Guys, give me a second to stand up for a second. You see this? It's hard to miss. Men can't do this, okay? But so many people seem to be confused about this in a number of ways, which is how we get today's extremely viral video full of woke insanity out of Australia. Let's talk about it.
Guys, before we get into today's video, please like and subscribe. Today we're going to be reacting to a video out of Australia and this is from a Senate estimates meeting where they're talking to the Human Rights Commission in Australia. Now when you go and look at their website, it says, "We promote and protect human rights for all people in Australia and help resolve complaints about discrimination." And as you scroll through their website, they're working on Aboriginal issues and climate change, disability rights, LGBTQ plus rights, anti-racism. It's basically your woke haven, I guess, if you're trying to fight discrimination in Australia.
Now, recently a human rights commission boss was at this Senate estimates meeting and the idea of protecting, and follow me here, protecting trans women from pregnancy discrimination came up. If you are confused, so was I. Let's get into the clip and I'll explain a little bit further.

In submissions, we talked about the meaning of pregnancy and potential pregnancy and how that may apply.
So, can I gender?
How do you see that applying in the act currently to trans women? trans women. If someone is uh who applies for a job, for example,
and it is a trans woman and she may be asked whether or not she intends to have children and if she replies, "Yes, I do." and then doesn't get the job because that employer doesn't want to employ women who uh may be of childbearing age, then she may have been subjected to unlawful discrimination on the basis of potential pregnancy.
Okay, are you guys following? I think I'm following. They're saying if a trans woman aka a biological man goes into a job interview and the interviewer asks this man, "Are you planning on having children?" and the man who identifies as a woman says, "Yes, I plan on having children." They are stipulating that this trans woman, aka a man, could be discriminated against on the basis of a potential pregnancy or pregnancy. Huh? We see how it's not adding up, right? Because a biological man can't get pregnant. Therefore, you can't discriminate against them on the basis of pregnancy or potential pregnancy. But for the sake of the trans movement, I guess they want to push forward protections for trans women on the basis of potential pregnancy.
I'm very confused. A biological male can't become pregnant.
But the grounds of pregnancy includes potential pregnancy as well as pregnancy.
But if they can't become pregnant, how can you then become potentially pregnant?
It's about the unlawful treatment by the employer. If someone is treated unfairly on the basis of pregnancy or potential pregnancy, then that is unlawful discrimination on the basis of pregnancy.
So if a bloke came in and they said, "Are you going to have children?" Which is the same question really, and he said, "Oh yeah, maybe." Are you saying that he could also claim that ground
if he didn't receive the job because
But they can't get pregnant?
No. No. not a a man who is seeking uh a position, then it's not going to apply to a man.
Okay? Well, then guess what? It shouldn't apply to a trans woman who is also a man because they cannot get pregnant. Therefore, they cannot be discriminated against on the basis of pregnancy. It just simply cannot happen because there is no possibility for it. And I'm sort of done living in La La Land where we pretend these things can happen so that people can cosplay certain aspects of oppression and female oppression at that. There's a reason that women have gone through the fight after experiencing discrimination on the basis of pregnancy or potential pregnancy. Okay? Men cannot go through that in no way, shape or form. It's just not possible. So there is no reason to protect them under these laws. And it's so crazy that you have to sit in a Senate meeting like this and even have this conversation back and forth with somebody who would be legislating on these ideas. How? They're both biological men. It makes no sense. A biological man you you stated a biological man can't get pregnant. Am I correct? Because if I'm not, I've got to go back to school. I seriously do because I missed that lesson in biology. I went to a convent school. The nuns may not have told me about it. But you said a biological man can't get pregnant.
That's correct, Senator. But someone who is a trans woman may be assumed to be pregnant or to be able to be pregnant.
So what stops a man putting on a dress walking in and claiming the protections? He's now a woman. You've admitted that.
That would be up to a court to decide whether or not it was discrimination on the bas.
So it's the absurd No. No. And with all due respect, Yep. It is the absurdity of the law yet again uh which shows again the law does need to be changed because for the record biological men doesn't matter what way you cut it you cannot get pregnant. There's clearly somebody who's of sound mind in this video and I'll have you guys guess in the comments who I think that is. But it's the absurdity of our modern sensibilities on these topics that are even leading to these issues in the first place. Had we not overwhelmingly welcomed gender ideology into the West, we wouldn't even be having this conversation in the first place. Now we have to bring together a Senate meeting to talk back and forth about whether or not a man could possibly get discriminated against because his potential boss thinks that he could get pregnant. That's the reality that we're living in now. And now through the court system, you're going to have biological men going to argue these points of discrimination after going to different job interviews because we've decided that reality doesn't matter anymore and that we should just subject everybody to the whims of whatever your personal beliefs are on gender and your identity. That's ridiculous.
Let's close out the clip. And quite frankly, it is an insult to women who actually are discriminated on because they want to have children when they biologically can get pregnant. But the good news is what we're proving today is the law needs to be changed. This is very similar to the Title 9 arguments that we've had here in the US about discrimination against trans people, about whether or not they should be allowed in women's spaces and in women's sports. And there are so many that lie on the side of just infringing upon women's rights, infringing upon their spaces for the sake of these individuals who want to identify as women. And it seems like very similar arguments are being made in Australia. And we could all just put this to bed by saying not only can men not get pregnant, but also men cannot be women. So there should be no basis for an argument on discrimination regarding pregnancy towards any biological man. Let's just go ahead and do that. It's as simple as that. I really have nothing else more to say in this video. And to the woman who was coming to this Senate meeting, Anna Cody, to defend this position, it seems very clear she understands that men cannot get pregnant. So take that baseline of understanding because so many of us, I think right now, are on the same page with that. Although there may be a few stragglers who believe something different. Take that baseline and then move on to the next question. Can men be women? What's the answer? They can't. Okay? So, we shouldn't even be arguing about these things in the first place. And when they say this law needs to be changed, scrap it. Scrap it. And I can say this for sure in Australia, here in the US, in the UK, and the West at large, we have bigger fish to fry, bigger problems to handle, bigger issues to be talking about, and to be using our representatives to get work done on. So, if we could please stop having meetings about this, that'd be great.
