Today we're going to do a dewy, dewy, radiant skin care look using all new makeup products. And I'm also going to share with you some new skin care that I've been testing out for a little while. One is something that I brought back from the archives, but the other three are pretty new to me and um one of them I've been testing out for just a little bit before it got launched. One of them is for the body, you guys. And it is so incredibly timely and perfect, and it was a surprise hit.

So, I want to get right into it because I'm going to share with you exactly how I got this look today. It is a very simple and straightforward glowy look that I think is absolutely perfect for the summer. And um Okay, so let's get into it.

First of all, for skin care, what I did was I started my skincare routine today with the Skin Iceland. This is the Icelandic youth uh recovery. I think that's what they're still calling it. No, Icelandic youth serum. Now you guys, I've recommended this for years. This is the product that I am bringing back from the archives. And the reason for that is recently I did a video on the trilogy, the vitamin C, the um SPF and DNA repair enzymes. Those are the three things that I think are super super important to an AM routine in the spring and summer. And I had that caveat that if you don't want to use vitamin C, an antioxidant, it's really about an antioxidant that is important in that trio. Now, vitamin C has its own um perks, of course, but so many of you asked me in my DMs and in the comment section, what can I use instead of vitamin C? Because I have tried I've tried the derivatives. I tried eloscorbic acid. I can't use it. I don't like it. I don't like how it's so unstable. Blah blah blah. and what can I use and my answer and this has been the same answer for years and years was the skin Iceland aazanthin now aazanthin was actually the answer that's the antioxidant that my that I go to very first if I'm not using vitamin C and then beyond that it is the skin Iceland I have searched and I've really just never found one that I like as much talking like years and years and years five plus years I've been recommending this particular product here's the deal with asan thin. You're going to hear people say that it's 6,000 times more, it has more antioxidant potential than vitamin C. It's just a little different than vitamin C. And I am doing a dedicated video to aazanthin. You will see that very soon. And I'll get into the nitty-gritty about the details of aazanthin and how it can work and how it doesn't work and all of the things. But just know that this particular serum is so beautiful. It is very hydrating but not greasy and it provides that antioxidant protection. I love it too because aazanthin can help with preventing sunburn. Now, it's definitely nowhere near a replacement for SPF and it might have a little bit more to do with taking athin and maybe combining the topical, but aazanthin that's one of its, you know, things is that it can help your skin resilience to sun damage to UV induced arythemma and stuff like that. So, this is the serum that I used first and I love it and I've loved it for years and it's perfect going into summertime and it is absolutely perfect if you want a nice glowy complexion with your makeup. Now, I would argue too though that if you are normal, combination, or oily, I think that that's still a great serum. It is very, very lightweight and um just really beautiful.

Now, after I put that on, I put on a new body sunscreen. And that is the Sunglaze body gel cream sunscreen from Kapari. This is SPF of 50. This was sent to me. And honestly, I don't know. I I see some kind of body screen sunscreens and I'm indifferent half the time, but I was intrigued by the idea of a body gel cream. And the name sunglaze actually got me. You guys, this is so good. It is like a gel cream of course, but when you put it on, it doesn't give you like shimmer or anything like that, but it gives a beautiful luminosity to the skin. I tested it out the first time just on the back of my hands when it came in in PR, and immediately I was like, "Wo, that made the back of my hands look really beautiful without being tacky or sticky or anything. Just really hydrated and kind of glowy without being shimmery or anything like that. There is no not to my I can't see that there's any shimmer in there, but it's definitely more of a hydrated glowy complexion where have I applied it. So, I'm super excited to have this and I'm very thankful that they sent it to me cuz I may not have picked this up on my own. And um it's absolutely wonderful. It comes in one of those tube with a pump and um perfect for taking on the go too. So, that's what I did next.

