And so there are five things that answer to the realms of the spirit. The mystery of these five things, they answer both to this kingdom and the kingdom of darkness. Anyone that has to do business in that realm, they must master these five things.
Number one, the realm of the spirit answers to sound. Sound, that's where music comes in. Uh, um, we have one worshiper here from Tanzania, Paul Clement. And many believers have never understood the mystery of sound. Sound is a vehicle that carries spirits. When we come to our traditional, uh, practices, you discover that there was a sound for every season. You don't sing a ritual song during circumcision. There was a specific sound because every event was tied to a specific spiritual ordination. When you go for those, some of the people in the Western world, Western Kenya, that's it. I was told that these people will sing, put their, you know, beat their drums during circumcision, and the spirit will jump on a man that does not have background in in surgery and medical science, but that man will be the circumciser in the environment of sound. Before men went to war in the Masai, they will sing some songs, and something will jump in them, some form of boldness. They call it Mori, and that man will not even be intimidated by a person with a gun because sounds carry spirits.
So when we come to the system of worship, it is not about slow songs to fast songs. The Bible says, "The hour cometh, and now is, the hour when true worshippers shall worship the Father in truth, revelation, and in spirit." Why? Because God is a spirit. So the collusion of spirits must happen in an environment of sound. Are we together? Worship, worship, worship is not the song. The song is a vehicle that transports you for worship. So the instruments are okay. And in fact, they say there's nothing as a deep song. Your depth dictates the depth of the song. It is the intensity of your truth that determines the depth of a song. You can have favorite songs, but depth, depth is relative. We can sing a simple song. One man is crying, the other one is cheering. Same sound because one has a different depth in that sound. So the first one is sound. And that's why you look at every operation spiritually, there is always the system of songs.
The second one is altars. Altars. The realm of the spirit operates with altars. An altar is a monument exalted on earth that connects the earth with the heavens. It is like a spiritual gate. That's an altar. It's an exalted monument that is on earth, an exalted monument that controls transactions between the heavens and the earth. I'll try to be brief because this is a long lecture. Are we together? But I'll try to summarize it. That's why anytime there is a system of an altar, there is alteration of lives, either in a good way or in a bad way. So altars are very serious. And, and, and the realm responds to altars. In fact, what I discovered, there was an angel stretching his sword over Jerusalem because there was a plague after the census that was done by David. But David raised an altar, and that altar interfered with the operation of the angel. That after that altar and sacrifice, the Lord told the angel, "Retreat the sword and put it back in the sheath." H. There was a plague. Possibly they were calling it COVID. But if your eyes were to be open, opened in the heavens, it was judgment. An angel was stretching a sword towards Jerusalem, and anytime the sword moved, men died. Because when you have spiritual intelligence, you don't interpret matters like men that have artificial intelligence. In the age of intelligence, the church must have spiritual intelligence because the world is living on artificial intelligence. Every age has what works. This age, you can't survive without intelligence. And so, you, we see dealings. The Bible says in the book of 2 Kings 3, beginning from 26, there, there is war between the Moabites and the children of Israel. Elisha has released a decree that Israel, you will win. The king realizes he's losing. He goes on his altars, sacrifices his son, and Israel flee. The Bible says, "and great indignation, great fear," because fear abhors faith, right? Some of the things that happen in life cannot be decoded by understanding. Oh, and you can see how wicked men are willing to go. A man is willing to give his son, right? My God, on an altar. And the battle moved from swords to spirits, right? So the children didn't know the battle has shifted. They ran away, and they didn't know why they were moving.
