An Extreme Way To Get Extremely Rich!

Hey everyone, Charlie Morgan here, and in this video, I'm going to show you an extreme way to get extremely rich. Now, just so you know that I've done this, this is me with my villa on the Palm in Dubai. I now live in London. I've made $40 million, um, by the ripe old age of 28 doing this. And let me tell you something, honestly, mate, I'm nothing special. All right? I'm nothing too crazy. So, this should work for you as well. And I'm going to basically give you the behavior protocol that I used to get ridiculously rich, objectively, at quite a young age.

Now, extremely rich means that you, your children, and their grandchildren never really have to worry about money ever again, for better or for worse, simply because you actually locked in and got the job done, really, for everybody else. So, it's a pretty nice thing to do. All right.

Now, this is when you have enough money stacked and enough passive income, or well, really enough money to passively generate hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars a year, whether you work or not. Now, look at him. He's loving it. Trust me when I say it is everything you would expect it to be and more. And it's really great.

Now, as someone who's been able to achieve this, where I've been able to accumulate a net worth that is able to passively generate me lots of money, it, it's, it, it feels pretty good. Everything you think it is is exactly what it is. It's going to dinner and dropping $1,000 on a meal without blinking or worrying about it. It's paying for your friend's flight to go to a certain place because you just can. It's being able to go on a date and know that, you know, whether she's a gold digger or not, if she does try and break the bank, it's not really the end of the world. It's going to piss you off slightly, but it's okay. This, this, it's the little things, right? And that's how you're going to feel. And that was me about 3 hours ago. Wasn't really lying to you, but anyway.

So, what I'm, what I'm going to do in this video is tell you exactly what I did, um, in the late teenage and early 20 years of my life to basically get rich. And I'm not going to hold back or gatekeep anything here or anything like that. I'm just going to tell you the truth and really just like, honestly, just, just what it took.

Now, I call this protocol extreme difficulty. Now, for those of you absolute nutcases that play Minecraft on hard mode, which is me, by the way, you know when you play a video game and you get to sort of select the difficulty, right? So, you might go peaceful, you might go easy, you might go hard, you might go medium, whatever you fancy and however psychotic you're feeling that day. Life is pretty much like a game. But the harder the mode you play on, the better your life will become. And typically, what you decide to do with your life, or, you know, what path you decide to take, is going to determine how hard your life is going to be. And really, you're going to set a difficulty level. Now, actually trying to get rich and start a business, you have to select extreme difficulty. Okay? So, starting a business basically means if you want to be successful and do it properly, you are now playing on extreme difficulty, in the same way that if you were to become a professional athlete or something. Not, not that I can compare myself to professional athletes, but the point is the same. It's an extreme way of living. It's something different and it's [ __ ] difficult. Okay.

So, you need to know how to beat the game on extreme difficulty. And I'm going to show you how. I'm going to give you my protocol. It's extreme. I'm warning you right now. This is going to feel ridiculous and it's going to feel almost impossible, which is kind of the point, because my friends, if you want extreme results, you have to do extreme things. Don't know why anyone would disagree with that. And it will cost you. And I want to be completely clear and completely transparent about the costs of doing this, because getting rich and making money and building a successful business, just like me, just like Ollie behind the camera, is not easy. You've seen, have you seen this meme? >> You haven't seen this meme? You haven't seen the Mr. Incredible Dark Mode meme? Bloody hell. Well, that's the true cost. Okay. The [laughter] the cost will be your social life for a while. The cost will be your happiness for a while. The cost may well be your physical and mental well-being for a while. People are going to think you're insane. Um, you will suffer at every turn. You will doubt yourself and battle yourself every day. And you will not be able to properly integrate with society for a considerable amount of time, because you're just going to be a little [ __ ] weirdo. All right? And it may well even cost you your hairline.

So, this is me, really, at the beginning of extreme difficulty mode. And this is me after extreme difficulty mode. Now, I'd love to tell you that my male pattern baldness perfectly integrates with the the theme of this video, but I think it's just my dad's genetics. May God bless his, I was going to say God rest his soul, but he's still alive. [laughter] That'd be [ __ ] May, may God bless his genes. But the good news is that these costs are temporary, except from this abomination. Um, but the reward is so [ __ ] worth it, mate. Like, if you, if you do this and you play on extreme difficulty, it's a good time. It's a very good time to be alive and you're going to have a great life.

