Yesenia Rose47:23

Transcription

All right, everyone. Welcome to my YouTube channel. For those of you that are new here, um, welcome, welcome. My name is Yenna Rose. Um, I have an IG of Yeno Rose as well, where I discuss a lot of, um, topics on freedom, as well as, uh, status correction, uh, tax freedom, you know, United States, uh, citizenship versus American national, or the difference between the land and soil, and, um, the laws of the sea and whatnot.

Um, so there's a lot of things that I want to kind of, uh, go over on this, um, course. And this course is going to be the first day today, or today's going to be the first day of the course that I'm giving away for free. So, it's going to be, this is going to be considered day one of 30 days, you guys. So, I, I've been kind of MIA, uh, for those of you that do know me, welcome back. Um, you know, I kind of been not as consistent as I have wanted to be, and, um, excuse me. Oh, sorry about that. Um, but it had a lot to do with, um, just trying to juggle my kids, and especially my son, as being a single mom, and then working with clients behind the scenes, and, um, kind of just prioritizing that, you know, mo mostly with that, and then trying to take, uh, a break for myself.

Um, but now that my son is actually going back to school soon, um, I figured that I would just start my challenge where I'm doing a challenge for myself as well, like where I'm going to be working out for 30 days. And I figured, and then I said to myself, too, like, well, not only am I going to be working out for 30 days, but I need to post at least for, you know, every day for 30 days, at least once a day. And then it just came to me where I'm like, you know, why don't I just do or consider this like a free course on my YouTube where we can kind of touch base on specific subjects? Because I just feel like when you post a reel or a short on either YouTube or Instagram or Facebook, it's not really fair to really comprehend it on a 10-second reel or even five minutes of a. I feel like, um, it's not as comprehensive as it should be, and it's not as detailed. And I feel like people that are serious about learning this, um, will take the time out of their day, come to this channel, or go to any channel, right, and start learning it. And it takes time. So, I wanted to go ahead and try to break all this down. I have, uh, pretty much outlined what I want to talk about each day. I may change it. I'm not sure. But today, for day one, I want to go ahead and talk about the birth certificate. That's where we're going to start.

And, um, I'll kind of take you guys over where, um, you know, where I get my information from. Um, you know, especially for those of you that are just kind of, you know, going down this rabbit hole. Uh, you know, you may think that there's like, you know, conspiracy, or you may run into somewhere, uh, someone who is charging like $10,000 for a course, or is charging $20,000, 'cause I've heard of $20,000 for a course as well. And so, you probably don't have that kind of money. And so, I thought I would just, because I'm doing this challenge, that I would just make something easy for you guys that you can comprehend. I do also, um, services for private, uh, for private clients, um, should you guys need my assistance. I also do consultations, um, and, and whatnot. And all of my links are going to be on my platform. Uh, but just a quick disclaimer, I am not a financial advisor. I am not a legal attorney. Um, these are all factual things of my research that I have found, and I just want to share it with the people because I feel like people deserve to know the truth. Um, especially those that are seeking it, because you have those that would just continue to just defend the system. And, um, I call those bots, uh, because that's exactly what they are. They have been really, really programmed, unfortunately, to the point that they cannot afford to have their system shocked or come to the realization that their whole life has been pretty much a lie. Um, sadly. And I mean, I've had to come to the realization and face the music, if you will. Um, but, you know, there's only one way to grow, and that's to face what is the truth. So, without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and share my screen. So, just give me a second.

