Hello everyone, welcome. Welcome, welcome everyone. Today, we have arrived at Day 4 of our project. So, let's all reflect and review the lessons. Let's recall the lessons, and then we will begin today's session. First, let's connect our collective energy. Please make yourselves comfortable. Relax your minds, relax your shoulders, and gently close your eyes for a moment. Let's begin our collective energy connection. Gently spread your hands and focus your full attention on today's session. Whatever happened before coming to today's session, whatever you thought, whatever you said, let go of all those thoughts. Let go of all the things that are making you uneasy in your mind. Let go of all the things that are making you restless. Let's begin to open our hearts and relax our minds. Let your body be loose, not tense. Cut off any distracting thoughts. We have arrived in a safe and peaceful space. External energy disturbances can no longer enter. Because we have arrived in a safe place, let go of all your thoughts. Forget all your work. Arriving here at this time and place today is a place chosen by your high self. Because you have arrived at a place chosen by your higher self, be joyful in your heart. Your higher self chose this place for you not by chance. There are things you need to know here, things to eat, things to receive, things to practice, and words to speak. You have come to listen to these words, to speak them, and to practice them. Please let your mind be free. Do not hold on. First, the sunlight coming from the earth penetrates through the crown chakra and enters. It passes through your root, your sacral, your solar, and converges at your heart. The light descending from the sky passes through your crown, your throat, your third eye, and converges at your heart. See the light converging at your heart. Be present and feel this light. This light is not just your light. It is a convergence of light connected by collective energy. Therefore, this light is clear and bright. It envelops you and illuminates your entire space. You have entered and connected with the collective energy field. No matter how tired you were throughout the day, all fatigue has disappeared. No matter how much you were worried, your mind is now clear. Let's take three breaths together. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly. Release everything in your chest. Inhale again. Exhale. Inhale for the third time. Exhale. Slowly open your eyes. Today's session is ready to begin. Yes, okay. So, let's recall Day 1, 2, and 3. What did you remember? What did you remember? Let's all recall together. You can speak aloud or type in the chat. Let's review the lessons from Day 1 to 3. We watched the slides. Yes. We need to use elements. Yes. That's right. Thank you for explaining that. Yes. So, in Day 1, we first broke down the elements. To understand people, what did we do? We did the elements. Yes. We looked at how to do it. We looked at how to apply emotions. And then, another thing we did was the identity upgrade. We did the identity upgrade based on the elements. So, it can be said that it is easiest to do this in a group. For individuals, we can explain in detail, but in a group, we observe the energy of the group. Today, we looked at whether to connect them with elements and then upgrade their identity, or connect them with water elements and then upgrade their identity. So, let's continue with Day 4. Yes. So, the power has been shared. This is the topic of devotion and commitment. So, devotion means being devoted to gratitude. When we are deeply invested in something, it is called devotion. We fully believe in it with our heart and soul. All our feelings are completely trusting in this practice. It's not just when we are happy. In any situation in our lives, we give full commitment to gratitude. Let's look at today's lesson with that understanding. So, whether it's sharing gratitude or practicing it yourself, gratitude is not fixed. It's not a temporary fix. It's something to be practiced throughout our entire lives. It's not just when we are writing in a notebook for 28 days. Gratitude is with us at all times, whether we are happy or sad, or learning lessons. When gratitude is integrated with us, we can say we have given full devotion. So, I will ask myself, am I fully devoted to gratitude? Have I given commitment? Do I remember gratitude even in happy times? Do I remember gratitude even in sad times? We are not attending a gratitude course. We are not entering a gratitude challenge. Is gratitude inseparable from us, as if it is one with us? Let's see. After examining ourselves, we will guide others in the same way. We will not lead them with the intention that by practicing gratitude for 28 days, they will achieve complete prosperity in life. Instead, by guiding them to deeply integrate gratitude into their lives, it will bring about a true transformation for them. All the other things, like becoming happy, fulfilling desires, and becoming wealthy, are just superficial. In reality, it means that gratitude is fully integrated with their thoughts and hearts. So, today, I have connected it with the chakras. Let's connect it with the chakras. We have looked at the elements so much, so today we will go with the chakra part. Why? Because humans are fully devoted to something. Some people are obsessed with something. People are crazy about something. Everyone has something they are crazy about. We say it like that. In reality, it means they are very devoted to something. For example, in their entire lives, they have been very devoted to one job. They are very devoted to money, to success, to their children, to their parents, to their lovers. We all have something we are devoted to. We have something we are obsessed with. If that thing is not right, it is