So, the reward is millions of dollars, cars, watches, houses, experiences, whatever you want, women, girls. Total out of freedom and autonomy. You get to travel whenever and wherever you want. You just live a better life than like, basically everyone ever. And you get to take amazing care of your family and your health. And you become high agency. And you're also like the person that people will go to because you can get [ __ ] done. And I promise you, like, it only really takes 5 to 10 years. Now, for your Gen Z brain, 5 years might seem like a [ __ ] lifetime, right? But I promise you that it's, it's going to happen. I, I mean, [ __ ] I was 18 10 years ago, and it doesn't feel like it was 10 years ago. So, it's, it's coming and it's happening. The future is going to roll around. If we're being objective and if you're going to be lucky in life and live for as long as we'd expect you and hope you to live, um, it only really takes like 10% maybe 15% of your life on extreme difficulty.

Now, let's, let's hope and pray that you live to 90 years old if you actually stop [ __ ] vaping. But, you know, you're going to be in bot mode from from zero to 20. So, you know, when you're like a kid, when you're like 15, 16, 17, you might be watching this as like a late teenager, like 18. Trust me, until you're 20, you're basically a [ __ ] bot. All right? You just are.

Now, if you can do your 20s or your late teenage years or your early 30s in extreme difficulty, and I'm going to show you again how to do this and exactly what the protocol looks like, and it's going to make you loads of money, and you're going to love me for it. It's going to be great, good times, brilliant. If you can just do it and hack it for a decade or half a decade, then you get to live the rest of your life in what I would call the golden years. Sadly, you'll probably become a bot again towards 80 and 90, depending on, you know, how you treat yourself. My point is this, 10 years of sacrifice for what is probably going to be 50 or 60 years of absolute heaven and bliss.

Now, I'm not saying that money is going to make you happy, but I'd rather cry on a boat than in a [ __ ] Peugeot 28. So, there we go. Now, what I don't know why I specifically picked a Peugeot 28 there. Sorry for any of you that drive that car. [snorts] I was very happy in my Corsera when I was a teenager. But anyway, what I'm going to tell you will sound very extreme. Um, but like I said at the beginning, if you want extreme results, we must take extreme measures.

Now, everybody wants to be extremely rich. I think if you went, I mean, you probably agree, right? If you went, of course, he agrees and paying him to be. If if you went to anyone on the street and you said, "Would you rather be rich or poor?" The answer is probably going to be, "Well, I'd rather be rich." Of course. But then if you said to people, well, would you like to sacrifice basically everything to get that? They'll start making weird noises that make them sound non-verbal. Right? So, you really need to make extreme sacrifices. You must give to get. Okay?

Now, playing on extreme difficulty requires you to do 14 things. So, here's the the the landscape. Here's the scenario of life. You are alive and you get to decide what you need, what you want to do with your life. Whether you believe it or not, you are a sovereign individual, which means that you get to decide what you do. You have free will. You get to do what you want. Believe it or not, when you're a teenager or when you're coming into your 20s, you have to make an, you have to answer the big question of like, what do you want to do when you grow up? And you get to pick anything. The thing is that what you pick will determine the level of difficulty on which you play. And if you pick, I want to be a millionaire, I want to be a business person, I want to be an entrepreneur, I want to be an athlete, I want to be top of my game, I want to win, blah blah blah blah blah, out compete. >> These 14 things are really critical. I nearly broke the TV making my point there. That would be bad. Have you seen this meme? >> No. >> What? Yeah, >> not on social media. >> You haven't seen the locked in alien? No. >> All right. [ __ ] hell. Time to find a new cameraman then, boys and girls. Anyway, joking, mate. Um, if you do all 14 of these for a few years, um, you are going to be generationally locked in and it's basically impossible for you to stay broke. I'm sure a lot of you will know this gentleman here. All right. Now, I know this because I did these 14 things and they worked really well for me. Okay.

So, here you have it. This is extreme difficulty in 14 parts. This is you right now, and this will be you after you do these 14 things for for 10 years like me.

