They did eat a FR. Yeah, we have Mars to Moon today. That is an interesting cycle, um, because Mars is passion; the Moon is equilibrium that we try to achieve. I mean, the mo, the Moon waxes and wanes and has this moodiness to it, but the ideal state of the Moon is not so much this, but this: we have an emotional equilibrium. Because what is the balance to the Moon? It's Saturn. That's regularity, coldness, distance. Moon is all warm, fuzzy, and, um, no, wants to get close. And we have these very extreme forces here, and we can air on one extreme side or the other, uh, or we can come to a point, or we can appreciate what both sides of the spectrum. So the mo, the Moon being this really a tether to our scene, it, the Moon in Vedic astrology, has ever more to do with the mind, the state of the mind state, then Mercury does. You know, Mercury is the facts and the categories and questions, and just the facts, man. The Moon is how it feel, and how often times facts can be. So we wrestle with cognitive dissonance.
We're coming to a peak of, going to go into a little bit of a tiny little archetype of offshoot here before we get into the lesson proper, peak of cognitive dissonance among the collective feminine on the planet right now. The Moon in Venus represent that, that vulnerable feminine, with Mars and Saturn and the Sun that are the balancing forces. And with, uh, by Saturn coming into Aries, which is the ruler of Mars, that's going to be interesting at the end of the cycle with Saturn going through Pisces. And, uh, as Saturn goes to Aries, and then as we have Transit Saturn, this is where we're going to see when it comes to the archetypal War of the Sexes coming to end.
So when we're talking about Mars-Moon transits, really talking about this archetypal dance between a very masculine force within ourselves and within society. Because all we're looking at are cycles, cycles. What the Zen, how does it go? 'Within a drop of water just contain the entire ocean,' or 'are the entire ocean contained within a drop of water,' whichever way it works. So we see this, um, very personal itch to express ourselves with Moon, with Mars transits to the Moon. How we do that is going to be dependent on the aspect: the urge, what type of urge, how do we act on it, what are the consequences of it?
So what we have going on right now, and what we experience in a mini, a mini cycle with Mars transits to the Moon, um, or other outer planet transits, we can, we can have this particular cycle with those cycles. Um, Mars transits to Venus, Venus transits to Mars, Progressive moving Sun. We're going to experience this, uh, archetypal dance between the masculine feminine forces within ourselves and the masculine and feminine forces within society at large. We have to learn to think cycles within cycles when we're becoming really good astrologers. It's all repeats. So there's a relationship between a cosmic mommy and daddy right now going on that's coming to... I have, we have that relationship with Mars-Moon transits expressing in a very short-term way personally. When these things happen societally, this is very much the point in a marriage.
Um, because, say, the Moon has got, the Moon has gotten married. Mars and the Moon has emotional need. The Moon is emotional. Mars is about supremacy. Mars is about winning. Mars is a, is, is, is about the infantile ego. It's a very basic, if we look at the signs and terms of evolution, un evolve aspect of masculinity. We know that Mars is a me. Mars has his good points. All this, the the planets have their s. They're evolved and devolved site. The devolved site of Mars will often express with the difficult transits to the Moon personally, and it is definitely expressing now in terms of sociology. So Mom and Dad got... Cosmic Mom and Dad got married. Mars and the Moon got married. And the Moon, uh, experienced, uh, and, and going to talk about American culture, um, which is very much typifying of Western culture. Because the reason that, uh, caic Daddy, uh, was stressed was the same as it was the World Wars of the previous century. So Mars had to go off to war. That's what Mars does. As, think about it, he's a meat head anyway. Mars went off to war, and Mom had to go to work. Um, so this is the a point of stress that Mom had to respond to.
A lot of times when we're in the archetypal Mars-Moon marriage, Mom discovers a Dad's just, you know, selfish, or Dad is not a good enough provider, or Dad is a financial abuser. Dad is, Dad is not expressing the healthy, equal aspects of masculinity. So this is the reason why Mom has to go get a job. Mom would like to stay home, you know, we all would ideally. But that really does put you in a very, very, very vulnerable position. You are the mercy of the the financial abilities, the the the skills, the the energy level, the decision of the partner. So the Moon of support is very much that. The Moon and Saturn are very much about support. Saturn is how we go out into the world and serve the needs of.
So Mom goes to work, and, uh, and which is akin to modern society, uh, women having the ability to work, get an education. You have choices, the ability to support themselves. The Moon is... So Dad is going to be uncomfortable with us. In fact, a lot of times Dad, or the disempowering partner, you could see is the patriarchy, will stand in the way and try to convince Mom, you know, she shouldn't work, or that it won't work, because there's a threat. There's a, there's a threat to this unilateral use of power.