Okay. So, before we get right into the birth certificate, right? I think it's really important to really grasp what the all caps, uh, means. Um, because it kind of goes hand in hand, right? When you have, you know, when you go to the hospital and you give birth to your baby, you end up, you know, you don't write your baby's name in all in all caps name. I'm pretty sure you write uppercase and then lowercase, you know, let's say it's Sarah, you know, uppercase S, lowercase a, r, a, you know, or, um, you know, let's say your your your son's name is Jonathan, I don't know, you know, or John, uppercase J, lowercase o, h, n. And so, nobody really ever asks or or wonders why is it that after, you know, you get a birth certificate, get your baby's name, and your name, and everyone's name on there is pretty much all capitalized? Now, if you are just starting into this and you are trying to figure it out and you don't know nothing about business, this may be something new to you. But for people that do know about business, you do realize that every trademark, every copyright, every little detail when it comes to anything and any symbols or any writing, it's very critical and crucial to pay very close attention to detail when it comes to a specific, um, you know, trademark or a copyright. Okay. So, there is a reason that there is a all caps and why they actually, as soon as you, you know, give birth to your baby at the hospital, you end up with a birth certificate that is on bond paper, and then also it's the name's capitalized and not the way that you actually had written it. There is a reason behind that.

So, I wanted to go ahead and just point you guys to Black's Law Dictionary. This is, um, edition, fourth edition, I believe. Um, yeah, it is fourth edition. It's right there. Um, and then I wanted to go ahead and research this word with you guys, which is capus, uh, dementio. I believe that's how you say it. Maxima. And, uh, sorry, it's diminishio. I hope that's how you say it, because I grasp it on in my brain, and then sometimes it's kind of hard to, um, you know, send it out there. But let's go ahead and jump to that. And right here, it's going to tell you the definition. This is the highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man's condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage. Okay? When he became a slave, it swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights, right? And so, this is what happens when you end up converting an all caps name, right? You have to think of it, uh, in a sense of, let's say you were to open a business, and you open this business, and let's call it Nike, right? Nike has no kind of human, uh, living being rights. It's a dead corp. It's dead. It's a, it has no real, real rights, right? The only rights that this dead corporation has is the rights or the pol or the rights of what the government or the policies and statutes that businesses work under, and what the codes and all of this has to go and abide by. Those are the rights that these businesses have so that it can be, you know, um, doing business correctly. But other than that, there is no actual living soul or a living, you know, actual human with blood vessels, a heartbeat, any of that. You lose your rights as soon as you declare yourself a corporation. In this case, this is what we call also, I'm going to put this in here. Oh, I, I messed up. And legis, which is a creature of the law, an artificial being, as contrasted with a natural person, applied to corporations, considered as deriving their existence entirely from the law. So, you have given up your rights. You've became this corporation. You're saying, "I am this corporation. That's who I am." And you are presenting yourself as a dead corporation. And no one's going to tell you this. They're not going to tell you this because it doesn't benefit them to tell you this. And so that's what I wanted to have you guys know before we get into the birth certificate, because that's kind of the whole way that this all starts. There's a lot of people that know this now, and they're refusing to have babies at the hospital. They don't want to register the baby with a birth certificate because they know by doing that, you're actually selling your baby. You're giving up your baby to the state, and now the state has jurisdiction on what you can and can't do with your child. Uh, same thing with you. If you ever thought of the words parents, if you just listen to it slowly, it's a pair who rents a child. You're renting your child from who you just gave up your child to. And I know that that sounds completely insane, but just bear with me here.

So, we're going to go into the birth certificate now. So, just give me one sec while I move this a little bit. Okay. So, before we move to the birth certificate, I really pray that you guys find this course helpful because it's going to be a challenge for me to do this for 30 days, and it's going to be free. So, I really hope that you guys appreciate this. Just really quick, if you guys do want to donate, I have a Cash App. Uh, I'm going to be linking everything. You know, I would appreciate appreciation because everything is about consideration. But moving forward, before we go into the birth certificate, I want to show you guys one last thing. So, for the capus, uh, de-minishio, I hope that's how you say it. And please do not like, come after me because I butchered the name, because I will block you, 'cause I don't have time for [ __ ] like that. Um, I don't care. Um, if you pay attention to this one, the minima, the lowest or least comprehensive degree of loss of status. This occurs, um, occurred when a man's family relations alone were changed. It happened upon the orrogation of a person who had been his own master, su, uh, sui juris, or upon the emancipation of one who had been under the patria potestas. It has left rights of liberty and citizenship unaltered. And this has to do with Roman law. Um, so if you guys just look through this specifically on a Black's Law Dictionary, you're going to notice that you, you, you were born free. You're born your own master. That is our God-given right. If you guys have not seen my Declaration of Independence video and reading through the Declaration of, um, Independence 1776 video, it's here in my YouTube. So, please go watch it because that tells you the freedom that we have. But there's people that give up their freedom, and it does start with either a birth certificate, or for people that are, they're called immigrants of United States, they end up going ahead and asking for a United States citizenship. And that also is giving up your God-given rights to be your own governor over yourself. As long as you're not violating, violating anyone, um, you know, committing any kind of crime, stealing from people, um, you know, things like that, then those are the, those are the laws of the land. But when you're talking about giving up your rights and becoming a corporation, now you're now you're operating under statutes and policies like a dead corp and a business where you just gave up your status and your God-given rights. And we're going to go into a whole lot of different things because we got 30 days, you guys. 30 days. Okay? I, I don't even know. I don't even know how I'm going to do this, but I'm going to do it for you guys.