Now, what I used for my moisturizer today is the new launch from Photozyme. I'm gonna tell you that I am using this in a way that it is does not say on the bottle and I do not care. I've been testing out the iterations of this for a long time. So, I've known about this for quite a long time, but when I in the last month or so testing out the finalized version, one day I just decided I wanted to test it on my face because I really really love the consistency of it. It is somewhere between a cream and a serum and it's it's a hybrid of those two things and it is definitely perfect for your neck and your decllete but it has a moisturizing um property to it that leaves you looking really beautifully hydrated. It immediately takes down crepey looking skin, dry dehydration, stuff like that. Well, that's what I want on my face. And so, I decided to test it out on my face. And lo and behold, it is probably my new favorite daytime moisturizer for my face. And I may even end up using this at night, too. I don't know. It is so beautiful. And I'm telling you, they don't say it's a facial moisturizer. So, take that for what you want. If you are somebody who plays around with your skin care, too, you know, but um I love it that way. Now, of course, this is photozyme, so it has the DNA repair enzymes in it. It has all three of the DNA repair enzymes in it. So, this with the aazanthin was my antioxidant and it was my DNA repair enzymes, but it was also my moisturizer. So, that was done. You know what I mean? Which I really, really like in the summertime because I want my skin to be hydrated. I want it to look glowy. I don't want any dehydration, all of that stuff. But I also often like to, you know, take down the number of things I put on my skin just so that you don't feel heavy and kind of um almost claustrophobic, you know. So, this has been just a beautiful combination. Now, of course, normally I use my photozyme um vitamin C in the morning, but because I was using the aisanthin and certainly because I was using the elev. You don't have to use multiple forms of antioxidants or multiple forms of DNA repair enzymes. You can just pick one and go with it and not waste the product. Right? So, that's what I did there. And already my skin felt nice and hydrated. And remember, if you're watching this, watching me do this, that I pink up a ton. I get very, very pink as I'm doing my skinincare.

The final thing that I did before I went on with my makeup was I tried a new sunscreen. Now, this is the Tatcha the Milky sunscreen. And I have to say, this is absolutely a gorgeous sunscreen. I saw it a lot on my friend Alyssa's Instagram. She really, really likes this one. her channel or her Instagram is My Glowtos. Um, I'll definitely link her down below if you're not following her. She's lovely. She is such a fun account to follow. Her fashion inspires me all the time. Her skin care is fantastic. She just she's just a wonderful account to follow. Anyway, she really likes this one. And so, of course, I was interested in finding it because I typically like to use European sunscreens. I like to use Korean sunscreens, that kind of thing. But I really, really want to find a sunscreen in the United States that has that texture, has that lightweight feel, has that, you know, just disappears into your skinish and plays really well with your skinincare. It plays really well with your makeup. And this does appear to be that. Now, when I shared this over on Instagram, I do have to say that I did get a couple DMs of people who used this, really liked it, but they were like, "I went through it so fast." So, I want to put that out there cuz this is my first tube of it. And um I just started using it in the last week. It is really new to me and I already know how much I love the consistency of it and I love the way it plays with my skincare, my makeup. No peeling in any of this stuff. And um but do know that these are not cheap. Tatcha is not a cheap brand. And um so you know, take that into consideration because that was some feedback that I've gotten recently on this one. But I love the way it feels and looks.

All right, on to makeup. I found some really cool stuff at the drugstore recently and I am a sucker for cream makeup, you guys. I absolutely love a good cream makeup. Recently, I've been using the no makeup makeup, which I really, really like. I also love Monica Blender. That's another good one. The Dior stick is such a good cream makeup. But of course, it's wonderful if you can find a good one at the drugstore, and it's hard to do that. Like, I try them all. And this one is new. It's the L'Oreal True Match. And let me tell you, number one, the matches, the actual colors are fantastic. Like, they get the neutrals just right. It is not too warm and it is not too pink. It's none of that. And this one in particular, it reminds me so much. They used to have a cushion compact. And of course, this is nothing like a cushion compact, but the color, the color in that cushion compact back in the day was absolutely perfect. I think it was called like Lumi Glow or Lumi something or other. Lumi Cushion. And this one is I think I have the color two. Two. This is two, maybe three, you guys. I'll put it I will put the exact color in the description box. I don't have my glasses on. But it's absolutely gorgeous. And the packaging is really cool. So, the top actually opens up and you have the product, right? And it is a creamy, dreamy, hydrated, dewy type of um dewy type of product. So, this is not a cream to powder. This is definitely a cream that leaves you dewy and glowy, but not greasy and sticky. Cuz I put all my skin care on, which is decent amount, and I still can put this on and feel like my skin looks like skin and doesn't feel like a grease slick or anything like that. So, don't be afraid of it, especially if you have normal or even normal to combo skin. Oily skin, you might not like this because it might just leave you a little too dewy dewy. Okay. So, you can close the top part, but then it actually has a bottom part with a mirror. Ah, that has a little sponge, which I probably won't use, but I'm going to keep on hand just for if I wanted to take it for touch-ups. But what I like is the bottom part locks, too. So, you're not opening up to the sponge. You literally have the top part that opens and closes and locks. You have the bottom part that opens and has the mirror, the sponge, and closes and locks. It's just really great. And I think I paid $12 for it, I think. And you know that they're always running, you know, sales and stuff like that.

