How To UNFREEZE Your Shorts Channel FAST !

Nah, this has to be the worst feeling ever. Luckily for me, though, I know exactly how to break out of this and how to start making multiple viral videos without your channel staying stuck like this and starting to look more like this on a brand new [Music] channel.

What is going on YouTube? It's your boy Halles. Welcome back to another video. Today, we're going to be talking about exactly how to unfreeze your YouTube channel. This is a problem. I think we all go through this. This is a problem I have went through a million times. As you can see on the screen right now, this is proof that I've gone through this as well. I think a lot of you guys have this image of me that I can just start a YouTube channel and make it viral in the first days, which I have done. But I also want you guys to see that this has happened to me. And funny enough, it still happens to me sometimes. But that's exactly why in today's video, I'm going to be talking about exactly how to take your videos from looking from this right here, three views and it never went up, to this right here, having viral videos, 6.3 million views and still gaining around 80k um per every 48 hours, which is insane. And funny enough, again, I want you guys to see that this is the exact same channel right here. As you can see from this flopped video, this is the same channel. So how was I able to take this channel right here from getting three views, no views per video, to then getting millions on millions of views per video, which as you can see, we have another one with 3 million, and we have multiple with 3 million, 2 million. And I have other channels that are gaining thousands of views every single day and not getting stuck in that 5 to 10K view um cap, as you would like to say.

So let's talk a little bit about it. And before we get into the video, I just want to say if you guys are interested in a free Discord community, I actually have one down below. You guys can go network, go talk to other people who are actually trying to, you know, build YouTube channels, scale YouTube channels, make money online, make money with YouTube, TikTok, all of that. So if you guys are interested, go ahead and join down below. And if you guys are interested in a private mentorship where I share all my free sauce with you guys, just go ahead and DM me the word private on Instagram and I will get you guys right with the info. But anyways, let's go ahead and get into this video and dive deep into how you can actually unfreeze your Shorts channels.

So actually, sometimes it seems like your videos are doing great, your channel is doing great, your videos are getting 10K, 15K views, and all of a sudden your videos start looking like this. And it seems like YouTube doesn't even want to push out your content. And it's happened to me. I'm actually going to pull up a channel right now that absolutely flopped and it's flopping right now. But I'm going to show you guys exactly what I'm going to do so you guys can do the same exact thing on your channel and go ahead and switch it around. But as you can see, this right here is not stuck at all. I'm still gaining hundreds of thousands of views every single day just because I'm actually applying these rules and reviving my channels, I guess you could say.

Now, the first point I actually want to make in this video is actually assuring that your content is good quality content. Now, you might be like, "Bro, obviously, I know that my content has to be good. Why are you telling me this?" But what I mean by this is actually assuring that your videos are something people like to see. You're going to notice a little trend here on my videos, and this is other cars, other Duos, other cars, other cars. All of my t- all of my titles, sorry, are the same exact thing. But this is what's making me go viral every single month. I'm literally gaining millions of views on this brand new channel that I started. If you guys are new to the channel, my name is Halls. I build and scale YouTube channels. And this channel right here, Infinite Cars, is a public channel I have to everyone. And I literally documented the first video I posted to now and how I've gotten it from zero to hundreds of thousands and millions of views every single day. So just some little quick proof so you guys can see how this works. Um, but anyways, like I was saying for the content, this content right here that I was making didn't have some sort of backup. This content, I didn't even know if it was going to go viral. It was stuff that I thought was good and stuff that I thought was going to go viral, but I didn't see it from a viewer's perspective. So that's the first point I want to make. Just make sure that you see your content from a viewer's perspective and you, you know, that your content wants to be um seen by other people. Um, study other people, study your competitors, see what they're doing for titles. As you can see, my title was complete whack on this one. I literally did "Invincible" with emojis and a whole bunch of hashtags, which I'll get into it in a bit. Hashtags are complete, are a complete myth, bro. Hashtags do not work. As you can see right now, I'm doing absolutely no hashtags on my titles and I'm getting millions of views. So it's all about the content.

Now, let's say that your content is good and you're sure that your content is good, you're sure that your titles is like everything is good with your videos. And this is the most frustrating part. When you're posting good videos, like you're videos are, you, you know that your videos are good, I keep stuttering, but I'm trying to keep this video authentic. Um, and your videos are getting no views. You're just posting good videos for no reason. And that used to happen to me too with other channels, not just this one. Even though this one, my old videos were not that good. But anyways, I was not getting anything out of my videos. What you want to do, and let's say your channel is looking like this right now, and you post, I want you guys to be consistent. First of all, be consistent. This is the second point I'm going to make. Be consistent until five videos or 5 to 10 videos in. And if your videos still look like this, then this is the next point I'm going to make. And this point is very important and it's what I use. It's like this little push-pull method. I'm going to call it a push-pull method, which basically you just push content, push, push, push, push. And if YouTube really doesn't want to push your content out, you're going to pull back. So what you're going to do is, let's say you get three videos in a row with three views. You're going to take a complete break. You're not going to post anything on your channel anymore. You're going to kind of treat YouTube like your girlfriend, bro. If she's not giving you attention, just pull back, pull away, and stop giving her attention because obviously YouTube don't want you, bro. YouTube does not want to push your content out. That's, that's literally how you want to see YouTube. But, um, this is very important because a lot of people, you know, a lot of people do say consistency is key. And consistency is key to a certain extent. Consistency is not key in this scenario. If your videos are getting two views, five views, three views, 10 views, stop posting, bro. Stop posting. Do not feed into this "consistency is key." Stop posting. Pull away because a lot of the times your views are just going to stay like this. And I have experienced it so many times, you guys. I've experienced it so many times. I've experienced the times where I'm trying to keep consist, like being consistent, but obviously it's not working, bro. And I've tried and tried and tried.

