Hinn meetings. I doubted the stuff that was going on in there. I you I'm still growing in the spirit-filled lifestyle. But I felt lightning go through my body. I felt the power of God knock me over. I I I it was just so amazing. It wasn't him. It was about the faith that was being built up in that place as people worship God. So as you worship God and you get close to God and you get in His presence like Alvin Slaughter sings in a song, you will be made whole. Praise God. When you get in the presence of God because your flesh can't stand in the presence of God. Hallelujah. But when you get in tune by His Spirit and get into His way, He can heal you. Hallelujah. And I know that and I'm working on that. And that's what we have to do. We have to draw closer to God.
And He's going to touch you. He's going to make you brand new. He's going to make you better than before. Hallelujah. I know that because like I said, I've walked so many years in divine healing. But we go through attacks and we have to know how to get through those attacks. And that's having faith and standing on the word because sometimes we're waiting and it's like, okay, well, I'm standing on the word. Hallelujah. But now, as you stand on the word, let it come alive in you. So it becomes so real and you begin to all of a sudden uh there's no more pain. There's no neuropathy going on in the legs. Hallelujah. Uh that all of a sudden you're walking better or whatever it is, your stomach that whatever you're going through in the gastric system, whatever's going on in your head, you know, and you need peace. Hallelujah. That's why sometimes people get all these headaches. Hallelujah. Is they peace. There's so much stress and then headaches, you know, pop up and the heat and whatever. But what I'm saying is is that you get close to God and you get in His presence. Oh, get ready for a healing. Get ready for a touch from God like never before. I've experienced it. I've prayed over people and seen it happen. Hallelujah. And people fall under the power. I ain't taking no credit, but what I'm saying is God's doing it. God's healing them. Hallelujah. Uh, one time I can I guess I can say this on here since I'm dealing with my healing uh testimonies. My brother, he had got in a major car accident with Troy. He was on here, Troy Hill. And, uh, he spoke about things going on in 1040 windows and all that. He was at the Vineyard Church. They had just left there. Uh, the one that Crystal Lewis came out of. And uh they were there in Anaheim and they were coming back and in Colton they got in a car accident went under a diesel. My my brother was in uh the the the corner of the passenger there was a guy in the middle and Troy was driving.
He got so banged up that he had stitches around his eye. So many. I think it was like 27. I don't even know the amount. Wow.
And he he practically died and came back to life. The guy in the middle, he got his face plastered. He had to have plaster surgery. Then my brother, he got stabbed by the metal and impressed in on his leg. But here's the testimony. It could have killed him, but he had Bibles. He had the Holy Bible wrapped around. He had all their Bibles in his chest. So it stabbed the Bibles and protected him. How about a shield and buckler of faith protecting the word of God. Hallelujah. And so yeah, he did get his leg damaged. But here's the testimony out of it. I got a call at Loma Linda when he was there in the hospital and they were thought they were he was going to lose his leg. I said, "I bind that in Jesus name. You will not lose your leg and God will heal you." And he went through about a year and a half stilts in his legs, had to have bone graft, had to have all that. But he did lose his leg because I remember racing him and and he was looked normal to me. You know, I tell everybody he got bit by a shark. It was a shark attack. But when it come down to the truth, he had to let people know that God, you know, touched him. God saved him.
And what a testimony. My son uh my brother uh to uh Tommy Clute, man. I just thank God for him. He's been supporting me and uh listening to my messages and he's been getting changed. God's saved him and turning his life around and with my stepbrother too. And so that's it's just been a testimony of the healing though that his leg could have been lost. He was in a wheelchair and had stilts running through his legs and now there's just a few pins in there and that's it and he's good to go.
And so what a testimony.
Praise God. I remember one time praying over my wife when she was in pain and uh laid hands on her and God healed her. You know, we have that connection with our spouse. Hallelujah. When you're joined together. Hallelujah.
And I can just testify about so many things. Let me add one thing. Go ahead. As the apostle says, I just want to. Everybody's worried about faith. Remember Jesus said, if you just uh the apostles talked about in Luke 17:5, "Can you pray for us to have more faith?" Jesus said, "No." Uh, Luke 17:6, "You have the faith of a mustard seed, say to the mulberry tree, be uprooted and be cast into the sea." What is He saying? He's saying you just need a little bit. The the mustard seed is this much. But watch this. What's so funny about this whole mustard seed thing, it was outlawed in those days. Why? Because the mustard seed's root was so deep, it ruined all the gardens. It was a three-fold thing. It had it did uh herbs. It shaded you from the uh sun and it housed the birds. So God's a three-fold God.