So there is this point in stream where Cosmic Mom, archetypal Mom, is saying, 'Well, I can support myself now, so the jig is up. I'm not putting up with this anymore. You either stop being dominating and we start having an equal partnership here, that doesn't mean that I'm the boss, I don't want to be the boss, um, or I, I'm going to go do my own thing.' So it's at this point that we see the most amount of rage come to the surface. This is when Mom is really in the most danger, anytime a partner is at that point of really being serious and saying no. And, and there's a wave at that going society at this point. Lot Capricorn stuff, um, especially the younger generation, a lot of planets in very interesting idea of holding out and value.
So there is this flash, and everybody knows that, um, the feminine can now. Everybody knows the masculine is those, 'Well, I'm going to go forever.' [Music] Um, culturally, women have not used this knowledge to their because they've been fighting and forces at the same time. So as we use the right language to explain to each other what's really going on here, the way of change is very, very quick.
Um, so when we have these Mars transits to Moon, we have this need to win, this need to, uh, express ourselves in a very kneer reaction, a kner way. And rarely, rarely is it going to work in our favor. Rarely. These are, these are square. Sorry, did I freeze? Yeah, you froze. Um, it's a, uh, I got... Very, very rarely does it work out in our favor. These are square. And then it cut out. They're square planets. They will always have an archetypal conflict. It will always exist. It's built in to how they are elementally nak. So we have to be aware of how this force within us to press our own agenda forward at the expense possibly of the part within us that wants to emotionally. How are we spontaneously pushing through our Personal Agenda in a way that robs us of the closeness and the care and the voluntary, the voluntary love and tenderness of someone? We cause people to walk on show. Then we have the strength. Thank God it don't last that long. Um, it can be a week, though, of extreme touching. We have to be very careful about how that masculine force of supremacy and way to win, and being very, very knee jerk about what we respond to, how that can hurt us and others. Because we are getting in the way of a vulnerable expression of our personal meaning. So we don't just... Everybody gets hurt if we don't handle Mars-Moon transits well. Everybody gets hurt if Ary mom doesn't, uh, handle Dad well.
So when we have the conjunction, we have a lot of... It's a lot of passion, and it feels like we can't hardly keep a lid on what we. So we have this mixing these very subjective forces with, 'You know what I'm feeling?' And then we have this need for defense coming into mix with that. These are very arousing, passionate, touchy transits. Uh, we really do need to move, move, get some energy out. We, we need to occupy ourself in such a way where we are not demanding, not de... because we can be very unconsciously demanding a certain level of difference, attention. Um, we can be unknowingly, you know, acting very entitled in terms of needing to be the center. So we have to really look at, 'Oh my God, um, how is it that other people might, uh, be feeling around me?' We often just... We don't consider that because we're so wrapped up in our own feelings, in, in, in our own un. This is going to be very, very, very selfish days of the year.
Um, the sex stle is much easier to handle. We still have passion. We will still be inspired to further our personal agenda, but it is in a way where we do include others, and we may lean in with energy, with curiosity, into what is going on with those in our daily life. These aren't exclusive; these are inclusive days. Sex tiles, we can put our energy into our passion, into building those Comm, finding a sense of connection. Um, our libido is extremely accessible and high, and often leading the way. Have any Mars Moon Transit, and we can feel very much, um, turned on, um, invigorated, uh, sexually or emotionally aroused by what... What is a, um, what's challenging, what gives us a sense of purpose, what we can go towards, something that we can go towards, something that inspires us to go forward. Where we want to relax with Venus Moon transits, those are the laziest days of the here. These are very invigorating, energy nervs days of the year. So we can use that energy to be very constructive at the sex tile.
How do we use Mars? That's a big part of Mars Transit. How do we use this impulse that needs to act, it needs to move? Good way to understand Mars is to, um, we understand a lot of the, the reason for the Roman Empire. Now, I'm, I am pulling from memory here from college, so if I do not have my facts exactly straight, forgive me. This is, uh, what I remember. Um, you know, the very early days before the Empire, which was a very patriarchal Empire, by the way, uh, was really in place. We had these armies of very warlike dudes that were used to going out on these continued War camps, very aggressive, very, uh, marsy guys. So they would come back from these wars and they would get into trouble. They would become destructive when they were actually used for purposes of constructing the EMP. If they were not put to work, if they were not at War, if they were not doing Mars things, they were automatically toxic, destructive. So the power CES said, 'You know what? That we can't have all of this intelligent and raping and getting into trouble at home. We're put them to work.' And hence, we have a patriarch fire. We have to put Mars to work in a constructive way, or else it comes out sideways. So if we don't direct it consciously, we can't just be new jerk. This is where we get into trouble. And this is where we, we have help at the sex style. It helps take that kneejerk unconscious, 'Oh, I'm just going to react,' and, and real of be embarrassed afterwards. It takes that out of it because we are looking around at what needs to be done, what needs to be accomplished. See, it takes that, that the self focus out of it when you add the sex style or the try. It, it is still a, the subjective Transit. It is kind of inspiring a lot of feelings, passion, but I get something. So it increases the likelihood that we will be very efficient. These are... This is not an efficient combination in itself, Moon Mars. It's not efficient, but sextiles are inherently efficient, practical. So if you have this in the natal chart, it's indicating, uh, you a lot of passion, but I, there is this way that we can control constructively our feelings.