So what do I mean by using this push-pull method? So once you pull out, out, you know, once you stop posting, just take a break and really analyze and re-evaluate your content. Just re-evaluate your whole content, editing, your whole titles, everything. But make sure that you come back better than ever, bro. Come back better than ever. You guys have to realize that YouTube is just a little numbers game and you guys can blow up more easily than you think. These little numbers right here are literally just little videos that I make and somehow they're going viral. Just look at it like that. But anyways, that's not even the point I'm getting, I'm getting off track. But anyways, you want to take a break from posting, bro. Take a break from posting. It does suck because I know sometimes we want to post daily, but take a break from posting. And actually, I did this with someone in my mentorship program. His videos stopped getting views, zero views, five views, 10 views. And we did this thing where we waited and we waited around 5 days or four days. And we started off a fresh new week. He posted, and guess what? His videos were back up. Now, I'm not going to tell you that your views are going to be back up. Sometimes they are, sometimes they're not. And if they're not, what you're going to do, and this is super, super key, listen to this. So if your videos are not back up after you took this pretty long break, like a week break is good, and you posted, make sure your content is good, by the way, and your video did not get pushed out again. This is right now when you do this twice or three times, when you do, when you do this little push-pull method two or three times and it's still not working, this is when I'm going to tell you, back away, re-evaluate your niche, my man, and change it. Because a lot of the times, man, we do want to stick to a niche, but a lot of the times it's not going to work.

Now, this brings me to my next point, which is patience and determination. And you might call me crazy for saying, um, that patience is key when I just told you to change your niche. But I don't mean it like that. I mean, obviously, you have to be patient and know that your videos can blow up. But when you do this little thing and you, you know, pull away and then you start posting again and again and again, and it's not working, then you have to either change your niche or completely change your editing style. This is a harsh reality and a harsh truth that not a lot of people are going to tell you. A lot of people are going to tell you, "Bro, just keep posting, keep posting, keep posting." But your content is whack and your content is not viral-worthy, if that makes sense. Viral-worthy, I don't even know if that's a thing. But I know that this type of content is doing good, so this is why I'm doing it. But obviously, I have made channels before in the past when I was just starting where the content was not viral-worthy, if that makes sense, and I would just keep posting. Um, so with this little method that I just told you guys, you guys can really test out if your content can do good. And let's say you come back and you post a video and your video gets 15K views, that's a good sign. Don't take that as a bad sign. I'm talking about when you do this little method, you come back, once your video gets zero views, three views, you do it again and you take another break, your gets three to five views, that's when you know that you have to either, like I said, change your editing style, change your titles, change your thumbnails, whatever it is, or just change your niche completely.

And also, uh, I want to add this in. If you guys, a lot of people ask me, "Bro, is there a, um, is there like a, a punishment for actually, um, privating my videos and starting new?" No, there is not. Let me show you guys. Actually, I have a lot of private videos. Whatever, I'm just going to go ahead and sort by views. As you can see, these are all my videos that flopped, bro. All my videos that flopped. I have one views, two views, two views, three views, three views. And all of these, as you can see, these are all privated. I privated these, um, before actually starting to post again. And, uh, it didn't affect my channel. So that's just a little thing that I want to tell you guys that it does not affect your channel at all.

But yeah, man, I think the key for this is really just experimenting and seeing if your content is viral-worthy, like I said. Um, do what I said in this video, you know, make sure your content is good, take a break, post again, um, change your content style, see what's working, all of this. And the last thing I just want to say in this video is obviously don't give up, bro. Even if it takes months, bro, work on these channels because this is absolute key to success, bro. I started my journey back in like 2020, 2023. I have screenshots of me literally working my ass off, bro, every single day and not seeing results. But it's what brought me to this point where now I know what's working, what's not, and how I'm able to build channels every single month. And yeah, bro, I just want to say keep grinding, keep getting those views. If you guys need any more advice, go ahead and check my other videos on the channel. I'm making this video just to make a little updated version of my first one. You guys seem to really love it. But yeah, I love making these videos and just talking and being real with you guys. I know sometimes I yap a lot and I get off track a lot, but it's really just what I like to do on this channel. Obviously, this is my main channel and I just like to make raw, authentic videos. Like I said, go ahead and join my Discord if you guys want to talk. Just DM me on, uh, IG. I try my best to respond to everyone. But keep grinding, you guys. Keep renting money. I'm going to have some bangers, uh, soon. So yeah, I'll see you guys in the next one. And I hope everyone has a great day or night.