So, check this out. I think I may probably put this free. You can probably look it up on Google, uh, the Black's Law Dictionary, but I think I may put it up for free on my website, um, at www.freedomy-enodes.com. So, that's www.freedom-hyphen-um, c-o-d-e-doom. Um, so let's go ahead and now move on to the birth certificate app. Okay, so let's see here. Okay, so we're talking about birth certificates and its registration, right? Because if you actually pull up your birth certificate, it's going to have a registration number on it, right? So, what does it mean? And this goes for any kind of registrations. So, let's go to Black's Law Dictionary, 6th edition, and have it define registration. So, if you see here in Black's Law Dictionary, 6th edition, registration is defined as the act of recording or inserting something in an official register. It involves creating a list, catalog, schedule, or register, particularly of an official nature, or making entries within one. This can include officially recording or listing information in an authoritative or organized system. Um, here's a little bit more of a breakdown. Recording: the core concept is the act of making a record of something. Official register: this implies that the registration takes place in an officially recognized system, like a public registry or a database. And then making the entries: this refers to the specific actions involved in adding information to the register. Essentially, registration is the process of formally documenting something, often to establish rights, obligations, or to provide a record for something. Um, sorry, to provide a record for public or official notice.

Now, let's actually get a little bit deeper because I feel like a lot of people still aren't going to understand this. So, let's get a little bit deeper. Uh, one second. Okay, so I pulled up the official, um, uh, dictionary, the sixth edition, right? And here is, uh, Black's Law Dictionary, sixth edition, edition. So, I'm going to go ahead and, uh, control find if I can on this document. Oh, it won't let me. H, they do this on purpose. But, you know what? Here we go. Registration. Um, we're going to go ahead and look for this. It's going to be probably a lot, but let's go ahead and start looking down here. And I'll pause this until I can find it. Just give me one second.

Okay. So, here you're going to see, uh, register, right? An officer authorized by law to keep a record called register or registry. A book of public facts, such as births, deaths, marriages, also called registry, or the public official who keeps such book. When you're talking about a public official, um, these are the ones that are pretty much, you're, you're, you're giving them the jurisdiction, the state, to pretty much like op, you're operating under whatever they're telling you to operate under because you're registering it with them. I don't know if this makes sense to you guys. Um, and then here is like registered securities. It says, uh, Cre registered bonds, registered stocks, registration of securities, registration statement. Um, and then this is also like, um, you know, another thing that I wanted to point out to you guys is this here, uh, registered corporation, right? A publicly held corporation which has registered under section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C.A. section 781. And it says, see also registration statement. But if we were to go and, let me stop sharing this so that I can, um, go to the other, actually, I think it's here. If we were to go here to the, uh, 12 Securities Exchange Act of 1943, 315 U.S.C. section 781. It says right here, section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, codified as 15 U.S.C. section, uh, 781. I'm sorry. I think I was missing an A, or I thought there was an A there. Uh, may I, may have, um, mistakenly put an A. No, there was an A there. Uh, that's a bit weird. Hm. Um, yeah, that's a little weird. But anyways, it says here, section 781 outlines the registration requirements for securities traded on national exchanges and certain companies with large numbers of shareholders. It says, here's a breakdown of the key aspects of section 12. National Securities Exchange listing, 12B. Securities must be registered with the secretary, which is the secretary of state, uh, of whatever state that you register and the exchange before trading on a national exchange. This involves filing a detailed registration statement. Widely held equity securities, section 12G. Companies meeting, um, meeting certain asset and shareholder thresholds must register with the secretary of the state. Um, one second.