Well, what I did was I grabbed my Lumi Gion. And this one is in, I believe, the color 902. So, so, so pretty. I wanted it to be an extra glowy look. I wanted it to look really sun-kissed and um dewy and all of that. So, I just took a little bit of this and I poured it in just a little into this and I swirled it all together with a brush. And then I dot it all over my face and a little bit down my neck just to disperse that product. And that is mostly the only foundation. I go back just one more time maybe on my chin just to get a little bit of um additional coverage where I'm red. And I then I just buff it into the skin. And it is such a pretty finish. I love it. And in real life in outside in the car, stuff like that. I mean, the first time I did this, which was a couple days ago, all day I kept being like, wow, you are having such a good skin day. Like looking in, you know, catch a reflection in your rearview mirror or whatever, and it's like, dang, it looks so glowy and beautiful for a drugstore. In fact, I would argue that this is one of the best cream makeups that I've tried in a long time across the board, counting the expensive department store stuff that I've tried as well. So, that was my actual foundation. And then what I did do was I went back with a damp beauty blender and I just bounced around to kind of pick up anywhere that might have had a little bit excess foundation so that it looks seamless and so that it kind of pushes into the skin but also lifts off any, you know, areas where it might be a little bit heavy. Especially because I'm doing this, filming it, I'm not standing in my, you know, bathroom doing it just like normal. So I wanted to make sure that it was kind of seamless. And I love that in general when I do foundation, if I use a foundation brush, I love to go back with a beauty blender and really um pounce it out so that it's kind of airbrushed. Right.

Okay. So, I then went in with the new blush from Ravie. Now, this blush is called Heaven. And if you haven't seen this, this is Ali Glime's line, Ravie. And this blush is um a tribute to her sister who passed away. And if you did not catch Alli's video where she debuted these blushes, um I'm going to link it in the description box because um it's just really wonderful. It's really sweet and it's very very touching and moving. And if you follow Ally, you know that she's one of the nicest people on the planet. Like I know her in person and she's truly one of the very nicest people on the planet. Love, love to support her. But beyond that is gorgeous. It looks like it is so unassuming. It looks like it's almost nothing, right? Because it's this baby pink. But what it does is it just gives a little life to the skin. It is not like overtly, oh my god, you have blush on. But what I like about this color, too, I actually used it to set around my eyes a little bit. I I like it just a little here and there because it's kind of this pale pink, almost translucent, but obviously there's a little bit more than translucency because it is a baked blush, but it's so sheer in the best way. It just has such a gorgeous finish to it. Uh it's so pretty. I wish you could really see the marbling, you guys. It's just absolutely gorgeous. Anyway, so I used this as a blush and that also helps to just kind of set down the foundation slash the um lotion. I used it around my eyes just with one of Nikki's brushes, the best brush ever made, which is Nikki and uh BK Beauty. This is the N19. This was sold out forever and seriously sold out forever. Comes back, they sell it. I mean, it is just an insanely viral brush because what it does is it replaces your beauty blender. It replaces so many different things you can use this for. I love it for putting into cushion blush and I'll actually use it that way. Obviously, I love to put down some powder around my eyes and I feel like that triangle just gets right in where you want it to go and you can literally just press that kind of stuff in. So, you're not using a puff or a brush or like a a um a puff or a beauty blender. You can use this in spots where you want to just kind of, you know, I don't know. It's just a great brush, you guys. It is unique and wonderful. So, I used that along with the Rav to kind of get around my eyes so that I could go in with my eyeliners.

