So you think championship contention. I'm carrying this energy, I'm carrying this situation will last for months. You guys have probably seen my DMs. Like to be a professional athlete, now I've been... Like to elevate my game writing, creating and doing all the things that I'm best at. And it's inspired by Jack Cole's documentary, "The Off-Season." I'll drop the link somewhere. But if you haven't seen it... The behind-the-scenes stuff is so cool about how he re-locks in to be able to get to new heights he's like asking himself, like this: Dude, he should be resting right now. But, uh, would he be happy to say that? Like him, he wrote his best debut to date. He better have written you what's the best song of his career? Did he really give it his all? Song, and, like, I know I'm just starting my career here, but. It's a question like this: Did I make the best video? Did I give it my all? What's my biggest impact to date? Have I peaked at this? And of course, the answer is... Even now, no. I had to go through all of that. Over the last few months, man, I've been giving it my all. Always wanting to, and not just that, but, I just wanted to make a hundred grand. Like a hundred grand a month. I was just insane. Now it's in the millions of dollars. We're aiming to do that in a month. You need to change your fuel source The fuel from pain and fear, uh, past insecurities that draw you in. A lot of people, and it's definitely driven me and the inadequacy and the pipeline is how I got to this point. But now my mindset is, hey, that's bad. Though I don't feel inadequate. I don't feel those emotions anymore. Uh, I'm very confident in myself. In what I've done and the skills that I have. I mean, you guys, uh, are a big part of the gas tank, is you guys coming in and looking at my stuff. Of course, I'm fucking bored to death I poured my heart, my sweat, my tears into making these videos for you guys to understand this. Feel like I've benefited so much from it. I've benefited so much from it. But I can build my own business, build my personal brand, I built that's what's been given to me after helping you guys. Like, if I knew I couldn't help. If you, then I wouldn't, I wouldn't. Have been working this long, right? So, the question is always, how can I help the most people? The whole J Cole Off-Season, like... Professional like, like I look at it, okay, I need to change these, these fuel sources into something more... Towards mastering my craft like moving the goalposts to new goals like impact and goals, and what I'm trying to bring to this world. That was quite a transition period full of bumps. Leaving, uh, it's hard to shut off a fuel. Source that you've relied on for so long. Okay. So, uh, Josh is loving, uh, loving good stuff. Zen, I think he's out, so keep an eye out. When I gave this to him, his face was like this. That's definitely gonna be fun. This looks like a first-person perspective shot. Like you're one of the bows too. One of the bows. Chilling. Okay, this, uh. Like New Zealand farm, fresh underneath. You have the market base functionality where all the top guys go. We have something like a funnel that's going to be obviously organic but being shipped. And you're probably going to be under pretty intense scrutiny. Like the ad funnel pouring into it. Water pumps, probably news. Uh, that's what's next. Uh, it's essentially an e-newsletter. So, this is where the business hub becomes. Want to get the best AI. What's the latest and hottest? Like a newsletter Everything's about new AI tech. Uh. Like the hottest stuff I'm so interested in this. When they have a chance to get in on it, they're automatically added there. The ad funnel is pouring sin into it. And in turn, it becomes this. Content traffic conversion. This is the perfect expansion of basically this channel. Yeah, I fucking love it. And these agencies just come in. Naturally arises from that. Uh, I think once people start hearing about those crazy leads... The traffic they're getting. Eventually, Paul bought a bunch of hot sauce, so we figured, we might as well do it too, what was that called? Hesitation? Challenge. Challenge. It's so hot. God is my witness, I don't think I've done much more than this. Man, what is this? Okay, damn vows. Let's get into the big leagues, man. Whoa. I can feel it in my head. Fuck, this is intense Right in the back of my head, man. Whoa. Cheers. Cheerleaders. 