I also want to give a major shout out to the sponsor of today's video. It is Ritual. I will talk about them a little bit later on, but thank you so much Ritual for sponsoring today's video and supporting this community. [music] I actually believe that they were the sponsor for the first glow up video I did for 2024 or 2025. Um, so this feels really really full circle. Okay, girl. I am not here to waste your time. We are going to get into this video right [music] now. Let's go.

Step number one. Let me give you a little reality check, girl. Whether you work a 9 to5, whether you are a shift worker, whether you are a stay-at-home mom, either way, I feel like most of us have started to treat our lives like our hobbies. We have given so much of our time, our energy, our money into these corporations, [music] into these businesses, into other people. And it's not that we have forgot about ourselves. But if we really want to achieve our dream life, it isn't about expelling all of our energy or working super hard. It's about turning it inward in a strategic way. Here's the thing, sis. Your dream life requires structure. Your glow up requires strategy. And your evolution requires intention. When you treat your life like a business, everything changes. One, because businesses grow when they have really good systems in place. Successful companies don't rely on motivation. They rely on structure, routines, habits. Number two, they also use data, not delusion. I know it's good to be dulu every once in a while, but this year it's serious. Businesses track performances. They analyze patterns, and they adjust what's not working. And then lastly, I really want you to switch your mindset into this. Businesses invest in themselves to grow. You have to invest in yourself, too, girl. A company buys the tools, they hire the support, and they make the upgrades needed to operate at its highest performance level. When you start treating yourself like your most valuable asset, and other people will too, opportunities will come into your life. And 2026 will be the best year you've ever had.

Step number one, we are going to build your 2026 life [music] strategy. Think of this as your CEO vision. This is the foundation. This is the blueprint. [music] This is the business plan of your life. Most people struggle not because they're lazy or they lack motivation or they lack discipline, but it's because they are directionless. This isn't a bad thing. It's just an opportunity to grow. CEOs don't operate like that. CEOs lead with vision. So, we will too for our own life. Because the thing we need to do is we need to define our company mission or our why. To do this, I want you to ask yourself a couple of questions. One, what does 2026 me stand for? Two, what do I want my life to represent? Three, what am I prioritizing this year? And four, how do I want to feel every day? When we have a clear mission, that becomes the filter for every single thing in our life. Our relationships, our finances, our health, our energy, our self-care, everything, because now you stop living on autopilot and you start moving with intention. To get an even clearer vision on your why, it might be helpful to imagine your life or your glow journey into departments, just like a company. It's really important for growth or for our glowup journey to focus on three departments for your glow up. These departments can be the mind. So think of mental health, our mindset, maybe even education, our discipline. Another one can be the body. This is our fitness, our nutrition, sleep, our internal health. Maybe this is money, our finances, our income, investing, and our spending habits. Or maybe this is relationships, romantic, friendships, familial. This can also be things like boundaries or communication. And then lastly, another department can be lifestyle. This is our aesthetic, our routines, personal brand, travel, home. These are going to be the pillars of your 2026 glow-up plan.