And the other thing that operates in an altar is a sacrifice. Because an altar without a sacrifice is a monument. An altar without a sacrifice is a monument. The strength of altars is dictated by frequency of sacrifice. The strength of an altar is dictated by the frequency of sacrifices. That's the reality. So you cannot be casual with your altar because you'll become a casualty in life. You know, as you move and journey in life, when you move from making money for necessity and begin to make money for influence, you'll understand the system of altars, right? Necessity is paying bills and, and, you know, you can live in necessity. You have catered for the bills. Influence is changing lives. The realm of wealth does not have atheists. The realm of riches has atheists. Okay, let me go slowly. Riches is a product of principle, disciplines, and laws. Go on YouTube, "10 laws to make you a millionaire." Do these five things, you'll be rich. But no one tells you what to do to be wealthy. Because wealth, now, now riches is having four cars outside your garage, but you can only drive one. Riches is having a five-bedroom house, but you sleep in one bedroom. Riches is having a collection and you can have collection and excess. So you must be taught the system of collecting, right? But wealth is a right. Wealth, someone said, "When money speaks, grammar is not consulted." Right? Oh, that, that triumph is influence, and wealthy men understand spirituality. I, I looked at where they spoke about where Bill Clinton went for his, I think it was his inauguration, and it was in a town in Haiti. Haiti, other than the walls, is one of the towns that imported Voodoo, which was generated in a small town in Africa called Benin. Voodoo, where a person can lift a doll and name it you and pour alcohol and bind you with alcohol. Africans understand spirituality. They interpret that's why we pray the way we pray. Some of these white people may not understand how we pray. For us, the devil is not someone in Revelation. For us, the devil is an auntie who lives next door. So we are not arguing between evil. Evil is not theology, it's reality. Even for us to be here, there are altars we have to bring down. So we are not talking theory. Hallelujah.
And so, and, and there, there are sacrifices that are needed. And that's why any man that has an altar must be, must frequent that altar with sacrifice. The Old Testament altar, they needed to put something in the morning and something in the evening, daily. And the fire needed to be there perpetually for Israel to be sustained, right? That's the mystery.
And then now, after altars, we come to consecration. Consecration, holiness. That realm demands a certain lifestyle. That's why when holiness left the church, power left. Power left. We were left with prosperity teaching and declarations. "Put your hand on your head, declare, my Father, my Father." You see, declaration without consecration. God loves sinners, but he hates sin. Sin is still a reproach. That's why the devil used the channel of sin to disconnect man from God. He knows, the devil knows the holy demands of God. He knows if there's one revelation he has, it's about the intensity of His Holiness and how God can never bow His laws of Holiness to deal with man as a sinner. That is what made Him send Jesus. The loving God could not deal with man, though man bore His image, because of sin. And the devil knew this one will make man abandon, man, God abandon man, and up to death. He knows, he knows. "You shall," the devil is under my feet, but you're in sin. You declare, "This is my inheritance," but you're in sin. I know that God, He's limited in motion. I know we teach inspirational preaching, right? And by default, people make it. Even heathens are buying cars. There are things you receive by hard work, but there are things that come by consecration, being set apart for God, by God, and for the works of God. Hallelujah.
And so, and, and even witches have a form of holiness. I lived next to a witch in Kisumu. The man used to walk, walk out at 3 AM to fast. He didn't have a TV. Someone said, "Witches are so serious in their business that you don't find chairs in a shrine. You can see the comfort we have in church, right? We are almost bringing sofas." In the shrine of a witch, you never find sofas. It is a serious matter. You sit down, and no one complains. Consecration. So when the consecration of them in the darkness is greater than we who are cleansed by the blood, but small temptations in the city, we cannot overcome. We have no rank in the spirit. Now, where I come from, I don't need to raise another altar, and I don't need to raise another sacrifice. I need to know what Jesus did for me. That revelation will now help me engage with any man that is dealing with the system of an altar. And I need the Holy Ghost to walk with me so that I don't fall. Because even consecration is not by works, it's by partnership.
