Actually, I think I might want to put a different shirt on. Where's my black shirt? No. Let me put my other shirt on. I'm going to watch—I changed my mind about this shirt, by the way.

Hey, Jennifer. Hello. Hello. How are you today? How are you doing? Oranges. Trash. Going to put this in the trash downstairs. Smells so bad. That's good. Papio was in my room. Hi. Hold on. I'm going to throw this trash out. I'll be back. I'll be back. It's—Oh my god. Now I need to sit down and take a break again. I changed my shirt. I changed it—the white one. I was wearing a white t-shirt, but I wouldn't put on something else. So, so no new shirt anymore. I went to church today with Miss Stella. Oh, Miss B. Excuse me. But it's not my style. It's not my style. It's very loud. I was falling asleep right in front of the pastor's face. I was tired. This game. I know. I know. Came for the shirt. Hold. I'm taking a break. I'm stuck in the trash. I have to get this papaya cut. I know. That's my nickname—Muang. They call me Muang. Wait, is she a hippo or a hippo? I know. We're the same color, too, today in my gray shirt. Anyways, how's your day, uh, David? My hair is so so flat. Okay, now I think I can get to this. Get this done. Selling your computer. My son needs a gaming computer. Oh, David. All right, let's see. Let's see. Get some exercise. You're not telling me anything I don't know. You—I don't even know what to call you cuz you're all big and bad behind your, uh, your username. No picture, nothing. Show the up. You're a loser, and that's all you're ever going to be. Okay. So, anyway, have our papaya. Let's see where we going to cut it up—this side. You don't know that. You don't know that you're not God. And based on how you're talking, you're probably just so pitiful and miserable that you don't know what's going to happen to you, dummy. Anyways, that's great. Email me. I will provide this. Nice. All right. Let's see. Let's see. This is for you, Troy. Go get one from Walmart and put it on your wrist. Do this. Do that a few times. Actually, do it the long way. They say horizontal for attention, vertical for results. Troy, take some advice. Go try it. Okay. Oh, I've never cut a papaya up before, so this should be interesting. I've never had—I don't ever use fire, but Trash gave me a list of stuff to buy. I'm going to freeze it and put on there. Oh, I forgot—bag. No one's reading anything you have to say. All I sees your comment and all right, let's just get you out of here cuz you're a loser. You're a loser. You're pathetic, and nobody gives a about you or what you have to say. I'm just giving you attention cuz I'm I'm I'm generous. The generous queen. Okay. So what? You guys always come in here talking—Shut the up. Loser. You're a loser. Don't you understand that you're a loser? Cuz winners don't talk—Okay. They don't have the time. You're too generous. I know, right? The generous queen. All right. I'm going to peel it like this, actually. Okay. Is that okay? I threw up my—Oh, I have one here. Okay, good. So, I don't have a bag. So, we can be ready. The detention results comment was messed up. Well, go take it up with—Where did I get Meg from Family Guy? I hit the bug so quick. Well, you guys, it's fine. You're better than me. Okay, let's just do it this way. I want to do it in the bag. We'll do it in the bag and the bag. Let's just make it easier for us. I feel like—Oh, it doesn't matter. Take the skin off. Hey, Bo. Go take it up with Seth McFarland. Not me. Never seen such a thing. This is annoying. Hold on. We'll doodle in here. Is that how it smells? Smells weird to me. Stinks. I don't know. Oh, I was talking to the person before. You hypo can't be spoiled. It doesn't look spoiled. Just smells weird. But I've never had papaya. I mean, I've—It's been a while since I've had a papaya. My aunt, my stepmother, she put it in a smoothie before, but that was years ago. It looks good. Looks pretty soft. Should be therapeutic. That's annoying though. The skin smells like spoiled. Is it spoiled? Has any—Can anyone confirm how papaya is supposed to smell? It doesn't look spoiled, but it smells spoiled. Well, this is—that stinks. It's not mushy at all. I don't know. If we get sick, we get sick. Who cares? I could use the diarrhea, right? Weight loss. It looks—They smell weird naturally. Okay. I was like, cuz it doesn't—it's like spoiled. Doesn't look spoiled. We're just peeling it. This is annoying. It's not—It's not—Don't complain. I forgot I was going to buy papaya powder instead. Wait, why is it soft on the bottom? Or is that cuz I was pressing it? I