something that pulls us down. No matter how much a person tries to rise in life, they will fall back because of what is pulling them down. So, what should I truly invest in? What should I integrate with? It should be with the chakras. Because it should not be something external. External things like money, work, children, parents. If it becomes about those things, no matter how much people talk, they won't listen. So, their devotion should be to their chakras. It should be within them. It should be with the energy within them. What we are experiencing now, for example, if we want fame, it is external. If we chase fame our whole lives, it will never happen. So, it's the same with lovers and children. When it becomes external, we just keep chasing the external. Let's look back at our thoughts. The topic is chakra devotion and gratitude. This is a topic that has never been discussed before. It has never been explained in the 28-day course. But when we connect and do this, it is very beneficial. Although the topic has not been explained, we have practiced it. So, the first thing we need to connect with is that everyone is devoted to something in their lives. Some people are very devoted to religion. Such people go to extremes. We have seen this. So, being devoted to something. What happens? They go to extremes. Why? Because it is based on external things. So, we will look at ourselves. We will look at our families. What are they so devoted to? What have they invested their entire mind, body, and soul into? Are those things external? Or are they things within our thoughts? Let's start thinking about it. This is like doing an exercise. So, first, I will think about myself. Then I will think about my family. Then I will think about my family. What are they so crazy about, and what have they invested their entire mind and body into throughout their lives? If we have analyzed that, then what people should truly be devoted to, if we connect it with chakras, there are seven things. There are seven things. First, let's look at the root. Devotion is about living fully in this moment, with mind and body. It's about living a life that is valuable, not just living because we have to. It's not like we have no choice but to live like this. It's like being passionate. But the word "passionate" is not strong enough. It's a very strong word. It means investing fully with mind and body. Living a life that is meaningful and valuable. This body that we have received. Devote yourself to this. So, if you have devotion to the root, what should you cultivate gratitude for? Be grateful to yourself. Being a survivor means having basic needs met. For example, having food, a place to sleep, clothes to wear. Be very grateful for these basic needs being met. Be grateful to the earth. Be grateful to the ancestors. We will focus on ancestors in the next part. Be grateful to the ancestors who gave us this life. When you cultivate gratitude for these things, you will begin to value the life you are living. You will never compare yourself to others. Because you are truly living your life with mind and body. You will live each of the 24 hours of the day meaningfully. Even if difficult thoughts arise, if you have full devotion to your root, you will live a valuable life. This thought will arise naturally. Do I have this thought? To ensure that every second of our lives is not wasted, not lost, not abused. Under the heading of "not harming myself," I will not harm myself. I want to live a valuable life with my mind and body. Full devotion to the root. So, a person without devotion to the root cannot proceed with anything else. I have seen many clients who are not very excited about living. It is very difficult for them to manifest. They want to manifest so much. But when we examine their root devotion, it is not there. It is at a basic level. If the root devotion is like that, even if they want to achieve success, they don't have the capacity to receive that success. This is because they have many internal conflicts. And no matter how much others talk, they don't listen. If this is just a temporary experience, they cannot change their way of life for the better. So, we can guide them by saying, "You have root devotion." If we say that, they won't understand. So, what can we say? We can say, "Be grateful to yourself." Do you have food? Do you have a place to sleep? Do you have clothes to wear? Let them see these things and cultivate gratitude. The earth supports us to live. It gives us water, air, and land. When they see these things, and connect with their ancestors from the heart, and learn to be grateful, we can guide them. Then we move on to the sacral chakra. Devotion to feeling. Valuing feelings with mind and body. I call it valuing. Investing and valuing. Not being afraid of feelings. Liking them very much. When the sacral chakra is activated, you understand it. You don't understand. People generally don't like bad feelings. Everyone wants good feelings. But when the sacral chakra is devoted, because you are human, you like to experience human feelings. Sadness is also a feeling. Experiencing sadness shows that you have a human heart. It is a feeling that arises from being human. You do not have attachment to that feeling. You acknowledge the feeling as it is. It's like unlocking a level. When you are living in that life, you unlock all the keys. So, when you are sad, a key opens. You feel sadness. When you are angry, a key opens. You feel anger. You come to like and value these experiences with your mind and body, and acknowledge them. There are many feelings that you are currently avoiding. You don't like them. You don't want to feel them. It's never like that. If you have full devotion to the sacral chakra, it's okay. Whatever feeling it is, I acknowledge these