Now that we have this, let's move on to step two. In step two, we are becoming that girl on purpose. We are building our brand [music] identity. In business, your brand is your reputation. And in life, your brand is your identity. Cuz here's the thing, the world responds to the version of you that you consistently present. Most people can glow up the physical, [music] right? We can get our nails done. We can get our hair done. But if we don't glow up our identity, then nothing is going to stick. This is how to change that. Every company has a defined brand, a look, a feel, a voice, an energy. You need this, too. This is the fun part because we can ask ourselves, what does the highest version of me look like? What does she smell like? What does she dress like? What is her energy? Is it intentional? Is it confident? Is it soft? Is it bold? Is she disciplined? Is she feminine? Is she luxurious? Is she grounded? And if you walked into the room, how would you want people to feel? This becomes your identity blueprint. I say this every single year, but it is most important in this category of our brand identity. We need to build a signature look. Every iconic woman has a consistent signature look. It's not because she's boring, because she's branded. She's memorable. This creates familiarity, and this creates confidence. It also makes it easier for you when you're choosing your nails, when you're choosing your hair, when you're choosing your outfit. For instance, your hair. Is your signature look curly? Is it long? Is it [music] short? Is it natural? Is it with a sew in? Don't be afraid to ask your friends and family what they think looks best on you. Your nails, are they short? Are they square? Are they French tip? Are they fun and bold colors? Your makeup, is it clean girl? Is [music] it full glam? Do you like a darker lip? Do you like a lighter lip? This can even go to your clothes. Are you known for the matching sets? Are you known for the layering? This isn't to lock you into a box for 2026, but I would recommend keeping up this signature look about 80% of the time. When people recognize your look, then you always feel polished and put together. Simultaneously, if this is a great time to build a capsule wardrobe around this brand identity, think of like when businesses have merch. Like, this is your merch. You can build a closet with high quality basics, neutral [music] and timeless pieces, matching sets, pieces that flatter you, something where you can glow up and get ready in [music] 5 minutes and still look like your brand and your identity. Lastly, let's also talk about our digital environment. We will revisit digital environment later in this video, but we need to be considerate of our online brand. This is your Instagram, your Tik Tok, your YouTube, your Pinterest. These are like brand touch points, a quick snapshot that people can look at you from a digital form. We want to make sure we remove old content that no longer reflects us. Curate our grid to motivational content, feminine content, whatever we want that brand identity to be. We can even update our bio to reflect this new identity and making sure to keep our online presence reflective of our offline presence of our 2026 brand identity.

Let's move on to step three because now we're going to optimize our operating systems because your health is your infrastructure. A business cannot run on a broken system. Similarly, your body can't glow up if your health, if your body, if your operating system is running on low battery. A lot of us, me included, try to [music] glow up on the outside. New hair care, new skincare, new makeup routine. And I think this is all important. We cannot neglect the internal structure of our glow-up journey. We want to treat our body like our most valuable asset. Your energy, your discipline, your creativity, your confidence, your focus, and emotional stability all rely on how well your body is running. In 2026, it might be really helpful to build some baseline habits or think of this as your company's non-negotiables. I'm going to give you some of my daily non-negotiables for my health. One, morning hydration. Two, sunlight within the first hour. This is pretty easy for me cuz I walk my dog in the morning. Three, movement daily. [music] Whether it's Pilates, whether it's yoga, whether it's just stretching, whether it's 12 3:30 on the treadmill, whether it's a hit class, every single day I move my body. Four, a consistent sleep routine. This past year, I really, really dug into my nighttime routine and optimized my sleep health, and it [music] has propelled me to new heights on what I can do throughout my day. Five, I actually started to cook this year and making whole food recipes, trying out different meal plans that work best for me. I underestimated how much your nutrition really fueled your dayto-day and your goals. The biggest glowup secrets, the biggest beauty hacks that are going to make the most difference are actually your internal health. Most people don't realize that your energy, your skin, your hair health, your mood, your digestion, your hormones, your metabolism, they're all internal markers of what's going on inside of the body. So, if you really want to glow up, it starts inside. And just like businesses rely on essential tools to keep that operating system running smoothly. Your body needs foundational support, too. Like I mentioned, Ritual is a sponsor of today's video. So, thank you so much, Ritual, for sponsoring today's video [music] and supporting this community. You don't need a million supplements. You just need the right ones. Ones that are going to support you from the inside [music] out. In 2026, I really want you to start taking your supplements seriously. I personally would start with Rituals Essential for Women 18 plus. This is my favorite multivitamin, and this is going to cover those bases that we were talking about. This multivitamin has been a core part of my routine for forever. Again, I'm pretty sure I was in my annual glowup video from years ago, and I still stand by it. I want to make sure my body or my operating system is getting the foundational support that it needs every single day. What I love about Ritual is that it's not a million different supplements. It's just the essentials. Clean, traceable ingredients that your body actually recognizes. [music] Like I mentioned, I take Ritual's Essentials for Woman 18 plus. First thing you'll notice when you take this, it has a delayed release capsule, so it's not going to bother your stomach, and you can take it whenever it's convenient for you. Personally, I take mine in the morning. Everything about Ritual is traceable, which is really important for me. I have a very sensitive stomach and a very sensitive body in general. You can literally trace where every single ingredient is from. No shady fillers, no hidden extras, and nothing synthetic that doesn't need to be in there. I also love it because it has a nutrients that us women don't get enough of. Things like omega-3, DHA, vitamin D3, magnesium, and iron allin-one capsule that is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, formulated for women 18 and up. Plus, it actually tastes good. The minty essence is just so refreshing in the morning. So, if you're entering your 2026 glowup era, then make sure that you include Ritual. The best part is it's actually the perfect time to try Ritual. Right now, Ritual is having their Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend sale. We're offering our community a limited time offer. You can use the code jazz turner 40. I'll also include the QR code here and the link in my description. When you scan that QR code, that's going to get you 40% off sitewide. That is an insane deal and a perfect time to try Rituals for Women 18 plus. Again, that is Jazz Turner 40. Scan the QR code right here or you can click the link in my description. It's going to get you 40% off sitewide for a limited time only for Ritual's Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend sale. I'm a huge, huge fan of Ritual. I've been using it for years now every single day. I travel with it. I bring it with me everywhere. So, thank you so much Ritual for sponsoring today's video and supporting this community.