don't know. It's getting slippery. This is getting slippery. Soft down here though. Know about that. Crap. Get slippery on me. If it falls on the floor, it's over. You're not a fan of them? Oh, no. Do they taste how they smell? I hope not. Poo poo. That's what it smells like. Please don't taste how you smell. Not going to have a good time. That's supposed to go in the smoothie, so it'll be mixed with other fruits. Smell like—smells like spoiled—spoiled food. And I have two of them. Oh my gosh, my back hurts. Why is it mushy? I'm getting grossed out. Should we—Should we just get the papaya powder? I don't want to waste it. Should I bite it and see? I'm scared that's going to taste like—Mix is fine for me, but separate—I don't know. Kind of funky to me, but I don't know anyone who—don't really. They smell funky. I don't know why. And that mushy. I don't know if I did that or you can cut it off. Hey, Jess. See if I cut that off. Okay. Doesn't look so bad. I think it's just all the pressure. I don't want this. It's a big knife. It's getting slippery. All right. What—What am I going to do? What to do? This is slippery. How's your Sunday? Happy Mother's Day, Jazz and Jennifer. You guys are moms. Happy Mother's Day. Okay. So, um, I need to clear that off. Let's clear this off. Walmart. Please don't fall. Please. Please. It's just the skin that smells. But my hands don't smell. Just the skin. No. This thing is annoying. My back hurts. I—I'm the paper towel queen. I just take so many paper towels. Just a little wasteful, that's all. My back hurts. Uh, okay. Now, what do we do with this? Guess we cut it in half and take the seeds out. Please don't make this harder for me. Please. I'm scared they're going to go everywhere. That's creepy. What are you making? I'm just cutting up this papaya so I can put it in the freezer. Ew, the seeds are so weird. It's like that. Oh, wait. Why do they smell like that? Looks like rabbit and maggots. Ew. They're like soft. Sorry. I've never—They look like eggs. I don't know. Stop. Stop. This is God's fruit. Okay. He created this. Um, let's see. Um, okay. Oh, no. Okay, that's not too hard. It's just—I'm weird. I feel like I'm doing surgery on an animal. And I dropped a seed. Get out of there. This is a little complicated. Okay, that's fine. That'll do. More paper towels. Okay, one half down. That's kind of fine. Maybe I could do it this way. That was easy to just scrape it out. It's just very slippery. My hair—Getting somewhere. Getting somewhere. A fly. Where did it come from? Never seen a fly in here in my—since the six months I've been here. Five months I've been here. And now as soon as I cut a fruit open, it wants to come back. Okay. Should I do a taste test? Taste test. Scared. At first it tastes weird or it smells like—tastes like how it smells, and then there's that—the familiar taste—that sweet tropical flavor. But why does it taste like that on the—like initially? I don't know. Hopefully it's not bad. That's all I'm worried about. I don't know. I wish I had bigger bags. I don't. Luckily, I had these to begin with. No. Use my hand. I would like some mango. Mango. So slippery. I'm not having a good time. I'm not having a good time right now. Come on. You're going to fit this. Do I want to do the other one? I don't know. I don't know. No. I wash my hands before I get it all over there. Slippery. So slippery. My back hurts, guys. I don't know if I could do the other one. Do two of them. Well, one, but if I don't do the other one, it's going to go bad. I already know. I already know myself. I don't know. Let's just cut this one. Even though I want to clean that off. I'm so fat, guys. Yeah. A bigger one. Look. Thank you. No one's talking today. Are you just watching a fat girl cut a papaya? I hope you're enjoying yourselves. Ming cut papaya. Yeah. Stinky papaya. I'm meal prepping with you. Oh, okay. That gives me some encouragement to put the other papaya up. Maybe some avocados. Just my back hurts. That's all. Should I go get my chair? I think so. It's too short. We found a gallant. Jesus loves you. Yes, I know. Thank you. Okay. Um, you could do the other one. Just give me a minute. Clean up. Bye-bye. This week I bought a whole—I'll show you guys. Let me show you. My back hurts so bad. Okay, look what we got. I bought so many. The whole shelf is full of fruits cuz I—going to be making some smoothies this week to give my body a little break. Some dragon fruit, too. So, we're going to make a bunch of different smoothies this week thanks to Chat GPT. My camera's dirty. It's better. Chat GPT gave me