Part one, only listen to Sigma funk music. Um, I'm joking. All right, it's not, it's not true at all. Part one, ruthless. Just, can we take an appreciation for like that? [laughter] Yeah, just take a look at that, guys. It's supposed to make you all smile at least. Ruthless time management. Now, if you want to get rich and if you want to play on extreme difficulty, you have to have extreme time management. Now, right now, to you, time is this little weird abstraction that you don't really think about. You think about time in terms of like, oh, it's, you know, it's 11:50 p.m. right now, and I've got a meeting at 3 p.m. And that is the extent of your relationship with time. Very rich and very successful people do not treat time in that way. They see time as a resource, as something to spend, and it's a very scarce resource because we can't get any more of it. It's very important. Your time is now more important than anything else. The first rule of playing on extreme difficulty is believing that that is true. So you need to say no to everything and everyone and pretty much do nothing but work.

Now, this is going to contradict some other things that I've said in previous videos around like socializing. You need to balance your life, right? Because you know there's one extreme to where you work 16 hours a day non-stop and that can be very effective and you can do that for like maybe a year, but anything beyond like six months to a year, you're going to start raising your costs all too much, stressing yourself out, and really just doing yourself more bad than good. So when I tell you to do extreme things, you have to understand that there's a bit of ebb and flow here. You can't just say no to everything and everyone all the time constantly, but sometimes it's appropriate for a little bit of time.

You need to treat every hour like you get paid $1,000 to work. I started doing this when I was maybe 18, 17, 18, is I decided that my time, I don't know, by some grandiose miracle, I don't know why, but I decided that my time was worth $1,000. Now, bear in mind, I was making nothing, but what that meant is I believed that every hour of work I did made me $1,000. Now, it didn't at the time, does now, but that's how weird how those things become true, right? If you're not, if you're not careful. But you want to treat every hour like you're paid $1,000 to work. And what this means is anything that isn't work is going to cost you $1,000. So if you, you know, go on a date for three hours during working hours, then that has effectively cost you $3,000. If it's a Wednesday and it's 4 p.m. and you're supposed to finish work at 7 and you decide to, you know, [ __ ] off to watch a movie for two and a half hours, that has cost you $25,000. You, you have to regret. It has to feel that painful. Like, you know, the true cost of doing something is not the money that it cost you to do it. If you go on a date or if you go to a movie and it cost you £100, that's not the cost. The cost is the opportunity cost of spending your time doing something other than working. You want to imagine that giving someone an hour is costing you $1,000. So, you know, when it's 2 p.m. on a Wednesday and, you know, your mother asks you to mow the lawn, you say, "Oh, I'll do it for $1,000." Is might, I don't think, don't think that'll be received very well. But that's the level of extremeness you have to get to. Remember what I said earlier? The cost of this is you will not integrate properly into society for a while. But it works.

You need to live and breathe in your calendar and schedule everything. And if it is not on the calendar, it does not happen. So this is an example of my calendar. I pulled this from I think 2017. So when I would have been like 18 or something. Um and you can sort of see how everything is scheduled down to the minute. And I know exactly when I'm sleeping. I know exactly when I'm going to the gym. Even to the point where I'm packing my bag and meditating and driving and everything is scheduled, right? Um, this is another example from a year later. I've been doing this every single year for the last 10 years. And it's [ __ ] ruthless. Like, if if you're not on my calendar, you're not seeing me. I don't care who you are, where you're from, what you want, who you are, blah blah blah. If you're not on the calendar, it's not happening.

Now, you also want to find your work rate. Okay? This is something you only have to do once, and it is probably going to be the most unpleasant thing that you ever do in your personal history. Maybe with the exception of watch this video, I don't know. But you want to find your absolute physiological limit through work and discipline once. Do not do this twice or three times because you might end up in hospital. It'll be bad for you. You want to push yourself as far as you can go before your body and mind start shutting down once. And this will be the hardest thing you ever do. I, I'll give you a metaphor to help you sort of understand this. During COVID, during lockdown, um there was this thing I don't know if you remember it, maybe remember this. There was this thing called the run until you die challenge. And the idea was that it's co, nobody's challenged. You need some stress, right? So, the idea was that what you do is you embark on a run and you set no limit and you set no goal and you run until you physically collapse or vomit or pass out. That is kind of what you want to do with your work. And the reason we want to do this once as soon as we can is because like you get to understand your limit. And there is nothing more helpful in the road to getting rich than knowing where your limit lies. Because when you know where your limit lies, you can understand what happens leading up to it and you can never do it again. The thing is is like once you find your limit, this becomes your extreme difficulty limit and you need to be willing to take yourself close to this point but never push beyond it. It is never worth going beyond your absolute physiological limit. If you're running and you run for, you know, 40 km, 50 km with no training and you get to the point where your legs collapse and you're vomiting and convulsing, your your body's communicating with you like, "Buddy, [ __ ] stop or I'm going to give you some sort of like heart attack." I get a heart attack from running. I >> probably took it too far. Um, you're not David Goggins. All right, it's my point. But you want to do this with work because it's really helpful to know your limit. And you don't want to push past this point because the whole point of finding the limit is you want to then find a steady pace that you can maintain without burning out. And this basically becomes your work rate.

