If you're charging 500 to 1500 dollars a month per client right now and your agency stuck between like 5 to 10,000 dollars a month, I'm about to show you the exact systems that I've used to charge over 5,000 dollars to 6,000 dollars a month per client so you can literally go and copy this.
This is going to be everything from client acquisition, service delivery and all the three main AI systems that I used to manage over 32 clients for my agency without a media buyer. And then I'm going to go and break down all the exact numbers for you as well. So let's get into it.
So this is for agency owners who are doing between 5 to 10,000 dollars a month around there. So you're already making money for your agency. You have the basics down. You're not trying to get your first clients, right? You're probably charging between like 500, maybe 1500, maybe even 2,000 dollars a client, but you're not able to like really charge those high ticket prices. Like you haven't closed someone for 5, 10,000 dollars up front. You understand obviously how the model works, right? I mean you have revenue, you're getting client results. And on that note, like you have a couple clients, maybe a handful of clients, but you're doing all the delivery yourself and you don't really have systems in place. And that's what you're actually lacking to scale, right? Obviously you're watching this cuz you want to go and scale to 20, 30, 50k a month with your agency, same way I did and I was literally stuck with all the same kind of bottlenecks that you're probably at now, which is why I want to walk through this with you. But I was able to literally go from about 35,000 a month to 80,000 or 70, 78,000 dollars roughly. But also I was only stuck but at 5 to 10k a month with my agency for about like one or two months and I was able to within two months scale to 20, 35, 40k months pretty consistently. So that's what I want to show you in this video.
So the offer right here so you kind of get an idea of what it is. Basically, we're doing Facebook and meta ads management, right? That's the back end offer obviously. It's pretty standard of what we're going out and delivering to them. We have GoHighLevel setup plus automation. We're integrating an AI booking bot. We have a cold SMS outreach system and there's monthly reporting and optimization. So you can see the offer. This is like it's pretty standard stuff to what you've probably seen in the agency space, but the key to it is you need to make sure all the pieces are functional and actually working together. I know back when I started and I was doing like 5 or 10k a month with the agency, I was adding a bunch of like random stuff like a like a Google review campaign, database reactivation and that stuff can be good, but it was just taking focus away from my main service. And if you want to go out and charge these big offers per client, right? Charge 5,000 dollars or more per client, right? You don't need to do all this other stuff. Literally just get them results with their ads, have these back end systems in place and that's how I'm literally closing 5,200 dollar clients. I'm going to make another video. I just closed a 10,000 dollar client literally this past week. So that's what can happen when you have all these systems in place, but it's also you don't need to have like overcomplicate your service and stuff, right? So this is exactly how you're going to be able to scale and also start charging more with the clients that you already do have without even adding more stuff or complexity to your service.
So what I what I want to go over. So I'm going to go through basically acquisition, the delivery, the AI layer, all the stuff on the back end and show you guys exactly how to do this. Starting out with acquisition though, right? Because obviously like you know that if you don't have acquisition, if you're not booking appointments, none of the other stuff matters. You need to actually have appointments. And if you're not booking anywhere from five to 10 appointments a day, your your appointment booking is a bottleneck. So if you're not booking at least five a day, you need to see this and you need to start you need to find a way to go out and consistently book appointments cuz otherwise again, none of this other stuff matters and that's where your bottleneck is right now.
