I am sober. I am sober, but I do like non-alcoholic beverages. I do. Um, I've been sober for four years and I, I don't think I would have been able to get sober if it wasn't for NA options. On. Okay, let's talk about Feel Free. You guys, that's a great question, Mike. No, for a long time, my TikTok algorithm was all people that were like, started out using those Feel Free drinks and like, they didn't realize that they were addicted to them. They were like, "Oh, I drink seven of these a day. No big deal." And then all of a sudden they're drinking, you know, or Okay, what happened? Like, I'm just trying to remember. So they would drink seven a day and like lie to themselves but be like, "Oh, it's not a big deal." And then they would go and, um, like go somewhere where they couldn't find it at the gas station and then they'd have a meltdown and go into withdrawal. So, no, I do not use Feel Free. I don't think anybody could pay me to drink one of those because from what I've seen on my For You page, like, it's awful. JJ, thanks for being here. And Sass, you're the best. So, the flowers are for my energetic protection. Let's talk about one of the people that clipped my lives. Like, she did such a good job. Like, one of the commenters did such a good job explaining why I have the flowers. You guys, I did an energy healing with a woman who's in my subscriber community. I'll have her on as a guest one of these days, but she was like, "You have to protect your energy when you go on live. You have to." And it's, I also got biofeedback. Shout out to whatever sub got bio like gave me the biofeedback. Um, and she said like, all of the screen mirroring was affecting my aura. So, I decided to um, you know, just do something about it and also not tell people when I'm going to go live, which is a bummer because I love letting my subs know. So that's the rumor.
Okay. So, someone says, "Has she, somebody asked, has she talked about what is up with the flowers recently or do we have any theories?" Like, you guys, you guys, a theory. A theory. Subs, just just wait. I can't. I'm not reading at the chat right now. So, if the subs have something to say, just wait. Tiff, I'm good. That, yeah, I just continue to do me. That's right. So, I'm just going to say, 'cause this woman, she nailed it, right? So, they said this woman commented and said, "They behave like an adaptive shield. Self-soothing and distancing." They are self-soothing to me. They're very self-soothing. A regulatory distraction disrupting direct viewer focus. I'm like, nailed it. And possibly an illustrative symbol reframing her vulnerability in a softer context.

How was your weekend away? Oh my gosh, Ally, it was fabulous. It was fabulous. I spent time in Orange County, which I'm a big fan of San Diego. Had never been to Orange County. You know, I saw, I call San Diego Barbie. Thank you, Veronica, for the gifts. And, um, so I went to visit friends there and it was so good. It was so good. My friend is a, um, is an intern therapist and she just had so many good things to say. And you want to know also something that was really good, you guys, is like my friend and her husband. So, my friend had seen a little bit of what I talk about on my Instagram story, but she did not bring it up the whole first day. I didn't have to talk about what was going on on TikTok for the whole first day until I brought it up the next day. It was amazing, Talia. It was amazing. And then like I brought it up. We were supporting each other. She's gonna be such a good therapist, you guys. And she told me that she has a male supervisor who is amazing. So that was healing to me, too. Yeah. A male therapist supervisor. My fingers may rest from muting and blocking. Exactly, dude. Michelle makes it look so easy. She makes it look so easy. Um, Ally, so happy for you. Yeah, I did. And like, there's just something about the ocean, you guys, that's so freaking healing. It's so healing. What drinky drink do we have currently? So, I can't. It's a 0% zero non-alcoholic White Claw. 0%. You know, I don't, I was like, how is it a seltzer? Like, is how is it more than a seltzer? But they actually did a pretty good job. They did a pretty good job um making it taste like a White Claw but with just no booze. And then I have a Yogi tea. Um, I think it's the Cava Stress Relief. Oh, and then look what it says. Travel. Travel in grace knowing that you are protected by love. That is so good. That is so good. I am protected by love. I am. People are like, "How the hell is she still going?" And the answer is, I'm protected by love. And then my third beverage is um a greens powder from Costco that I just put in water. So, I got the 0% greens and and herbal tea. How does she drink those beverages? Like, so many beverages. And I was like, um, haven't you heard the beverage goblin song? A beverage goblin needs at least three drinks at a time. She needs them while she's working for her body and mind. One to hydrate. One to energize. Wait, hydrate? 