10 The surface is so hot. Where does it touch? Yeah. Oh, it lingers. Whoa. Honestly, that wasn't too bad. Yeah, we're gonna have bigger challenges. That's the best taste, right? Yeah. I looked at it. That was just wishful thinking. I was gonna pick this one and then I was like, nah. And then I called myself a bitch in my head. You know, my inner self has been fighting with myself. Like, like, oh, I, I'll just do one less set at the gym. And then you're like, nah, fuck you, bitch. Oh, damn. It's like, you just have... Like having the will to fight. Yourself. Yeah. It's more of a small mental victory. Like you probably know those additives like you complain every time it's a bit of a challenge, but somehow it'll have an impact on the way you bind. Like a bigger, more boy-like bad motivational life. And on the murder of conservative activist Charlie, have they... Digitally released new content about 50 years ago when our brands weren't copied. The world was filled with news. You watched the news every night. You know, imagine how different your life would be. Existence is you want your existence. Back then it was just you and a few bros around you. Like you, nothing else. That should be the only reason, like I hear about this guy, I see this dude get punched in the neck. I see a girl get stabbed. That stuff lingers in a boy's mind. You know? You can't escape that. It just impregnates you with all these, like... Geopolitical messes that are happening. I still love Marvel, like... The more I dive into it, the more I feel like coaching. Things, and then I realize how complex the human brain and condition is, man. We perceive so much. Our brains are so fucking complex. To redefine something in us. A thought can completely change your behavior. Perceiving the world and your experience. Things like sex, like, how complex hardware. Like talking to someone. Like rewiring, it can completely change your perception of it. It's too easy to get wrong. Yeah, it really is. It's so fragile. Really. Man, you gotta be so careful. You know, I was laughing my ass off the other day. Think about it, if we had to explain... Our slang for some of these words, like jilled? I think it's easy to explain. Like, if that dude is jacked, like the opposite of jacked is jilled. You know? My brother got jilled. Yeah, but I don't think that's what people would find funny? My brother got jilled. I don't know, is that funny? My brother got jilled. Jack and Jill. My brother got jilled. Got jilled, bye! Jack and Jill pair. Man, went up the hill. What did they do at the top of the hill? To fetch a pail of water, man. I forgot that. Feels like there's a lot of opportunities to try. Yeah. If we can figure out a lowest risk way to acquire. Just say, look if you need clients, we have clients. Go straight in. You'll have put them on like a free plan until they sign clients and then you can start charging them. Uh, these are your guinea pigs. Go figure out how to make it work for them, that's gonna be amazing. And then it's good because it's very hands-off. I can just like this. I think we just need to fucking and start swinging, you know? You know? That gives me so much confidence. We just need a good start. This door is so nice, to really capture the market. This is the chat with... My head of consulting, Nick. We have these, uh, I think bi-weekly meetups, just me. He's still talking about software. Because he's, uh, we have a background of, uh, strategic work. Consulting for SaaS companies because he's looking at a lot of. Uh, SaaS opportunities in the consulting industry the other side of the work that he does for our clients. Uh, we really think if we can find a, a, a software eyes version of the consulting process in some way there's gonna be a lot of, uh, because I mean, millions, hundreds of millions of businesses that need this consulting process done, but it's not scalable for us. To do it ourselves, for all of them. Obviously, we can teach people how to do it and how to make money by teaching IP, uh, or we can integrate it into software and have a tool that people can use. So. Software is the real core. Next six to twelve days, we're going all in. Uh, so we're just figuring out now what options we currently have on the table: Where they're prospecting the pipeline and there might be some connection between them. Sorting is really important, how we start with one, maybe. Go into another area, capture the market we're trying to get there and then sort. To be able to pass them on to others we also created services and tools. So, that's really important. Next three to six months. So to get there, it's there. This dude is like, man. Like the headquarters of *NRL clients* are inside the stadium. Man, that's so fucking cool. Gym, damn performance center with a sauna, everything. Like all their offices. About 150 people working out in these offices. I'm looking out at the stadium. So it's like the whole thing is displayed, like all the history, the legacy, etc. Their Premier League trophies, and then the *client* comes in, walks into his office, it's me, Tara, him, and we start spitting on this fucking pitch. Man, I'm telling you, that scene was so fucking explosive. For about an hour. He just sat there. He was like, fuck. He looked at the report, we cooked it up. He was like... "This is unbelievable." This is really good. So by the end of this hour, he was like, let's get started. Pretty much. And then he was like, "Oh, fuck." I don't want to end this relationship with you guys. What are you guys doing tomorrow? And I was like, "Oh, yeah, we have a few more hours." He was like, okay, I'll pick you guys up, I'm taking you to lunch tomorrow. And then he was like, fuck, how are