>> We don't need a reason.

>> Feel the breathing.

>> We rise right here together. What's going on everybody? Randy, I've been watching you rock out. I have to tell you, Charice, who I say, Crystal, Angela, the energy you guys are bringing today on bonus day. I see Melanie, what's up? Ann, I see you. George Weaver, what's happening? Debbie Tomas, what is going on? Hey, everybody, welcome to bonus day. Hey, can we put some more people up on the back just so we can see all amazing faces? Yeah. What's up? Hey everybody, what's up Anthony? I see it. Sally and Frank and Luca and Luke. Hey everybody. Hey, thanks for coming back. I just figured who missed us. Listen, I I know you thought the event was over, but Eigor, myself, Tony, we we just couldn't leave it there. We There's just so many chats, so many comments, so many so many incredible messages. Thank you. Seriously, from the bottom of my heart, when you put something like this together, listen, can you be perfect for a 100% of the people? Absolutely not. People that are already experts were like, "Go faster." People that were have never even thought about AI is like, "Wait, slow down." But I think we nailed it for like the 80% down the middle. Did Did you think we did a good job on that? Because that's our goal. And and I hope you saw I I know this. Our goal is to meet you where you are and give you the what Tony and I have been doing. Tony more than me even give you the stamina, the momentum, the emotions to go, I'm doing it this time no matter what. I'm doing it. And that's the messages that were just amazing. But also at the same time, there were so many comments where he said, I'm close. I just need a little more clarity or maybe just one more howto. So that's why we decided to come back because we want to make sure there's absolute one. Oh, thank you guys. Guys, I see all these beautiful messages coming in. Uh we want to make sure no one's left behind. And so today, think of today as like a little bonus boost. We're going to try to do 90 minutes or even quicker to lock in the breakthroughs to get your questions answered, plus something we've never done before. This is pretty cool. Today, you asked and we're going to deliver. Eigor is going to do an actual mini workshop on how to start building your clone today. Now, what I'm going to set in advance, I would love for you just to watch. Be the observer today. Don't try to do every bit. He's not going to go super deep. He's going to do a little little part of it so you see what this is like when you put it into play. Because some of you, it's still in your head and you're in your head too much. You're thinking, "Well, can I do that? Can I do this? Can I do?" Sometimes you just need to see it and go, "Shit, I need to do that." Lauren, I see you shaking your head. Right. Right. Sometimes you just need to see it and that's why we're back. And I also I want to say um let's make today which I love. By the way, the people that are back, you and I are kindred spirits. I soak up. I've been I've been in this game for 30 years of teaching it. But I'm about 40 years in business for myself. And whenever I can gain knowledge and learn from others, I take advantage. So I would be here, too. So we're kindred spirits and I like it. And and today, let's make today super casual. Let's give lots of value because your time is priceless. I don't want you wasting 90 minutes of your life. I want you done at these 90 minutes and go, "Thank goodness I did not miss that. That's my goal." So, let's pretend we're hanging out in a big old coffee shop today. We're just chilling. You got some extra questions and I are going to crush them. So, there's nothing left. There's nothing on the table except you moving forward. You guys up for that today? Put yes in the chat if you are. And whether you join us for all three days, a glimpse, you're watching the replays, you're in the right spot. Because the fact of the matter is momentum fades fast. We all know that. And today is about locking in so you can keep that momentum alive. The only thing worse than losing time is losing the belief that you can actually buy it back or losing the belief that you can't reach your goals. And what we do with that time that we get back, that's your choice. Like I like I've been saying, start, scale, move faster, or just be home for dinner. That's my new favorite line. Listen, over the over the last three days, we exposed the truth that hit some of you pretty hard that technology doesn't replace you. It replaced it replaces wasted time. And if we remember that, then we look at this completely different. And every leap forward, we saw that through data and proof, every electricity, the internet, now AI, it rewarded those that got out in front even though they were scared. And those that waited, unfortunately, in some cases, not only left behind, they were kind of punished for not moving quick enough. And that's why we're here. That's