some recipes for helping with like inflammation and like pretty much inflammation—detoxing. Just give my body a break from all this trash eating. So that's okay. Yeah, it's a lot. It's like—I'm excited. Okay, put this in the—add these to the freezer. Okay, it's my collection of fruits. Where my back hurts though. I know. Okay, next. Papaya. I—I thought—I thought one was not going to be enough. I think it is for the week. But I guess we'll just do this one, too. It's hot. Let's get to peeling this side. Maybe it'll be faster this time. Now we have the technique. You can see football. My life just flashed before my eyes. Papaya down. Papaya down. Papaya. The papuya. Spin the papaya. What are you meal prepping, B? What are you making? The smell doesn't do any justice for some reason. Just don't understand. I'll talk to Chat GPT about it. Why does it smell like that? We did it. Okay. Um, yeah. My back hurts so bad. A few protein chicken breasts for my husband's salad. Meal prepping thighs to go with my breakfast burgers. Burgers for lunch, PB&J for snacks, picked veggies for salads, and B. Oh, okay. Okay. Sounds good. Sounds yummy. Don't fall. Please. I hate making a mess. Want to clean up. More to clean up. I don't want to clean up. Good. The crust. Get out of there. Man, handle the papaya. Look. And they're soft. Well, they're not that soft, but they have a little shell on them, which makes them feel weird. I need this off—back. Almost done. Wasn't so bad. My hair—or please don't cut your fingers. Please don't cut my fingers off. Oh, boat. While you're here, I guess. Well, Friday the bus place, they called me and they said I was approved for hire. So, I start tomorrow. Start tomorrow. So, I really need to get my permit. I was going to let it go. I was just going to let it go cuz they were taking too long. But yeah, I was just like, I'm done. I give up. They're going to look for any reason not to hire me, I guess. But they did because it wasn't anything. Thanks, Jennifer. I guess the lady related your frustration. Well, yeah. And then on Monday, I brought—I brought the disposition to human resources so they could see that it was—it's just one char—or two charges, but they were downgraded and then it was dismissed. So, and that was 10 years ago. So, I'm sure that helped. Hopefully, that's—no. That's something to do. Oh my gosh. You're getting right out of space on the board. Almost done. Stinky. Stinky. Almost done. My back hurts. My back hurts. It's okay. We can do that. I'm glad we did the other one because that would have went to waste. That's a lot of papaya. You just need one. It's fine. My only frustration here is all the stuff in the fridge. Like there's no way—no one's using that. I need to make space for my stuff so I can at least enjoy being in the kitchen, you know, again, so that we can make it a habit. That's a big bag. We have another bag. Put it all in one. Leave some space in there. Oh no. Nightmare. I don't know if it'll mix like gas—gases. Make it. It's going in the freezer. Slippery. I can't get it. Can't get a grip on it. I can't get it off. Oh my god. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Just do one at a time. Whatever. Stupid back. It's okay. It's going to get stronger the more I keep standing. All right, I'm done. All right, that's enough of this papaya. The rest will just go in the trash. Goodbye. Goodbye. Papaya. Whoa. My back. My back. Find all this. All right, let me sit down before I finish cleaning up. Oh my gosh. Wow, my back hurts. But we did it. We got up the—no one has anything to say. Is that it? Should I end the live now? That's all that I really had to do. And now I'm too frustrated to do anything else. It's a lot. It's a lot. But it's okay. It's okay. I'm kind of excited to start working, doing something, having something to do. Even though it's just training, so the days are going to be short, but it's fine. I just—It's something else to do. And I—And that's funny how everything always works out. Like I cleaned my room. I got it ready for me to, you know, just be here all day and then get called to start a job. That's how it go. That's literally how it always goes. It's like when I'm—when you finally just accept where you're—I am. I was like, "Okay, I'm accepting that I don't have the job." But now I turned my room into my jail cell into something I'm okay with being in all day and getting the exercise that I want to get. And then I get called to go do something else. I can still do it. Now I can start to develop some sort of routine and stuff like forcing myself to wake up earlier