>> This damn operating things.
>> Payment invalid. To speak to an operator, please.
>> I'm done. Shoot. I want you. I got [music] one life [singing] to live. Is
>> that the last one?
>> Yeah.
>> Can I have it, please?
>> All right, folks. Lean in for a second cuz I've got a hot take for you. Living an interesting life. Honestly, they're kind of overrated. I mean, what does that even mean? My guess is somebody out there just needed a fancy way to say they're terrified of being ordinary. But hey, easy, easy. That's just my opinion. No need to come after me in the comments. Here's the truth. We all live a pretty similar life. Some people just figure out how to package theirs a little differently. And that right there is what really separates one story from another.
You know, there's something about getting older and talking about the weather. It's like the older you get, the more you want to talk about the weather. And I know I'm not the only one. It's been like 95 degrees and within a matter of a couple of weeks, it just dropped to like 40°, which is crazy.
Anyways, now that I got that off my chest, thank you guys for clicking on this video. It's actually one of my favorite topics to talk about, and I'm just super excited to sit here and talk to you guys. You know, I was talking to Katie Lstein and I was telling her, I think I've done a pretty good job at like mastering how to make my life look more interesting than it really is because if you guys need me outside of content, I'm just, you know, I'm not saying my life is boring, but it's not as interesting as as you're watching it right now. Trust me. But anyways, after we got done talking, it really just hit me as to why it's one of my favorite ones. It's because like the art and the strategy and the things that we can like learn to do to make life look more interesting. And for some reason that just kind of it fires me up a little bit. So sit back, relax, get some popcorn, some water. Burke and Jordan are actually on their way here for a writing session on this new series that we're working on, and we'll kind of talk to you about it um as this video continues. So with that being said, let's hang out.
You know, I [music] really put a lot of thought into making this video. It's like I really want it to make sense and for you to benefit from it. So, with a little brain power and creativity, I came up with a quick and interesting way to introduce Jordan and Burke coming over. And I think they just got here.
[music]
>> Who is it?
>> Quit player. You know who it is.
>> Amazon, bro. FedEx?
>> No, bro. Come on. Our legs are freezing. Let us in, dude.
[music]
What's the password?
>> Josh is
>> the best.
All right. Come on.
>> Absolutely. No, I like that. That's good.
[music]
>> So, we just got done wrapping up episode one of Weird Pace Run Club. We didn't really like the entire turnout. I'm going to play some clips and you can just kind of let me know what you think. So, we're gonna have to re-shoot some of the the scenes, but right now we are kind of trying to rewrite and work in episode two. So, we're we're working we're working hard. And um also, if you are interested in keeping up with the entire series, there's going to be about eight 8 to 10 episodes. I'm going to link the Instagram down in the description. So, go ahead and follow that and I don't know, keep in contact there.
>> Praise the Lord.
>> You know, a really cool way to look at this entire thing is to truly understand that we were all born completely different, right? But Josh, how is that going to help me with my content [music] or just anything that I want to pursue? Well, let me give you an example. If me and you, the person you I'm talking to you watching this video. If me and you were to go on a walk, same [music] route, same steps, everything. We both have a different perception of life. Basically, what I'm trying to say is [music] that we all bring a different story with within this camera or within life itself. So, that's interesting. You put yourself in a little box and you tell yourself, "Yeah, [music] I'm I'm, you know, I'm a boring person. I don't really have too much of a story." then you're limiting yourself. But if you allow yourself to open up and be your own unique individual self, you have endless [music] stories, my friend. Endless.
So, let me get this straight. So, if I just document myself taking [music] out the trash, walking my dog, better yet, eating. It's considered [music] interesting.
>> Sure, why not?
>> That was kind of lame.
>> Yeah. I mean, if if you did it. Look, it's not about making it look interesting. It's basically how you capture those moments.
>> Oh, okay.
>> That's pretty good, huh? Yeah.
>> I'll be right back.
>> Where you going?
>> Just watch my video. You don't need a more interesting life. You just need better observation like how to look at your everyday environment using sound design, pacing, framing to be able to tell those simple life moments. Let me break this down. Filmmakers or content creators aren't special because of the lives they live. They're special because they notice things. Most people and even me kind of live their lives or live our lives on autopilot. But as creators [music] and filmmakers and people that want to elevate that, you just got to wake up a little bit. I got a couple questions you can ask yourself before you start this journey. The first one is what's actually happening [music] in this moment? And number two, what emotions live here? And last but not least, and this is going to be the most important one, how can I bring this to life?
But with that being said, I do have some things that I do need to complete for today. And I do want to give you guys an update on this content journey that I've jumped into. And yeah, so let's go. I do have to make a [music] quick stop at Best Buy to pick up a memory card and some other side stuff for my new [music] project that I'm working on for uh Monday. Well, the idea is due on Monday, but that is a good segue to let you guys know how this new content journey has been. As of yesterday, I just signed another deal with a phone game company called Royal Kingdom. I don't know if you've heard of them. It's actually a really fun game. They have two different versions. One's Royal Kingdom and Royal Match. you see a lot of celebrities doing like these commercials for them. But anyways, this is my second deal with them and just super excited. I can finally calm down. But if you guys missed my first video with them, I'm super proud of it and I think I can show you like the first I don't know like 10 15 seconds.
>> What's that game you're so [music] into?
>> It's Royal Kingdom. You're seriously not playing yet? It's everywhere. Honestly, it's super fun.
>> Yeah, I love it. I mean, no ads, right? Finally, a game that doesn't interrupt me.
But that pretty much wraps up my content journey. I'm going to get everything situated. get this memory card and um I'll see you guys when I come back.
>> Good evening, Austin. Hope your day's been questionable in all the best ways. As we slide into the late night groove, let me [music] leave you with one truth bomb. Authenticity always wins.
[screaming]
If you were expecting more, wrong station, my friend. Just kidding. Don't touch that dial. And please, for the love of the radio ratings, watch my video.
First of all, I just want to say I'm super glad to be back home and getting ready to do a whole lot of nothing. Well, actually edit this video, but you get the [music] point. This week has been jam-packed with just so many different things when it comes to just making this video, creating ideas, [music] and just a lot of personal stuff. As a matter of fact, me and Katie and two other friends got a chance to go ice skating yesterday, which is pretty interesting. I'm not the best ice skater, but hey, we made it work.
Now, the main reason I bring up this ice skating event is because there was a couple of individuals that really caught my attention. Now, the reason they caught my attention is because they spent like 95% of the time just capturing content. And it really got me thinking and curious as to what it would be like [music] to watch the videos that they were posting cuz obviously I did I didn't know them at all. And I could probably make a bet and say if I did watch their videos, I probably would have thought it looked very interesting and, you know, felt like I was missing [music] out. It's not that they were doing anything different than the rest of us. As a matter of fact, we were all doing the [music] same thing, just doing, you know, the same circles around the the ice. It just goes to show you that you don't have to do anything different than any other people. You can do the same thing as others. All you have to do is just [music] sit back a little bit, take your time, and learn how to capture those moments [music] in a unique way. It doesn't even have to be super crazy.
But anyways, thank you guys so much for [music] hanging out with me. I know I didn't post earlier this week. We did have Thanksgiving, you know, some [music] traveling and all that stuff. So, I wanted to make this video just tad bit longer to hang out with you guys [music] just a little bit longer. I'm definitely looking forward to the video that I have to close out this month. Yeah, if you have any questions, let me know in the comments. But with all of that being said, as always, [music] I'll see you guys next time. Peace.