why we're doing this. And right now, you know, AI isn't hype. It's just the newest tool. And watching your breakthroughs has been awesome. So, here's what we're doing. Think of this today officially as the tractor moment, but the day you got the tractor, right? the the tractor took 40 hours of planting an acre of corn to 30 minutes. It was just a machine. They just had to learn how to use it. And when they did, that became the new norm, right? Same person, same field, new leverage, new life. And that's what we're building with AI. Now, listen. Over the weekend, we watched two kinds of people show up in the chat. The first group felt in their gut. They said, "Yes, I'm in. I'm doing this no matter what it takes." Hopefully, you joined us for the boot camp which starts in three days, four days from now, which is amazing. Some of you said it before you even finished the offer. You are my emotional. This is something I want to teach you. This this can be something that you can use for the rest of your life. What's up, Boris? I see you today, man. Thanks for being here. I see you, Preston and Allen. Um, here's what I want to tell you. Those of you who are already a part of the the boot camp, raise your hand if you're already a part of the boot camp. I see it. Johnny and Melanie and Bart, I see it. Oh, so many. Olga, what's up, everybody? Um, you're my emotional decision makers. That's me. When I get emotional about something, I see it. I can't wait. I'm like, I'm in. I'm in. I'm in. The second group is just as smart, just as driven, but you're the type to say, "I need to see more. I need to understand more." Those are my logical decision makers. That's my sisters group. Okay, here's the truth. Both are equally freaking amazing. My sister, we both started with nothing. My sister is extremely successful. But I gotta tell you a little story because you might recognize yourself in this. And it's something that really helps with all influence in your life. If it's influence, your family member, your children, your grandchildren, a spouse, you got to understand that people make decisions differently, right? So let's take a let's take an example. I'm an emotional buyer. So, I have what I drive is a white Ford F-150 pickup truck. It's the favorite vehicle I've ever had in my life. It is my I don't do Lamborghinis and all that fancy stuff. And my truck right now is six years old. My wife keeps saying, "When are you going to get new?" I'm like, "But I love this one." Right? But I got to tell you, when I bought that truck, I was driving down the street and I said, "I want a truck again." I had a car. I grew up in trucks that were sitting up higher. I'm like, "I want a truck." I drove by a Ford dealership. I went in, I saw this white truck. I'm like, that's the one. So, I went inside and I'm like, I'd like to buy that white Ford truck. He said, "Oh, you want to take a test drive? Let me tell you about it." I'm like, "I just want to buy that white Ford truck." And he started going and I said, "Hey, I'll make a deal with you. If I can leave here in 30 minutes, you got the sale." And he's like, "Yeah, like I'm serious." And he said something else. I'm like, "We're down to 29, right?" I said, "Listen, I did this when I was broke. So, this is not nothing to do with money. I'm just an emotional buyer. I knew I wanted that truck. I've been wanting it for a long time. And he was going he and he started again and I pushed him. We got the truck. To my sister, that's that's an emotional buyer. If I watch somebody do a training and I know they're making an offer and I love it, I can't wait for the button to drop. Now, my sister would think that it is insanity when my sister buys a vehicle. She goes to three dealerships. She talks to the dealers. She talks to customer support. She goes to consumer affairs. Googles it and see what she test drives them for 20 minutes. I would rather pull my toenails out than go through all that. But that's my sister. She is a logical decision maker, right? When I first got into real estate, I was a broke kid. I got in my first real estate deal with no money down when I was 17 years old. And I just got lucky. I I probably was crazy. Could have went broke. Used credit cards to buy it. And I told my sister for a decade, Paula, you're starting to do good. Buy real estate. Buy real estate. She's like, "No, I'm studying the market. Studying the market. I want to make sure it's the right timing." I was like, "Come on." Here's the thing, though. She eventually bought the car. She eventually got into real estate. She owns millions of dollars of real estate right now, but she just needed more time, right? It's It says it's freezing. I don't know if you guys are see that. It says I'm frozen. Can you guys see me? Put your thumbs up if you could see me. Okay. We said a bunch of frozen. Just want to make sure at least you know we're live, right? So I'm sharing that today because my sister