Live. All right, guys. Drop an "amazing" in the chat if you can hear me, if you can see me, if all is working well. Yes. Let's go. Let's go. Yo, live. Yes, it is working. Hello. Amazing. Amazing. Okay. All right. I love it. Love it. Guys, guys, drop a one out of 10. Let me know how you're feeling. Let me know how you're feeling today. Drop a one out of 10. I'll have you know that I'm feeling great. I'm super, super excited. There's so much to go through. Obviously, we have an incredible week together over the space of the next week or so. Oh, lots of tens. All right. Amazing. Love to see it. 14? Well, I'm sorry to hear that. And I hope, I think that's Bruce, Bruce Gillespie. I hope we turn that four into a 10. All right. 16, a 9, a 9.8. Okay. All right. Cool. All right.
Well, uh, let me just basically outline the agenda for the next week or so. Of course, you guys are my VIPs, by the way. If I'm looking down, I've got a screen right in front of me and I can see some of your guys' comments. So, um, yeah, just a heads up on that. Uh, basically, the agenda for the next week or so is: you guys are my VIPs, which means that you are my number one priority. Even when we get into the main sessions at the end, um, soon enough, the team is going to drop a form. On that form, basically, you can submit your questions, and we are going to, uh, as I said, prioritize you when it comes to the main session and make sure that we put forward your questions first.
Now, I want to make something very, very clear. Everything that I've built inside of these VIP sessions is under the premise and under the assumption that, uh, you know, you're watching and you're consuming all of the main sessions. Okay? So, these VIP sessions don't make sense unless you watch the entire main session. And another thing, just to bear in mind, is that as we go along these VIP sessions, it's going to get more and more tactical. So, I hope you guys are fine with that. Uh, just a quick rundown. By the way, I'm seeing, uh, "mic is low," "sound is low," "sound is low." So, sound is a bit low. Um, so, just, yeah, all good on your side. All right, guys. Uh, let me know, 'cause some people are saying sound is low, some people are saying, "I can hear perfectly." "No, it's perfect." "Sounds good." "Uh, better." "Sounds good." "It just turned up." Okay, perfect. Amazing.
Um, so, yeah, today, basically, we're just going to be laying out the structural aspects of the next week or so. Um, by the way, Tristan, you can just, uh, move off the Q&A. Guys, I said, sorry, there's so much stuff going on, so I'm going to try to focus on the training and, um, yeah, when I need some feedback from you guys, I'll get Tristan to pull up the Q&A and the chat once again. So, as I said, today's session is basically just giving you guys the lay of the land for the next week or so. In the third session, fourth session, and fifth session, we have members of my team, people I've been working alongside for, I mean, some of them for over half a decade at this point. And we're going to get very, very tactical. I hope you guys don't mind that. Um, let me know in the chat, but I'm assuming that you guys, and tell me if I'm wrong, because if I'm wrong, then I have a long night of work to basically go ahead and rejig all the training. But my assumption, and the assumption of us going into these VIP sessions, is you guys have been craving something a little bit more tactical, a little bit more hands-on. So, as I said, that's why I've had, I'm bringing on some members of my team for session three, four, and five. Uh, so, we're going to go very, very in-depth. So, we're going to start off. We're going to ease into things, okay? I don't want to overwhelm you guys. Also, just a reminder, guys, we have all of these to give away. So, these are five workbooks. You guys are going to get the passwords during the main sessions. Okay? So, the passwords to these will be available to you guys. So, you guys are going to get the links to download all of these. Now, of course, these are the printed versions. If you want to go print them, you can take them to a store and print them. I think it's about, they'll cost you about $20 or something along those lines. Uh, but of course, we're going to send you the digital version of all of those. Uh, and the passwords are going to come inside of the main session. So, as I said, don't want to overwhelm you too much. Um, today's session is going to be a lot of, um, sort of foundational stuff, because unless we go over this stuff, nothing else over the space of the next five days will really make sense. So, with that being said, Tristan, if you can pull up my presentation and give me a thumbs up when we're good to go, and we shall roll into it. All good to go. All right. Amazing. Once again, guys, uh, just let us know if there's any technical issues in the chat. But on that note, let's get into it.
So, today's agenda: business model foundations, the four risks. And by the way, anyone that tells you that there isn't risks in starting a business is lying to you. Okay? So, I'm going to be very, very no bull, no fluff. I'm going to be, I'm just going to be very honest. I'm going to be very direct with you both inside the VIP sessions and also inside the main Q&A, because as I said, I feel like going into 2026, a lot of people are just very fed up and tired of just being sold things that are unrealistic or being sold things that, uh, let me put it this way, especially inside of the main presentation, I'm not here to try to glamorize things or make things seem super easy or this or that. So, if you do it yourself, anytime you do anything yourself in this world, anytime you go for the manual approach in life, of course, it's, there's work that comes with it and there's inherent risks that come with it. So, that's what we're going to go over. Then we're going to go over Q&A and challenges.
So, first things first, laying the foundation. Before we dive into anything tactical this week, we really need to talk about the single most important decision that you are going to make in your entire business journey. Okay? And most people don't realize just how important this decision is. It's not your pricing. It's not your marketing strategy. It is not even your niche. It is the business model that you choose. Now, usually, people will go one of two routes. Okay? They'll either go a super simple route, or they'll not say simple, they'll go a, they'll go down the route of a business that just doesn't really have any scale. And if it does scale, it doesn't scale with freedom. Okay? Or they go the opposite route, which is they like, they, they try to build a billion-dollar unicorn company. And once again, that also doesn't come with any freedom. Okay? So, this is why the business model that you choose is so important.
So, after 10 years in this game, and I have businesses in every sort of, you know, every sort of vehicle that you can imagine, most people approach this decision in the wrong way. They make the choice based on excitement, trends, and what some guru told them. Then they spend the next six to 12 months wondering why they're drowning. But there is an uncomfortable truth to this. Okay? You need to understand that at the end of the day, everyone is selling a different sort of dream. Okay? Just follow their blueprint and they will get results. So, I am going to outline what I believe to be the best model for 2026, and not only the best, honestly, what I think is just the most realistic. Okay? And I'm going to outline that, but once again, you know, look at it, judge it, assess it, and go, "Does this make sense logically?" And once again, "Is this realistic?"
