What is it? No.

It doesn't cost anywhere near $300 a month to feed one person in America.

Oh, here we go.

For $300 a month, you can feed four people. Full meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Four people. Three meals a day. That's 360 meals a month. For $300, that's less than 90 cents a meal. I mean, it's possible. If your diet is a miserable one, consisting exclusively of dried grains and beans. The people who say that this is not possible are people who simply don't actually try. They don't put in the hard work that needs to be done to get the price to come down.

Yes, it's very possible for people who are cosplaying at poverty and have time to plan things. One of the worst things that poverty does is robs you of time because you are constantly hustling trying to find enough money to survive. It's how the cycle of poverty reinforces itself.

They don't make compromises. They do not meal plan. Meal planning takes time, expertise, cooking utensils, Tupperware, storage space, many things that poor families simply do not have.

They do not use coupons.

Poor people often don't engage in the poverty laring hobby of extreme couponing because the amount of money they could make simply working is more than the amount they would save by couponing.

They do not go when their sales, they do not go early in the morning to get the manager specials on the meat.

They're not going to the grocery store early in the morning because they're getting ready for work. They don't have time to fight rush hour traffic to go to the grocery store, get there at 7:00 a.m., buy their meat, go back home through rush hour traffic, store it, and then go to work again through rush hour traffic at jobs where they'll be fired if they're 3 seconds late.

They buy convenience food. They buy foods that are easy for them.

Yes, convenience is a necessity, not a luxury for people who cannot afford to not be working. So, of course, when you do that, your price is going to triple.

That's little something I call the paradox of plenty. The more time you have to plan, the more money you have, the cheaper things get. For example, if you have to finance a house or pay rent, you will wind up paying two or three times the price of housing as someone who can simply buy the house for cash. That's the cruelty of the economic system we live with now. People who work 40, 50, or 60 hours a week still have to finance not starving to death.

I have proven over and over and over again, and not just me, there are multiple creators that have proven you can live off of much less than that a month and have good, solid meals.

Yeah, that's right. The same way that fitness influencers have proven that anyone who has nothing to do but devote their time to their physique can have an eight-pack and just the thickest booty you've ever seen. Go so crazy somewhere else. This is America. We're all stocked up.