So that brings us to the square, where we do not have the, we do not have the perspective that we have with the easy aspects. The square is a rough week, uh, because we can feel like, was irritated, was generally irritated. We active short, uh, transiting Mars for toon red short. Um, especially Mom can piss us. All women can piss us off. We are extremely impatient this particular week. It's hard to sleep. Um, I think we're probably even kicking the. So yeah, we, we have to be really careful about how we are putting other people off because we will automatically get in the way of other people being able to commune with us, and we're just going to be a prickle care for a little while. So really look at who it is that you're snapping at when you have the square. We need to get more rest. We're usually very much lacking rest because we are, um, we're irritated, we, we're irritable, we're not peaceful. And we might even be in, in one of those frames of Mind where like everything pisses us off. We're on a normal day, we wouldn't be counting, keeping score and every. But this is like one of those days where we're like, come out of the, you know, we have to go shopping. So we come out of the house, we're like, 'Oh my God, the keys bent!' Of course. Yeah, I bend the key back, take five minutes to do that. Get in the car. No, no, I'm hitting every red light. Of course I am. Every red light. Of course, yeah, yeah. Then we get to the store, the line's unusual. Yeah, of course it is. Of course it is. Everything going wrong. Everything is going wrong. See, our attention is on these, you know, the what is irritating that we can respond to in a short way. That's a frequency that we're putting out. So we don't make many, we don't make friends on this particular week. Uh, in fact, we might not even want to go to social activity because we're already assuming that we're going to hate everybody that's there. Um, it's, it's probably best if we limit our social interaction because we don't like anybody, and they don't like us either.
Um, get more rest. Take some long baths. Do not kick the cat, if you can. Uh, Release Yourself or free yourself from some amount of domestic stress. Do head it off, head it off, because you will yell at the kids. So, uh, um, I think lean in to our Moon needs, you know, safety, peace, harmony, domestic tranquility. Lean into that. Put your energy into trying to facilitate that because we know we're going to be a [ __ ]. Um, don't respond to people who have things to say to you online particular week. It ain't going to go well. Maybe employ my rule: if you challenge me, I will respond to you one time. One time. I will give you one response, and I know you will come back probably with a lot of energy, and I will not come back. And you may interpret that as, 'Oh, she's scared. She, I've won. I'm done.' I don't go that because it could go on [ __ ] ever. So have a plan when it comes to how you are going to respond to people who are in conflict with you. Mother, oh God, Mother and women in our life that are normally born in our side that we have to deal with. Have a plan for what you are going to, uh, be doing that week. Maybe you don't want to drop the kids off that week at Mom's house if she drives you cray cray. So be intentional. We rarely are, and we have to square, and then we pay for it. But try, try.