you guys going home? And I was like, oh, we're just Ubering. And he was like, oh, you'll get in my car. I'll take you. Uh, so that's Josh and Sydney. He's been working, uh, on one of our clients' big deals. A massive one in the same sports vertical we've been connecting with NBA teams. Now we're going into the NRL (National Rugby League) angle, like the rugby league in Australia. So he's been walking around there. Damn pitch meeting. The head coach himself was there. Tara flew out there too. He said the head coach loved him and Tara, and, uh, really can't wait to get started. I'm so excited about that. If we can get that done, there's hope. Other doors will open up with that. So it feels like... Things are moving a bit. You know, Josh has been working on the agency side, very demanding. That's, that's all credit. Shout out to him and the team. Uh, a brand new massive project. One. The word "project" is an understatement here, but... Like participating, uh, might like. Partnering with 12 or 24 month NBA teams, uh, clients, uh, which could, uh, in the seven figures. So, all our efforts were worth it and have paid off, so long, it's like. Starting to pay off a little. Uh, Josh looks pretty. I'm so happy and excited about that, uh, it's definitely gonna be fun. Uh, see how things play out. But it's good to know we're all firing on all cylinders right now, cylinders and Morningside AI are working together. So it's just a matter of. Keeping a low profile. Keep making good videos, keep growing the personal brand, uh, really support everything else that we're doing. Clearing out a little space to get into the software panel. While Josh is working hard, this is happening. Clients on the agency side. So. AutoPi and I had a chat for a bit, uh, my mentor from the other day. Needed, needed his help. He gave me a bit of a, a bit of a tense vibe, he was like, man, why... Everything I just said was they all like this scarcity mindset. But what if I don't? What if this doesn't happen? And so on. And then you're like, man, like you're sitting here at the beginning of a booming industry. You're geographically positioned perfectly. You have a big brand, you're farming and all aspects of the business. So what are you? Afraid of, like, or why, why can't you enjoy? The time you're in right now, everything is unfolding in front of you? It's kind of like taking pick your poison. It's hard, it's hard to lose. Uh, I was explaining, it's like, it's like, the pressure that this feeling brings right now. It feels like we have a very beautiful road ahead of us. We, it's kind of flipped and then it becomes more anxious, what if it goes wrong? Like you'd be like, man, if I can fuck this up, I'll definitely be so... I'll never forgive myself if I fuck this up right now. But I guess you'd rather have that than nothing. All sorts of things coming at you. You just gotta embrace the good. The bad, and like re-realizing that. This is what we're fighting for. This is what every entrepreneur is praying for right now. We seem to be able to keep our cool, cool down, and get the job done. It's really good. Everything's going well. Everything's going well. That's pretty much it from me. I have taken a lot, a lot better than my recent days. My coach did something really interesting. For me, it's like, you want to have a goal, but not feel like you have it completely locked in, right? So you can enjoy the ride and be agile and go with the flow. But for the last 12 months, I've been like killing the goal. You know, like going all out to grab it and force the world to like. Submit to me, like that, wrap everything around me the way I want it, and you realize time and time again. Like a lot of things you can't control. The better strategy is to just say, look, it's like dancing with reality. Let's dance with the flow of the events that we're going through, we're constantly swimming. Play around. Like, life is happening for me. It's not like, oh, who am I. I've been through this too. It's like, hey, this is all happening for me. Where's the learning? Where can I get out of this? I used to have that mindset. I was a bit out of control, I thought for a moment. But I think I'm back on track now. I'm starting to like dance a little bit more. Spend a little more time, have more fun with it and recognize that it's a, now it's time for me to go and see. When I go back, I'll think, God, those were those were fucking good times. You were so stressed. You made yourself sick and, and it'll hurt the people around you. When you really don't have to be that way at all. So calls like this are like these. Little reminders that pop up from time to time to remind me: We're heading in the right direction, even though it feels slow at times, I have to start living in the moment. You know, like right now, this is life, this is building. This is a business, so enjoy it. This is what I want. Correct. But. At the end of the day, everything's good, it's great! Good that Josh went there. And, he killed it. Shout out to Josh and Tara! Tara flew in from Bali to help. That uh, offer, but the leader in the Morningside AI space has been watching this. Fascinating. Go off. I'm already in the car and I'm like, I feel like I'm halfway through the drive. Oh, Mimi. I, I. And then I, I, I'm in that thing, it's really underneath. It's okay, everything's good. All right, let's go grab something to eat? They one, two. One, two. One. One, two. 1, 1, 2. Who are you? Sorry. 