So, with that being said, a business model that works for someone else can be the model that destroys you. Okay? Not because you're not smart, not because you didn't work hard, but because their situation is fundamentally different from yours. And if you don't understand that difference, you are setting yourself up to fail before you even start.
Two paths, two outcomes. When choosing what business to build, there are really only two paths that people take. Path number one, this is what I call the success story method. You look at someone else who's crushing it, and then you reverse engineer what they're doing. Okay? And you see their results and you think, "Well, if I just do what they're doing, well then I'll have what they have." Okay? At the end of the day, that's one path. Okay? And I get it. You know, you're going to find someone successful. You're going to copy their playbook. Achieve success. Simple. Except it doesn't always work that way. Okay? And I know this because I've watched many people try and fail.
Path number two, okay, is instead of asking, "What is that successful person doing?" you ask yourself, "What is the right business model for me, given my situation, my resources, my constraints?" Tristan, if you can just pull up the chat, tell me guys, if I offered you a guaranteed way tomorrow to make $100,000, okay? You're going to make $100,000 a year. Okay? So, whatever that is, $8,000 a month, but every single day, you have to be on TikTok, you have to be an influencer, you have to be a celebrity. Do you guys want to do that? Let me know in the chat, because, you know, maybe there might be some of you guys that do want to do that. Okay? No, you had it up there a second ago. >> Sorry, guys. There's always, always fun stuff when there's a live. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. So, it's about 90% no. Okay, there's some yeses. There's some "maybes." Okay, so, some people want to be an influencer. Okay, cool. So, that's what it comes down to. There's no right or wrong. Okay? There's no right or wrong. But the point is, I could sit here and I can give you, okay, this is the number one best method on earth. Uh, you're going to do this, this, you're going to be guaranteed to make $100,000 a year, but you just don't want to be a dancing monkey. Okay? You don't want to be a dancing monkey, monkey. You don't want to be an influencer. You don't want, you don't want to be any of these things. Okay? So, that's what where this certain path doesn't make sense for you. Okay? So, that's one thing you always need to keep in mind. Okay? Don't just look at things you see online and go, "All right, it's working for them, so it must work for me."
Anyways, getting back to the presentation. I said, "One approach assumes their success is transferable. The other acknowledges that your starting point is different." When I was starting out, I didn't have the luxury of doing what the big players were doing. Okay? When I was starting out, okay, I couldn't spend $50,000 testing ad campaigns. I didn't have a team to delegate to, and I didn't have an audience waiting to buy from me. I had to find what would actually work for someone at zero, not from someone who was starting at $10 million. Okay? I can do things now at my, at the stage of my journey, okay, where I can write multi, multi, multi-million dollar checks to buy 100% of a company or invest in pieces of a company. I can do those things, okay? But that doesn't mean that just because I'm doing it, it is the right path for you.
So, why is one path wrong? The problem with the success story method is that it focuses on outcomes and not prerequisites. You see someone making $100,000 a month and you study what they're doing, their content strategy, their funnel, their team structure, their launch sequence, but you are missing out something important. What they are doing today only works because of everything else that they have built before. The audience they spent years building, the capital that they accumulated, the experience that they've gained from previous experiences. Their current playbook requires prerequisites that you simply don't have. It's like, it's like looking at a professional athlete's training routine and thinking, "Okay, cool. Well, if I just train like they do, I will perform like they do." But if they didn't start with that training routine, or I should say, but they didn't start with that training routine, they built it up over years. So, if you tried to do their current workout as a beginner, you would simply injure yourself in a week. Business works exactly the same way, guys. Okay? You can even look at me as an example. Where I am right now is not where I was 10 years ago. In fact, a week ago, I uploaded a, granted it was a bit long, it was about a three and a half. I don't know if you guys, any of you guys watched it. Drop a one in the chat if, uh, if there was, if any of you guys watched it. I released a three and a half hour documentary on my last 10 years. It was December 26th, 2015, was when I uploaded my first YouTube videos. So, let me know if, uh, yeah, drop a one in the chat if you guys watched it. Okay, cool. So, you guys, if you watched it, then you would have seen that was a journey. Okay? That was a journey. The thing that I did in year one or year two or year three is not what I did in year 10. Okay? So, you have to look at the right model that fits you for your current situation. Okay?
Now, look, I'll be honest. I have a team of 50 people. I can execute strategies that require coordination across multiple different departments. I have a large audience. Back then, I worked alone. Okay? Then I built a very small team after months and months and months or even a year of doing it myself. I could only use strategies that work for a small team. I barely had any audience or following. And now I can launch products to a huge audience. But once again, that took me 10 years to build. So, this is why I, you know, really want to make it clear that, you know, you might see a lot of models out there and you might see a lot of things that work. You know, you might see someone that goes, "I made $2 million this year from investing." It's like, "Okay, cool. Well, the S&P 500 went up whatever it was in 2025. I don't remember the exact number, but it was well over 20%." Okay? So, sure, someone has a $10 million portfolio. Their, the S&P 500 went up by 20%. Well, then yeah, sure. Like, of course, you made money, but that's simply not feasible and that's simply not realistic for someone starting out. Okay?