would never move on emotions. So today is about serving the logical buyers, the logical decision makers like my sister, so you don't miss out. So you know you have the logical outcomes to say yes or no. And that's what today is designed to do. Say yes to yourself to move forward. Because by the end of this session, I want you to have complete clarity on whatever decision you want to make, right? It's now duplicating audio. You are echoing. Oh, here's why. Oh, okay. We good? All right. I felt my mic fell off. All right. Okay. Um, see, good thing we're just hanging out casually in a coffee shop, right? But here's what I want to share to you logical decision makers. Something to really think about, and this is where we can have fun. You're good now. You're good. You're good. Thank you. I want to make sure that you look at it through this lens. So, light up the chat for me. I could see all the chats. I could see YouTube as well. Is it logical? Is it a logical piece that AI is here and it's not going anywhere? Is that logical? Yes or no? Right? Let's think about that. Of course, is it logical that if AI is used effectively and efficiently, that it truly can work with you and for you to do repetitive to help fill gaps, to help go faster, to make it better? Is it logical that it could help you launch that business, start the business, or just get more time back in your life? Is that logical? Right? Is it logical that you've been scared about things before in your life? I don't know about you, but I was scared to death the day I drove my daughter home. my first daughter the first day driving from the hospital home like oh my god right but you've already done that you've already been scared and you've proven so so isn't it logical that even though it could be a little uncertain that anything you've put your mind to you've overcome and crushed and done well is that logical right and isn't it logical that if you're going to learn how to do this isn't it the best to learn from somebody who's already been there Tony and I doing this for 77 years partnering with Eigor, interviewing 50 people, finding the path and plan. Isn't it logical that if you're going to do it, learn from somebody who has the path and plan? Is that logical? Right? So, I am surely not trying to oversimplify this. And I'm surely not trying to force you to do something that you don't want to do. But sometimes that logical brain has already cost us too much. If you're really honest, then I'm going to move on for that from this. Who can say that logical thinking at one time in your life has already caused you to miss an incredible opportunity? Raise your hand or say yes in the chat. If overthinking has already cost you opportunity. Thanks, Guido. I appreciate you putting your hand up first. I see you, Johnny Wells. Right. All of us. Guilty, right? Should I? Should I not? It's kind of complicated. Is this really a time? Should I put my Who in here's Yeah, we've all done that. And then you look back five years later go, "Oh my god, I could have. I should have." And I just know this is one of those moments. So, I want to help you address it. This is like me talking to my sister. Like I should have got her into real estate five years sooner. I really could. I was like, she's your when it's your sister, you're like, "All right, if you want to wait, right?" And I have to tell you, when she started getting momentum, she's like, "I should have started sooner." But anyway, I I'm her little brother, so I can't say too much. You might beat me up. I'm just kidding. Like I shared, so we'll move on for that. So I just want you logical buyers to know, logical decision makers to know, today is specifically for you. But those of you who are emotional decision makers like me, you're going to learn a ton today. Especially what Eigor is going to do. He he's right in the other room. He's been where we were together all day yesterday. He is going to do a mini workshop with you to create the foundation of building your clone so you could just see it. I want you to see a glimpse of what's possible and you'll see some big uh breakthroughs. Who's ready for that? Igor's in the back. Keep him excited. Now, before we go any further, uh you know by now that um we want to give you every tool we possibly can in this toolbox for success in AI, in business, in any area of your life. You there's no way I can't do that because when I read comments, I know from doing this for so many decades what you really need. And if you know, if you see, we are not like other AI events. And um that's a huge compliment. So when people say this is nothing like I expected I saw we're like yes right. So before I bring on Igor I want to share. So get your pens out. I want to share in just a few minutes seven success secrets I wish I knew earlier in my journey. Now let me tell you why I chose this training because I read hundreds of your comments. These are principles that I live