Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel. If you're new here, don't forget to like, subscribe, drop a comment. These are really going to help the channel find more people, and it's going to help you see more content just like this.
We're diving straight into this one today because we've got a fair bit to go over. I have no doubt that you're up to date with the Jane Street situation. You know the ins and outs, and you know how this whole media campaign really started. And this isn't someone specifically pushing it to begin with. This was more or less the release of court documents in New York, which we gave you links to in the previous video. If you haven't seen that, go back, have a look at it. Go look at the links. Go look at the court documents yourself.
This is actually amazing because what you're witnessing firsthand, you've got a front row seat to damage control. You're currently seeing a massive entity, right? Uh is a multinational quantitive investment firm with over 3,000 people hired across its global offices in New York, Singapore, London, and Hong Kong. This entity is now getting to work and it is doing damage control. And this is professional stuff. I mean, the last time I saw something like this was when Diddy was getting sentenced. And I have to hand it to him. Whoever was handling his marketing campaign was doing exactly what they needed to do.
I have no doubt you're like me and you've probably seen the Netflix documentary. If you haven't, go and watch it because it gives you a very good insight on how an entity that is hired for the specific terms of doing damage control of taking a a situation which is very bad. It's not good for the entity itself and diminishing it in many different ways. And Jane Street are absolute professionals at doing this. This whole thing started as a court document in New York. As I've said, go back, look at that. And now it's being turned into, well, actually, we're not liable for what happened with terror. Instead, it's far worse. We're liable for the whole bare market that we're in right now. Hey, we're liable for stuff in India, too. They are taking what is a very serious situation, which they're going to have to go through the US court system for regardless. Even though they're doing damage control. But this is now all about diminishing what is a very serious situation.
So what you were just looking at is a screenshot. It's not an actual live web page. That was what I showed in my previous video or the video before and it was on the day. Those were the articles that you could see on the day. But now what you're actually seeing is a completely different viewpoint. So going to crypto news which really consolidates all of the news media outlets into one place. As you can see on the left hand side I've got search by exact match and my location is everywhere and we're doing it for all time. We've put in Jane Street and what can you see 6 hours ago trader Van Pep saying Bitcoin presenting lifetime opportunity to accumulate. Here's why investor reveals year-long insider trading at Axion DEX platform. Black Rockck adds 289 million. And then just here, was Jane Street responsible for the monthsl long decline in Bitcoin and altcoins? Experts investigated and provided the answer. We've got an article here 16 hours ago which was specifically about Jane Street possibly being responsible for the US and Luna crash back in May 2022, which we know to be the case because of the run of the anatomy done by MIT. We know all of these things. It's not a secret at this point. It's just the US court system is now getting to it.
For the amount of people that are buzzing about this, the amount of news that is circulating and was circulating in terms of this whole Jane Street thing, X Luna Classic, now what we're seeing is a completely different viewpoint and a lot of these articles are being pulled and they yes are being replaced. If you just quickly look below the one I was speaking about, analysts reject Jane Street's 10:00 a.m. dump. claims say Bitcoin isn't easily manipulated. This whole thing's now been turned into, oh, actually, we're responsible for the entire bare market that you're all going through at this moment in time.
Now, Jeff Park is uh someone that was a adviser for the Bitwise investor account. He's an ex Morgan Stanley uh employee. He also studied at Stanford. This is according to his profile and the research that I have done. And he's saying, "Everybody is asking is Jane Street why Bitcoin isn't at $150,000. As expected, the answer is trickier than the question, but it's also more structurally unsettling than the conspiracy theory itself. And once you understand the actual mechanics, you won't be able to unsee them."
Going through and reading this, he's basically saying Jane Street are responsible for the bare market. They've done stuff in India. Not even actually mentioning right the May 2022 crash which loads of people uh unal alive themselves. Loads of people became essentially worthless. It absolutely wrecked the cryptocurrency market as a whole. It is possibly the biggest event that we've been through in crypto in terms of negativity alongside people like uh SPF and the whole FTX thing, right? It is on par to be the biggest one, but they're diminishing it down to nothing. Okay, actually we're we're we're not responsible for this. We're responsible for everything. Everything's our fault. Everything's our fault. And they're diminishing the actual issue itself. Hey, Jeff Park saying it's a conspiracy theory. It's just a conspiracy theory. Court documents are conspiracy theories. The allegations being made by the US courts are conspiracy theories. Oh, I guess everybody's a tin foil hatw wearer according to Jeff Park.