So, the three determining factors. Okay, we've established that strategies are stage dependent. Remember, their current playbook requires prerequisites that you simply don't have yet. So, what are those prerequisites? Mind, money, time, and experience. When someone successfully shares what they're doing, that strategy only works because they have these three things down. Money, of course, the amount of capital you have access to fundamentally changes what business models and strategies work. With capital, certain doors open. You have business investments. Okay? You have inventory-based businesses. This right here, I started this company six, almost seven years ago at this point. Yeah, seven years ago. This is my eyewear brand. Okay? This is my eyewear brand. And a lot of times I'm putting forward $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 in stock for a new collection, and I won't see that return in revenue for months and months. Okay? There's, we have long lead times. There's a Chinese New Year coming up. So, I'm sending a payment today, and I'm not seeing that cash back for months and months. Okay? So, that's simply not something I could sit here and recommend to you guys. Now, if this live stream, let me know in the live stream, who's got $100,000 just sat there ready to deploy into business? Because maybe, you know, once again, maybe I'm more than happy to rejig my presentation for tomorrow and day three, four, five if you guys have $100,000 just sitting there to invest in a business. No. No. No way. No. I mean, actually, there's a couple people that said yes. No. Okay, cool. Right. So, that's why it's so important that we find the right business model for your current situation. Same thing with paid traffic strategies. All right.
My biggest concern, and I'm going to be very honest with you guys, the biggest risk to you guys at your stage, when you're earlier on in your online career, online ventures, um, you know, you're, you're, you're just getting the first few inklings of success. The biggest, biggest, biggest threat to the business is you. The biggest threat to the business is that, quite frankly, you give up. So, guys, if we wanted to guarantee that we would succeed, if we wanted to guarantee that we would succeed, let's invert it. Okay? What do you think? Who do you think has a better chance of succeeding if they're pulling a slot machine? Someone who walks in with $100 or someone that has infinite chips? Someone that has a budget of, let's say, whatever, let's say they have a budget of $10,000 or someone that has infinite chips. Who has more chance of winning a slot machine? Infinite. Infinite, of course. Right. Infinite. Infinite chips. What we are doing here, and what we're going to present to you over the space of the next five days, I want to present something to you where you have infinite chips. And what I mean by that is it is physically impossible not for you to succeed. I really want you to get that through your head. Okay? And I really want you to go through the next five days with that understanding. Can you guys do that for me? Can you just drop in the chat if you guys are willing to operate and act it and and really sit with that feeling that over the space of the next five days, as you go through all this training, you will succeed. It's actually physically impossible not for you to succeed. Yes. Okay.
Now, that's the good news. The bad news is I don't know when that will be. Okay? That's the truth of it. When you succeed and the time frame for you to succeed has to do on, do you go the manual path? Do you have it done for you? Do you have help? Do you do yourself? Okay, there's many different variables. There's how much effort you put in. Here's the thing. You can have every single competitive advantage in the world and still put in no effort. Okay? I cannot guarantee that. I think even, you know, one of the pieces of content that we put out there is, you know, I have no promises for you. The only promise I have for you is that I will give you the best tools, the best experience, the best service, the best of everything that I can do. And what you do with that is on you. Okay? So, the reason I say all of this is because unfortunately, with other models where money is involved, okay, you have to invest $5,000 into paid ads, or you have to invest $5,000 into this one stock pick or this one crypto pick that quite frankly could go down 70%. It could go down 90%. Okay? With those models, you could do everything right, and you could just get, listen, you could have invested so wisely, and then boom, one day, some, you wake up, something happens, there's new tariff news, there's some XYZ, this, that, there's some hack in the crypto market, you know, USDT or USDC or USDT de-pegs, and then all of a sudden the entire crypto market [ __ ] the bed. There's so many factors that go into play. And once again, if you have finite chips, that's not a game that you can keep playing. And that's why I don't want you guys to play those games. Now, you can play those games later down the line, okay? I play a lot of those games now, but that's also because I have funny money to spend. And that's because I focused on the maybe not so sexy businesses.
I'm going to be very honest with you guys. The training in the next five days, and I hope that you guys appreciate this. I hope you do. You guys feel the energy and feel the tone of this event. Like I just, I want to go into 2026 like no [ __ ]. Okay? I'm just going to tell you how it is. If you want like motivation porn, I'm sorry. Like, this is not going to be the place for you. Okay? I'm just going to keep it super real with you guys. I'm going to. Okay. Yes. Yes. Yes. Hell yes. Okay. Good. Like, I'm going to keep it super real with you guys. All right. So, um, I apologize for going on. Apologize, I should say, for going on that little bit of a side tangent, but I, I just want you guys to understand 2026 for you is the year that you go, "I will win." When you win, no guarantees. You know, you could have your big success. You know, the whole premise of this whole event is this whole concept of one. And you'll see it as we go through the event. You know, I'm just giving you one strategy, okay? So that way you can sign one partnership, and that one partnership will change your entire year. Now, when you get that, could be three weeks, could be three months, could be nine months. I don't know. Okay? I have no promises for you. I can't guarantee anything. Okay? All I can guarantee is I'm going to give you my 100%, 100% of everything I have during the lives, during these VIPs, during the main sessions. That's all I can give you, okay? And give you all the opportunities. All right? And for the 99% of people that want to do it themselves, give you that and give you the best possible resources. And for the 1% you know that want it done for them, go even bigger and better for those people. So anyways, all that to say, I want you to have that energy going into 2025 that, as I said, there's no way that you don't win, because you have infinite chips. I'm giving you a model where you have infinite chips, and I want you to go into 2026 with the understanding that this model will not be your final model.
Now, you can. What's really cool is I was actually speaking to this about three weeks ago. Um, I know there's lots of you guys who are familiar faces, and you know, maybe there's some people that are sort of new to me. Um, do any of you guys know what [ __ ] is? Um, type in the chat if you guys know what [ __ ] is. If you guys are aware that I'm a co-owner in [ __ ], um, let me know. Uh, because what's really cool about being a co-owner in [ __ ], I wrote a very, very, very, very, very large check to become a co-owner in [ __ ]. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Nope. No. There's a couple nos. Yes. Um, anyways, long story short, not really. All right, cool. So, so we got some people that don't know. Um, long story short, I wrote a very, very, very large check to become a co-owner in [ __ ]. Um, at this point, it's by far, or not by far, but yeah, actually by far the, the largest part of my net worth. Um, and what's really cool about it, you know, we're a $5 billion company. Uh, what's really cool about it is that I get to see $200 million a month in sales data. So, I see real-time what's working in this industry and what's not working. And that's, by the way, why I know all this stuff. Uh, you know, apart from also being in this industry for 10 years. The reason I say that is, I, it's also cool because I can always verify and, you know, audit when someone's actually pulling in the sort of numbers that they say they're pulling in. So, I was speaking to someone who actually has applied this model, and he works, uh, with, I'm going to try to keep it very open-ended. He works with, or they work with, one individual, and they basically got one yes, and that one yes, they make almost $10 million a year from. Okay? So, you can take this model super big, or you can keep it small, all in between, and that's really what's cool about it. So, anyways, with that being said, now that you guys understand that, and you guys understand that you are playing an infinite game in 2026, let's get back to it.