Okay, so I've kind of outlined it a little bit for you guys. Um, and so while we're getting into the birth certificate, this is all steps that I have taken to better comprehend, right? And I'm pretty sure that you guys have heard of the cestui que trust, where, you know, that's what the birth certificate is, and blah, blah, blah, right? So, let me take you to what the cestui que trust is and how it links to a birth certificate. So, here we go. Let me go ahead and share my screen. All right. So, here's the cestui que trust, and it says, he who has rights to a beneficial interest in and out of an estate, the legal title to which is vested in another. The person, okay, person, obviously, is something that you need to understand too, what it means, because it does not mean what we have been told that it means. Okay. So, again, this is Black's Law Dictionary, sixth edition. We're going to go into what a person is. Okay. Um, the person who possesses the equitable right to property and receives the rents, issues, and profits thereof, the legal estate of which is vested in a trustee, the beneficiary of a trust. Okay, so there's that. Then there's the cestui que or cest, uh, cestui. The person whose life measures the duration of a trust, gift, estate, or insurance contract. Person on whose life insurance is written. The person for whose life any lands, tenements, or, uh, hereditaments are held. Hereditaments are held. So, basically, you're supposed to be benefiting from this, but somehow you're not benefiting from a birth certificate. Somehow it's not really, um, benefiting you in any way because, I, if you are, how I was before, it always felt like, how is this the land of the free? How is it that I was born here and I'm a United States citizen? And all I feel is like I'm being taken, like I'm constantly getting things taken from me. My paychecks being, uh, you know, wages are being taken. I used to work in sales and marketing, so I used to have really big commissions and I had really big sales and, um, and bonuses. And I, if you're in sales or in marketing, and if you know anything about bonuses and commissions, you would know that they're taxed differently. They're not taxed like regular wages where you get like 20 to, uh, 10 to 20% taken out. No, a bonus or a commission or anything like that, they take out sometimes like 60%. So, there were times that I had, you know, brought in, you know, $10 to $20,000 in commissions and bonuses, and then all of a sudden, I'm looking at a pay, I'm looking at a commission and bonus that's like at $7,000. So, to me, that was very frustrating. Right. So, I was just so pissed off because I'm like, how is this? How am I putting my blood, my sweat, my tears into everything that I'm doing, and there is not much getting given back? Like, I see this big commission check and this big bonus check, and I'm not getting what I should be getting, and like, I'm getting little crumbs of whatever they tell me that I can get. How, how is that me benefiting from it? Right? So, that, that kind of caused a lot of, um, red flags for me. And then we're going to keep going over, you know, because this all ties into you registering yourself as a dead entity because that's what it is. So, let's go to where, uh, it's person, right? So,