We have to be so careful because yes, this entity is getting to work. I I must admit it's beautiful because essentially right Jane Park is worth a lot of money and when you're worth a lot of money and Shan Diddy Kums is the best person to really reference in this situation based on available reports the media campaigns and public relation efforts have been handled by a mix of in-house executives at Kum Enterprises and specialized external agencies. If someone like Diddy, right, was hiring out companies to go out and diminish all of these allegations which are essentially true down to conspiracy theories to a point where he's not actually charged for the crimes that he likely committed. Instead, it's diminished down to this very, very basic crime. This is exactly what Jane Street are doing. They are diminishing their responsibility and their part in yes, the May 2022 crash. And anybody that's read that MIT report knows exactly what went down.
More articles. Not Jane Street, not Binance. Why is Bitcoin really down? These people see the light. They're now going out and they're diminishing this media entity representative, whoever is handling the PR right now for Jane Street. This is someone who has seen through it and has now seen an opportunity, right, to create some network traffic based off of another baseless article. So, you get more of these baseless articles and then it just spins out of control from there. And now we're at a point, right, where the current news feeds are barely even picking up on anything we're talking about. They don't care that Jane Street's responsible for the May 2022 crash because everybody thinks they're are now responsible for the biggest bare market that we are going through. I have one word, professional. And that's it. This is a professional team getting to work in front of your eyes. And like I said, you've got a front row seat to this whole thing. We have to be so careful going forward.
But all is not negative. The the traffic is good because those who kind of see through these BS articles and all of this nonsense, if you will, have likely gone and purchased a little bit of Terra Classic. They've likely gone on YouTube, see how you stake that terror classic. They've probably looked at a tutorial we've made on the channel. It's all cause and effect. Negative media is not always bad. People that work in media say any media coverage, whether it's good or bad, is good media coverage. Because if you're an entity, right, that can spin this into your courtyard, right? If you could essentially get everybody to look at you for one thing and then you dangle a little carrot in another place for them, people are going to come by and they're going to send a nice green candle onto our chart. And yes, this is on the day view. This is not by the hour. So, this would look quite crazy if you were looking on the day view. I have no doubt a lot of people are jumping on this.
This now falls down to us uh the whole user retention thing, right? Going uh through that. But looking out and zooming out, right, we do need to understand that the situation hasn't changed. We're still in this downtrend. Although we're pushing out of this downward channel that we're currently in for a certain amount of time, we need to hold outside of this channel now. And we need to get a push really outside of this big descending wedge. And we need to hold and we need to chart a new pattern going upwards. So yes, then we confirm that downtrend. But like I said, we need a carrot to dangle. And in this situation, the carrot that you should really be dangling is definitely going to be unburned assets, right? Going in and saying to everybody, "Hey, hang on a minute, guys. We actually do have something crazy we could do. We could burn 2.8 billion US coins that are remaining on Binance that belong to TfL." We could also go ahead and we could say, "Oh, we've also got what would be around 9% of the total remaining supply in eight Project Dorm wallets that we don't even need the SEC to burn. We don't even need TfL to burn them. We can burn them through governance." That's the carrot that we should be dangling at this point after we've got all of the attention after this media campaign and the spin-off, the whitewash, the the professionalization, right, from this PR team. It all ends up at stuff like this. How are you going to retain these users? How are you going to get that user to go out and start screaming to other people, you should buy Lum cuz they're going to burn through all of these assets and the price is going to go to the moon. It's going to do what? ship did when Vitalik burned 50% of the ship supply. You know, these are all things that can happen. It spins out of control like you've just seen how it started and how it ended. Well, look at what is on the line right now. You've got the attention. Dangle the carrot. Here's your carrot, guys. Stay safe, stay humble, stay aware, and I'm going catch you next.