Now, all I'm doing for my eyes lately, and this has been pretty consistent since the launch of Mature Beauty, is I have been using Gabby's Mature Beauty um eyeliners. I'm hooked on them. I don't even want to pick up anything else. I seriously considered decluttering all of my other brown, champagne colored, um certainly all of my browns and my blacks. All of them. I'm like, I don't really need these. I should give them away. I'm never going to use them again. That's how I feel cuz I love these so much. Particularly the chocolate brown and the champagne bronze. These two colors are so freaking gorgeous and they're like butter, but then the other end has this wonderful angled brush that is so perfect for, you know, kind of like pulling the product out. Then it sets down and it sticks around. Now, Gabby would say that if you are looking for something that's going to be, you know, like 24-hour wear or whatever, these are not that. However, I would argue though that they are pretty bulletproof. They definitely last a workday and they look really good all day. They don't smudge. They don't run down your face. They are just wonderful. I actually haven't used them in my waterline yet, so I'm not sure about that or at least I haven't given them a test in my waterline that I can think of. Mostly what I'm doing is I'm laying down the chocolate brown first and I'm doing the tiniest hint of a wing, which I never did before, but I started doing because these are so easy to work with. All of a sudden, I feel like I can do my eyeliner, which is really super duper cool. So, I lay down the chocolate as close to my lash line as I can possibly get, and then I use that angled brush and I smudge it into the lash line. And I also will take that angled brush and try and pull the little tiny tiny tiny wing. I'm talking minuscule just a touch out so that it has a little sharpness to it. Then I go back in with the champagne bronze. And I go over the chocolate brown. And then I take another brush of Nikki's. This is Nikki and BK Beauty. Of course, this is the N12. And I just smudge it up a little. I smoke out the chocolate plus the champagne bronze. And I think it's the prettiest eye look. Now, I do go back in with a champagne bronze underneath my eye. And I cannot tell you the last time I used a an actual eyeliner on the lower lash. I usually use um eye shadow and stuff like that because eyeliners can look so harsh. But I use the champagne bronze and then I go back in with this N12 and I just sit and I gently buff it out and it kind of looks like a blown out um eyeshadow only it sticks around a lot longer and it looks a lot prettier. That champagne bronze is just this shimmering sun. I mean, it is just so beautiful. It's the perfect color for summer. The other thing that I've been doing is only using the champagne bronze, putting it all around my eye and smoking it out as a one and done and put on some mascara and I'm done. And I love that too. The idea that this is my entire eye look for the summer is so appealing to me. these three things and I am good to go for well I take that back and my mascara and I'm good to go for my eye look and I can kind of do a bunch of different variations of a look with these things.

The I did use the Sky Tubes mascara. This is a new find for me as well in the last 3 weeks or so maybe month and um it is a tubing mascara from Maybelline and it's really really good. Now, I believe that one of the um it's either L'Oreal or Maybelline. I can't think. One of them was supposed to be tubing before, but I can never figure that out. Like, it didn't say tubing on the package or whatever, but I got the impression from other um creators and stuff like that that there was a tubing mascara. It just never that didn't ever really work for me. So, when I saw it that it was Sky Tubes and they actually are saying it's a tube mascara, I picked it up. Now, it is in black, and I usually love to get brown, but I'm going with it because I wanted to test it out. And once I used it and realized how good of a mascara it is at the drugstore, I was super duper excited. What I like about this one too is that you can do one eye and then you can move to the other eye and when you come back to this eye after it's, you know, maybe a minute or whatever, you definitely can build some length without a lot of clumping. So, it is a fantastic find at the drugstore. So, if you happen to find yourself in Ulta and you're in the market for a new tubing mascara, Sky Tubes is amazing. Now, remember that the way that you remove this at night is lots and lots of splashes of water because when you go in and you try to use a makeup remover, first of all, it won't remove the tubes. But what it can do is it almost can break down some of the stuff and then you end up having to like get it off your skin and stuff like that. Just go in with a lot of water and they just come off into the sink and it's that easy. But you have to use more water than you probably think. So if you've ever had trouble removing tubing mascara, it's probably lack of water. Even if you think you've used a lot of water, use more. It takes more. You got to use a bunch. So that was my mascara finish.

Oh, I did go back in. This was kind of a um 11th hour choice, but I picked up a new eyeliner from Sephora and it's kind of a light peachy sparkly color and I just put it in the middle of my mobile lid and I used that same N12 from Nikki and BK Beauty and I just kind of smoked it out just to have a little pop on the lid. So, I guess I should say the this is my, you know, eye look. I mean, that's like nothing, you know? You could travel with that so easily and do so many different things with your eyes.

Okay, so after that, I do my um eyebrows, which was still the Make Beauty Cool Brown. I'm so hooked on this. It's I just haven't even tried anything different. Um in fact, I'm probably due for a new one. I can kind of tell it's starting to get a little bit fussy, but I've had it for a long time.