by. I teach my children. I share with my team. I share with our students. I stare on on stages. They've never let me down. And I know they can help you guide through this AI evolution. And here's what I want to share also. These are seven principles that I promise if you look upstream from what your constraint might be, your worry, what's holding you back. These are the ones that solve the problem upstream. Right? Remember yesterday or two days ago, I talked about my purpose, my why. That why for me, knowing I want to be with my family, being in control of my calendar, that solves procrastination for me, that solves being afraid for me. Because when I start thinking my kids are going to have choices, I'm never going to go backwards and I need to be in control. That's upstream. And it solves all the the stuff down here. Junior, I see you shaking your head, right? That's what these are for today. If there's something holding you back down here, I want to give you these seven principles that zap those so you keep moving forward. So, you guys up for that? I could do it in just a few minutes. and then we'll bring Igor on. Okay, I'm going to go pretty quick through these. Number one, audit your inner circle. What does that mean? You've you've heard if you do any personal development, Jim Ran and all the all Napoleon Hill, all of them, Tony Robbins will say you are the sum total of the people you hang around. We know that if you have some negative friends and some positive friends, you're somewhere in the middle. If the people around you don't get AI yet, don't wait for their permission. Hear me on this. Do not wait for their permission. You may never get it. They may never jump on board. And that's okay. That's the journey they're on. Leaders step into the new wave first, then they bring others along. Hear me on that one. We move first and then we bring the people we love. We have the option of choosing voices that show us an expanded future, not one where we shrink and play safe. You can't win games by just being the goalie. You can't win games by just playing defense. We have to be offensive on the offense. So that means we have to make sure that the voices going in our ears. If there's some negative ones, you got to offset that. A dear friend of mine, Trent Shelton, if any of us, any of you know my family, I always bring Trent on stage. I love the guy. He's freaking awesome. I see Aguido. Isn't Trent just a man? Trent says something really cool. He said in his journey to want to do more. This is a football player, played in the NFL, got uh cut from the NFL team over and over, thought his life was over until his roommate felt the same way and actually took his life. and it woke Trent up and he made it on a mission to uh help uplift people for the rest of his life. He's a wonderful human. I I love this man. But he said as he's an ex NFL player and he starts going on stages and being an influencer, he's one of the most watched people on Facebook in the world, right? His videos go nuts. And he said as he was doing it, his wife who loves him dearly, they have a great relationship. And other people were like, "Why would you do that? An influencer? You're an NFL player. You're he's a major introvert. You can see this guy. He comes over my house. We got 20 people around. Everybody's got to get him. And then he's amazing, right? Introvert, NFL player, going to be a stage speaker and influencer and he kept getting all this feedback and then one day he realized that God, this is his beliefs, yours could be whatever they are. God gave him the clarity on what his future was supposed to be. And he said, "Well, didn't give that one to anybody else. Everybody's got their own." And he compared it to glasses. This is the part I want to share. He said, "God gave me this prescription, and when I put them on, I see my future clearly. I'm supposed to buy back time. I'm supposed to live. I'm supposed to launch the business. I'm supposed to have more time. Supposed to unlock my creativity. Whatever your dreams are." And he said, 'If I take my glasses off, my prescription, and I give them to my wife or my friends, they put them on and go, "Ah, these aren't clear. I can't see anything because it's not their prescription, it's yours." And when he said that one day, it shifted everything. So when you hear people talking, they just don't have your prescription. But don't let them dim your glow. Bruce, I appreciate the smile there. Don't let anybody else dim your glow. That's something we do sometimes when you're if you're here today especially. You're someone who does not talks. You're someone who's ready to move not sit. And sometimes when you're around people who don't, you turn it down to match them. Don't step up as a leader. You do it first. You go first. And then you get to bring them along. Does that make sense? So don't dim your glow for anybody. It's your prescription. And don't let anybody who's just