All right. As I said, for me, I have to, as I'm presenting this to, you know, a wide variety of people, I have to always keep factoring in that there's these certain limitations. Next thing is experience. Okay? The more experience you have, the more complexity you can handle. With experience, you can execute more sophisticated strategies. Okay? You can handle multiple operations, relationship-based strategies, hiring and delegation. Okay? With all that being said, your stage determines which strategies are actually viable for you right now. They determine which strategies are available to you and which aren't. Someone with all three can execute approaches that simply don't work when you're starting from zero.
So, if copying successful people doesn't work, what does? Okay? You need to ask an entirely different question. Most people ask, "What business model will make me the most money or what's working right now?" The right question is, "What is the right business model for me, given where I actually am?" Capital: How much money can you actually afford to risk? Okay? If that number is zero, then the business model requiring $20,000 to test properly is kind of off the table. Okay? Next is timeline. How long can you actually go without income? If that number is three months, then models taking 12 months to generate revenue, once again, are off the table. Okay? Capacity. How much time can you actually dedicate? If that number is 10 hours a week, then models requiring 60 hours a week, once again, are off the table. The alternative is picking something that sounds amazing, but you can't execute, burning out in six months, and ending up worse than when you started. I've seen it happen hundreds of times. And once again, I want to say it again, and it's funny. I was actually speaking to someone, yeah, I think it was a couple days ago, and I, it's funny that I said, "You are your, the biggest risk, risk to the business." That actually doesn't even go away after five or 10 years. I need to make sure that your psyche is safe. I need to make sure that you are pushing yourself, but you're not overwhelming yourself. Okay? So, I want you to push yourself in 2026. I want you to go, excuse my French, I want you to go [ __ ] harder in 2026. I want this to be the biggest and the greatest year of your life. But that last 10%, that last 10% is where we break someone. And that's why once again, I'm, everything I'm going through, this entire presentation, I'm going to keep it real. I'm going to keep it honest with you. I'm not going to sugarcoat or try to pretend that you're going to do it in X amount of time when really it's, or sorry, you're going to do it in this amount of time when it's actually this amount of time. Now, there's multiple paths, okay? There's ways to speed things up. There's ways to have things done for you. And of course, done for you always is going to be quicker. But listen, I'm just going to keep it very honest and very real with you, okay? Um, and, uh, guys, by the way, also through this presentation, I'm always trying to read your guys' energy and and stuff like that. So, if there's certain bits I feel like we can skip over, um, I think from what I can tell so far, um, you guys are a pretty, very, a pretty sharp audience. So, I think there's some of the stuff that we can, uh, we can skip.
So, you might be asking, where do we go from here? All right, we've established that your best opportunity is the one that fits your actual constraints, resources, and timeline. But here's where most people get stuck. Even when they understand they need something appropriate for their stage, they simply don't know how to evaluate what that actually means. Okay? They know that they need something that works with limited capital. They simply don't know, and they don't know what risks different models create. So, they know that they need something that pays off quickly, and they don't know what trade-offs they're making. So, here's basically how you actually determine what fits. You look at four specific categories of risks that every single business model creates. And once again, guys, as I said, I will go through this and I'm going to decide. Um, I thought today was going to be a lot of foundational, but I am already sort of starting to tell that you guys are are quite an advanced, quite an advanced cohort that we have here today. By the way, some people are asking, "Will the mural board be shared with us?" Uh, I wasn't planning on it, but I also have no issues sharing it with you. So, more than happy to share that. Uh, as I said, guys, um, as the days go by, um, we are going to get more and more technical. So, as I said, I didn't want to overwhelm you today, but it seems like you guys are, um, you guys are very, uh, switched on, which I love to see. Uh, the four risk categories that actually matter: financial risk, validation risk, burnout risk (I told you that's very important), and security risk.
So, let's start with financial risk, that I think you guys understand. How much money do you need to put at risk before you know if this works? High capital requirement means you're gambling with money you can't afford to lose. And if you lose it, you don't get another shot. I, I need you guys to understand, and you're going to experience this as life goes on, because I'm telling you right now, every single one of you guys, like I can already tell right now, every single one of you guys is, you're very sharp. Okay? You're very sharp. I can already tell you guys are very smart individuals. Um, you are going to be successful. I have no promises when that's going to happen, okay? We can do things to speed things up, but you guys are all going to be very successful. And as time goes on, you're going to meet more and more successful people. And it's going to be this really weird, sobering realization for you guys that you realize successful people a lot of times are pretty, pretty [ __ ] stupid. I'm going to be honest, right? Like, and it's going to be weird for you. You're like, "How did you become successful?" And you start to realize that with everything in life, if you just stick to it long enough, once again, I apologize for being so graphic. If you throw [ __ ] at a wall long enough, eventually something will stick. Now, once again, if you have finite tokens in the game, then of course you can't get to that place. But if you have infinite tokens, if you just keep going, eventually something sticks. So, that's why I keep hammering that financial risk component. Because for me, it's heartbreaking sometimes, and I feel a little uneasy when I see people recommending things to people earlier on in their career. Like, I'll be honest, for me, for me, where I would start to go, "Okay, that [clears throat] kind of hurt a little in terms of losing money on a venture," is about a million dollars. And by the way, I want to make it very clear, I am, you know, so blessed and by the grace of God, I've been able to get this position. And of course, a lot, a lot of work, especially if anyone's seen that 10-year journey that I posted, and literally 10 years of blood, sweat, and tears. So, it's taken work to get to this point. But if I'm being honest, for me, I'm at that stage where anything under like a million dollars loss, you know, in terms of a venture, like I don't really care. Like, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. A million's where I'm like, "Okay, it starts to sting." Anything less than five, it's like, whatever. I think about it maybe for a day and then move on. And by the way, like, I'm a tiny little fish compared to, you know, there's some people that are playing much bigger games than I am. Now, 10 years ago, that wouldn't be the case. Or nine years ago, that wouldn't be the case. For me to lose $10,000 on a venture, for me, that would be the end of everything. Okay? And for me, that's why I say it's so heartbreaking when I see individuals out there promoting models where I'm like, "I know that someone could get wiped out." Okay? Like for me, my number one priority for you guys is to protect you, okay? You guys need you guys. And it's not just you, by the way. It's anyone that's starting out in any venture. You are a liability to yourself in the first year. Once again, you are the biggest risk to yourself. So, that's why I keep hammering on this financial risk point.
