Your emotions are your life. If the regular emotions you have are frustration or anger or stressed out or worried, then the bottom line is you need to remember that that extraordinary life is not going to come with those emotions.
If your habit is to get pissed off all the time or worried all the time or frustrated, overwhelmed, that habit is keeping you from an extraordinary life no matter how much money you have. If you have, you know, a beautiful husband or wife and they love you and you love them and beautiful kids, but you spend your life in fear and worry, your life is not love, it's fear and worry.
Write down: "I don't experience life. I experience the life I focus on." What that means is what's wrong is always available. So is what's right. Right now there are a million things you could focus on. If you focus on certain things, you're going to feel great. Focus on something else, you'll feel terrible. When you train your brain to focus differently, it changes what things mean to you. And the meaning changes your emotion.