So, person, what does person mean, right? Whoopsie. There's going to be a lot of things for persons here. So, let's just try to maybe go to, um, Oh, it's probably going to be over here. I'm going to pause this for a second so I can figure out where person's at. Okay, so I'm back, and I didn't want to scroll through all of that because it's just too much. So, I just typed in person definition in Black's Law Dictionary. So, really bluntly, it says here in Black's Law Dictionary, a person is defined as any being whom the law regards as capable of rights and duties. Okay, what rights and duties, right? What rights and duties do we have? Do they, does the government give you? Right. This definition, um, encompasses both natural persons, human beings, and legal persons, artificial entities like corporations. Ah, okay. Do you see how there's all these different definitions of persons? You know, when you go into, uh, a courtroom, or you're dealing with contracts, and you're dealing with all these different paperwork, nobody's defining, defi, giving you the definitions on what the hell, uh, do they mean by a person? Or they're not telling you because they don't have to tell you. You know, ignorance of the law is nobody's fault other than your own. So, you're telling me that there is something that a legal person is an artificial entity like a corporation, right? So, here are some details and a breakdown. A human being recognized by law as having rights and duties, and an entity other than a natural person that is treated as a person for legal purposes. This includes corporations, partnerships, and other organizations. Therefore, the key takeaway is that the legal concept of person isn't solely limited to humans. It also extends to entities recognized by laws as having legal rights and obligations. But what that means is, if you really read between the lines, is that just like a corporation, they have certain rights, right? They have certain, uh, uh, um, obligations that they need to meet, right? Like, uh, oh, if you want to do a tax write-off, if this, if that, you know, all of this, that is a dead corporation that still has rights and obligations and is treated like a dead entity. So, is a person. You don't know who the hell they're talking to you about when, and all of these courts, not most of the courts, not all, not some of the courts, all of the courts that you walk into is talking about a legal entity because they cannot talk to you other than unless you are presenting yourself as a corporation. Point blank, period. So, how do you become a corporation? When you end up getting a birth certificate, you register your all caps name, it gets pretty much trademarked into their system, and now you become this legal entity, this legal person that now you have given them the rights because you came to them and said, "Hey, this is what I, I, I want to do." Uh, you know, just like if you were to go and register your business of, you know, cookie crumbles, let's just say I just had a cookie crumble from Starbucks the other day, or actually this morning. And let's just say that I want to make a business out of it or a corporation, which I am very against businesses as far as it not being a faith-based organization, but that's a whole another story. But let's just say I wanted to go ahead and go into business and trademark cookie crumble. And then, you know, I take it to the secretary of state. I apply. I register it. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I get a certificate that I'm like, now I'm, I'm having this business. I'm operating. But I don't go into court saying I'm cookie crumble. Do you know what I'm saying? So, we've been really, really mind-fucked about who we are, what are we presenting, and what the difference is.