Next is validation risk. How long until you get proof that this is working? The longer it takes to make your first dollar, the more you are operating on faith instead of evidence. Okay? And once again, that's why, for example, ventures like this, I said, it's Chinese New Year coming up, so we've had to put in very, very large orders. You know, we'll have a shape, for my eyewear brand, we'll have a shape that we think, you know, we start the process, you know, we spend some money. We've got obviously our in-house designers. We work with a few manufacturers, some in Japan, some in Italy, some in China. And you know, we'll have a hypothesis: this shape will perform well. And then I'll spend, you know, on a minimum order, minimum order will be about $10,000. So, I'll invest $10,000 and I'll get a, you know, that feedback loop of, "Did this work?" I'll get that feedback loop maybe three, four, five, three to four months later, okay? Once the stock is ready. That's a big feedback loop, okay? And that's a lot of money at risk, okay? And that's what I don't want for you guys. I want you guys quick feedback loops, okay? I want you guys to have data quick. I want you guys to understand quick, "Is this working? I'm doing something. I'm taking action. Am I getting feedback? Am I, is this working?" Okay? And the quicker that, that, you know, the quicker that iterative process is, the better.
Burnout risk. I've already explained to you guys what that is. And security risk. Okay, some of you guys are in different positions. I want to make something so clear. If anyone tells you online to quit your job and go all in on a business that makes no money, I want you to block them. Because that is [ __ ] ridiculous. If anyone tells you to quit your job, especially when you have a family, when you have a wife, kids, a husband, responsibilities, what, what a brother, a sister that you're taking care of, block them. Okay? Uh, by the way, screen, if you could just pull it back up. Um, sorry guys, always some issues with lives. But yeah, the reason I say that is like security risk. If you guys have five years to figure it out, very, very different story. Okay? If you guys have five years to figure out, very, very different story. But security risk is once again something where you have to factor in for your specific situation.
So, with all that being said, um, I'll be honest, I presented or I created a quite a large mural board to sort of go through all these, but once again, I feel like you guys are, um, I feel like you guys are quite a smart audience. So, I'll be honest. I'm, I'm just going to skip this. Let me know, guys. Do you guys want me to go through all of this or, um, do you want me to skip and then we can get on to the rest of the sections? Once again, I will, I wasn't planning on sending you guys the mural board, but I mean, it seems like you guys want it. Um, yes. No. Skip a little. >> We're going to share the session. >> Share it after. Okay. So, guys, I'll share it with you guys. Um, okay. It's kind of 50/50. Yeah. Go through it. Skip and share. Um, yeah, once again, guys, I said, I just need to read the audience. Skip a little, share. I'll share it. So, don't worry. So, guys, I'll share it with you. No issues. You guys will get it after. I wasn't planning on it, but I will share this with you. So that way you guys can go through it, and that way we can skip it, and and kind of there's more stuff that we can go through. I feel like, you know, I've kind of said a lot of the stuff that I want to say. Um, so, as I said, these four risk categories, financial, validation, burnout, and security, are actually what determines your success. But choosing a business model with risks that you'll survive. Every mall has different risk profiles. Some have high financial risk but low operational demand. Others have low capital requirements but brutal validation timelines. There's no perfect model, but there is a model that fits where you are right now. And as I said in the main session, we're going to uncover the one business model that addresses all four of these risks.
