Hello, good morning everyone. Monday, October 27th, a new week is starting, and I hope you are doing well with a rather good start to the week. Bitcoin at $115,560 this morning, Ethereum almost at $4,200. So for this morning, we will do a complete market update to prepare the week well. Knowing that we have a big week ahead of us with, as a reminder, Wednesday's decision from the Fed regarding interest rates. So the rates which are today at 4.25% and which could be brought down to 4%. So in that case, that would be the second consecutive rate cut, and that is really what the market is waiting for. So we have, notably, 98% of bettors on Poly Market betting on a rate cut on Wednesday, and of course, we will do an update on Altcoins, and we will notably update on the positions I gave you in recent days.

So Wednesday, the Fed's decision regarding rates, rates which have already been lowered once in September and are now at 4.25%. And the forecast for Wednesday, well, is that we will have a new rate cut of 0.25 points, which would bring the rates down to 4%. And for the following meeting, so the December 10th meeting, well, look, here too, it seems to be off to a rather good start for another rate cut with 89% of bets going in favor of a new 25-point rate cut. So on Wednesday, rates will likely go from 4.25% to 4%, and perhaps after December 10th, we will see rates drop to 3.75%. So this will really be something to follow for the end of the year.
And the other big event we will be following this week will be the meeting between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping on October 31st at the APEC summit. So since yesterday afternoon, there has been good news regarding tariffs. So without going back over it too much, but you see that once again, you shouldn't dwell too much on short-term noise. So when it's like this, when we have these kinds of announcements which are now becoming quite recurring and even some coming back several times a year. So the best thing when it's like this is really to take a step back. So to take the charts, zoom out, and see that in the short term it creates a bit of volatility, but in the long term, we have major support levels that continue to hold, and the bullish trend is not being challenged at all.
Come on, on the market side, already on the Bitcoin side, a rather positive end to the week. So an end to the week that really went in the direction we expected, and I shared that with you on Friday. So I quickly did a short on YouTube and shared it with you on Telegram, showing you that we had rather positive signals on the daily with, notably, bullish RSI divergences on quite a few charts. So we actually had more and more buyers positioning themselves, and with this kind of configuration, what seemed most probable was a slight bullish recovery towards the end of the week. And there, we see it on the chart, well, this bullish recovery did take place, and we are on a rather positive movement in the market.
So already on Bitcoin, what's really good is that it allowed for the weekly close above the descending channel. And so once again, as long as there is no invalidation, so as long as there is no re-entry downwards into the channel, well, this now allows for the objective of breaking through to $121,200 to be well activated on Bitcoin. So that's already good. It's a first positive point. Then, a second positive point is that with the weekly close, it allowed us to recover the weekly MM20, and we will likely avoid the bearish crossover of MM7 and MM20 weekly. So here, on Bitcoin, things continue to go in the right direction.
Then on Ethereum, we are on a similar configuration, with ETH managing to stay above the triangle for now. So I remind you that we still have this objective of breaking through to $7,800 which is well activated on ETH, and we had a weekly close that was also rather positive and allowed the weekly MM20 to hold well as support. So Bitcoin is positive, Ethereum is also very positive.
And on the total market cap, well, it's the same, we are on a rather good configuration with, as a reminder, the touch of the weekly MM50 at the beginning of October, followed by a lot of buying back. Now we have a strong support zone that is holding well. So on the total market cap, it's the same. When we zoom out, it's always well oriented upwards. So here, as I was telling you, in recent weeks, things continue to go in the right direction. So for now, there is absolutely no reason to talk about a market crash, a bear market, or anything like that. So in the long term, the crypto market remains well oriented upwards, but in the shorter term, it has remained in a pause since July and is now back around the middle of the range.
And to finish on Total 3, so on the altcoin market cap without Bitcoin and without Ethereum, well, look, it's the same, it's really positive with higher highs and higher lows. On the indicators, we have the weekly MM50 and MM20 that have held well as support in recent weeks. So here too, on Total 3, we are not at all in bear market levels either; we are just on a market that has paused since July, and the decisive level is always the same. So it's still $1140 billion, which was, as a reminder, the ATH of 2021, which was retested, which held well as resistance at the end of 2024, which was retested at the beginning of 2025, and which was retested in September and October. So we see that for now, there is no real break of $1140 billion, and necessarily, this will be the decisive level because if this level is really broken upwards, it will allow altcoins to break the historical ATH and therefore likely have a bullish acceleration by entering the price discovery phase.
Quickly, an update on other markets before we look at the Alts. So on the US indices, the Nasdaq is still very well oriented upwards, continuing to set new ATHs and is currently at 25,358 points. On the S&P 500, it's the same, almost every week, it continues to set new ATHs. And what is really encouraging and what is really positive for altcoins is that on the Russell 2000, the US small-cap index, as a reminder, its chart is almost identical to that of altcoins, and we see that since breaking 2447 points, it has taken off upwards, and therefore, it is encouraging for altcoins since this level is somewhat similar to the $1140 billion on Total 3. On the gold side, quite logically, it continues to correct a bit, but for now, it remains well oriented upwards. And with the first pullback level to watch being the weekly MM7, which is currently around $4,000, and as a second level, we have the weekly MM20 around $3,600.
To finish, on Friday, I gave you three altcoin positions to watch: Solana, BGB, and AVA. So already on Solana since Friday, it's been rather good, with Solana going from $190 to $200 today, and even reaching a high of $205 this morning. So personally, for now, I'm not taking any profit on the position, and I'll take the first profit around $230. Then on AVA, almost $224 on Friday and almost $242 today. So we are at about +8% on AVA. And here too, for now, I'm not taking any profit yet. So the first profit, I'll take it around $262. So actually, at the last highs of mid-October. And for the second profit, I'll take it around $295-300. And to finish on BGB, which is at $4.80 today. So BGB had a really nice candle on Thursday. So I took it on Friday, and since Friday, BGB has gone from $4.65 to almost $4.87 at its high. So here, we are at about +5% on BGB, and for now, it's the same. So I haven't taken my first profit yet, and I'll take it between $4.95 and $5.
So there you have it, friends, that's it for this video. I hope in any case that you enjoyed it. If you haven't already, remember to subscribe to the channel to follow the next videos. Until then, don't capitulate, and I'll see you soon. Ciao!