so I can work out since I don't like to work out in the afternoon or at night. So I like to work out before work because then you just burn calories all day. But yeah, and I guess practice. Well, at some point when I do start, even though the school year is ending, she was telling me, she called me, she told me like—I asked her, I was like, what's the point? Cuz like the school year is almost over. So like, what am I supposed to do? She said, we'll find you some work even if it's just helping out like her in the office and stuff like—or she's in operations or whatever. I'm like, okay, I can do that. Just find me some work. I don't mind what it is. I'm not cleaning your—best though. But we'll see. We'll see. But um, yeah, I forgot what I was saying. Now you can come back to yourself after work, right? And during work, too, because Miss B said she'll take me to work, like in the mornings, cuz like I was—cuz that—that was one reason why I wasn't sure if I should take the job or not because you go in there in the morning and then you'll be done with your shift um early. And then I was like, I'm going to have to take a Uber four times a day basically. But she said she'll take me and I'm not going to try to make her pick me up even though it's not that far. It's up to her. But I'm like, I could take—Okay, so I can—she can take me to work in the mornings and then I could take a Uber back home um in the afternoon and then once I get my bike, then I can ride it there in the afternoon and then ride it back home um since it'll be light outside, you know, because like early in the morning it'll be dark and I don't know if I want to be on the bike in the dark. But that'll be one way to do it. All right. So, yeah, I'm excited. I—I think I'll get my bike, my first bike check. I'll get my bike. So, yeah, that's exciting. And it'll be great. It'll be great. 10 cards. Thanks, B. I'm glad the background was sorted. I know. Me, too. I was like—I mean, I'm glad it was. I—I kind of let it go like the whole possibility of getting hired and I was thinking of other things, but I'm just like—great. It's one less thing stopping me from getting uh some work. Okay, it's something though. It'll be something for now to hold me a flow until I figure out—well until I lose weight. Until I figure out what to do next with my life cuz I don't know. I really don't know what I'm going to be doing. Well, I mean until I'm able to, you know, pay back my all my, you know, debt and stuff. Not all of it. I mean, most of it, my taxes, so I can—I don't—I really don't want to take out loans for school. Um, if I—when I do—I want to go back to school. I don't know. I don't know. I don't want to—I don't know. Obviously, I'm not in charge here. Okay. I'm not in charge here. It's all God. Whatever he—wherever he guides me, I guess I'll go. Okay. I know what I want to do, but I need—I just need income coming in. So that's—this job will be that—just some money here and there. Pay my rent, get off Patreon. We are going back to school. I don't know. I don't know. I was thinking about it because like my criminal justice thing, it's not going to happen, and I don't think I care enough. But I don't—I don't think I—I said that thinking I would, but I don't know. I don't know. I would have to wait anyway because I'm—since I'm in a different state—like—well, actually, I don't know if I want to take out loans—that's why I'm like—I'd rather pay for a school—pay for classes if I were to go back to school, but I'm like—I feel like I might need to just because I don't want to be struggling like this for the rest of my life. Uh, I don't think I'm ever going to get on with, you know—and I don't want to—based on how much they've rejected me. I'm like, I don't want to get into—not law enforcement, but you know, in that—in that realm of things. Like, I don't think I—I'm not the same person I was when I wanted to get my—like—go into death investigation. I'm like, I don't know if I want to deal with that anymore. Hey, Maya. So, I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't know. I do know I want to work on music again. That's what I do know. So, who knows? God knows. Only God knows. But I was thinking about going back for—I don't want to be a nurse. I really don't. But I'm like—to have that degree just anyway. Like even if I were to just do whatever I wanted anyway, but to just have the degree for when things get hard again because that's life. Things—when you don't have like something stable. But I'm not gonna be a bus driver for the rest of my life. No, I can't. I'm not going to be—I