Now, an important reminder, speaking of the main session, there's something very crucial that I need to clarify. These VIP sessions are additional sessions where we're going to cover advanced strategies to accelerate your success. But it is very important that you attend the main sessions right now. As I said, guys, this one I want to go a little bit more, um, foundational by just reading the audience. As I said, I think you guys are [ __ ]. Yeah, I, first of all, I want you guys to all give yourselves a pat on the back. Um, yeah, you guys are all just, drop a "legend" in the chat. Okay? Drop all you guys, drop "legend" in the chat because that's what every single one of you are. You guys are all [ __ ] legends. I can already tell it right now. Um, you know, I think we've done a few of these over the space of last year, and I think so far, from what I can tell, this, you guys are by far my favorite crowd that I've had so far for VIP. So, yeah, all you guys are absolute legends. Um, so, yeah, first of all, love you, appreciate you guys. Uh, you know, I respect you, and, uh, yeah, very, very excited for our next few days together. Uh, because as I said, as time goes on, uh, we're going to make it more and more tactical, and I'm even going to bring members inside of my consulting firm, consulting.com. Uh, this is a business that was started 10 years ago. Uh, I bought it actually last year. Did almost nine figures in revenue. Uh, and, uh, yeah, basically we rebranded one of my other companies. So, anyways, all that to say, we're going to get more technical as time goes on. So, um, with that little bit of extra time, we'll get into Q&A. I'm sure you guys, or maybe some of you guys may or may not be aware. Uh, I have a co-host, Jason Fladdlin. Now, Jason Fladdlin, using this exact model, this exact model, made $57 million from one yes. So, he literally applied everything that I'm teaching in the main session, got one yes, and that one yes, that one partnership, he made $57 million from. Okay? And he's made $250 million literally doing this behind the scenes. So, he's been in the space for almost two decades. He's a, you know, he's, he's honestly an absolute legend. So, um, you know, shout out to him. I'm, I'm so grateful for him that he always comes on board and he, you know, he's, we have so much mutual respect for each other over the years. So, we'll bring him on in just a second. Uh, there are a couple things that we need to get to. Uh, first things first, Q&A. Okay, here's how Q&A is going to work for today, as well as the remainder of the week. Q&A will take place right after the main session. So, we're going to have the main session, and then after, we're going to have Q&A. Because you are legends, okay? Because you guys are all [ __ ] legends. Um, you're going to get, once again, excuse my French, I get a little passionate sometimes. You guys are going to get priority access to your questions being answered. I'm sure you guys can see there's a, you know, Q&A can get a little hectic and whatnot. And just wait, like the main session, we've had, I think the last time I checked this morning, it was 755, or I think it'll probably be about 780,000 registrants. Okay, 780,000 people registered. If I had to guess, I don't know how many people show up live. Probably be anywhere from like 70 to 100,000. Okay? So, it's going to get hectic, and once again, you guys, as the legends, are my priorities. So, I'm just going to go ahead and get my team to drop in a submission form. Okay? So, I want you to submit your question through the Q&A form. Uh, our team will review all submitted questions during the main session. Then, at the end of the session, I'll answer the best questions live along with Jason. Uh, step number four, as I said, VIPs get priority. So, your questions are going to get answered first. Um, and we're going to call you out by your first name, where you're from, all that sort of stuff. So, it's super cool. Uh, now, very important, do not wait until the end of the main session to submit your question. Do it now, or just before the main session, so that way we actually have some time to review it. My team has gone ahead and dropped the VIP question. Um, guys, very, very important, okay? Please, the quality of answers you're going to get is based on the quality of questions, okay? So, generic questions like, "How do I get started?" I'm sorry, those will not get picked. Okay? We do, we want to make sure, you know, as I say, you guys are all legends and you guys are all very, very sharp. I can already tell this, as I said. So, let's, let's try to have specific questions like, "How do I balance the different risks?" and "Is there one to specifically watch out for?" You know, things that are a little bit more beneath surface level. Okay? So, let's try to make sure that we have specific questions. Okay, everyone's going to know, by the way, that these are questions coming from VIPs. So, you know, let's make sure that everyone goes and looks at the VIP questions like, "Okay, you know, actually, these guys are very, very sharp."
Uh, next is your session one challenge. Okay? So, uh, I'm sure you guys know, but drop a, just let me know in the chat. Are you guys aware that we're giving away five MacBooks? We're giving a MacBook every. Okay. Okay. Mac giveaway. You guys are aware, I think. So, um, well, anyways, all that to say, uh, your session one challenge is this. Step one, I want you to review the four risk categories we covered: financial risk, validation risk, burnout risk, and security risk. I want you to rank them from one to four.
based on your personal concern level. One, most concerned about four, least concerned about. And then I want you to write a quick one to two sentence explanation for why you ranked your number one concern as the biggest worry.
Step number four, I want you to post your ranking with your explanation in the VIP challenge. And now, in order for you to qualify, there are two things you need to remember. Submission, post your completed challenge in the VIP channel on [ __ ] before tomorrow's session. Deadline, complete this before tomorrow's VIP session to qualify for the next giveaway. So, anytime in the next day, you are good to go.
Now, we're going to announce the winner on tomorrow's VIP session. For today's winner, we actually have some uh uh winners to announce here today. Uh we have two lucky winners. One will receive a FaceTime session from me right after the call and one will receive a MacBook shipped to their door.
I'm gonna grab my phone. I'm going to let Jason Fladdlin, the man, the myth, the legend, come in.
>> Yo, >> can you just go ahead and go crazy the chat for Jason?
>> Yeah, I'm all the way from Los Angeles. Fresh off the plane, ready to serve.
>> By the way, real quick, Tristan, is it fine off to the side?
>> Mhm.
>> Yeah. All right, let me grab my phone.
>> Dang, look at this chat. Oh my god, this is going insane, man. We got the chat pointed straight up. We're on a new set this time uh for the I don't know if any of you are past VIPs from last time. Daddy Jason, you're right. I got three kids and I'm going to I'm going to adopt some more of you here by the time that we're over with this uh AI income challenge here as well. And I I want to I was reviewing tomorrow. We get crazy tomorrow in the VIP session. We break down the different types of creators, the nano, the macro, the micro creator. We're going to go into that. We're going to go into the ICP. That's the ideal you guys with your father. Jason, I'm sorry. You're messing me up right now. [laughter] Uh I do need to visit Turkey. We're going to break down the ideal client profile that you want to go after. We're going to specifically get into exact Instagram sessions on uh strategies on the session tomorrow as well for you VIPs. That's extra on top of the main session today, which also covers a lot. So, this is going to be super exciting.
>> All right. All right. We have uh all right let's do I'll announce the FaceTime. So FaceTime congratulations to Khaled uh from Saudi Arabia. You can expect a call from myself after the main sessions tonight or uh I know my team I believe Arthur from my team you guys are liazing right now. We are in UAE. You're in Saudi Arabia. So depending on when tonight ends maybe we give you a call tomorrow. Uh don't want to keep you up too late. And then we have MacBook winner. Now I have selected a winner and a backup winner. I'm going to call the winner right now and ask for the password. Okay, if the winner does not answer, okay, or they say the wrong password, then we move on to the backup winner. Okay, and same process throughout the day. So the password for today is execute and I will tell you uh I will tell you I will tell you the winner for today VIP winner day one uh official MacBook winner is uh full name Bilal from Scotland. So let's give Balal a call.
>> Nice. Hello. Hello, legend.
>> Hello.
>> Hi, man. How are you? [laughter]
>> How you doing?
>> Oh, good.
>> You You know what question I'm going to ask you?
>> Yeah. The password.