So, now going back, right? You, there is a lot of, sometimes just one topic, it's really hard to explain completely so that you can really grasp the concept and the factual facts of it all. Um, you know, that's why I say, like, you cannot get all of this information in a 10-second reel. You can't do that. Like, you're being programmed to really just be stupid, honestly. And, and really have like ADHD where it's like, "Oh, if I can't learn this in 10 seconds, then I don't want to learn it." Then I don't know what the [ __ ] to tell you. Like, I'm actually giving this [ __ ] for free. I've done the research. I'm bringing it to you guys. And then you guys can definitely figure out what the [ __ ] you want to do. But other than that, it's like, I don't, I can't really do much. Do you know what I'm saying? And, and it's really up to us on what we want to do about this. So, I mean, if you want to keep getting taxed, if you want to, you know, keep giving your kids to the system, if you want to keep, that's on you. Everybody, we all live the way that we want to live. We all have our choices to make in life. I'm just here spreading awareness. And so, um, so now let's go back to, well, how did this all begin, right? How, how, how did all of this, you know, like, where did this come from? Is this really, is this like a slave, like, you know, slave trade, or is this slavery? Is this considered, um, you know, whatever. So, I think that the best way that you can actually think about or go back to is obviously, I'm always going to say the Declaration of Independence. And if you haven't seen that, please go check that video out. I cannot stress that out enough. That is a number one document everybody should be reading. Point blank. Period. Okay. But if you want to get a little bit more into history as far as how did this stuff kind of intertwine with each other, then we're going to go ahead and go to United States and the bankruptcy and the abolishment of the gold standard in 1933. Okay. So, there was the Great Depression, obviously, in the 1930s. It was pushed by the United States to, uh, to the brink of the fi, um, to the brink of the financial collapse with the banking system, uh, detering on the edge of bankruptcy. So, thousands of banks failed, wiping out the life savings of millions of Americans. Okay, millions. Do you see United States? And then there's Americans. There's a big difference, you guys. Some people just want to like open up a book and have all the [ __ ] answers right in front of them. And do you see all the different ways that I have to research certain themes, just, just, just one topic, just one little topic, right? And I don't even know if I can keep doing this for like the next 30 days where I'm going to get this much into detail because I'm already getting tired, and it's just day one. But, you know, here, here it talks about the crisis prompt by President, uh, Franklin D. Roosevelt's administration to take drastic action, including abolishing the gold standard in 1933. Now, what the hell does this have to do with a birth certificate? Oh, well, it has a lot to do with the birth certificate. Let me tell you why. Um, because when all of this happened, right? Okay. And if you, and if you kind of just really go through, like, the history of the abolishment of gold and silver and it being lawful money, right? That was what was backed by. That is what debts or or or or real payments were being made from. It was being made from actual money, gold and silver. That's what it was backed by. If I said, "You owe me $20 in gold and silver," then I would get whatever ounce I need to get, or a certificate of silver or gold so that I can go exchange it for whatever I want to. Now, because of the abolishment of gold and silver, now money is backed by what? If it's not backed by gold and silver, it's backed by our labor, our blood, sweat, and tears. That's what it's backed by. So, we are the ones now being used as the vessel and being used as the collateral. Okay? As far as I'm going to pay you this, because everything has to do with energy. Everything has to me putting this out here for the public. That is my energy. That's something that I can never, ever get back. Ever. Five seconds ago just passed. I can't get that back. 10 years ago just passed. I can't get that back. So, now it's being used that we are now the collateral. And where does the birth certificate come into place? Well, United States didn't start doing or or or are mandating birth certificates until around this time where they abolished the, uh, the gold and silver coincidence. Much? I don't think so. So, let's go ahead and look into when birth certificates were starting to be made, uh, mandatory, if you will. Okay, so here it goes. You know, birth certificates in the United States were not made mandatory at a specific date. While state-level birth registration began early, all states had established birth records systems by 1919. However, the use of a standardized birth certificate wasn't uniformly adopted until the 1930s, right near the like where they took people's gold and said, we can no longer use it. So, what the [ __ ] are we going to use? A piece of paper backed by what, exactly? Our blood, sweat, and tears, our labor. And you cannot pay a debt with a debt. Meaning that they're saying, they're never going to say that that's what it's backed by, like our blood, sweat, and tears. They're saying, "Oh, no. We back it by a Federal Reserve note." Well, what the [ __ ] is a Federal Reserve note? A Federal Reserve note is an IOU. It's not real money. So, it, you cannot pay a debt with a debt. I mean, let me show you something real quick, too. But, but you can definitely look this up. You know, everything that I'm saying, just, just Google it, okay? If I did not, um, uh, share the right screen. I apologize. I have many screens up, and I'm trying to make sure that I go by, um, everything that need, that it needs to go by. But I know that we just went through the history of like, you know, them abolishing, you know, uh, the gold, the gold and silver standard, um, when the birth certificates were created, or when they kind of like started making sure that everybody had a birth certificate. Um, and then also I wanted to go into, um, you know, obviously, what is a Federal Reserve note? And I posted something on my Instagram that I thought was super helpful. And so, I think what I'm going to do, I'm probably going to share him on my, uh, platform here. It's really, really like, uh, really good for you to know. Um, his name is Jerry Day. He's one of the people that I think is amazing. Um, he kind of was one of the first, uh, people that I seen out there in the movement, uh, back when I started my journey about five, almost six years ago. And so, um, I still learn so much just from like going through some of his materials. So, let me just pull that up really quick so that we can go through the modern money mechanics that's directly from the Internal Revenue Reserve because, or the Internal Revenue Service, because that is what we're using today. We're not using, uh, you know, um, we're not using money that's backed by gold and silver. We're using a Federal Reserve note that has no kind of, uh, anything there. There's, it's not backed by anything other than our negligence of, um, not knowing what we're doing, and, and the collateral, uh, is our stupidity, um, to put it quite frankly. Um, so let me go ahead and see if I can put him like side by side, and that way you guys can listen to the full, uh, video. Hold on.