have a lot to do. I have a lot to figure out. I'm going to figure it out though—now that I have my—brain's turning. Now we have something to—we have hope again, you know. So, it's fine. How was your day, Maya? Are you a mother? Happy Mother's Day. Um, I want to go back in my room. I have to finish cleaning down here. My hair makes my—fa—I'm like—I'm like—I can see my old self under all of my fat. I'm like—I'm like a—I miss her. We want to get back to her. But I'm like—having my hair done again. I can like see. I don't look like it. Obviously, I'm like—obviously all the fat is like covering my face, but I'm just like—I miss her. She's so pretty. She is very pretty. And I'm just—I have to like get out of that. Get out of this. I'm a cat mom and I'm at the gym about to go live. Oh, okay. I—going live. Have to subscribe. Love that. And since this time is a huge component—and since time is a huge component for getting a BSN, you can always go the LPN route and get tuition assistance. That's—I've heard that. I've heard that. I've heard that before. Is LPN like the same as it—like ASN, right? Well, not your—you can get your associates in nursing license. I forgot—LPN. They're like the same kind of. I'm like, damn, I don't think I—I can transfer—I don't even think I can transfer any of my credits over from my associates because it's all like it. Yeah. No, there's nothing really similar. It's okay. We'll get there. We—we'll get there. You'll figure it out. We will. And I want to pay cash for it. I'm not taking out more debt. I'm not. So, I need to find work on top of work. But this—we'll see cuz I'm sure the schedule is going to be different. So, I don't know. As long as we have something now. I just—my first step right now is to get off Patreon and exercise, but have some income coming in. That's literally it. I'm thinking too far ahead. Just cover my ass. Still have rent paid and my bills paid and then I can start making a little bit of payments towards um like my debt and stuff and then I'll find a real job eventually. Not sure when—when I can breathe and stand up for long periods of time. Yes. Not sure, but I know some programs are as short as nine months to one year. Right. I've heard that too. I've heard it. We'll have to—I'll—I'll look into it. I need to make a—I need to write down my goals right now. I haven't done that. I think that's why because I haven't had much hope in anything really. Not to the degree that I would wish I did where I was like motivated. I'm feeling motivated now. Feeling motivated to like, okay, things are getting better now. I'm not just sitting around waiting like I was. Literally, that's how I always felt like for the past—I'm waiting. I'm just sitting here waiting for things to happen. People to tell me yes. It's okay. But it's okay. We have a job now. And all my haters on my channel, you just eat and die, okay? Like I just—I'm like—really—I'm like—this is—it's such a good thing. I'm like—I got to rest even though I didn't lose weight like I was hoping, but I—you know—I didn't just—wasn't still wasn't there yet mentally. But um—I got—I got to sleep. I got to sleep so much. I got to figure out, you know, make some money. God kept me afloat. I paid rent twice on time. Like I—No. And no crying. No crying. No. You know, yes, I asked you guys for help with my bike, but I didn't have to ask for help with rent. Like, I'm just like—I—It's—it's just nice. It's just nice that I was—clearly—some—got some help from God, obviously. But just like—I got to rest. Oh my gosh. Much needed rest. Yes. Even when you had no hope, you still worked through it. And now you have a job again. One make break only. Not bad, right? Thanks, B. You guys are so—At least you guys are smart enough to see that cuz the other people don't. They don't watch my videos. I'm like—you guys—or they don't get it. They don't have that brain to understand what's going on. Like—to understand what's going on. Like—I don't know. Even though

I'm going through a lot. I'm still like, still like trying, I guess. But I didn't give up. I didn't do anything crazy, but I'm like, I was just doing too much with Uber. It was just too much for me. It was way too much. And I don't have, I didn't have, I don't still don't have all the resources I need, like a car and stuff to do certain things.

But even without all that, I was able to, you know, I I still got a job. I got to rest. I got to, I made a way. Yes, Patreon wasn't ideal, but it helped out. It did help me. I'm like, what? We can't lie. Patreon helped me out. I'm resourceful. Resourceful. Okay. I did.