So when I talk about finding your work rate, your work rate is you pushing yourself to 60 to 80% of your physiological mental limit with work forever. And once you find a pace that you can maintain, like what you probably experience, I mean, Ollie probably has as well, but what you experience is when you're trying to build a business or become successful, you have these ups and these downs, these ups and these downs, where like one minute you're like on top of the world and the next minute you just don't want to get out of bed. And that's normal and it happens to everybody. But this is what happens when you don't find your work rate. You just want to find a consistent sort of linear level where you can maintain a certain energy output and a certain, you know, rate of work for, you know, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years. And when you find that life and business and success becomes about just adhering to what is optimal for you. Now a lot of you guys will have very high limits and low limits and the rate at which you succeed and and basically make a lot of money will depend on that limit. But the cool thing is that your limit will increase as you become more successful and can tolerate more stress.

H I've shown you this picture before. >> Oh baby. So this is me. Um this is me at my limit [laughter] in every way. I really debated whether or not to put this in or not. So, this is a picture of me um around the time that I found my burnout point truly and you can see it on my face. This was I think when I was like 20 or something. So, I really took it to the extreme. Um I was, I look emaciated and ill and honestly I, I was, I was very, very unwell at this point. But basically, what I've been doing was working for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week for about 4 months. And um I'm not, this is the thing is like I'm, I'm going to extremely recommend that you find this once. But the reason you find it once is so that as you're working and trying to get rich, you can operate below it because I will never do this to myself again, man. I mean, look at me for God's sake. Like it's just like there was, it was a bad time. Um and also bad lighting conveniently. Um, I even shaved my head for this generational lock and this was when I built um some of my early courses and like it was great and it, it made us a lot of money. Um, but now I know what happens if I go too far. And I also know my physiological symptoms and signals of like when I'm working too hard or when I'm getting to the point where I am going to burn out. And you know, you don't really want to burn yourself out. You do and you will do that consistently, but there's burnout and then there's like psychological physiological shutdown.

Hey guys, this is Charlie in post-production and don't worry before you skip. I'm going to be super quick. If you're a young guy and you know I'm talking between the age of like 17 to like 30 and you want to learn how to start a business and get to six figures, 10K a month online remotely using AI and all this fancy stuff, but you just don't know where to start or you don't know where to finish. The first link in the description is going to take you through to a quick video where I explain exactly how you can get to 10K a month with AI and using AI systems to build an agency, coaching, or consulting business. Um, I've done this with thousands of young dudes who have become very successful. So, that's the plug. First in the description, you'll check it out. If not, let's carry on with the video.

Part three, zero instant gratification. And I do mean zero. Okay, again, it's extreme. Remove all instant gratification from your life. The corn, the smoking, the vaping, the social media, the YouTube, the short form, except for my videos, the short form content, the video games, the drama, the Netflix, the the drinking, the games, the football, whatever. You want to become the most bored person ever. And you want to replace all of this with long-term gratification or delayed gratification. Fasting, cold showers, early nights, working out, cardio, deep work, healthy eating. Anything that produces an intensive, immediate dopaminergic response without you having to first suffer a little, must go.

Now, I'm not saying this has to happen forever. I enjoy a grenade bar every now and then. All right? You know, I can I can get down with a whiskey and soda. It's fine. But if your life amounts to nothing right now and if you're not very happy about that, then you need to take this extreme measure because the reason your life is amounting to nothing is because you are addicted to short-term pleasure, which means you cannot do anything that does not give you short-term pleasure because you're addicted to it. You got to stop complete cold turkey. Get rid of it. Um, you'll know you've nailed this, by the way. Like you'll know you're in a dopamine deficit state, which is where you want to be when things like plain chicken and rice start tasting amazing. Or you know, random pop music in the gym just sounds [ __ ] incredible. Like as soon as like who's like a really famous as soon as Taylor Swift starts sounding good, you know that you're probably on the right track. She's got some good songs. >> Yeah. What's your favorite? >> Uh >> I couldn't tell you either. [laughter]

All right, part four. Remind yourself of the goal every day. Have a crystal clear goal. This should be like a certain dollar figure in your bank account, not some dollar per month goal, right? You want to write this goal down on 50 sticky notes. And I kid you not, just stick them everywhere, right? So in your car, in your flat, on your [ __ ] toilet seat, I don't care. Like you, wherever, on your sister's forehead. I'm sure she'd appreciate that. Stick them everywhere in your immediate environment to be constantly reminded of the goal.