So the first thing I want to show you is using cold SMS plus the power dialer. So you probably got to you could probably do your first 5k month, first 10k month just with cold calling, but you and I both know like cold calling is not what's going to get you to that next level. You need to create leverage. And that's really what this is. Leverage is built between either systems or people. With this, like we have we have the systems, right? With GoHighLevel and stuff. By the way, if you guys want like my exact workflows and stuff, you can use my link in the description. But I'm going to show you guys exactly how I built this out, exactly what you need to do. So the first step is basically you're adding your lead list to GoHighLevel. You're importing all your contacts. Immediately you have a trigger called initial 7-day or no, it's it's the initial SMS sequence right here. I have the I have the wrong the wrong trigger right here. The initial SMS sequence and basically you're going to have an automation so right when you upload a lead list, it's going to instantly add them to this SMS automation. Basically from there, there's going to be three initial messages going out. You have message one, it's going to wait about two hours. You have message two, it's going to wait about a day and then you have message three. If they don't follow up there, you're going to move them to a 7-day follow up if they're not replying to that. And what's going to happen in the 7-day follow up is you're going to add them to the power dialer. And what you can do is you can have you or your appointment setter going and calling these leads for you and following up. But that's just to make sure like a lot of people with SMS you send them out, but the ones who don't reply, what are you doing with those? Right? But what if you could go build like bring a commission-based cold caller on, bring on a setter where you're paying them like 5% per deal. You don't need to pay a base or anything and they're just going and calling all these leads who don't reply. Imagine how much revenue you're leaving on the table. I can tell you I had a setter just go and reactivate my database about two weeks ago. He literally booked five appointments, four showed, I closed two. It's about 9,000 dollars in contract value from those two deals. One was a 6k, one was a 3k. So to kind of give you an idea and literally it was all commission-based. So imagine you could go do that and every single week have someone going and reactivating your database.
So basically that's what's going to happen. On day four to five, the power dialer kicks in and you have this entire workflow right here. I don't want to go too much into this right now. I have other videos on this and you obviously get this. We've already built all this out in my GoHighLevel snapshot with you guys which you guys get for free. It's basically a dialer in GoHighLevel where you or your setter is going to go call these leads and then after the conversation ends, you can go choose do I book them? Do I need to follow up? And it's going to basically auto tag them and auto move them in the pipeline for you. So it's just a very easy way rather than manually dialing. But if you could bring on a setter and reactivate all these leads, you can go do an extra 10, 15k a month literally just by going and adding this. That's what I didn't realize a lot of times is you overcomplicate it, but also you're not making the most of the leads you do have. You you already have a lead list. You already have them in GoHighLevel. Why would you not want to just make the most of them, maximize them by having a dialed in follow up system in place? And then you have someone basically if someone replies, then you can automatically move them over to the SMS lead positive reply fire or the positive reply workflow, excuse me, which is basically the structure of it. I'll go and show you is okay, if someone replies yes and the the intent or the intent is positive and they replied via SMS, you're going to add them to the workflow, which is going to be the hot lead workflow, right? And then it's going to add them to the to the prospect replied pipeline stage. That's how you set this one up. And then the hybrid cold SMS with SMS, which is what I want to go out and show you as well, is what you can also do, what you can have your setter doing. So I know this I know this seems a bit overcomplicated for some of you guys, but again, I want to give you guys all the sauce. So this should be your setter or your your your appointment setter should be the one doing this. You should not be manually going out and calling a bunch of leads. If you're doing like 5 to 10k a month with your agency, there's better uses for your time. But your setter is going to go out and be calling these these leads using the power dialer right here. This is this is how we're how how we're leveraging this. They're not manually dialing. But pretty much what it looks like is as your setter is making a call, if the call does not pick up, it's going to add a tag basically called hybrid hybrid SMS, which is basically means these leads who don't pick up the phone right away, we're not going to burn them. We're not just going to put them in a in a long-term nurture. We're actually going to go hit them immediately and do cold SMS outreach to them. So you have SMS one, SMS two, SMS three to these ones that actually didn't pick up the phone in the first place, right? So we're literally the the the main thing with this is we're not leaving any lead untouched. We're literally we're turning every single stone over possible to make sure we're absolutely maximizing all of our revenue. And once you go and send the SMS, basically it moves them to SMS stage pipeline send. It adds into the manual call. This is so then your setter can go and follow up. And then this is your SMS sequence. This is if you're doing like a lead magnet, you can do there's there's an SMS that I did that worked really well. Basically it's called Loom like Loom outreach. You're offering to send them a quick free video and then you have your automation, your setter go out and send this over. It sends video and then it goes and follow ups like hey, what what do you think about the video I sent over? What are your thoughts on that? Right? And then and then you can see it's a pretty long follow up sequence, but that's the key thing I want you to take away from this is it's not just like a SMS one, if they don't reply then they're done. That's what most people do. That's why you're stuck with your agency. But the