>> Yes, sir. What is it?
>> It's execute.
>> Execute. Perfect. All right. Congratulations. Thanks. Facebook, too.
>> All right. Perfect. Thanks so much, bro. Bye. Bye. Bye.
>> Thank you.
>> Nice. I appreciate all the VIPs here giving uh support to the winners, too, cuz man, in public, when somebody else wins, people feel like they've lost. So, I love the camaraderie here. That shows that all of you are legends, as we've been saying.
>> Uh, and we're calling this one a workshop. Let me correct the record. I called it a challenge earlier cuz the last few that we've done have been challenges. This is different. What we're going to get into today is a workshop. So, you know, put on your work clothes because we're going to get our hands dirty here today.
>> So, how you obviously we we've presented a few different um times together. How you feeling about this one?
>> I am excited slash nervous.
>> Why you nervous?
>> Yeah. Well, you got to
>> I think I actually know why. [laughter]
>> Um you got to find that balance of how much you give versus how much the audience can receive. I generally heir on the side of giving too much because if I screw up that just means that I gave somebody too much, they became a little confused and then they can sort it out versus not giving them enough and then making them try to fill in the blanks. So we have gone above and beyond this time in the attempt to give
>> that could backfire. But what I like working with you and the crew, Iman, is we take that very abundant approach.
>> And again, that's very rare in today's business. And I've been around the block as you know and I've done this for almost two decades and nobody does it like that really.
>> Yeah. So I'm excited. We're going to see how far we can push the envelope.
>> And this is also the first time that we've brought on the team which is very very interesting.
>> That's going to be cool.
>> Um because uh look I I'll be honest with you guys. I was super super in the weeds for many many years and I was like I was there I was doing it but as I said as and and rightfully so what you do today is not the same model that you'll do in 5 years and that's not the same thing that you're going to do in 10 years because as time goes on as I said 10 years from now I know this sounds crazy to believe but in 10 years from now you'll write a million dollar check just to make something move faster just to hire the right per the right single person one person to make something move faster in your organization. So what we decided to do is you know in day three, four, five, uh a lot of the rest of the presentations is actually uh you know have myself introduce some of the uh topics but literally have the people that are like in our office doing it every single day executing on the stuff. So that's super super cool. So do you want to explain how I don't want to spoil too much tomorrow like we'll say everything you know um out in the open. We don't want to um we don't want to reveal too much yet you know before today's main session but it's really interesting because I was doing a variation of this model you know I started I guess for this specific market I started in 2017 was the first sort of partnership I had so nine years ago uh you've been doing this for 20 years.
>> Yeah. Um, and funny enough, what I'm showing you guys today, what's interesting in in life, there's, once again, that's also why I'm trying to keep it so realistic with you guys. There's things that will make you a lot of money, but are simply too advanced. And this was one of those things. What I'm going to show you in the general session, in the space of the next 5 days, it simply was too advanced. It would just wouldn't be possible for a beginner. So, I could sit here and tell you, oh, this is so profitable and this is so good and blah blah xyz, all this stuff, but it was simply too advanced. And uh I was actually the biggest hater of this up until about a year and a half ago when I started to see okay well there's certain tools there's these certain things that are actually making it possible for a beginner. So I just want to be 100% honest and actually even put my hand up and um just keep it real with you guys. This is something where you and I benefited and you know made
>> we paid the price for it. You know, we made a lot of money, but there was a lot of
>> we worked really, really hard, made massive sacrifices, and maybe had natural advantages that we were born with that other people might not possess.
>> Yeah, it is incredibly difficult to do this model under the past technology setup that the internet allowed for, which is pre-specialized AI, not general AI, because that's actually been around for a while, but specialized AI. And so I would recommend this model only to people typically 50s 60s who had business experience generally were making a 100 to 200k a year. So they knew how to be professionals and they could work really hard and operate in that context in that environment
>> and also they would spend lots of money and so that way we could really give them in intenses amounts of support on the off chance that maybe a few of them could succeed [laughter]
>> and they knew the odds going in. Yeah,
>> this is completely different. 100% different. 2026 will be the greatest year in your business if you take what we're teaching and apply it.
>> For sure. Amazing. All right. Well, let's uh let's go through some questions. Uh VIP chat. Let's see, guys. We have about uh 10 minutes or so before we need to um about eight. Sorry, just just like no, not 10 minutes.
>> Okay, five minutes. Um so, let's see if there's any interesting questions. I know the chat is going super quick. Um, but if yeah, if you spot any, uh, do let us know.
>> Dang, I can't read them in time. They go fast.
>> So quick.
>> Uh, what's your revenue model for this workshop?
>> How much money do I need to make this work? Um, surprisingly almost none to none. If you have to completely bootstrap this, there are ways to do this model that are that require zero dollars. Everything you do in life has three investments, by the way. There's a money investment, there's a time investment, and there's an energy investment. So, the money is the cheapest at the end of the day. Uh, you only substitute money for something else because you have no other options. So, you could do this off of spreadsheets and that's okay, but it's less efficient. It takes more time, it takes more energy, and it's more prone to error. Or you could use like customer relationship management software. You could try to write and create these audits that we're going to teach you how to put out there or game plans is the way that we prefer to call them. And you could do those manually. You could hire somebody to do those or you could use specialized to tools in order to do those. And I could just run it down the line. And this is true with every single thing in life. So here's the good news. We will show you how to do this 100% for free. We call it the do it your own way and then the done for you way. So you're going to get both approaches. So this can this can match your budget whatever your budget's going to be. I just suggest that you not be uh pennywise and pound foolish.
>> So so so yeah guys listen I'm sure just let me know in the chat. Have you guys ever been to a training where you left or like a workshop or a challenge and you're like you know [ __ ] [ __ ] sake I didn't learn anything or you know what like they didn't actually show me how to do it myself. All right. I think like
>> that's most of them. Yeah.
>> Yeah. I think most people don't mind that there's like a a do it yourself and then a done for you option. It's more that like people don't actually give the done for you. So, we'll always keep it 100% real with you during this event. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. So, for example, something like this. This is actually day three.