1 1, 2. I, year. Uh, my name is Sean Young. I'm a former UFC professional fighter. Now a professional boxer making my boxing debut in BX nine in 11 weeks. Volume two. Oh. You suck it in. Uh. At the Mankato flu vaccination center. So, come on over. I'm here to coach the Bromotley team. We're actually classmates. Uh, I'm almost ten years older than his brother. But, uh, it's good to see all this success he's having overseas. In the AI market, uh, as a, a leader, a thought leader in New Zealand, in this industry. He's here to elevate his thinking. Through martial arts training. Yeah, that's fucking disgusting. What are you going to put on your license plate for your new McLaren? Insurance companies want to know "AI Teacher" "Thanks GPT" Like a thank you message on Facebook "AI Currency" "muney" Wireless internet... "wifi bread" I dropped a super funny one. We went to look at beds today and he was like, I was like, oh, so what do you think? Like, if you had to choose between this bed and this bed, what are you thinking right now? I was like, oh, probably the headboard. No, I broke down. And, uh, Casey was looking at for mattresses. Donezo's nice one, guys. 51 wins at Eden Park. Okay. Uh, it's like this. Saturday, uh, a bit of a... Cold one first, but this week flew by. I've been, uh. I've been trying to sort my head out. Still doing this work stuff trying to figure out what it is I actually like doing and what I don't like doing. I feel like I've reached a stage in work where I'm just doing what I used to like, and it's now become a burden. Just draining all your energy. I've been working with my coach on a bit of an energy audit. What is it that I actually like doing lately? And, uh, to get a bit more clarity. It gets you excited to go and do it. Uh, I'm reading this, uh, Rick Rubin book. It's really good. It's like an inspirational piece, like pick it up, read a little bit. And bring that mindset into your daily life. The more ingrained your approach is, the harder it is to see the truth behind things. While experience doesn't rule out the possibility of innovation, it makes things harder. It's impossible to approach animals like children. Hard to make decisions. Their behavior is instinctual. Instinctual, not learned behavior. There's a primal power in nature's wisdom, a realm science has yet to reach. Possessing these childlike superpowers, including living in the moment, cherishing play above all else, without regard for consequences, being absolutely honest without consideration, and having the ability to transition freely from one emotion to the next without waiting. Stories told to children. Every moment in time is the entirety. There is no future, no past. I want it now. I'm hungry, I'm tired. Pure and authentic. And that's what I'm trying to get to. Reclaim that passion for the work, and that childlike curiosity that's really gotten me to this point. It's kind of like... It's gone from me. I want to say K, that KPI kills creativity, it's true. It's been resonating in my head. It's a, maybe not the right way to think about it, but... I think I just made a decision. Exhausted, I was trying to... Too many variables to control. So, over the last week or two, I've been slowly releasing more control to my team. To give me time to go back and carve out time to do this. To regain that childlike curiosity. Okay. We got a new car today, uh... Parked somewhere over there. So we're gonna move it downstairs to get a new car. Should I? Should I? More excited than "no, no." They liked filming and then the dude was like, okay, let go, take, uh, this. You want to come? This is one of our old ones. Editor here. All the way from Sri Lanka. Exactly. My channel intro. This dude would be like, you just watch me. And then the whole dude a camera comes in Yo, we should get Mason. Hold it like a key light. One of the explosions, yo That's so fucking sick, man. I have nothing else to say. That's so naughty. Naughty, naughty. Is there a drift slider in this setup? I'm too scared. There's a feature here, you can put it in, I think on the track you can literally, it's called drift angle. You can slide it up to drift more. It'll do this kind of thing. Gotta try it on the track, man. Good man. Thank you. Beautiful. Thank you. Again. No worries. Fascinating. Hope you enjoyed the car. All right, you want to do a little rip? Fuck, where? Give Fuck, kid. This is insane, man! Look at this. Yeah. What's this called? Like suede or something? It's Alcantara fabric, but it's basically suede. Whoa. Fuck, man. Doesn't feel real, man. I remember watching those guys on... Fuck, I watched these videos on YouTube as a kid like 