Okay, sis. Let's move on to step number four. Cuz in step number four, we are going to become the CFO of our failings. We're going to be talking emotional management. If your body is like your operating system, think of your feelings like your finances. [music] And most people are going emotionally bankrupt and not even realizing it. Every business has a chief financial officer, someone who tracks what comes in, what goes out, what adds value, and what is draining [music] the budget. In your glow-up journey, you are that CFO. You are responsible for managing the inflow and the outflow of your energy. Just like companies need to review where the money is going, you need to review where your energy is going. Ask yourself, what situations am I putting myself that drains me? Number two, this one's a big one, who leaves me feeling empty? Three, what habits or routines are exhausting me? Number four, what am I giving energy to that is giving me nothing back? Because your emotional energy is the difference between thriving and burnout. Here's the thing, sis. Businesses don't just cut costs, they invest. Think about what actually fills your cup, what makes you feel energetic, what people inspire you, what habits elevate your self-worth. These can be things like morning walks, maybe little self-care rituals. For me, it's Pilates, maybe this is journaling, maybe this is reading, maybe this is our healthy routines, or spending time around supportive friends and [music] family. These are all things that become part of our emotional income. Now, this part might be a little bit hard. Every company, especially when it comes to finances, has rules and policies. These are the things that are going to protect our productivity at all costs. [music] These are also the things that are going to prevent chaos and burnout. For example, in 2026, I don't respond immediately [music] to triggering messages. Or in 2026, I don't let social media dictate my worth. Or it can be in 2026, I don't chase people. Or it can even be in 2026, I do not tolerate inconsistent communication. These are ways that we stop reacting impulsively and we start moving with intention.