not up on a yet, AI yet, get you down. That's number one. Audit your inner circle. Number two, it's on me. It's on me. This is again I use silly little things that remind me but it's on me is truly something I've been saying since all the crazy politics of the last decade or so especially is the most liberating thing in my life is knowing that no one is coming to save me. Doesn't matter wherever you live in the world. Think of the current president. Think of the last president. Think of the next one. Have any of them come into your home and said, "Hey, let's sit down and work on what's going on with your life." Doesn't matter what they promise. Has it shifted your life? Right? There's no one coming to save you. It is on us. And it's so liberating. You know what's so funny? We all know someone when things go well, they're like, "Hey, did you see what I did?" And when things go bad, it's everybody else's fault. Anybody knows somebody like that in their life? Right. Yeah. Karen, I see you. I see you, Katherine. Like, yeah, we all know that. You're thinking of them. I am, too. I won't I won't say it, but right, it's like you just take it all. I've I've gone so extreme on this is sometimes you'll have an employee, right? We have hundreds of employees. Sometimes we have employee that just something goes sideways. They do something wrong and somebody's like, "Oh my god, I can't believe what they did. It's their fault." I'm like, "No, it's not. It's my fault. I hired them and maybe I didn't onboard them right. Maybe I didn't train them right. Maybe they didn't know the importance of it. It just makes life so much easier to radically say it's on me. So if it goes wrong, you can look in the mirror and go, "It's on me. What did I learn? At least I tried." And when it goes right, you say, "Hey, I learned a lot and it won. Let's do more." There's just something so so liberating. Because you already know the things in the past that have stopped you, slowed you down, or held you back. You already know those. When you put it on you, you see them more clearly. You don't avoid them. And it just puts you in the driver's seat. Make sense? So liberating. It's on me. Number three, solve bigger problems. I love this one. You know, if I'm in a room with very successful people, I know the most successful person in the room solves bigger problems than everybody else. You know, Jim Ran, I said it yesterday or two days ago or maybe three days ago, Jim Ran said, uh, success leaves clues. It's kind of that same concept, right? Instead of no, his other quote, um, for things Oh, for things to get better, I have to get better. Okay, so I want you to hear this. Do you think when you get more successful problems are going to be less or more? Right? Probably more. Right? But here's the thing. Don't wish. This is this is what I wanted to say. Sorry, it took me a second. I had to find in the database back here. Don't wish for problems to go away. Ready for this? Wish to get better at solving bigger problems. You solve AI. You figure it out before anybody else. You launch the company. You scale the company. You unlock your creativity. You get to finally write the book. You get to launch your coaching program. You get to hire an employee that's doing marketing for you because you solve a bigger problem. You solve a bigger problem. You have bigger solutions. I want to be the person that when I walk out of a room, people say, "If there's a problem, freaking bring Dean in the room. He'll solve it." That means you get paid the most. You get the most time off. And here's the thing I want you to really hear, Katherine. I see you getting this. The thing I really want you to hear, I was broken and broke as a kid. My dad was over our house yesterday. Our some of our team members were over. Eigor was over my house and my dad was telling stories um about when we were young and living in a trailer park and not having lunch money. And he said, "I felt so bad, but Dean turned out amazing, so I guess we wouldn't change." It was really great. But I want to tell you, I really had nothing as a kid. And there's something I want to share with you. And I know so many, that's not poor me. I'm just sharing from reference. Do you know that $100 problems, $10,000 problems, million-dollar problems, $10 million problems, do you know they all feel the same? They all feel the same. I remember stressing out of my mind. My first real estate deal, I was going to make $3,000. I didn't sleep for weeks. It was no different than the stress of getting ready for this event with 600,000 people. It felt exactly the same. So, if you're going to feel the same, then you might as well add a zero to the end of the problem. Instead of a $100 problem, make it a thousand dollar problem. Instead of a thousand, make it 10. 