'Cause there's electrolytes. One to energize. Pretend that this tea is um caffeinated. And one just for fun. The green. A beverage goblin needs her beverages to make her brain run. Oh, yoga has been amazing. You're a great teacher, Kendra. Britney. That means so much, you guys. So, another funny thing that people commented which I thought was hilarious. Hold on, let me see if I can um Someone says, "I feel like she takes a drink when she's nervous." News flash, I don't really get nervous on these lives. Like, I don't know if you guys can tell. I don't know. Okay, somebody, I liked this comment a lot. Someone says, "I've never known anyone who takes a drink mid-sentence." Well, you know me. You know me. And I do. I take a drink mid-sentence. Ava, thank you for the rose. I'm obsessed with all the subs listing off their current bevies. It's like, it's a thing. It's a thing. Nerves? I don't know her, exactly, Talia. Like, I don't know her. And then, um, my friend who I was visiting, we went and got coffee and pastries at this Italian restaurant like Italian restaurant and bakery, but then we also got the steak and eggs. Like pastries plus steak and eggs. Fruit, thank you for the gift. That's so sweet. Casper, tell me how your fantasy team's going doing so far this year, right? Like that was amazing. And then we went back and we did some work. Like, I'm trying to teach my friend who is also a projector like that, you know, 'cause so many projectors, I think in particular, like we just don't have the energy to go like a generator. And so, so many projectors try to be generators and just go, go, go, go, go, and then they burn themselves out, right? So, like I showed my friend what it looks like to like go out, do things, and then come home and rest and get stuff done, right? Like she had some, um, therapy work assignments. And then we went after we were done with work, we went to the beach and I took those pictures. You guys were so sweet on both TikTok and Instagram when I posted those stories. And then Eloise said, "I showed pictures of you to my plastic surgeon as inspiration." That's really sweet. It's only been a week so far, but I'm winning. Let's go. Nice. All right. I'm trying to not have my AC on for noise, but so part of me wanted to do um talk about my trip in the the sub-only live, but okay. So, which we'll do soon. What am I thinking? Okay. So, then we went and had mermaid time on the beach and then we came back to their place. Like, talk about the most incredible way to spend a day on vacation. Pastries and amazing brunch, getting work done, lounging on the beach and swimming, getting sun after 2:00 'cause like I used to sunbathe all day long, but like now I'm 36, so I need to take care of my skin a little better. So, like getting that like 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. sun and then going back, showering, getting ready, and then we went and got sushi. I got 14 pieces, like 15 pieces of omakase sushi. It was so good. It was so good. It was amazing. That's right, Eevee May. Yes. Sushi like ACS. And yeah, my friend's husband was like, "Is there any sushi you don't like?" And I was like, "No, I'm pretty open." And he was like, "Good. We're getting ac um the next day, uh, my friend and I went and got coffee at this really cute place. I posted a picture with like the abstract cortado and like literally the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was the perfect day. It was that day was the perfect day. Brunch, beach, sushi. Like, what? Barbie land light. Not quite San Diego, but still, it, it literally was the perfect day. Yeah. Yeah. And then, um, like, yeah, we went and got coffee, smoothies, stopped and got some like fun NA beverages from BevMo. Um, then we went to brunch at this really cute place and got a bunch of brunchy things and split them. And then we went back and rested all afternoon. And then my friend and I went to the Ritz Carlton down the street from their house and went to a bar called 180 Blue and like, it's like a rooftop bar and it has a 180-degree view of the water and we met her other friend who also came. Anyway, so the three of us just like looked out on this gorgeous ocean and gabbed and just like had a blast and I had a mocktail and we got like all that's good. Let me ask whenever I have a whole thread with Henry about angel numbers and I won't um ask now, but let me see. Lava girl, hi. I'm so glad you're here. So fun and renewing. Yes. I actually recently when I filmed my video two time like my two videos ago where I talked about her, I realized I had only listened to the audiobook of that and that I need to buy it. So I would um I'm writing down like I, I freaking listen to that book in a day. In a day. I'm so grateful for that book. Sober Curious. And then the next book that I read, I know I own this. Another great book, you guys, is Quit Like a Woman by Holly Whitaker. She also