feelings. So, instead of avoiding feelings, because feelings arise, your humanity shines through, and you are grateful. These feelings show you where you are lacking in life, where you need to improve to become a better person. What is true peace? You welcome those feelings with joy. So, for that, we can guide them to cultivate gratitude for emotions. If sadness arises, be grateful for the sadness. What is the sadness showing you? Be grateful for what the sadness is showing you. Your mind is racing. Okay. What is the feeling of a racing mind showing you? What is it showing you to change? Be grateful for what it is showing you. Then you will naturally be grateful for the feeling of a racing mind. You can also re-process these feelings. Then, there are pleasures. You must be grateful for pleasures. Some people are not confident when they are comfortable. Most people who do spiritual work feel insecure when they are comfortable. So, be grateful for comfort. If you sit and watch the movie you want to watch with a relaxed mind, you should be grateful for that. It is not pressure. If you embrace that pressure, you can be grateful for that feeling of embrace. If you are not grateful for this pressure, you will become attached. By being grateful, you release attachment. You are grateful for that experience. If you are not grateful for the experience, you will want to feel more and more. You will say you want to get more. So, whether the flash you get is from your children, your lover, or from using good quality items, be grateful for all of them. Do not become attached to anything. Another thing is creativity. Be grateful for the things they create. What did they create? How do they feel when they create? Some people who have completely blocked their creativity, when they become aware, we can ask them to draw pictures, listen to songs, and do things. When they do these things, they get feelings. By drawing this picture, they get a feeling. By listening to this song, they get feelings. Some people have completely blocked their creativity. When you become aware, you can guide them to open their sacral chakra's creativity. Then you can guide them to connect with gratitude. Sensitivity means being easily moved. It refers to a sensitive heart. Be grateful for your sensitive heart. When people say things and you are easily saddened or hurt, some people don't like that. They feel weak. Be grateful for having a heart that is easily moved. Be grateful for having a tender heart. Being grateful, as I said before, is a process of releasing attachment. It does not increase attachment. If you are grateful for everything that arises, the attachment to everything will disappear. So, this is devotion to feeling. Examine yourself first. Are you fully valuing and accepting your feelings? If you are not satisfied in that area, you need to practice gratitude for emotions and pleasures as mentioned here. Another thing is the solar plexus. Devotion in fire. Be grateful for the flame within you. The flame of life within you. The flame that gives you the passion to live. Be grateful for that flame. This refers to the desire to become a better human being. The root is about valuing life itself. The solar plexus is about not just living, but wanting to give back, wanting to become a valuable person. A valuable person. Living life. When the solar plexus is very good and the root is not good, you live for others, not for yourself. You don't have excitement for your own life. About three years ago, I was like that. I wanted to give so much. I didn't do anything for myself. I felt like meditating was a waste of time. So, I ended up doing everything for others. So, the root must also be good. You need to have full devotion to your solar plexus to become a valuable person. You want to become a valuable person for your surroundings. Then, how should you give gratitude? Be grateful for willpower. Be grateful for the desire to become. Be grateful for the desire to give back to the community. Boundaries. The boundaries you set for yourself. You can say, "People can treat me like this, but not like that." Be grateful for these boundaries. Personal power. Be grateful for the strengths within you. I am a person with full perseverance. I can do anything if I have the will. Be grateful for these things. Choices made. Be grateful for all the choices you have made in your life. For those who are very new here, you can start by looking at the choices made. At that time, they may not be able to see the boundaries. So, no decision you have made in your life has been wrong. So, think back on all those decisions and try to cultivate gratitude. For example, a person I met today had a very weak fire. At that time, she thought she made wrong decisions. She thought all the choices she made in her life were wrong. But no, let's look at the decisions in a different way. The decisions were correct. So, be grateful for those decisions. There will be things to be grateful for. By saying something like this, it connects with her fire. It doesn't reach the level of devotion yet. It's a gradual process. Then the heart chakra. Devotion to love. Being fully invested in love. Giving love, whether others love you back or not. It's not about treating others the way they treat you. It's about giving love equally to everyone without discrimination. That is true devotion. Not giving because you like someone, and not giving because you don't like someone. It's the same love for family, perhaps a little more. But there is not a big difference. The love for everyone is the same. Your love is abundant. So, if they have little love, what should they give gratitude for? They need to give gratitude. Gratitude for self. You need to start by giving gratitude to yourself. If you don't give gratitude to yourself, you cannot