Now, the thing with a goal, listen, you want to take this a little bit more seriously than just reminding yourself of the goal. You want to meditate on your goal every single day, just 10 minutes a day. And and understand the true why of what you want. And once you know the why, never lose sight of it. So, your true why will carry the boats for you when you're 6 months in, when you're lonely, miserable, and suffering, and you have all this self-doubt. Um, my why, believe it or not, was a lack of women. I'm not even joking. I wish I was. um and also being bullied um for not having a boss. So when I was like in the deep darkness of you know six months into an entrepreneurial career, one of the worst times of anyone's life, I would remind myself what I was doing it for, which was, you know, I was just completely useless with women and also I didn't want a boss because I was afraid of being bullied again. And you know, it doesn't matter what your why is, you know, it could be taking care of your mother. It could be sticking it to someone that you just [ __ ] hate. It could be proving yourself, you know, or proving your father wrong. All whys are okay, except from the ones that result in you being like a psychopathic serial killer or something. I wouldn't like you to do that. I don't know why people obsess over Patrick Bateman. It's such a weird like window into the dark triad of the male dominance hierarchy, but whatever. Don't judge yourself for your why. Just use it. All right? It's an extreme method. What's your goal? I want to make 10K a month. Why do you want to make 10K a month? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Get all the way to the bottom of some like shameful, guilt-tripped, horrible, angry thing and then that's really why you're working. If you can, if you can bring that to the surface and constantly remind yourself of it, you will work every single day for the rest of your life.

Cut relationships. You still need to have a social life and you still need to have a social circle because it's healthy and it's good for you. And I'm not telling you to get rid of people because people are very important to our holistic well-being. But you want to remove people who are not supportive of your goals and add people who are. Okay? You want to remove all toxic people from your life. Even family if you have to. That is up to you. But if you've got really toxic family members that really, really just hold you back. Just a little bit of distance. It's up to you. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but you can if you want.

If you're not in a relationship, stop dating entirely. The women will come later. Okay? Or the men, I don't mind. Not up to me. Um, if you're in a relationship that is loving and healthy, if you're in a relationship, I'm going to say this again. Look at this. Get in here. Come on. If you are in a relationship that is loving and healthy now, hold on to that [ __ ] like your life depends on it, my friend. A day one relationship, a day oneer, there is nothing quite like it. Now, I do not have this luxury and I am forever alone and miserable with my dating escapades. But let me tell you, I'm, I'm only partially joking, but seriously, like if you, if you're not in a relationship now, like I promise you, like if you're about to embark on this extreme difficulty thing, trying to sustain a new relationship with someone that doesn't have all of your pre-psychological context leading up to this point is going to be very difficult. And also, the dating thing is just a massive distraction. Again, this is up to you. I'm just giving you what worked for me. I didn't date for like a year and came out of it a millionaire. Not that that was the cause and effect, but it's, this can be a big old time sink if you're not careful. Unless you've already got someone that you love and that loves you and it's really great, and then they can support you and help you. If you're in a relationship that is toxic and very high maintenance, I just leave it. Again, it's up to you. A bad partner makes getting rich a lot harder.

So, ask yourself, and this is a really interesting thing. If you're in a relationship right now or thinking about getting into one, just because she's pretty doesn't mean you should. All right? Just because she's pretty doesn't mean you should. You got to ask yourself this. You're think about this. If you do the extreme difficulty thing and if you subscribe to my YouTube channel and do everything I tell you ever, you will probably get rich and you're probably going to make millions of dollars. One beautiful thing about self-confidence and self-belief and knowing that you're going to make it is what you can start doing is you can start asking questions about people around you and yourself as if you already are. So ask yourself, would I tolerate this person's [ __ ] if I was successful? So if I was a millionaire and if I had everything I wanted and if I was what I wanted to be, would I put up with this person's [ __ ] If the answer is no, why would you tolerate it now? Because you're going to get rich and then when you get rich you're going to become intolerable of it, so you're going to leave them anyway.

