This person you were dealing with made the decision to take a step back from your connection because they felt like they could not trust you. They felt like you would end up hurting them. It's just they were too afraid to trust. They were too afraid of getting hurt. But this was all an illusion. They didn't see it that way at the time.
But they made the conscious decision to take a step back from you, walk away from you, end things with you just out of fear. It wasn't because you really did anything wrong; it was just because they were scared. Um, and they chose to just focus on their own like personal journey, their own personal growth. Um, also this person was just pretty emotionally unavailable, and they just didn't really feel like they were in a place to really want to give love, invest love and emotion into another person. They just didn't feel ready to do that.
So, I do feel like if somebody did ghost you, they walked away from you, things, they ended things with you, they did that because of those reasons. But it does look like something is changing. You definitely have had a huge impact on this person though. Like whether they've told you that, expressed that to you or not, you've had a huge impact on this person. Ever since the two of you have met, they've been going through a huge transformation. So, you've been a catalyst for them.
But something is shifting here because now this person is starting to feel like the right thing to do is offer you a commitment. So, this separation, them like choosing to keep their distance from you out of fear, was maybe how things were in the beginning. But now this person is leaning more towards feeling like the right thing to do is to offer you a commitment.