So watch this. You don't have to have a lot of faith because it says in 1 Corinthians 12:8-11. One of them is a faith. It's God's faith that it talks about. Now that's the God's faith that created the world. So you go as far as you can. We have a measure of faith as we go. Remember it's being spirit-filled. God is in us. The Trinity is in us. So therefore, we go as far as we can and He'll take over. He wants to do it through us. He wants to do things through us. So what I always like to say is people have to be doers of the word.
Now we say the word and the people may or may not have like he said uh uh not enough faith. Well, you know, that could be debated, but maybe they're unforgiveness or maybe there's another uh something that they're missing in their walk. Every time you're not healed, I give it a three-week window. If there you always have to go back to God and say, "Wait a minute. Lord, it's my fault. I missed You somewhere along there. Where is it that I missed You because I don't seem to be getting the release from this healing thing?" And He'll show it to you because it's lack of knowledge.
What I like to do is stand on the word. Give the word to the people and let them stand out. Give them homework. Let them walk it out. So many evangelists I've heard, famous Lester Sumrall, I can go on and on, huge evangelists stood on the word themselves. A lot of people point. Here's another thing. You go to every Benny Hinn, they're all wonderful, great, anointed men of God, but this is what Kenneth Hagin said. His meetings always got the most success because after the spirit left, he stood on the word and people still got healed.
So the people themselves have to stand on the word. The people themselves have to know the word. The people themselves have to pray for their own healing. This is the connection we build with God. This is why it works because somebody else's faith can't guide you through to bring you to heaven, but you can help them find where heaven is.
Amen.
So that's your healing. If don't get me wrong, a evangelist can pray for you and get healed as you believe. But the quicker way to do it is stand on the word yourself and believe God for yourself and watch what God will do. And and if you don't get healed, you got to go back to God and go, "Where is it? Is it unforgiveness? And is it this? Is it that? Did I miss it? Where is it?" And watch what God will do. He is so faithful. But if you get healed, hear me now. He's saying to you, hear the word of the Lord. You do it. Now you got to start praying for other people and encourage them that they got to start receiving healing from the Lord. And so on and so on and so on. It's a chain reaction. That's what we're here for. We are problem solvers for the Lord and we have to encourage others to be problem solvers. Why don't you pray out before we close? Okay. Apostle.
Father, we just come before You today, Lord God, and we just pray for those that need a healing in their body, Lord God, that You will touch their life, Lord, because You want to heal them. You desire to heal. Your will.
It is Your will and Your destiny to see that we are the healed of You, Lord. And Lord, we believe that by Your stripes that we are the healed of the Lord. It's a past tense. It points back through the cross and to the cross. And so Lord, we believe that the healing touch of God can be from the top of the head to the very soles of your feet. Lord, that You will touch anyone that needs a healing right now. And that that that heart attacks that are trying to come upon people. We speak against that right. God, You are the strength of their hearts right now. And Lord uh that that comes against their legs that You will strengthen their legs like hinds' legs that they'll be able to dance, that they'll be able to walk, they'll be able to jump. Lord God, just like You said when You healed the lame. Lord God, I'm not saying this person's lame, but I want to say they need a healing in their legs. Lord, that You are going to do a great work in their strengthening their legs. Lord God, in their hands, Lord God, in their uh maybe they're going through some kind of arthritis or whatever. We speak against arthritis right now and speak healing into their bodies right now because You are the healed of the Lord. If you will just claim it and believe it and stand on His word that I am the healed of the Lord, that You are Jehovah Rapha, my healer, I believe that You're going to heal and touch me and make me whole in Jesus name. Hallelujah. Believe it. It's going to happen. Hallelujah.
Amen. And don't forget the word says in Proverbs 4:20-22. It says those who find, key word is you have to find His word. It's health to your flesh. M
Don't forget to meditate on that and you too will be healed. God wants the healing. It is His will. Don't let anybody tell you the symptoms come from the enemy. Don't let anybody say, "Oh, the Lord has got this sickness on me. He's teaching me a lesson." Stop it. All good things. You know how God teaches us through His word. Nothing else. Not through trial. I mean, there are trials that He allows, but not through sickness, not through uh pain, not through accidents, not through anything like that. It's all things you can trace back for things that you shouldn't be doing. Like some people say, "Oh, I'm going to go skydiving. Do you really think that's tempting the Lord? Do you really think that's a safe thing to do?" I'm not saying it you shouldn't do it, but I'm saying you better check with the Lord if that's really the season you should be doing this. So, a lot of things we put on ourselves. We're not paying attention. We're driving. We're taxing and driving. All these things that if we really are in tune with the Lord and really listen because He wants to speak to us every day. He really wants us to pay attention to what He has for us because He really wants the best for us. That's why He's doing it. He's a good God. So accept that.