Um, so that brings us to the draine, where we have a much better way of controlling our feelings. We might actually have a lot of perspective when it comes to how we are reactive and be able to control ourselves. Um, we don't see the automatic negative consequences with the draine that we will see most of the time with the hard aspects. Because again, we lose... Oh, oh, cilia say, 'We lose our CH.' Oh, do we ever! And then we do a Mex Mexican hat dance on somebody's head after we lose it just to prove our point. So, uh, to be really, really careful about the use of our passion. And it's more natural with the draine to not be reactive in a way that's destructive both to ourselves and to others. So we can work out better what our personal need is, what is that forward motion, how might we want to win or proove ourself, and what is the best course of action that doesn't end up excluding us from the kind of tranquility, connection, care that we really, really do need. Um, so we can, uh, you know, express our passion in a way that actually draws others to us. This is a very morning day for a lot of people. It's could be a very successful day for, um, for, for intimate expression, whether that includes sexual activity or not. It's, it's a, it's just easy to know what to say, what to do. The emotional Attunement, that's what it is. That's what it is. The emotional Attunement that we can achieve with somebody that we are passionate about or in a competition or in partnership with. Emotional Attunement is right on. Our passions flow together rather than in conflict with each other. We have the male and the female, passive and the aggressive, working in harmony. So we do not have a concept of winners and losers. It's a big, basic concept that automatically comes when we look at the, you know, the polarizing forces of a masculine first and seven four, the Moon and the Sun, which are actually semisextile to each other. Nothing common deeply. Uh, we're on the same page. We realize we're on the same page. Be try. We want the same things. We do. We want. And it's always easy for us to act in ways since we know that we want the same thing. We're not convinced that you're trying to keep me from having my needs met. That's that wins and loses. When we can both, we work together, cooperate, you know, can make it work. This is the mindset of the age of Aquarius. It's so simple. Uh, it's so simple. Willingness to recognize what our own passion is. Do. There's a willingness to recognize with a passion and the needs are of others. Uh, we just don't find that threatening. It's a threat with the heart aspects. Is not a threat with the draine. With the sex tile, we actually see the passions of others as an asset to us because we see that, 'Oh, wow, if I harness your passion and have that working along mine, oh my God, we are unstoppable!' He says there's this choice that is there with the draine and the sex house, this choice to cooperate. We can get a lot done on these weeks. We can get a lot done. These can be the weeks where we enlist the help of those closest to us, and we just, we can tackle projects like, 'Oh my God, I've had this room that's been half painted for six months, and then somehow we come together and it happens.' So, um, it'd be like the, the Amish barn raising where we all get together and in a day we can build something that on our own it would have taken a year to construct. So these actually can be extremely, extremely constructive days. But remember, they are almost automatically destructive. The difficult transits always keep that in mind. The, the potential for destru destruction or construction always there with Mars.
So that brings us to the opposition, one of the more difficult transits to have. And we will see others is more automatically the problem and the, uh, willing to fight. We can feel that others opposing, others are opposing our personal plans, our personal mean. They are triggering. These are some of the most Tri. Thank God it only happens every so often. So yeah, we see others is like, um, needing to calm down and needing to back off. Um, we really need to control ourselves first, and then we will see an automatic, um, an automatic decompression in who it is or what it is that we're deal. If we bring ourself down a few notches, we will see that reflecting and who it is that we're dealing with. But we tend to match energy with this one because we lack mindfulness. We're so emotional, and it, it can be very, very easy to get us riled up. There's the an American term, 'You get somebody all jined up.' That's what is so easy to happen with this particular opposition, this particular week. We can actually be used as a tool for other people's passions and not even realize it because it's just so easy to get us to, to get our passions stirred and convince us that we are losing out some way or we are threatened by something outside of ourselves. And we could just move immediately without thinking to defend ourselves and not realize that we might actually the aggressor because we didn't stop to think or really take the situation into account. We only responded to our own subjective emotional opinion in that moment, which lacked respect and lacked outside information. Things are entirely domestic. We have only a domestic that of facts we dealing with. We have to be willing to look at what is the other side. Was it look like outside of who I am or where I come from? Was it look like outside of what I'm feeling right now in this moment? And so often with the opposition, we're not stopping to think before we react. How might this impact the other person? Because we can just feel like, 'Alright, you know what? You've triggered me, and I am going to throw all of my artillery at you.' We really, really could feel bad about how for we've been. Have good back with the opposition. We are not careful. Chances are, we probably won't be careful. It's the nature of the opposition. I think it's there to really have us understand how extreme we can be in terms of, you know, acting on our own, our own fears, our own feelings, our own needs, our own selfishness. It's there to give us information about ourselves. And, um, hopefully, because oppositions offer us an AIP, hopefully we are being humble enough to understand that maybe I had a hand in that, or maybe I can approach this differently. Um, yeah, I think it gives us insight into our internal state, and it has us really asking ourself, 'Are we really as compassionate or as empathetic or as willing to cooperate as we think we are?' These could be pretty, uh, forceful days to deal with. And again, if you can put yourself in a situation where you aren't going to be around people that are extremely triggering, as we could do less damage. Certainly, we will still experience the transit, but we will, we will not get away without having our, um, you know, without having an experience of this, this opposition of Mars to the Moon. But when we are setting things up so we have the best result, I think that is, you know, one of the best, the best, uh, um, expressions of mindfulness. You know, 'I know I'm going to be a big grouch, so I'm going to set things up this week so I can mitigate of that. I'm going to try not to be a grouch, not just going to let it bleed out everywhere. I'm going to, you know, do my best to, you know, make an allowance for it.' But it's, we don't just turn into job of the Hut, right, where we just sit around like a grouchy swab and expect everybody to serve us as we've set things up that way. That's not what I'm saying. Set things up so they're in your own best interest, and then be mindful about being a jurk.