>> This is day three workbook.
>> Something like this. Um you guys actually know what this means shortly. But this sequence, okay, this is a 14-day sequence. In full transparency,
>> when you do it yourself, this will take you best part of about four to five hours. Okay? Now, bear in mind this is a little later on in your journey of like the whole thing that we're showing you. So, this will take you about 4 to 5 hours is the do-it-yourself. Okay? So, I'll keep it 100% real with you. Uh, now if you want it done for you, it's 10 minutes.
>> 10 minutes.
>> Okay? Right. So, there's always different options. It just depends. Okay? That's why I said there's no right or wrong. There's no
>> oneizefits-all solution. As I said, really for about 99% of people, they just, you know, they can only do it themselves. Uh whereas for some people you know they would rather for them uh time is more important um than money. Time and energy really is more important uh than money. So they would rather spend a little bit money and have it done for them. So stuff like this is um
>> and if you do it manually you will not do it as well. So you also pay for the mistakes you'll make if you decide to do it manually. But hey, that's how you learn too. So it's not one is better than the other. It's which one meets your circumstances the best. I saw somebody said, "Is this a model that's bad for young people?"
>> This model works really well for all demographics age-wise. If you have a little bit of social awareness, meaning that you have Instagram and you've played with it and you know the kind of lay of the land, like my 15-year-old daughter, even though we don't let her have social media, just she hangs around enough kids that have social media, so she's picked up stuff that I don't even understand. Um, so sorry to cut you off. I I literally sent a message uh earlier today cuz once again like it's sometimes when I'm bored I'll just look at the WP data and I just look at like who's killing it and who's doing well and whatnot. So there's actually this uh I won't try to divulge too much of his personal information but there's this 21-year-old that executes on this model uh and he makes about $200,000 a month and I actually sent him a message earlier today like you know keep your head up you know I see you keep doing what you're doing. So
>> yeah that's a 21-year-old making $200,000 a month. So uh this is what's really cool about this model. I find that um tell once again tell me if I'm wrong. I'm assuming most of you guys just want to like live a good comfortable life of financial location and time freedom. I'm assuming tell me if I'm wrong. I'm assuming most of you guys like when you come to this event you're not thinking like at the end of the event I need to own a private jet or I need to like live in a $10 million house. Most of you guys are like you know what I just want to live live well. Like I want to love my life, right? like
>> tell me if if if that's right. Okay, cool. Like that's kind of generally what you want.
>> And I always kind of find it tough because
>> the model that gives you this as in like a comfortable good life like the three freedoms, financial, location, and time freedom. A lot of times it's not going to give you the private jet money. It's not going to give you the uh supercar money. But what's cool is the model that we're teaching now, it scales. It goes from, hey, you know, a $4,500 a month, a $9,800 a month, a 17K a month uh business all the way up to like, as I said, literally that guy I spoke to. Yep.
>> And um
>> Yeah. I mean, we scaled up to 57 million, right?
>> Yeah. So, it's it can go pretty far. Now, I think I would have had more sanity and more hair if I wouldn't have pushed it that far, but that's a different story. Uh, regardless, I think you're going to find that when you have options, you can have better decisions in your life that will make you happier. You could [ __ ] those decisions up or you could not. Uh, but either way, it's better to have options. Hopefully, you would agree with that. And for most of you, making a 10,000 a month is more than enough. The cool thing is with this model, especially, we don't really dive into this the main session. This is VIP wisdom only. All right? So, listen very carefully to what I'm going to say next. pretty soon deals will come to you
>> once you do this business right. Deals will come to you.
>> I did not know who Iman was until he reached out to me. Like I didn't cuz I I'm not on social like I I just started trying to be cool recently, right? But no, this is actually true. I I I knew you were very underground. You had a reputation in small circles. You had no social presence at all. Yeah. And I actually asked one of our mutual friends to be introduced to you. And this is very true. Even that individual I was speaking to that uh makes not quite 10 but almost 10 million a year as in like that's his personal share of the split.
>> Um I was actually speaking to him and he was like I'm just getting so many people coming to me like and I was actually telling him like no just focus on this one partnership you have and like scale it up. It's working so well. There's no point you taking on more and the the demand will always be there. You have that reputation now. like this individual, if I told you, you know who I'm talking about.
>> Um,
>> he has the reputation the same way you have the reputation,
>> right? Where it's like, okay, cool. When one partnership once you're done with that uh engagement,
>> you don't need to go find
>> uh a new partnerships. You have that reputation and it's just all inbound. And that's one of the best one of the beautiful businesses or one of the uh beautiful aspects of this model is as years go by, it just gets better and better and better.
>> Yeah. So once you get to that point, you can choose who you work with. You can choose how much you want to increase your income. And that's what makes this model super duper awesome. And you really can't do that if you're public facing. So unlike other models where you put yourself out there and you're not operating in the shadows, you kind of got to stay with it. Like you got to be the thing that you are cuz you can't be three things if you're a brand. You can only be one thing. But if you're an operator in the shadows, you can be three different things in three different markets. They're each one thing a piece, but the multiplication on that is just insane.
>> Yep.
>> I think we got to wrap up. We do. [laughter] Just getting nervous.
>> All right. Uh, amazing. Well, uh, legends. I'm going to refer to you guys as legends from now on. Um, you're absolutely legend. Big shout out to Jason. Uh, he will be coming back on tomorrow and, you know, we'll have a lot more time together. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please make sure uh you grab whatever you need to grab. Whether that's a coffee, whether that's a whatever you need to get, okay? Whether that's coffee, a nicotine pouch, uh what whatever the hell you're into, you know, whatever makes you feel sharp, alive, alert, and ready. There's a lot a lot of stuff, guys. I have,00 slides, almost 1,200 slides to go through in the main session. Um so, yeah, appreciate all you guys. Love you. See you in the main session. And um and once again, make sure if you do have any questions, uh there is that um link right there #vip-quests. Drop in your questions.