I think they're just mad because if they were going through any of the stuff I would go through, they don't have support. They don't have, they don't have men online who give a damn that they're fat, you know, who, you know, maybe they're jealous. It's usually the guys. There are some women on here who are haters, but um, we don't care about them. So, but the men who are upset at me, they're probably just mad because, you know, they don't have chubby chasers. Okay, I guess. Or or or they're upset that a girl is tougher than they are. I have bigger non-existent balls than they do, right? I guess. I guess. Right. Anyways, goodbye. I'm going to start doing that. I'm like, just shut up. No one gives a damn about what you have to say. Look how he just comes out of the woodwork commenting cuz he's upset. Yes. No. I'm almost 400, by the way. He said 300. I'm almost 400. Okay. And guess what? It doesn't matter cuz I'm going to lose weight. Anyways, I win every time. Goodbye. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. All right. All right.

I want to go back to my room. I need to clean the kitchen first. I was going to cut up some avocados, but what's that pen on the floor? I win. You lose. You lose. To the moms in the chat. Let me get this, dump this. They can't understand how I just keep going. Hello, fetish. Got some pie on the blender back there. It's all right. It's pretty good. Preparing. Well, we just cut up some papaya for next week. Well, tomorrow. Well, I don't know if I'm going to have it tomorrow. I think I'm going to have some watermelon tomorrow because I'm black. I'm just kidding because it, it's not, it's like, it's probably going to go bad the soonest. Let me check. Yes. Oh, the 15th. What's tomorrow? Oh, that's like in a few days. Can you believe we're almost halfway through May? Can you believe it? Or is it? But I'll probably have that. Probably have a few smoothies. I still have some eggs and turkey bacon that I have to eat though, so I might have at least two smoothies a day. It was going to be like three until I run out of food. And then yeah, we go grocery shopping again. How are you? Okay. What's in here? Oh, my halos.

Do your fire alarms work? Do you hear it beeping? You idiot. You jackass. Are you deaf? Do your ears work? Do you hear the beeping? And if it beeps, that means it's working as well. But have you heard it go off not one time since you've been in the chat, dumbass? Okay. All right. You get one curse and then block. I can do both. Like if you're not even funny. Not even close. Okay. B. We're cleaning up. Cleaning up. Everybody do sh, open up. I saw that's easy loed. You have no friends and no social skills. Wow. Poor you. Oh, okay. Oh. We got some, you guys want to see my little, my section? Jennifer, we got some coconut water. I got my protein. Get ready to go. My container of smoothie goodies and some stuff. And some cocoa powder for our chocolate smoothies. We're ready to go. We're ready. I need to cut these up and freeze them when they're ripe. But yeah, it's okay. Why are they so soft? Okay, but my back hurts right now, so I'm just going to go upstairs. I just want to go upstairs. Oops. Oops. Oops. That was a lot. Excuse me. We made it. It's hot. 69 is usually my number. Hey Bean catcher, out of breath the stairs. My enemy, my dreaded enemy. How's your day? Happy Mother's Day, your mom. Those chairs read the title on left because I was just talking about the papaya seed thing with my sister. What papaya seed thing? That they're weird. Like they're kind of weird. It makes me uncomfortable looking at them. That they're a little soft or slippery. Getting my steps in. Congratulations. Woo! Happy Sunday. Oh, I need to take this downstairs. These dishes. I didn't do it. A natural remedy for parasites. H, does do they smell to you too? Like that's what I was wondering. Uh, B said they do smell a little funky naturally, but I'm like, it's I never smelt that before for a fruit that was like ripe, you know, but it didn't taste funky. It kind of tastes how it smelt in the initial chews. But um, yeah, girl, I was not prepared to see what I saw come out of your body. Wait a minute. I need my chat. Hold on now. Hold on now. Hold on. I'm pure. I didn't know anything about parasites. I'll be, I don't want any parasites coming out of my body. Cuz I'm so serious. I didn't believe it. I was in a Reddit rabbit hole. Oh, okay. Let's see. Cuz I did want to ask. I'm like, why does it smell like that? First of all, let's see. Why does papaya smell funky or is, let me see. Papaya can smell funky to some people because of an enzyme it contains called pepign. Pepin or papign, which is a slightly musky, cheesy, or even vomit-like odor. Yes. Okay. So I'm glad it