connect with love. Someone who gives love to others without loving themselves is actually weak in other areas. They are not truly strong. People see them as compassionate and understanding. But someone who is truly strong can stand up for themselves. They can choose what is good for them. That is truly strong. So, give gratitude to yourself. You can give it to others. You can give it to anyone. Do you know them? Do you not know them? There is always something to be grateful for. You can test this. Ask someone to say a name. As soon as you hear that name, if you are ready to be grateful to them, it means you have full devotion to love. Even if it is someone who causes you suffering, you learn to be grateful to them. Another thing is forgiveness. Learn to be grateful for forgiveness. Be grateful to those you have been able to forgive in your life. Then grief. Be grateful for grief. Be grateful for the things you have lost and grieved for. Another thing is connection. True relationships. The people you love, your teachers, those who teach you lessons. Be grateful for all of them. Then, devotion will gradually become stronger and grow. It will become powerful. Truth. Standing for truth. You will not waver from the truth. It is the truth. That true truth will not change. It must be the true truth. These are all connected, as you know from the seven chakras. If one is good and the others are not, you might be clinging to something you think is true, but it's not. This is something you have to practice yourself. If you have balanced your lower chakras, when you reach the upper chakras, you will stand for true truth. Not for your own truth. Not for the truth that benefits you. But for the real truth. And you stand for this truth not only when things are pleasant. You stand for this truth in pleasant times and difficult times. To be able to stand like that, what should you cultivate gratitude for? Gratitude for voice. Your voice. The words you speak. Be grateful for the words you speak. If you have spoken wrong words, see them with gratitude. If you have spoken wrong words, but what lessons have you learned? Be grateful for that. Gratitude for peace. Be grateful for peace in your life. You have chosen peace in your life. You don't argue. You don't compete. You don't compete. Yes, because arguing leads to negative karma, you choose peace. You choose silence. Be grateful for choosing silence. If you cannot connect with devotion to truth, you might think you are being suppressed or silenced. In reality, silence is a choice. You choose not to speak. You choose not to speak because it is not worth speaking, to save your energy. If you are balanced, how do you feel? You feel like others are suppressing you, preventing you from speaking. If you feel like that, your energy will always be low. You will always feel like something is holding you back. So, I shift my thinking. I change my thoughts. Sometimes, in situations where I cannot speak, I say, "I choose silence. I choose not to speak because it is not worth speaking." I stand for that. I cultivate gratitude for that. I am not losing. I am not being suppressed. I am choosing not to speak. By choosing not to speak, I am grateful to myself for choosing to be silent. I teach myself this. Another thing is expression. It is expressing yourself. Showing who you are, not just with words. Expressing everything. Not hiding. This is my true self. This is the work I do. This is what I believe in. I show it to others. I don't hide anything to please others. Be grateful for expressing yourself. The identity you have chosen for yourself. Be grateful for showing that identity to others without hiding it. I believe in spirituality. I am grateful to myself for that belief. I am grateful to myself for that belief. Years ago, my family did not believe in these things. But I stood up. Yes, I believe in these things. I practice these things. This is me. I expressed it. So, devotion to truth. Another thing is speaking. Speaking. Similar to voice. But speaking the truth. Not just for yourself, but speaking the truth for others. Speaking the truth for others. So, you have to choose. If someone needs you to stand up for them, speak the truth for them. If they don't need you to stand up for them, choose silence. You have to make that true choice yourself. So, if you choose to speak, and you feel you need to stand up for this person, and speak the truth for this person, be grateful for the times you were able to speak without hesitation. This is also truth. Another thing is purpose. The purpose of living. You understand the purpose of your life. So, think about the purpose of your life and be grateful. Coming into this life to make people happy. To make people's lives better. Be grateful for being able to do these things. Find the purpose. So, cultivating gratitude for that purpose is also truth. Then we move on to the third eye chakra. The third eye chakra is believing in inner vision. Not just believing what you see externally. Not just believing what your open eyes and heart see. But believing in the eye of wisdom within. To believe in the eye of wisdom, you need to have balanced chakras. If you don't have balanced chakras and your third eye is very active, you might think you are always right. You might think that only what you know is right. If you are balanced, then devotion to inner vision means believing in what your third eye sees. There is no "I don't know." In the classes, some people tell me, "I believe you, but I can't believe myself." Why is that? It's because they lack faith in their own eye of wisdom. They lack faith, so the answer is, "I don't believe what my eye of wisdom sees." To strengthen that, let's go with gratitude. What should we do? Cultivate gratitude for intuition. Be grateful for your intuition. There