Well, you want to go MIA, AOL, disappear. The thing about this is like one, this, this whole dark mode thing of like completely isolating yourself is not always conducive to a healthy life. Like you want to have some degree of social interaction. Um, but your real friends will be there for you and um, just have a social life, but try your best to restrict your social circle to people that actually help you.

Extreme difficulty diet. Only eat whole foods. Eat the same thing every day. Get intolerance and allergy tests and then stay away from things that you're intolerant allergic to. Cut caffeine, cut nicotine, cut sugar, cut sweetener, cut dairy, cut gluten, anything processed whatsoever. Anyone telling you otherwise is addicted to the thing in question, maybe not dairy, whatever. Avoid heavy meals throughout the day. Try to stack calories in the evening outside of work hours. And balance your macros and track calories. Pretty simple. Do not [ __ ] bulk. Now, I know you, I know what you're like, young man. You're like, "Oh, but like I also want to get like kind of muscular and big whilst I get rich. I want to do both." You, you can do both, but you're going to suck at both. I have tried to do the bulking and business thing at the same time. And it's possible, and you can do it, but bulking, nothing will destroy your focus, your gut health, your emotional control, and your tolerance for the work quite like a heavy bulk. Okay? Calorific maintenance or a slight deficit is the most conducive to sustained focus on the work. Now, I'm not saying you should never bulk. I'm just saying that there are seasons of your life through which extreme dietary and, you know, physical protocols can be necessary. If you are broke and poor and miserable and unhappy and you're a low status, high anxious man because you haven't got anything going for you, don't [ __ ] bulk. Just focus on the work. You can still go to the gym and you can still eat clean and healthy and you can still build lean mass and you can still do a little bulk. But the, the, the whole like, you know, thousand calorie of surplus every day thing so you can get big, just, just chill the [ __ ] out. All right.

Sleep. I did this. This is what I did. Wake up between 5 and 6 every morning. Sleep 10 p.m. every day. Repeat every day. That's 90% of the battle. Um, you want to treat your bedtime like an important meeting. This is something that really helped me. Like I treated bedtime as if it was like, it sounds weird, like a grown man saying bedtime sounds weird, but anyway, you got to treat your bedtime like a really important meeting. Don't miss it. Like if, if, if there's one good measure of of a human being's discipline, it's their ability to go to bed at the same time every day. And the reason it's such an important measure is because your impulse control is at its lowest by the end of the day because you're fatigued and you've got decision fatigue and you've already spent as much willpower as you can. But just go to bed on time. No screens an hour before bed. No food four hours before bed. Eight hours a night. And track it with Oura or Whoop. Simple.

Exercise. Train three days a week. Train to failure. Avoid junk volume. Progressively overload. Do some cardio as own two. This is what this is literally what I did for like a year and it helped a lot. There's a picture of me being jacked. I, we just made another video and I've put quite a few of these pictures in. Guys, you'll learn this if you get shredded. And if you are shredded, there's no [ __ ] point in being shredded unless everyone knows you're shredded. It's a sleeper build. I know. It's no [ __ ] big deal. Whatever. It's fine. This way you get jacked whilst getting rich. This will help with stress management. Um, you don't, you, you kind of want to be very careful of like sacrificing your health when you're trying to make money because it's always going to come back and bite you. Like you're never going to be able to get the health thing perfect cuz the work's going to take a lot of your time. It doesn't hurt. Focus for this season of your life. You have one goal, getting rich. You can also have the goal of getting jacked if you want, but we're not going to sacrifice the getting rich for the getting jacked. You know, if we've got like a hierarchy of of importance, getting rich is number one on extreme difficulty. Maybe getting jacked is number two. Maybe having a girlfriend is number three. If you're dating and you want to find a partner, if you already have a partner, you should probably prioritize them because they're a day oneer and that [ __ ] is [ __ ] rare. I'm so lonely, Ollie. Right. You can also have the goal of getting jacked. So, focus on one thing at the time of work. Um, when you're working, just use one monitor. Have one tab open, one thing. Do not multitask. It's going to slow you down. You want to find activities that have high leverage and do them with full force and focus. And this is the killer. Work 12 hours a day. Now, you probably can't do anything for 12 hours a day right now, but this is the big thing. If you can figure out how to just work for 12 hours a day, if you can sit down and stare at your desk during these hours, you'll crush. Now, the chances are right now is your brain is so [ __ ] fried and [ __ ] in every way that you can't even work for 20 minutes without losing your focus. If you cannot work for 12 hours a day, just sit and stare at your desk during these hours. I'm not joking. This is what I did. It's called aciduity. Um, which is a weird term, aciduity. So, sitting on your app and doing things. Coined by Charlie Munger. He was a billionaire. Well, he, he was a billionaire. He died really sad. Anyway, um, you will eventually do the work out of sheer boredom. So just sit at your desk for 12 hours a day. Even if you don't do the work, it's better than doing the other [ __ ] that you wouldn't be doing if you weren't working.

