Morphological characteristics of Pelger-Huët anomaly. So this is a really interesting one, uh, where this inherited mutation affects the segmentation of our granulocytes. So we see it principally in our neutrophils, although you can see it in eosinophils and basophils as well. And it's characterized by a lack of segmenting. So you have a lot of, uh, bilobed forms, perhaps some unilobed forms. Um, it all kind of depends on, uh, if it's a heterozygote or homozygote.

Um, the other thing that you'll find is that there's a lack of other findings. So differentiating it from a left shift where you would see toxic granulation, vacuolization, or perhaps a myelodysplastic syndrome where we'll have other dysplastic features, maybe a nuclear-cytoplasmic asynchrony or something like that. So this would be just the bilobing and the unilobing.