the people who scale and this is exactly what I did is have these systems in place on the back end to create leverage where every single lead I had in the pipeline was I was I was either getting a yes or a no from them, right? You probably have a bunch of leads who aren't responding. You are missing out on so much revenue. So think okay, have these systems in place and then go get a setter to manage it for you. That's the reason a lot of people don't don't do this is number one, they don't understand how to do it. Well, literally just showed you how you can go and do this and also you can just use my snapshot in the description, get it for free. But two, you don't have the time to go and implement this which is which is exactly where you need to create leverage and you need to bring on an appointment setter. Right? And then three, a lot of people are just lazy to go out and do it and they they don't actually like money. If you like money, you're going to go implement what I'm telling you. And then the the follow up sequence, basically we're waiting. We're giving our setter an internal notification and then we're waiting about 18 hours to a day every single day and we're just constantly adding them to the manual dialer. But you can see how many touch points we're getting with every single lead that comes in here. And this is all just with the cold SMS and the power dialer. So if you're doing SMS, have a setter who's not only following up your leads, but also cold calling leads as well. And then you can just be focusing on taking the sales calls cuz they're booking in all the appointments for you.
After that, I what So with that, you're going to get to about you can So with this exact strategy, I got to about 30,000 dollars a month with my agency and then I was almost kind of capped there to an extent. I could have sent out more SMS, but it just becomes such a headache and I honestly waited too long. So what I would do if I were you is wait till you're doing once you have like 5 to 10k in the bank, you should be going to pay dads immediately. And that's what I'm going to show you now. That's how I scaled from 30 to about $80,000 within the span of like 45 days. Right?
So, this is basically what my paid ads workflow looks like. So, basically, just to not overcomplicate it, my workflows are a lot more I I have a bit more on the back end, but I just want to show you guys like the simple stuff of how you'd go out and do this. So, you have appointment booked and then basically new lead. Right? So, when when a new new lead comes in, you have SMS going out there and then also someone books an appointment. So, the first one is going to be new lead. So, someone goes and opts into your workflow, right? The survey is client survey or whatever it's called. You're going to add the tag so you know it's a Facebook lead, add them to the pipeline. You're going to add notes from the survey. So, what questions you asked them? In my case, are you licensed realtor or broker, right? Are you Do you own a roofing company? How many deals have you done in the last year? How much revenue have you done in the last 12 months? Questions like that. You're going to get a notification when a new lead comes in. It's going to automatically add them to the 7-day follow-up workflow. This is basically just the power dialer, which either you or your setter can can use, but you see with every single lead we come in, I'm not just just sending out notifications and sending out SMS. I'm making sure we're not only touching them via SMS, but also calling them and also email. So, this is like this is the key of what differentiates like why I'm able to get such a big ROI with my ads is because I'm making sure every single lead is being followed up with like a like a savage either until they convert or they don't convert. Right? It's almost like a buyer die mentality. And then it's going to wait and then it's going to send out a SMS. Hey, what's going on? It's Noah from Peak Presence. Wait a couple minutes. You free for a quick call so I wanted to chat with you about uh getting more roofing jobs to see if what we do is a fit based on what you guys offer. You're going to wait and there's going to be a notification of follow-up. Right? Again, just making sure we're getting notified and making sure this person is getting followed up with. Then we're going to able then we're just going to text them, hey, you able to take on more deals now? Reminder to follow up. And then we have more SMS going out there. And then you also have an email sequence going on as well. But this is the main thing that you need. This is when a new lead comes in. And then you have your dialer or whoever going out and dialing all these leads in the background as well. So, you see it's I mean it's it's a really a full ecosystem, right? New lead comes in here, there's SMS, we're calling them, there's emails, and then we're just it's we're just constantly repeating this process over and over. And then if they do go and book an appointment, right? Or when your setter or when you book an appointment, you have all these reminders coming through. You add a call book tag, you get a notification, removing them from the other workflows, moving them automatically to another stage in the GoHighLevel pipeline. You're sending out a confirmation text. Hey, just saw that you booked in got us booked in for and again, this is obviously all automated so you're not having to go manually send these messages out. And then I also like to go send messages like this. This is automated 24 hours before. Hey, just Noah here just doing some research on your market before call tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Does that time still work for you? And notice as well how I'm not just saying, hey, quick reminder for our call at 3:00 tomorrow. I'm saying, hey, I'm I'm just doing some research on your market before our call tomorrow. So, I'm actually getting them excited to go and show up. Again, all of this is automated on the back end and then continuing to also add stuff right here to call confirm the lead. Not just making sure that we're booking the appointment, so we're making sure we're actually getting them to show up. And then you want to make sure you're sending out sales assets and stuff like that, which I have another video I go through that a lot more in depth, but you can see the extent to what I have on the back end and this is why I'm able to scale my agency and remove myself from a lot of the front end acquisition cuz you set this stuff up once and it just runs for you.