Sacrifice everything. Cut everything that does not contribute to your goal. People, junk food, video game consoles, that Netflix series, literally everything. Get rid of it all. Practice minimalism physically and mentally. The less stuff you have, the better. There's a reason why I wear the same black t-shirt or black vest in every video. I still have a penthouse and a supercar and things. It still gets me and it will get you, but you need to be at constant war with yourself to sacrifice as much as you possibly can. And you want to throw all of it on the fire. Like everything that you sacrifice for this goal is like fuel that will burn to facilitate your energy to get the job done.

Number 12, don't judge people. This is a really big one. It's very important, right? There's a reason why I can make these videos in a certain way where I can be self-deprecating or basically just weird, right? And the reason behind that is because I have a very low judgment threshold for people. As you, anytime you judge someone, it will come back to haunt you. Is you will feel like you are going to be judged. The only way to fear what others think is to first think it about others. And this is the way your brain works. It's like a, it's like a little mirror. Okay. Um, so if you don't judge people, your brain cannot comprehend judgment as it's not really aware of it. You know when you've like, I mean, you might have seen this before, like girls especially where they're like, "Oh, I don't know if I should post this on Instagram or not." Like, what are they all going to say about it? The only reason that like those girls that are afraid to post on social media are afraid of what people are going to say about them is because when they see a [ __ ] post on social media, they say things about that person. The bit got a bit passionate there, didn't I? Bloody hell. So, don't judge. I'm just judging them for it, which is absolutely [ __ ] hilarious, but yeah, it's ironic and iconic. But you just don't want to judge. Just try to not judge people for the things they do, the things they say, the way they are. Just let them be. Leave it up to God if you want or the universe. Um, you are going to have to do [ __ ] that people will judge you for. You are like, you're going to have to stand up in front of a screen and, you know, make really bad jokes and try and keep people's attention just so you can make some [ __ ] money. Um, but the thing is is when you are rich, they will still judge you. [ __ ] them. Not, not, not literally. But this is the thing, guys. Is like, you know, on, on the way to getting money and making money, you're going to have to behave in a way that is going to incite a lot of judgment from other people, but then what's going to happen is you're going to get rich and make loads of money, and then they're going to judge you for being rich and having loads of money, and they're going to call you greedy and all these things. You can't win. [ __ ] them. And the only way to really not worry about being judged is to stop judging other people. Like, judging people and holding grudges and doing all these weird things, it, it, it takes a lot. Like every time you like judge someone, it, it just takes a little bit of your mental capacity away cuz it's just energy. Like what a waste.

Part 12, to go to the dark places of your mind. You want to live and breathe in your dark places. Sounds really weird now that I say it out loud, doesn't it? Um, you want to sit with the doubt, the fear, the anxiety, the depression. These negative emotions will forge you into a total monster if you master them. Now, I'm not saying that you want to sit in your depression. I'm not saying that you want to ruminate in your anxiety. The point I'm making is that doubt, fear, anxiety, depression. These are simple mechanisms that your brain is using to communicate that something in your life is off. These are symptoms, not diseases. That's my perspective. You might disagree. Whatever. I don't care if you do or not. My point being is that like explore them. Try and like compartmentalize them and figure out why they exist and why they're there. And then you can use them. You want to tame your dark places, explore your mind, hide from nothing, and face yourself every single day. So when you feel a bit of the old psychological discomfort because you've decided to stop scrolling for 10 minutes, just sit with it. Just explore it and understand it. And what will happen as you do that is parts of you will start to communicate with you that you didn't even know existed that you can then integrate into your life, become more whole, and work really [ __ ] hard and make a lot of money. Take comfort in discomfort.