100,000, make it a million. Bigger problems, bigger payoff. Solve bigger problems. We get that. I'm going to speed it up a little bit. I know. I'm just having fun with these because they're so important. And then you got Eigor talking about AI. You're going to have the perfect balance today. We're going to get you fired up and then do a little workshop. Cool. You guys with me? You still All right. Number four, I'm going to go a little faster. Be bold. Uncomfortable action is the price of growth. Hands down, simple, hard stop. Moving forward is uncomfortable into something new. And that's usually where the next level of you lives. Your next level lives on the other side of the thing you're uncomfortable with. There has never been a better time in life to be bold, to take action, to say yes, because hesitation has already cost you a compounding advantage. It's already taken away. That hasn't compounded. It hasn't compounded. You already I said this earlier, but you already missed too many opportunities. Make bold moves, not risky ones. Here's a good frame for you. Regret verse risk. Think about that. Is it going to end your life if it doesn't work? No. In most cases, no. Is it going to make you go broke? No. So, just what could be the ROI, the return on investment, the return on time verse the risk? If I go allin and it works, what could happen if I do nothing? What could happen? Right? I think about that even when decisions I make when I'm going to be a part of something. What's the upside? What's the downside? If the upside has 10 times risk, which I truly believe our workshop does being a part of this, it's got 10 times multiple. If it doesn't work, there's no downside. Whatever it takes, evaluation, sometimes you just got to jump out of the plane and grow wings on the way down. Sometimes you have to realize that feeling uncomfortable is when you got to move anyway. In fact, it's the time you have to move. All right, I'm going to go a little quicker. Number five, I got this from Agamandino in the book, The World's Greatest Salesman. Love that book. Had my kids read that book. I will persist until I succeed. So many times in podcast, people are asking me, Dean, what's the secret to success? There's a lot of pieces. There's no magical machine, money machine. There's no magical answer. But couple of things I like to say. Find somebody that's already done it. Model what they do. Secondly, anchor in a purpose that keeps you going. And third, keep going until you succeed. Like, if you have the map and you have the purpose, then you just got to keep going till you get to the destination. Agendino said it really cool now that you have reference. He said, "You never know how many corners you have to go around until your success is there." And I look at those corners as potential failures, disappointments, but you don't because you're learning and you're growing. And and then I also think of maybe Adonia has to go around five corners before she just nails it and is doing her thing. But maybe Kenneth has to go around 13 and maybe poor Mike Sherwood's got to go around 30. If you don't quit, eventually around one of those corners is your next level. And when you have AI as a multiplier, you could do dry runs, you could delegate, you could test drive, you have a smart brain going back and forth, help you with your weaknesses, but you got to keep moving forward. Who's going to promise to keep moving forward no matter what? Okay, next one. Number six, commitment over convenience. We live in a world where everybody wants convenience and outcomes. Sometimes we need a commitment because dabbling is expensive. If you agree with that, please put yes. Dabbling in a relationship is that expensive emotionally, dabbling with a weight loss program, dabbling with exercise, well, dabbling with your next level of success is very dangerous. No more dabbling. Commitment over convenience. Commit now to do the work. Even if it's uncomfortable, so your future selves can say thank you. Think about this. Has dabbling ever worked in any area of your life? Right? And think about this. Who would be willing I know if you're following Tony, if you're here after four days, I I already know the answer, but I'm going to ask it. Who would take the next 90 days to be a little uncomfortable, to work hard, to learn things you've never done so the next nine months and nine years could be spectacular? Raise your hand or say yes if you'd be willing

To do that. All that is is commitment over convenience. It's unfortunate. We all know somebody that wants the convenience and the outcome. I haven't found that yet. If you do, DM me and let me know the easy way.

The way I know, model proven practices. Go deep on your purpose. Keep moving forward. Commitment over convenience. The last one. Who verse how? This is something you just got to program into your brain for the rest of your life. I said the three the formula model proven practices. That's all it is. You don't need to figure it out alone. You find the who. Who has already built the plan? Who is already on the other side?

