OK? Today, I'm talking to you about the power of who you are. In fact, yesterday, I had a thought. I had vulnerability, authenticity, and uniqueness. And I said to myself, in fact, if we pretend to be someone we are not, we bring nothing to the world. And today, I'm going to talk to you about this importance, in fact, of being able to show yourself vulnerable, of being able to show yourself authentic, and of being able to show, in fact, and feel to be exactly what you are. From A to Z. So if you too still have trouble fully accepting the person you are, if you think your most authentic version isn't enough, that you're always missing something, you tend to think you need to be a little bit of someone else to be accepted, to be loved. In fact, to summarize, when you think you're not enough, that you've never felt enough, that you still have trouble with that, I'm going to talk to you about everything that is within you that creates your magnetism, that creates the power of who you are, and that we tend to forget too often. In fact, yesterday, I was telling myself that our vulnerability, our authenticity, and our uniqueness are truly our superpowers. They are the superpowers of who we are. It's our magnetism, in fact. Everything that emanates, there's a particular energy when we dare to show ourselves vulnerable, when we dare to show ourselves authentic, and when we dare to show all our uniqueness, everything that makes us a unique person and not someone else. And finally, I find that these three points, and it's a non-exhaustive list because there are many other things, but I found that these three points, vulnerability, authenticity, uniqueness, are what make up our wholeness. And you know, sometimes I talk about wholeness because we come into the world and we are already whole. We are whole, exactly as we are. We are alive, we arrive here, we are missing nothing. We are taught unconsciously or consciously sometimes that we are missing things, that we should rather be this, a little more that, etc. But in ourselves, we are whole, exactly as we are. And that's why I'm talking about it. And I find that this vulnerability, our authenticity, our uniqueness, is all that ultimately makes us, and there are other things, but a whole person. And by thinking precisely about our vulnerability, our authenticity, our uniqueness, I had the reflection that we really, really need to be able to show ourselves vulnerable. We need to be able to show our sides that we consider a bit weak. We need to be able to show our sensitivity, no matter what, even if we consider it to be less good, to be negative, but I really think that to be well in our head, in our body, we need to be able to show ourselves vulnerable. It's part of us. We can't always show a smooth facade of ourselves, something impeccable, something that ultimately isn't human because in our imperfection, that's also our humanity. It's being sensitive, but all of us, each to different degrees, to different levels. We all have our particularity, and that's really what makes us human too, and we can't always show ourselves as invulnerable, hyper strong, hyper tough, or that nothing touches us. No, I think that's what's beautiful about our humanity too, it's being able to say, "I can show myself [clears throat] vulnerable, and I will still be safe, I will still be loved, I will still be accepted." So for me, that's one of the pillars for us to feel good and not end up depressed, burnt out, etc. For authenticity, it's the same. I find that we really need to be able to show ourselves authentic. If we spend our lives pretending to be someone we are not, if we spend our lives being a chameleon, disguising ourselves, always ultimately behind all that, wanting to be accepted in order to be accepted, in order to be surrounded, or for many other reasons, we can't spend an entire life, I think, not showing ourselves authentically. We need that, and at some point, I really think the mind saturates, it can't take it anymore, it will glitch, it will saturate, it will block, and we don't understand, we generally don't understand, but why isn't it going well? But maybe, in fact, the mind, your mind simply can't take it anymore of not showing itself to the world as you are, of being able to be yourself 1000%. I don't think it's viable to show yourself under a facade that you are not, in fact. It's not viable in the long term, and it's not at all something that will make us happy, that will make us fulfilled. Quite the contrary, I think the mind needs to be able to show itself to the world exactly as it is, from A to Z, in order to flourish. And for uniqueness, it's a bit the same. I find it's very similar to authenticity, that we need to be able to show our uniqueness. We need to be able to do things that resemble us 1000%. We need to be able to do activities, be surrounded by certain people, etc., that resemble us a lot, in fact, and not even a lot, it's completely, entirely. We need that. And so there's this following phrase that came into my head. I said to myself, but in fact, if we pretend to be someone we are not, to be someone else, we bring nothing to the world. We bring nothing to ourselves, if not digging. I find even more this feeling of emptiness within ourselves. Already, what I want to tell you by that is that your vulnerability, your authenticity, your uniqueness, are essential. And really, the list is non-exhaustive. There are many other things, but I found that these three points are completely everything you are and are elements that allow you to bring things into this world for others. But when I say the world, it's really very broad, you see. I'm taking it very broadly, "the world" is a big word, but your world, if you want, the people around you, or even people you don't know, it's by fully embodying your truest self possible, the truest, in fact, from A to Z. It's at that moment that you will bring things to the world and that you will also bring a lot of things to yourself, that you will learn a lot about yourself, that you will open yourself up to many things too. You see, I'll give you an example. For years, I reproduced a lot on YouTube things I saw from other creators, and I think that reassured me enormously. I really liked the content that other people were doing, and so I wanted to do the same things. I wanted to reproduce without ever asking myself the question: is this really me? Does this correspond to me 1000%? I can like something without necessarily reproducing the exact same content. And at some point, I realized that it wasn't possible anymore. I started to get bored with what I was doing. I started to feel bad, doing the videos, etc. Anyway, there was really something that was rather aligned with myself, and I stopped. And then I said to myself, "No, in fact, this doesn't resemble you." The thing is, if we pretend to be someone else, which is a bit what I was doing, clearly, I was bringing nothing more to the world. I was bringing nothing more because someone is already doing it, because there are already people doing these things. So if I start doing the same thing, ultimately I'm bringing nothing more. And it's by fully embodying, when I understood that in fact I had to follow what is inside me, what animates me, what is perhaps innate in me and something in which I flourish. That's when the magic happens. That's when your magnetism operates and is seen, in fact. And that's where we come back to authenticity, uniqueness, even vulnerability, you see, daring to talk about things that touch you, daring to show yourself sensitive, daring to show what pains you, etc., many other things. It's part of, I feel, a certain magnetism that we have. There's something very beautiful, very human, and very magnetic about that. I sincerely think that it's part of our power, of our superpower, and therefore of the power of who we are. So if ever one day, I don't know, you feel empty, you don't accept the fact of being different, because it's not always easy to accept a difference, remember this. That vulnerability, authenticity, your uniqueness, and I could go on because there are many other forms, completely make up your superpower, your magnetism. It's almost invisible, if you want, but it's there. And that forms your superpower, the power of who you are, it's your wholeness. And as I said at the beginning, you have always been whole, exactly as you are from the start. You were from the start, you are today, you will be tomorrow. So there, I sincerely hope this video has been able to help you. Someone, someone here watching who really needs to hear these words. As usual, I tell you all this with all my heart, with the experience I can have, and always the reflections I have a little bit every day.