18, they, they had their, one of them, they had like a GTR or they got like an RA model. Felt so far away. And, it lasted for a whole. A long way, much further than I thought it would be, uh, because like it's been seven, almost eight years since I left. I started doing this online business. So I'm really, really grateful to everyone who's been in... My life to get me to this point. I think success is also like. It takes a lot of hard work and some luck. I've definitely put in my all. A good chunk of hard work, but also that effort has gotten me to where I am. To exist, to be lucky, to be in the right place at the right time. If you can do that with the right attitude to compete. Never give up, work hard. You'll get fucking lucky. The way you approach problems in business, and how you interact with the person you meet, wanting to be humble to some extent, open to new things. Learning, that will take you... Much further than any other damn small business trick or hack. But I will say this, trash doesn't make you happy. I know it's cliché and you, you probably already know this, but recently I've been so sad. Possibly in my recent life... The version I was going through the process of getting this product, I... Was in a semi-depressed state. And I was like, wow, this is amazing. I'm in a weird phase of my life, and I'm about to buy this. And yet, I'm the least... Happy to be here for a long time. I was reading this book by Seneca. In the morning, he said, stop hoping, and you will no longer fear. He said, hope and fear are two sides of the same coin, and both are byproducts of this mindset. Uh, currently in a state of trepidation. About the future. Long story short, shit doesn't make you happy. You have to choose happiness, and not to over-experience the future. Because happiness and life is all happening around you. If you're too busy spending your if you're worried about the future, that's just going to destroy your happiness and peace. Okay, it's 9:25 now, I'm heading to Sydney early tomorrow morning. To our. Josh and I are hanging out for a bit ahead of a week, uh, ahead of this weekend we're gonna have an event there. So we've got about 200 people. Coming out for our, uh, big boat event, uh, on Sydney Harbour. So I'm super excited to get out of here. Auckland, uh, it's been like two months straight, uh, and it's really been a bit claustrophobic. Really excited to get to one of these in-person events and I think again, despite the views, even then, I feel like... There's still what I do in my videos. Sometimes it's hard to quantify. You can see the comments, oh, thank you so much. Or you hear it, see all the DMs that I get. And, it doesn't really feel, feel real until you actually stand up, face to face, in front of a whole room of people who are genuinely happy given their current life situation, they've seriously changed their lives around, in a significant way. So I feel like I need to try and do more in-person things. We're also planning another event. In Cape Town, possibly February next year. Uh, so keep an eye out for that. Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it. Seeing a lot, a lot of faces, uh, more in person than verbal. Part of it is that, but we'll see. It's a whole game. There's very little patience these days. I'll be completely honest. I've had some of the most ruthless people like my nicotine withdrawal in the last two to three weeks of my life. It's severely impacted my work. So you young guys, stay away from those bags, because they are poison, I will not touch it. They'll never be the same again. Also for a lot of personal reasons. Things keep coming up, always. It's been tough over there. But I think I've come out of it on one side performing better, stronger. I've realized some key issues, and I've really tried, tried to improve, but it hasn't worked out. About what's happening and those things not going your way, but, that's just it. More about your reaction to it and to come Sandy, on the other side, I'm working on deeper emotional reflection. Uh, I gotta pack. It's 6 AM wake up tomorrow, I wake up and I can fly. I can do all these things because it's, at the end of the day, a privilege. So never forget that. But thank you, everyone. In this vlog, I'm going to cover a sport. Uh, and also the recent ones and, it's really meaningful. Yeah. I can keep taking you to the back scenes of what we're building here. Because you've all seen some exciting things happening. On the Morningside line. Uh, and some really interesting SaaS products. Development, which is mainly what you're going to see in the next few months, check out my progress. Weeks, months, uh, like some of these. We're developing some really cool SaaS products. So, Enta will be phased out, and new SaaS will be replaced. Potential players, and really try to make myself better. Better me, trying to run my own race here, uh, rather than caring too much about others. Easier said than done, especially at this point. But, guys, that's it for today. Thanks for watching, and I'll... See you next time.