All right, girl. Number five. Now, we have to build the systems that are going to run our life. Think of these as our SOPs, our standard operating procedures. In businesses, systems create consistency, and in your life, systems can create your glow up. We all know motivation is unreliable. Discipline is powerful. The systems are what's actually going to change your life. Every successful company has SOPs. These are the things that outline exactly how things get done consistently, no matter if the company is having an off day. Your 2026 needs the same structure. I was listening to, and I'll link it down below, a really great podcast by Leila Horoszi. My um boyfriend sent it to me. I forget the exact title of it. It's 15 minutes. It's quick. Give it a listen. But it was she was basically saying, "You're not lazy. You're not unmotivated. You're just not making your environment work the best for you." And I really resonated with that because not only do I say that on my own platform, but I've actually used it in my own life. And this is just so so so powerful. So, let's talk about your morning SOP because we're going to start every single morning like you are the CEO. Your first 90 minutes of the day set the tone [music] for the rest of your day. A chaotic morning will equal a chaotic mind. A structured morning will result in a high value, soft, regulated woman. This is the woman of 2026. Let me give you my morning SOP. I wake up every single morning to a sunrise alarm clock. I will link my favorite one down below. First thing I do is I drink a glass of water, morning hydration. Third thing I do is I do my gratitude journal or meditation, some type of mindful activity so it can set the mindset for the first thing in the day. Fourth thing I do is I make my bed. This is an easy low-lift task that helps my mind switch into that mode and it gives me like an accomplished feeling first thing in the morning. The fifth thing I do is I always walk my dog in the morning, but this also lets me get some morning sunlight. This [music] is great for your hormones and great for your circadian rhythm. The sixth thing I do, again, daily movement. This can look like a 12 3:30. This can look like yoga for me. This most recently has looked like Pilates first thing in the morning. It can be anything from 15 minutes to 50 minutes. Seven, I do something nourishing for my body. So, recently I've been making bone broth with some fiber and some electrolytes in it. Think of, you know, a warm lemon tea or a nourishing breakfast. This is also the time that I take my supplements that I take my ritual vitamins. Number eight, I do an intentional energy setting [music] thing in the day. This can be affirmations. This can be music or this can even be reading. Number nine, I have an aesthetic touch to my [music] day. This can look like lighting candles, setting my smart bulbs to like a certain like warmer or cooler. This can even look like skin care or fragrance or my outfit for the day. And then number 10, I do my top three. This helps me keep organized and gives me some direction and some confidence in my day. Now you can have SOPs for various things in your life. Your workday, your nighttime routine, your lifestyle. Like workday SOPs would be for example time blocks, batching your tasks, your notifications are off when you are in deep work, taking a break outside, making sure your area is nice and clean and tidy. Maybe a lifestyle SLP would really be focusing on making wellness automatic. That's what I've done in 2025. I've [music] done things like keeping a glass of water near my night side table so I can keep up with my hydration. Doing a 10-minute tidy every single night so that I can wake up to a nice and clean environment. Even things like digital boundaries, turning off my phone an hour before bed, not looking at my phone an hour [music] first thing in the morning. Your nighttime SOP. I won't even go into this. I have made a point to film numerous nighttime routines throughout this channel in this past year because I'm such a big proponent of it. So definitely I will link those down below to give you some ideas because your nighttime routine in my opinion is more important than your morning routine. But here's the thing. Your nighttime routine isn't about being productive. It is about resetting. It is about grounding. It's about regulating your nervous system, which is so so important. I also want to mention habit stacking in [music] this category. If you've never heard of habit stacking before, I am probably the president of habit stacking. It is basically the quickest way I've been able to stay consistent with my goals and my wellness routines and everything healthy habits. It's basically where I take an habit that I already do that's already in my routine and if I'm trying to build a new habit, I pair it with it. So, for instance, if I brush my teeth every single day and I play my positive affirmations while I brush my teeth so I'm getting two things done at once. For instance, if I'm really trying to consume more motivational content, then I will do a 12 3:30 and I will watch a motivational podcast or a YouTube video. If I'm really trying to keep up with my journaling every single day, maybe I pair this with my morning coffee when I sit down. Maybe I take a walk every single day. I listen to an audio book. There are so many different habit stacks that you can include in your life. But this is how we're going to make some of our routine stick. It's also helpful to automate where you can. Setting your ritual orders on auto delivery so you can keep up with your supplements. automating savings transfers, having a weekly grocery prep or a food delivery service, having a monthly or bi-weekly cleaning. Automation reduces mental load, which increases your glow-up capacity.

Now, girl, you might be wondering, girl, we have five more steps left. Yes, we do. I want to make this as informative as possible, but I also don't want to overwhelm you. So, in this video, I've included the first five steps, and in part two, I will include the last five steps. I don't want this video to be too long. I don't want it to be over stimulating or overwhelming. I think those five things are a great place to start and to work on in this next week as we prepare for 2026. [music] But don't worry, the very next video following this will be part two. So, if you enjoyed this video, if you want to see part two as quick as possible, give this video [music] a like. Comment down below something that you learned, something that resonated with you, something that I should include in the next video, or maybe a question that you want answered [music] that I can answer for you in the next video. Again, if you haven't already, subscribe to this channel for more glow up content. Thank you so much, Ritual, for sponsoring today's video and supporting all of our glowup journeys. I am so lucky you clicked on this video. I'm so lucky that you are choosing yourself in 2026. 2026 will be the best year of your life if you start treating your life like a business because you are valuable and you are worth it. Girl, I'm so proud of you. I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day and I will see you in part two. Bye, girl. [music] >> [music]