Along with that, you're also going to pair it with an AI booking bot, which this is where it gets really sick because I'm not having to do any of this, right? You set it up once. Basically, I'm cold calling and sending out SMS simultaneously. Once someone replies to an SMS, it removes them from the workflow because you have stop on reply on. What a lot of people do then is they go have their setter or someone manually text these leads, but that's exactly where we can go and leverage an AI booking bot to go and start qualifying these people. So, what you want to go out and do is you want to write down what does your like dream ICP look like? What does your dream client look like? Like for example, if you work with roofers, maybe it's a roofer who has a who has a crew, right? They have other people under them. Maybe they're doing, let's say, $500,000 plus um per year. And then maybe they're also, let's see, their goal their goal is 1 million plus to make sure they have the capacity per year. Right? So, if this is your ideal client, what you can go and do is you can put this in the AI bot and you can have it go qualify based on this. So, you have your SMS going out, you have your email going out, you have your setter or someone calling these leads, but then you also have this AI bot qualifying these people for you on the back end. You're going to find, especially with a lot of blue-collar niche, a lot of those niches, they're not going to really be picking up their phone a ton, right? But they they will text you back. So, that's why like you need to have multiple touchpoints, right? You have email. Right? You have email, you have SMS, you have phone calls. You have all this stuff in place, but the more touchpoints the better because maybe they don't resonate with this one or this one, but maybe this one is the one where they resonate with. And that's why you need to have all these points in place. And that's really all it's about is having a multi-pronged approach um and having all this in place. By the way again, if you guys want any of this, just go use my GoHighLevel link in the description below. The AI bot is not in there. That's for my one-on-one guys, but the rest of this stuff like you guys can go and literally get that for free.
Now, now that we have client acquisition. With this, you should be booking at least five to 10 appointments a day. If you're doing this stuff correctly and you're actually implementing what I just showed you, there's no reason that you should not be booking five to 10 appointments a day. Now, the back end, which is the delivery, this is something most people don't talk about online because everyone just talks about, oh, going and making um signing 5, 10,000 dollar clients, but how do you actually go out and deliver for them? Make sure that you're actually providing a service where they keep paying you over and over. But most importantly, like it's just not ethical to sell somebody and then not get them results. And of course, if you try your best, that's awesome, but I'm going to show you if you're trying your best, you should be getting them results if you go and just implement what I'm going to show you.