have been many times in your life when intuition saved you. It saved you many times. Don't associate with this person. Don't work with this person. Don't say these words. Don't go to this place. You followed those warnings. You made decisions. Because of that, your life was saved. Think back to those times. I am grateful for my intuition warning me. Then your faith in your eye of wisdom will increase. Inner guidance. This refers to the guidance coming from within. You receive instructions from within about what to do. Intuition and guidance are similar. But intuition is more about what you shouldn't do, where you shouldn't go. Guidance is more about what you should do. You should go to bed early. You should meditate for an hour a day. You should enter this vow. That is called inner guidance. So, if you hear from within that you need to change your diet and lifestyle, it means your eye of wisdom is speaking. Be more grateful for that. I am grateful for my inner guidance that tells me to change. These are lessons. Lessons that make you a more mature person. Be grateful for the lessons you have learned. This will also strengthen your eye of wisdom. Perspective. Being able to see from different perspectives. I can look at this from a different angle, not just from my perspective. I can look at this issue from their perspective, not just from my side. By looking at it from different perspectives, be grateful for being able to see from different perspectives. This will also strengthen your eye of wisdom. The last one is the Crown Chakra. Devotion to Life. The root and crown always connect. The root is the first chakra in our body. The crown is in our head. These two are always connected. Life is like the root. It is deeply invested in life. But not just this life. The crown can look back at all your past lives. You search for why you have strived so hard to live again and again. Why? Because you have become human through hard work. You have become human through hard work. Why have you been reborn again and again? What is it that makes your mind so restless? Is it something good or bad? Why have you been reborn as human? What is it that makes you so devoted to it? The crown helps you find that. The root can be said to be this life. This current life. Connect with the ancestors who gave you this current life. The crown is grateful for mystery. It is grateful for the unseen mysteries. Think about whether there have been mysterious things that have happened in your life. Some people with good karma can connect with their past lives. There are such people among the students. The mysteries of life. Think about these and be grateful. Divine timing. The circumstances of life that have unfolded at the right time. Things never go wrong. Why? Because divine timing is something that arrives when it is meant to. So, think back on those timings and be grateful. Be grateful for unseen things. Unseen things. For example, the spiritual work we are doing now, energies. These are unseen things. Guardian spirits are also unseen. So, be grateful for these unseen things. Because these exist, I have understood them. I have connected with them. I am grateful. Existence. Be grateful for all that exists. Be grateful for every existence. Be grateful for every being. Not just the beings you see with your eyes, but also the beings you don't see with your eyes. For the crown, you need to think more deeply. Many people here need to connect with the crown. Why? Because most of the people who come here have connected with the lower chakras. There are still some who need to connect. So, be grateful for all these existences, whether they are in the same dimension or different dimensions. Another thing is connection. Our hardcore connections are with real people, those we can touch and feel. Crown connections refer to, for example, the unseen connections that protect us. Those who give us wisdom. Those who connect with our minds and hearts and show us what to do. If you have faith in them, offer them respect and cultivate gratitude. When you do this, your internal devotions will be fulfilled. External things will decrease. You will think, "I need money to be happy. I need my children to be well. I need my house to be comfortable." You will no longer be so invested in external things. Because your internal devotions are full, and they support each other and connect, you become a superhuman. You become a superhuman. So, this is the flow of chakra devotion and gratitude. Connecting with chakras. If you like this method, you can follow this pattern. But first, reflect. Are the people who come to me mostly those with weak root chakras? Or those with weak sacral chakras? Look at that and then connect what they need one by one and cultivate gratitude. Yes. While listening now, you have forgotten external things. Yes. Because external things may seem important, but they are not. If you try to get them, you can only get them for a short time. Because you don't have the structure to receive them internally. You don't have a container. You don't have these things. When they come, they leave. Later, you become exhausted and tired. So, if you are going to truly cultivate gratitude, you must cultivate it internally. First, examine yourself. Where do you feel weak? The headings are written here. Can I practice gratitude for the body? Survivor. Regarding food, clothing, and shelter, can I cultivate gratitude? Emotions. Can I give gratitude for emotions? Personal power. Can I give gratitude for personal power? Forgiveness. Can I give gratitude for forgiveness? Can I stand for truth? Think again. Make a note of the areas where you are weak. So, it would be good to give a journal to the family members. Write in the journal. If you don't write, you will forget. When you write and record in