Okay, here we go, you guys. I'm going to play this really quick. I know this probably video is getting a little too long. I have like two more things that I want to talk about, um, after this video, and, um, I want you guys to really comprehend. So, re-watch this video if you have to. Okay.

>> I have no idea why people have faith in God or anything else they can't see or touch. I'm not religious. But I've noticed that many people who subscribe to the supremacy and authority of God are starting to have a problem with the presumed supremacy and authority of government. They feel they can only serve one master. They feel that to serve two masters requires the betrayal of one master for the benefit of the other. An impossible conflict. As government presumes more and more authority and casts itself in the role of God, that conflict grows greater. Our government now tortures, kidnaps, assassinates, engages in slave trade through taxation of wages and earnings, and puts innocent citizens in bondage of debt without their consent. Our government, the one we pay for, the one we created, is doing things the Bible says good men may not do. On our dollar, it says, "In God we trust." That expression was not used by our forefathers to affirm their religion. Our nation's founders did not have the slightest doubt of the existence of God. They put that expression on the money as a defiant declaration against King George III that we choose to trust God and not any king or government. It meant that we recognized that God created man with unalienable rights and man created government under him with no rights and limited authority. For government to assume any authority above man is inverted reasoning and false presumption. There's an example of government's false presumption right on this dollar bill. We are told this is money. It says dollar. I looked at an old law dictionary and it said that a dollar is money measured in gold or silver. If it is not gold or silver, it is not money under the law. Well, the dollar is not gold or silver, nor is it backed by gold or silver. But it must have value of some kind. The Federal Reserve prints them, loans them out, and demands them back with interest. There must be some value there. Surely, the Federal Reserve is not so greedy and criminal as to charge our government interest on something that has no value. Fortunately, the Federal Reserve did explain the fundamentals of its money a few years ago in a bulletin called Modern Money Mechanics. So, let's see what the creator, lender, and owner of your dollar says about its value. In the United States, neither paper currency nor deposits have any value as commodities. That means that both your cash and your bank account have no intrinsic value. They are, in fact, worthless in legal, economic, and practical terms. The only reason that Federal Reserve notes can function at all as currency is, quote, "the confidence people have that they will be able to exchange them for real goods and services." They're suggesting dollars are not even real. So, even the Federal Reserve, the originator of our currency, has admitted that Federal Reserve notes have absolutely no value outside of our imaginations. So much for Federal Reserve propaganda. That was the good news. The truth is much worse than that. When you accept and use Federal Reserve notes, to you, they have negative value. They are damage to you. When you get a dollar, you are not getting money. You are trading your labor, goods, or services for an obligation, a debt. At the very top of the dollar, it does not say Federal Reserve money or Federal Reserve currency. It says Federal Reserve note, as in promissory note. If you're familiar with promissory notes, you will recognize the creditor's name goes at the top. The debtor, just below the signature of the debtor's representative and a witness, and the enumeration of the debt that is not a dollar. It is an IOU for a dollar, an instrument of debt and obligation of the United States government. And by taking possession of it, you become a debtor. Your government borrowed that dollar at interest and promised that you would pay the interest through all kinds of taxes, fees, fines, licenses, permits, judgments, and demands. As the Federal Reserve said, the dollar is not a commodity. It is a contract of debt attaching itself to anyone who touches it. That contract says those notes may be taken from you at the whim of government. Anything you buy with it may be confiscated by government. It's fool's money. The Federal Reserve note is the shackle and gun of the slave system known as fiat currency. The Federal Reserve banks have trapped our government into constantly begging for more and more loans and to push worthless debt notes on every American in a snowballing crisis of public debt and toxic currency. This note is the single most destructive force against our economy, wealth, and our freedoms and our opportunities, not to mention the integrity of our government's finances. It is truly a system of bondage and economic suffocation. Most Americans are fully brainwashed to think this is money. The hour is late and the problem is massive. Any solution now will have to be as large as the problem. So, it is time for all of us who care about our future to start imagining a world where we no longer use debt and we no longer use unbacked currencies. And most important of all, that we never again allow our government to borrow. I'm Jerry Day. This is Matrix News Network. >>