And now the fifth one is words. And this is where prayer comes in. These are the five laws that govern the realm of the spirit: sound, altars, sacrifices, consecration, and number five, words. Words. I read a book and it said the original intention for words was not communication, but creation. The first time a word was uttered from Zion, something appeared on earth. The original intention for words was not communication, it was for creation. "They that love the tongue, they shall eat of its fruit." Therefore, there is a realm where words are not vowels, but they are spirits and energies. Okay, someone might look at me and tell me, "Pastor, you look smart," and I'll smile the whole day. Someone might look at me and tell me, "Pastor, I hate you the way you preach. I don't even like you," and I'll frown the whole day. He has not beaten me, he has just spoken. So those words never came as vowels, they came as energies and spirits. That's why when you go to deeper understanding, when men sit to gossip you, that environment can affect you. You can wake up discouraged, and there's nothing wrong because men were gossiping you the whole night and were not speaking good things. So that demonic energy becomes your atmosphere. That's why you must master to speak in tongues. One day I was on my balcony, suicidal, and nothing was wrong. My wife was okay, my child was okay, ministry was doing well. I was on the balcony, and the voice asked me, "Have you been called?" And I looked on the heavens and I felt discouraged. Fifth floor, and something told me, "Throw yourself." And I've never been suicidal. And the, the intensity of that word was so heavy. Because sometimes I walk out to study the heavens, then I began to pray in tongues, and my eyes were opened, and I saw some witches in Limuru had taken my poster for crusade and they placed it on the table, lit candles, and they were cursing me. So the curses, the spellings that they were making, lifted and became a ground for demonic torture. Right? Especially the more popular you become, the more people know you. So if you have a thousand friends, you have a thousand opinions of men. People can sit and decide, "Why did Pastor choose color black? Is there no white?" You know, they are talking about those are words, right? That's why when we rise at the top, we survive by denouncing and announcing. Can't be quiet. A shut mouth is a shut destiny. The day you saw 1,000 following me on Facebook, just know a thousand people have an idea about your life. So if you don't speak, someone could be speaking on your behalf. And that's why you must declare the word of God. Oh, Joshua, "Let this book of the law not depart from your mouth, not your mind." We, we are not here to cram the word, we are here to declare the word. Let it not depart from your mouth. Meditate on it. In fact, it doesn't say "on it," meditate "in it." You must be in the word as you are meditating on about the word, meditate in it day and night. Be steady to observe it so that you may make your way prosperous and have good success. Meditation is not what you are told by Rastafarians that you smoke some leaves and sit on a stone and then you zone out. That is hallucination. That, that is not meditation. When men are meditating, their mouths are moving. The Bible says, "Let it be in your mouth." Meditate in it day and night. So every day I am declaring the word over my life because the word has the power to become what it has been sent to become. The Bible says, "He sent forth his word and healed them," meaning that words can be sent. You can send word to your children at home. You can send word to your family at home because the realm of the spirit does not have barriers. So every day you can speak, you can send a word in your future. Oh, Peter, the devil has sought to sift you like wheat in the future, but I have not, I will. I have prayed for you. I have sent a word of preservation. That's why you can wake up on this land and say, "This land must accept me. I am a child of God. I am born from above. Rejection is not my portion. He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world. The path of the righteous shineth brighter and brighter like the breaking of the dawn, and I am a righteous man. I am called of the Father. He that knows the number of hair upon my head, He has engraved my name on the palm of His finger. I am the apple of His eye." What are you doing? I am meditating. We live by the word of God. We live by utterance. A shut mouth is a shut destiny. If you declare what CNN is saying, you will die. If you declare what fake news is saying, and BBC, and Al Jazeera, you will die. "Whose report shall you believe?" Oh, "Whose report shall you believe?" Meaning that this is a report. A report is a captured, analyzed document. Meaning that it is there, it carries facts. But there is another report. The point here is, who shall you believe? That realm answers to words. Some of us are living in our, some of us are living in prayers we made 10 years ago. Hallelujah. Oh, just have your seat. Somebody say, "Words." So that triumph answers to words. Prayer is declaration. Words, words. Jesus said, "You are clean because of the words I've spoken to you." He says, "And these words are spirit and life." There is a level where men don't speak vowels. When authority sits, a grandfather can predict destiny. Your father can predict destiny by releasing a word and say, "You'll never die, you'll never succeed," and it is called a curse. They are people arrested by words of dead men because a man can die, but words don't die, right? You call them curses, but a man spoke. Meaning that another man must speak, right? Because the destiny of Reuben is tied because of a dead father. The father is dead, but he said, "Reuben, you shall be..." He releases a curse. And Moses, as another authority, must arise and speak another word and say, "Reuben, let Reuben live." There must be a consolation. Meaning that where utterances were made by an authority, there is another greater authority. My Father who is in heaven, He is greater than my grandfather, greater than my uncles, greater than authorities of this earth. My Father spoke before they spoke. So I need to believe in His word and announce that word over my life.