your journal, you can look back at your progress. Yes. So, this is the flow of chakra devotion and gratitude. Yesterday, when I entered the breakout room, I heard something being said. I didn't answer it yesterday. I think Min Min is here. Min Min said yesterday, "Yes, I am here." "Yes, I heard you say that." Min Min said that when others are suffering greatly, and you are in that state of mind, perhaps you are seeing them from a different perspective. I thought about that. Today, while writing about chakras, I felt like I should mention that. Why? Because the world is in such chaos. We have all felt sadness, cried, and grieved. Gradually, we don't feel those things as much. We just move on, saying, "I'm sorry." Then I wonder, am I becoming numb? Am I becoming numb because I feel too much? Or am I truly seeing their destiny and able to see from a different perspective? To be honest, I have become numb. But it is also a sign of awakening. In reality, people have chosen this life themselves. When they have chosen it themselves, there is nothing I can do to help them with their lives. That is a truth. So, can I feel it? I can feel it. But as it increases, I become a little numb. Another thing is progress. What is progressing? The feeling that I must do something for them. This feeling is necessary. If this feeling doesn't arise at all, and you just think, "They will face their own karma," then you are still at a numb level. You are not progressing. Your wisdom is not progressing. You are not progressing. You are just pretending not to know. But when you realize that you have to do something, you realize, "Okay, I must do something." This is not the truth. So, what can I do? I will start by asking myself and try to change the people around me as much as I can. If you start trying to do that, it means you are progressing. It doesn't mean you are pretending not to know. It means you are facing it. So, am I truly progressing? Or am I just pretending not to know? Let's examine that. Since you are here now, I believe you are progressing. You have come because you want to change something. Yes. I want to do something. Whatever it is. I want to do it. The reason these people are suffering is that they don't know anything. They suffer because they don't know anything. They don't know that they have power. Those who don't notice their power tend to feel more opposition. These people are often struggling for food and shelter. Because they are struggling for food and shelter, they don't have time to be interested in other things. They have to try to earn money for today. They have to search for it. Because they are like that, they don't have time to study on the computer for an hour like us. So, they don't know about these things. They don't know. So, externally, it may seem like people are competing, but in reality, energies are competing. It's not just in your place, but all over the country. The evil energies are very strong. The opposing energies are very strong. Now, we have reached Aquarius. This is a time when we no longer tolerate evil. In the past, evil was fine on its own. But when light suddenly rises, they also have to compete. And in the midst of this competition, people who don't know anything are the ones who feel this energy the most. So, what can we do? We can provide awareness. We can give awareness to these people as much as we can. If even a little awareness enters, they can save themselves. Right now, they are suffering because they lack even a little awareness. If they had a little awareness, they would also be deceived. That's why we are doing the Awareness Project. The title itself says Awareness Project. It's about helping them become aware. It's not a project to save them. It's not a project to rescue them. If they become aware and realize that in this competition, they need to join one side, they will gain the strength and courage to save themselves. If you do that, you will gain a lot of merit. So, this is my answer to Min Min's question. I believe in this perspective. Yes. Thank you. [Laughter] Yes. Can I speak for a moment? Yes, please. So, my mind is like that. So, if it's like what Auntie said, I am also doing what I can to help in that way. What is it? It's about the people around me. Especially my students. Some of them are feeling down. They want to leave Myanmar. They want to leave Myanmar. So, I am doing everything I can to help them leave as soon as possible. I help them in various ways. For example, whether they will go by school, by work, or by other means. I help with visa issues. And then, I ask them to take online classes. Yes. They all take them. Yes. Yes. It's also helping as much as you can. Provide awareness. Provide awareness to anyone. You are also aware of yourself. You are not doing this alone. It is collective. You know, many unexpected things are happening in the world. That is also a force. In a time of force, if you are connected with your group, you will be fine. So, to spread this light energy as much as possible, you also need to be a light yourself. That's why, like yesterday, living each second meaningfully, like the root chakra, is valuable. Living without wasting time. Living meaningfully. And then, you will help yourself and others. Rank and salary are not important. They are not important at all. And if you look at the virtuous teachers in front of us, they are also virtuous. Once, I joked, "When did you see these teachers doing manifestation methods?" They never said it. They never said it. Why? Because they have reached a point where they don't need to say it. Because their internal devotions are strong, external things are fulfilled. To be able to do these things, you need to be fulfilled. You need to have a place to live, food to eat, money. Only when you are fulfilled can you focus.