So, basically trigger, you onboard the client. Here's what's going to happen next. Right? So, first of all, you're going to go out and immediately set them up on GoHighLevel so you can go and just use the client workflows folder, which is basically, hey, new lead comes in, you have an instant SMS that fires, you have the AI chatbot in place, which then again, going back to this, you can use the same exact thing for your clients. Again, it's just going out and finding who is our ICP. Usually, it would be, right, uh a homeowner. So, they own a home. They're maybe their timeline is, let's say, 30 days or less. 30 days or less. And then they also budget is, let's say, $10,000 or more. Right? So, that would be your ICP there. And then you would again plug that into the AI bot so it's qualifying based on your ICP and then it's going and booking them in an appointment. That's the whole goal of this, right? And again, you guys can use I have my client workflows and stuff in the in the snapshot as well. So, that's the first thing you go and set up for them on GoHighLevel. And all that again, you set it up once and it's good to go for the rest of your clients. Next is the ad management. So, what you're doing is just getting ad account access, you're doing a competition audit, which you're basically going on Facebook ad library and you're looking up competitors in their area or in their area what they're already doing. By this point as well, you should already have, if you're doing 5 to 10k a month with your agency, you should already have at least like 10 to 15 winning creatives that you've seen work for your other clients. And if you don't, then you're doing something wrong. At this point, you should and you need to you need to dial in your service delivery, but you should have winning creatives. But also, you want to do a competition audit to see what other people in their market are doing cuz if you have all these winning creatives and you find that people in the market that they're in are running stuff completely different, then it might be a sign that they have tested these and you want to leverage what's already working. Right? But you can go and test these. You should have winning creatives, but also you still want to always do some competition research. And you can have a VA go and do this as well for you. Pay them four bucks an hour and have them go over go do a report for every single client that you bring on. Next up, you're building the campaign and then we just have weekly you're optimizing this weekly. You're not needing to be in your client's ad account more than two to three times a week max. Right? And you and you can get a media buyer with this. I have about 32 32 or 33 active clients for my agency right now. And the thing is, I don't even have a media buyer cuz I'm in the client's ad accounts. It's like it's a couple hours a week total cuz I have the systems on the back end to automate a lot of the reporting and stuff. But you're basically just looking in there, right? You have the results, cost per result, frequency. This is how you should have your ad account set up where it's very, very easy. You go in, you can see your cost per lead, you can see cost per schedule, you can see all this stuff. You can go and monitor click-through rate, all this stuff. We should have it set up where it's just easy to go in and get out. You don't You should not be spending more than more than 20, 30 minutes a week on each client with their ad account on the back end considering you have all these systems in place.
Now, along with that, you want to make sure you have the reporting set up. And this is how I'm able to manage all these clients by myself without even a media buyer is because I have the reporting and tracking in place. So, I set up a a it's through um N8N. I had I I paid someone to go and set this up, which it's basically bringing in all my data and it's putting it into a spreadsheet into a airtable for each individual client. So, what that's doing is I because a lot of times Google, YouTube, Facebook, they don't they don't properly track the metrics of each ad. Like how much they spent, but also how many leads they actually did. So, I go and manually track this, but rather than having me go out and pull all this stuff individually, I have this constantly updating 24/7 for me. So, it makes my life super, super simple. But the main thing here is just getting actual real data. Right? Because what if you just look at the Facebook ad manager and stuff, you're going to find that sometimes it's it's not going to track a lead. And if you're not tracking the lead, you might you might shut a campaign off when it actually is doing well. You should have kept it running. You turn the wrong ad off that's actually doing well because Facebook thinks it's doing well, but it's actually the leads actually came in. It shows the leads came in from a different ad when in reality they came in from this ad. Then you go shut off the wrong ad and then you're just basically screwing yourself, doing more work than you need, which is why you need to have real data and you need to have a system to track this. Right? I started by manually tracking this until I went and built this where it's pulling all of my clients' data into an airtable and it just makes the delivery fulfillment so easy cuz I'm actually able to see all of the actual data in one place, right? I wish Facebook, I wish Google and stuff would track first the correct or would track correct the first time, but unfortunately they don't and you need to go and have an automation or some sort of reporting system like this. Or you can also bring on media buyer, but also once you have this I mean this literally replaces a media buyer, right? It's pretty crazy.