was not just me. This smell, pepin. It's pepine. It's a pa pa. The smell is more noticeable in ripe or overripe papayas. And some people are more sensitive to it due to genetic differences and how we perceive certain compounds, similar to how cilantro can taste like soap to some. Oh. Oh. Okay. The smell is also affected by ripeness. The riper it is, the stronger and funkier the smell. Oh, like the pineapple enzyme. No, the the enzyme in pineapple is um, cuz pineapple smell good. But there is an enzyme in pineapple called I think it starts with the L. Hold on. Uh, enzyme. What's the enzyme in pineapple? It's good for you. Oh, bromelain. Excuse me. Bromelain. Excuse me. But bromelain smells good. Unless, does it smell to you? It's also used to tenderize meat. The papaya. I got, I got hella um, some frozen pineapple, too. I'm excited about the pineapple. I'm like obsessed. But we got it for the anti-inflammatory digestive stuff. Bromelain is a group of enzymes that break down protein. Oh, which is why pineapple can make your tongue feel tingly or sore. Prevent gelatin from setting if you add fresh pineapple to jell-o. It breaks down the collagen proteins. It acts as a natural meat tenderizer. Hey, awning. Okay, but we want to know. Hold on. So, does papaya bring out parasites? Is that what we want to know? Hey, Onyx. Wait. Yes. Papaya. Oh my god. Especially the seeds. Oh. Ah. Is traditionally believed to help expel parasites from the digestive tract. This belief is supported by studies and a long history of use in folk medicine. I, well, I didn't save the seeds. Here's how it works. Papaya seeds contain compounds like carpine and benzyl isothiocyanate, which can be shown to have antiparasitic and antimicrobial effects. A small human study in Nigeria found that dried papaya seeds mixed with honey cleared parasites in a significant percentage of children without side effects. Pain, the enzyme in papaya flesh may also help by breaking down proteins and parasite cells or making the gut environment less hospitable for them. Well, I don't have the seeds. Oh my gosh, I didn't save the seeds. I didn't know that. Um, oh my gosh. So, we have parasites inside of our bodies. How do you use, I don't have the seeds. Start with a small amount, like half a teaspoon of dried or fresh seeds. Chew them or grind them and add them to smoothies. I don't want to see. Do the parasites look like little worms? Like dog, when dogs have worms? Little white, I don't think I'd be able to survive if I saw that. I threw out the seeds. No worries. Papaya flesh still has benefits. Even without seeds, it's rich in papign. Harder for parasites to thrive. I threw out the skin, too. I peeled it. I peeled it. Sorry. Am I supposed to eat the skin? Oh, peeled papaya flesh is still packed. Oh. Oh my gosh. Sorry for doing that. Fine. Cleansing effect. You can, oh, I did. Well, I have ginger powder. I don't have the actual ginger. Kefir. I have chia flax seeds, ginger powder, and pineapple for a smoothie. I'm scared. Will I, will I poop out parasites? I'm scared. Yes. If you have parasites, if you have parasites and use natural medical treatments that effectively kill or expel them, it's possible to poop them out. I'm scared. Oh, this may happen with antiparasitic medications like albendazol and ivermectin prescribed by a doctor, natural remedies. Papaya seeds, pumpkin seeds, pineapple, garlic, and clove can help. How do I know if I have parasites? You might see stringy, rice-like, wormlike, or mucus-covered things in your store. You might feel some gas, bloating, mild cramping, or extra bowel movements during the cleanse. Not all parasites are visible. You can expel them or their eggs without noticing them. Oh my gosh. Sorry. I mean, do you have parasites? I don't know. I thought Bean is, is the one that brought up parasites. So, I thought, I thought I heard everyone has them. Or how do you know if you have parasites? I don't know. How do you know if you have a parasite? Well, if you have them, how do they get inside? Great question. Parasites can be sneaky and their symptoms might often mimic other conditions, but here are some common signs that, signs that might suggest a parasitic infection, especially in the gut. You can get it from going out to eat though, not like getting it at home. We all have them naturally. That's what I was wondering. Okay. Digest. Why can't I talk right now? Digestive issues. Chronic bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea, stomach pains or cramps, especially after meals, unexplained symptoms, fatigue or weakness, parasites steal nutrients, frequent headaches, skin issues like rashes, hives, or itching. Just here though. Appetite and weight changes. Sudden increase or decrease in