has a great Substack. Fruit, you're so sweet with the gifts. Thank you. Yeah, Quit Like a Woman. But I would definitely recommend Sober Curious first because that was part of how I was able to quit was I, um, I, I described myself as sober curious instead of sober. The idea that I could never have a fun drink on vacation or something." You, there's so many fun non-alcoholic drinks out there. And you want to know what's really fun? What's really fun is not embarrassing yourself because you get too drunk. What's really fun is not waking up with a hangover the next day, waking up clearheaded. What's really fun is not having to deal with the repercussions of things that happen as a result of drinking. What's really fun is taking care. I could go on, right? But like clearly I love fun beverages. I do. So it doesn't stop me. My favorite gift. Thank you. An NA piña colada. Yes. Yum. Yeah. Sass says, "And not injuring yourself and ending up in a foreign foreign emergency room." So, like, here's the thing, you guys. I already say embarrassing things enough, right? And another thing you guys like that I really appreciate about being sober is watching how other people change when they drink, right? So, what I do, you guys, the one thing about mocktails, this is why I kind of prefer NA beers a lot of the time, is is like I'm grateful for any bartender who's going to make me a mocktail, but most of the time they're just way too sweet. And like my friend and her husband are just so generous and they were so grateful to have me there and it just, yeah, was really what I needed. I mean, I've been taking time to like spend time with friends as much as I can and talk on the phone with friends, but there is just something about like spending a prolonged amount of time. And then on Sunday night, uh, my friend and her husband lit the fireplace in their living room. And, um, I was, we couldn't figure out how to get it lit. So, I asked Henry for help on how to get the fireplace lit. And he was like, he offered, he was like, "Do you want me to write a full moon eclipse ritual for you?" And my friend was like, "That sounds amazing." So, we did a fire ritual um with the eclipse and like wrote the things that we were ready to let go of, wrote the things that we were calling in. Um, so you guys, I took a trip in uh January of 2023 to New Orleans to uh visit a friend. And I reached out to an old friend from high school who has lived there since we graduated from high school. And this was like a different friend that I, a different person that I was um visiting. And I told him I was like, "Hey, I'm coming to New Orleans." And he was like, "Oh, cool. I run a tour company. What is your like I want to give you a free tour. Thank you for all the great things you're doing." You're so welcome. So, my friend offered to buy one a tour on his Airbnb. And so, I got to take a tour of New Orleans, which was really cool. The glitter matches the flowers. It wasn't on purpose, but I just grabbed the the red one. And so, um, my friend from high school, he's this amazing jazz musician. And so, he's a musician and he does tour guides. And so, he his tour is of Frenchman Street. And most people go to Bourbon Street, but Frenchmen, the Frenchman Quarter, I think I'm saying that right, is and I'm sorry if there's any people like New Orleans people in here. Um, the real like the locals, that's where they go to listen to jazz and party is Frenchmen. So, it was a a pub crawl of Frenchmen. Thank you, Lil. And I was like, "Oh, okay." Okay. But I told him I was like, "Hey, I'm sober." Right when I got there, he was like, "Me, too." So, I got like mocktails everywhere I went. And it was cool 'cause I went to the bartender. I was like, "Hey, I'm sober." And a few other people were like, "I don't want to drink either." Right? So, this is what we do when we're sober is we give people permission to also not drink. Allison, I took some time off. I took some time off. I took some time off. I'm doing great. I'm doing great. I'm doing great. Um, thank you so much, Jillian. So, um, on this tour of Frenchman Street, one of the things we stopped at was a like little art market and there was a booth there with Electra Cosmetics. No one was at the booth. So, my friend who was running the tour knows the owner and the owner like just let him have one of the um one of the pots and we all put it on and it just felt so good. And my friend was like, "Oh, here you can just take this pot." And so I got a free one which was so nice and I wore it the rest of the trip and I got compliments every single day. Every single day I got compliments and I brought it back to where I live and I continue to get compliments and here I am on TikTok and I continue to get compliments. It's just the best. Oh. Um, did you spend time in the sun? You look tan. I did. And I don't know if you guys noticed, but my hair really lightened up, too. Like I got some new highlights in my hair.