This is a big caveat and this is a bit contradictory to the whole thing. You want to rest hard. All of this that I'm telling you to do here is very taxing on your mind and your body. You want to rest hard. You want to sleep a lot, relax when you're not working, remove stimulation, and let your brain process. So, I work really hard. I can put in, you know, 12, 14 hour days, 6 days a week, no problem. But when I'm not working, I am like relaxing really hard, like resting really hard. Now, I'm not talking like needle in the arm heroin kind of [ __ ] I'm just talking like just let yourself relax, man. Like take some time off. Take a day off every now and then. If you're exhausted, take the afternoon off. You want to be as extreme as you can with working and doing the thing and being disciplined. Too much of a good thing is a bad thing. Now, anything taken to its extreme will just become its opposite. And if you're working like an absolute monster all the time, then you're just going to burn yourself out and get to your limit. You want to find your limit. And then once you know your limit, you can sort of balance your rest and your work. Okay? Take a day off. Don't descend into degenerate behaviors when you're when you're taking time off. What a lot of people will do, and this is [ __ ] stupid, is they'll take a day off or they'll take time off, but then they'll fill that time and cram that time with all the [ __ ] instant gratification stuff because they think it makes them relax, but it doesn't. It just fries your CNS even more, and it will not like scrolling on Instagram for two hours is not going to relax you or help your brain decompress and process the information of the day. It's just going to height. It's going to make you feel temporarily numb, but it's going to heighten your burnout, make it worse in the long term. Just let your dopamine receptors reset and just relax. You must recover or you will consistently burn out and be of no use.

And part 14 is take total and utter responsibility. Part 14, take total responsibility. And just have a little, just listen to this for just a second here. Come on. Your existence is your problem. Okay? Whether you like it or not, you are to blame for everything that has happened in your life and will happen in your life. Even if something isn't your fault, you still get to regulate your actions and your decisions are your own. If you're miserable or unhappy, that is on you and no one else. Okay? If you're not happy and miserable, you decided to be unhappy and miserable, not because something happened to you. Stop stripping yourself of the ability to control your own mood. Grow up. Until you accept this, no protocol will save you. I can't even save you. Stop feeling [ __ ] sorry for yourself and get on with it. Sympathy for yourself or from other people is toxic and it will feed your victimhood narrative. Treat it like the plague. So, Victor Frankl was a victim of the Holocaust. Now, I, he wouldn't even call himself a victim because he's that much of a badass. He wrote a really good book called Man's Search for Meaning um about his experience in, in, I think it was Auschwitz that he was in, in the Holocaust. Between stimulus and response, there is a space, or lies a space, and in that space lies man's ability to choose his response, and in his response lies his growth and his freedom. That's a good quote. And that's one that I read um, it was, it was sort of, have you ever heard of um Seven Habits of Highly Effective People? Yeah, so Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey is like one of the OG self-help books. And in that book, at the beginning, is this quote like, between stimulus and response, man has the freedom to choose. And I was like, oh, that's kind of cool. Stephen Covey, where'd you get that from? Vic picked up. All right, good quote. Pretty much assumes this. And also, just I'll leave you with this. Um, be excellent everywhere. Show up with this attitude everywhere in your life. Like eventually, if you're excellent everywhere, your life will become pretty [ __ ] excellent. You know, the first month of this, by the way, let me tell you something about extreme difficulty. Like, the first month of this is going to feel like absolute [ __ ] hell because you're fighting your biology, right? You're fighting your identity. You're fighting your hormones. You're fighting your dopamine. You're fighting your serotonin, your cortisol levels. Your circadian rhythm is going to be thrown out of whack. Your digestion is going to be thrown out of whack. Your gut microbiome is going to be thrown out of whack. And every bodily function that you have is going to have to adjust to extreme difficulty. And the reason the first month is going to be so difficult, the first one or two months of extreme difficulty, if you do all these things and do them properly and actually integrate it into your life, like is because your, your body has to adjust to your new behavior and so does your identity. And so you're going to be fighting your entire body and pretty much your entire self-image. But you can do it because I did it and it will work. Um, but if you ever feel like your life is kind of [ __ ] um, you can either stay here, you know, you can stay where you are now and just be miserable forever. Um, or you can just suffer for a few years and, you know, get absolutely loaded to the teeth.