I finished the look with a lip liner from Farah Homdy, and I'm going to put I think it's Fawn. I'm pretty sure it's fawn. It is a beautiful muted rosy taupe brown. And it's just a really gorgeous your lips but better. It gives you a little bit of definition. Gives you a little bit of almost like contouring. I mean, if you look at my lips before I put on my lip products and then you look at them after, that's why sometimes people are like, "Did you do your lips?" And I'm like, "No, I just I just line them and kind of emphasize them and I use glosses and stuff like that." that will give you the look of doing something with your lips. I mean, just in this video, you can see the difference from when I didn't have lip stuff on to when I did. I love this this lip liner, and I love finding those your lips but better that are perfectly not too salmon colored. Like for me, I don't want it to be tan or salmon or peachy. I really want it to lean in the cool direction, but sometimes I want it to be like a neutral rosy brown. And this one is perfect because it's not too dark either. I want it to be light.

And then this is a new lip gloss from Tower 28. And it is just the cutest little lip gloss. It is perfect for the purse. It feels really, really beautiful on the lips. I just am a sucker for lip glosses, you guys. And this is a color that screams my name. I mean, I just adore these baby pink. I mean, look at my nails. It's literally the color of my nails that desperately need to get done. I am so overdue. Anyway, so I topped the lip liner with this lip gloss, which I will throw in my purse and be able to reapply all day. And that was the the entire look.

Now, I feel like it's actually relatively low on Oh, did I tell you that I put on the L'Oreal blush? I might not have told you this, but I went back in with the L'Oreal blush from the same um True Match line, and it looks like this. And it is absolutely beautiful, too. You guys, if you like creamy blushes, this reminds me a ton of the Honest Beauty blushes that I used to share all the time. My favorite was peie pink. This doesn't look like just like peie pink. This looks like I think they had another shade called Rosy or something like that. This is definitely more of a mauvey um neutral rosy color. In fact, this looks a lot like the Farahy lip liner. Um, but again, this is another one where underneath you get a mirror. I lost the thing. I probably, but I probably wouldn't use the little puff anyway. I would use a brush, but um it's just a perfectly creamy, hydrated look for the cheeks that um is beautiful and it has a decent amount of pigment. You do have to work your brush into this blush. And then um I say you could put it on the back of your hand. You could go that route, but it's not so overly pigmented that you can you can get in trouble with your blush, which I have done before. So, that is the entire kind of glowy summery type of look that checks all the boxes. We've got antioxidants on board. And if you are somebody who doesn't like vitamin C, we've got a nonvitamin C antioxidant on board. We have a brand new moisturizer that's meant for the neck and deck that is fantastic for that, but an amazing facial moisturizer that looks so beautiful under makeup, especially if you are normal, dehydrated, dry, mature that has all three DNA repair enzymes. So, check check antioxidants and DNA repair enzymes. Then we of course have SPF. We've got our SPF on our face and we've got our SPF on our body. We are check check check check check check check check check check for our skincare but with only a few products and then I feel like the makeup is just really fun. Majority of it is from the drugstore. It's accessible and it's really really good. So I hope you enjoyed spending a little time with me. My go-to look in the last short amount of time. And let me know if you found anything recently at the drugstore. Let me know if you have ever used the Icelandic youth serum from uh Skin Iceland, especially if you've used it on my recommendation. I have yet to ever hear somebody come back and tell me they hated it. I in all the years that I've been recommending it, so many people have told me how much they love it and I'm really glad to have it back in my routine. I'm gonna tell you though, I do think I will probably be using my vitamin C and I will also be using this because they complement each other really, really well. Now, you do not have to do that, but in the future, if you ever see me using a vitamin C and using aanthin, just know that is definitely a thing and it is a great um antioxidant cocktail for your skin, but you don't have to do that. I'm just really excited about all this stuff. I hope that you have the most wonderful day. I hope that you enjoyed this video and I will talk to you in my next skincare video. Oh, and by the way, I will of course be doing a deep dive on all of the new launches that are coming out soon. We have a new discoveries video coming probably about the third week of the month. I've got lots more to share that is brand spanking new and exciting. That'll be coming soon. And I'll go into the photo design product just a little bit more then. All right, you guys. I hope you have a great day. I'll talk to you soon. Take care.