appetite. I don't know. Unexplained weight loss or gain. I mean, I don't know. Sleep disturbances. Excuse me. Waking up often between 2 to 4:00 a.m. Liver detox time. Oh, grinding teeth at night linked to certain parasites. Anal itching. Um, common with pinworms. I don't have any anal issues. Sugar cravings or nutrient deficiencies, a possibility that I have some parasites going on. They thrive on sugar and can interfere with nutrient absorption, considering how much junk I've been eating. You know, we'll see. We'll see. I said this week we're going to be, we bought a whole bunch of fruits to cleanse our system. So, we'll see if I see anything wiggling around. I just like reading about remedies for things as I'm nearing 30. I like trying to improve my health. Gut health is important. I don't worry too much. Just a calm though. I wouldn't worry too much. Just a calm. Yeah, it's okay. I never thought about parasites though, like actually being like something that I might have. But I've heard about them. I just didn't know papaya did that cuz I wasn't expecting, I feel like that's something you had to be prepared for, to know, which I'm glad I know just in case it did come out and I saw it I'd be like, what is going on, and it's the papaya, just in case. But if I didn't know that it was the papaya and I saw that I'd probably freak out. But yeah, it's the time we all turn into a health nut around maybe late 20s, 30s. Do you watch Dr. Berg, Bean? Have you heard of Dr. Berg on YouTube? He's great. I worked at a vet so I was praying about contracting, contacting things, and some pets have things like that and I directly be in contact. Here I am. All I remember is like when the dogs have worms in their, in their poop. That freaks me out. I hate like maggots. Like I hate how they look when they're there, just a bunch of them wiggling around. I just don't like that. So, lots of factors. I haven't, but I will look into Dr. Berg. Yeah, Dr. Berg. E. Who says stuff like that? We're not you. Someone commented hiding, hidden. Goodbye. Nasty. You wouldn't have a chance even if you're the last man on earth. Nasty. Okay. But yes, Dr. Berg and Dr. Ellen Mandel. I love Dr. Berg. Okay. Even though I haven't been listening to him, I, but he did help me a lot in the past just learning stuff about health and all natural remedies because that's what I prefer. I'm like, I don't want to, I don't like the doctor anymore. I just think it's a scam. Okay. Um, what was I doing? Pizza. Oh. Oh, what was I going to do? I was going to do something. I want to order. I have so many ideas now. I just need money. That's all. We'll, and now we'll have money soon because we start working. We are a working girl starting tomorrow once again. Once again, pieces of the night. I just, what were you guys think? I'm like, I'm confused. Like I don't think I should start a new page. I don't want to. Or should I? I don't know. I don't have time. I don't have time to think. I don't know. I need to, I need to disappear for like, for until I'm out of the 300s. I, I was thinking about it, but now that I said it, it's usually jinxes the whole me ever doing anything like that again. But I need to, I need to, you kidding me? I'm thinking about it. Considering it. I might, you guys only, you only nine of you heard that so it's okay. Oh. Oh. Jennifer, are you here or what? Just wondering. Oh, what's up? Yeah, I was just asking, I believe in a thing called love. Just listen to the heart. Anyone know the name of that song? Does anyone remember that song? I believe in a thing called love. That song used to be so annoying. I mean, it was good, but it was annoying and long. It was that song. No, that one wasn't long. It was the Co and Cambria song. That was all long. Oh my gosh. If you back. Hey B, we missed our parasite talk. We were, Bean was telling us how papaya seeds, excuse me, sorry. Papaya seeds can expel parasites if you have them, I guess. And I was freaking out cuz I was like, I wasn't expecting that. But I don't know if I have parasites to be expelled. And I didn't save the seeds. So, we're not going to worry too much. I won't worry too much. I know. I know. I didn't know. I didn't know this information. Who am I? What's my phone number? I think it's nine. 9999. I got finished chores. I'll see you all later. Bye, Bo. I think I'm going to go now, too, and just relax, play some Candy Crush, and relax. Enjoy my, my freedom for one more day before I have to start working again. So, bye. Well, bye all of you and you. Happy Mother's Day to you, too. Okay, we'll talk to you later. Jennifer, B. If you're still here, Onyx, you know who I'm thinking about? What's her name? Um, I forgot. I forgot. Bye. Thanks for joining me. Have a good day.
