The queen bathed in milk everyday so her skin would stay shiny and soft. After bathing, she gave that milk to the poor people on the streets to drink, but they had no idea it was actually her bath water.
Everyday, the queen captured young girls and stole their beauty so she could look young again while the girls suddenly grew old. But the queen was not always royal. She was once just a poor peasant. When the king saw her for the first time, he was so impressed by her beauty that he decided to marry her. But on the very first night of their marriage, the woman killed the king and took the throne for herself.
One day, soldiers brought her a magical golden mirror. Every day, the queen would ask the mirror, "Who is the most beautiful woman in the world?" For many years, the mirror always answered with her name. But one day, the mirror said that there was now a girl more beautiful than her. That girl was none other than the king's daughter, whose skin was as white as snow. The king had named her Snow White. After the king's death, the queen locked Snow White in a dark room. But she had no idea that the girl would one day become the reason for her downfall.