And this is basically the AI layer on the backend, right? So all the AI systems I use. Number one is the client management. Like I said, it's pulling all of this at minimum 93 ads for over 30 clients on one screen, which shows the amount spent, leads. You can see like the cost per lead. Um I have one for great leads. I still need to update that. Impressions, clicks, CTR, all that sort of stuff as well. Again, it's all automated for me. Next I have the chatbot on GoHighLevel. So like when if a lead comes in on 2:00 a.m. on a Saturday, right? You your client, you're not able to go and call these leads. You're able to go and send these messages out directly. Now there's definitely a a kind of a forte to this. You don't want to spam them at 2:00 a.m. on a Saturday, but again you want to make sure you have this AI bot on the backend in place so that your client when they're out on a job, then you're able to go and message for them, right? And be able to qualify for them. Or basically your client's waking up and they have calls already booked. And then you have the appointment reminders, all that stuff going out as well. And then the next thing, which is something I've implemented recently, is using AI video ads. So actually removing my client from the process of going out and shooting videos. So and I'll I can make a separate video on this if you guys like, but I found right you can do the image ads and stuff, which is good to start, but at this stage it's also a great way to differentiate yourself. If you use hey we have AI video ads where you don't even need to shoot a video, we have the entire thing automated, that's also a very unique selling proposition. But also the AI doesn't doesn't make mistakes and you can prompt it exactly how you want. Basically you just use HeyGen and I can make a video on this again if you guys want. I've generated hundreds of thousands of dollars for my clients using these AI videos and it's like 25 bucks a month or something. And my clients pay for this as well. But the client basically sends a photo, literally all you need is a picture of them, AI creates a video clone with their voice, and I also have my client send me a voice recording so then I can go and clone their voice on HeyGen as well. And then you just publish the ads without the client ever having to do anything. And this is an example of an AI one that I built. I was going to go show you guys an example. Uh I don't have the link up right now, but like this is this is just an example I did for one of my clients. It was a 2-minute 24-second horizontal-style ad. But that's again, the client doesn't even need to do anything. So that's all of these systems in place. And again, you can see like the complexity of this, but also you again you set it up once and you can see the extent of how specific and how in-depth I'm going with these systems for every single one of my clients.
And again, I was stuck at like zero to like a thousand bucks a month for like three months. The then I was stuck between 5 to 10k a month for one or two months. But then from there it pretty much went up 17,000, 25, 30, 35, 40, and like 80,000 dollars in a month, right? That happened within the span of like the last year or so, just because I had these systems in place. And now I've also helped other agency owners do these exact same. Jordan hit his first 5k month. Julian signed a 5,000 dollar paid in full. Mark signed a 6,000 dollars a month clients, which is for 12 months, which is a 72,000 dollar deal. Shayan 4.3k per month in October. Now he's doing about 10 to 12k a month. Atash hit 5200 bucks in January. And Caleb did 15,000 dollars a month. Brandon, another guy I worked with, did 12,000 within the past week or so, right? So I'm helping all these other guys out. And if you're an agency owner doing between 5 to 10k a month, and maybe you see some of these systems and you realize you don't have some of this stuff in place. Maybe you're not booking 10 appointments a day. Maybe your sales process is isn't dialed in. Maybe you're not getting your clients amazing results where you feel 100% convicted in your service. If that sounds like you and you want to just work with me directly one-on-one to build out a game plan, have me help you implement all this stuff step-by-step, be in a group with a bunch of other guys who are way ahead of you as well who've already gone through this, be free to click the first link in the description below and you can apply to work with me. Book a call, we'll go through a road map for you specifically for your agency. That's with me directly, not some sales rep that you're going to talk to. But otherwise, if you guys have any questions as well, feel free to go just drop in the comments, shoot me a DM on Instagram. Other than that again, I hope you guys got value from this video. And just make sure again you go out and implement this. Like I say in all my videos, I give you the information, it's on you to actually go out and implement it. Again, if you want me to set this up for you, you work with me one-on-one, you can go use the first link below. Other than that though, I will see you in the next video. There's probably one on screen. That's a banger, so I'll see you there. Peace.