Yeah. I used to use this silly analogy of if if you were in the rainforest in Brazil and there was this beautiful, you know, uh, mountain view that everybody wants to get to, but you got to trek through 20 miles of woods, really dangerous woods with insects that could kill you and predators and quicksand and all that. You might get there and somebody say, "I I'm going to get to that beautiful place." And they just run in the woods and they get bit by the wrong bug, almost die, fall into quicksand, can't find a way, come back out and quit. It's too hard to get through it. But if you look down a little bit, there's a guy sitting there that's been through the woods for the last 10 years. He's got a map, right? And he's like, "Yeah, you can figure it out on your own, but I could show you how to stay safe, where to stay halfway through, where to get some clean water. Do you want to go at it by yourself or do you want to do you want the map? Right? That's who verse how.

We always think to ourselves, how can I figure that out? How am I going to do AI? How do I know which is the right tool? How do I take my stuff from uh chat GBT and move it over to Claude? How do I turn that how how freaks you out just say who's already done it? How do I model proven practices? How do I get the mentor, the playbooks, even the proven paths, right? Who verse how? When you start thinking about that, your life will never be the same. And the truth of the matter is that's what the six week AI advantage boot camp is. It's the how delivered by the who Igor and Tony and I knowing how to make this fit in your life. Listen, I've been using this term for a long time. It's the ultimate version of paying for speed. When people say, "What do you do for a living?" We help people go faster. You pay for the map, right? In that in that scenario of the woods in Brazil or the rainforest, you could say, "I'm going in for free." and get bit and beat up and not make it through or just walk over and pay for the map and get there quicker. Right? You could spend the next year googling, watching random YouTube tutorials, piecing it all together, maybe a half a clone build. Or you could spend six weeks with us. And when I share this, please know I do it with straight enthusiasm because I know who you'll be on the other side of this. It's Tony. It's Eigor. It's myself, plus a community of thousands of amazing people coming together and seeing each other transform.

Here's what I want to share, too. Could we can we pull up the lower third really quick? I want to see how many hours we got. I wanted to show you this. All right, we are at 7.2 million hours saved. I just want to say, yeah, I want to say congratulations to all of you who are a part of this. When you put this much work into it and you get the opportunity to see that and transform lives, believe me, it's the greatest gift of my life. This is this is what I get to do for a living. I'm beyond grateful. And I just want to share when you take these seven keys to success and you combine them with six weeks of Eigor walking you through step by step and building your clone and train to think like you and turn it into an agent. That's when life changes. You're building the foundation that'll be with you forever. If you think about it, the principles that I've been teaching, that Tony's been teaching, can make you unstoppable. It's really Auggman Dino. How do you just keep going? The blueprint that I created, that's the system. That's the map to follow. And I know for some of you, today's decision time, right? This offer closes soon because we start the training on Friday. So, I just want to answer before I bring on Eigor. There's like four or five questions that have just been redundant in this chat. They've been redundant in the community, redundant on customer service. I want to answer them. Even though I've answered them before, I want to take just a few minutes and answer these and then we'll bring on Igor Pagani.

All right, first, what can I realistically first question, what can I realistically expect at the end of the six weeks? Now, I know I've said this a lot, but I just want to really clear. Not only will you have the AI confidence, you'll have your own clone. It'll be customized to you, and then we're going to turn it into an agent that can work for you. I don't want I'm not trying to oversimplify it, but that's exactly that's exactly what you're going to be doing with the skills and the confidence to integrate that into your business, your career, or your life and integrate it into other platforms as you grow. And the truth is, we're not guessing here. Thousands of people did exactly this after our November summit. It works.

Okay, let me share with you exactly, you know, actually, I'm going to go to the whiteboard. Follow me over real quick because I want to share this. Okay, the trainings I oversimplifying it, but I this is the last time. We're not doing any more videos. This is it. So, I just want to share this with you. We build in on the first one. We start implementing into your schedule to get time back. We train it to know your voice, how you think, how you do, and also your weaknesses so it can fill the gaps. Then, we get it to work alongside of you. Faster decisions working, getting things done. Time is already compounding that you're saving. Then we get it to work for you in these last two creating agents for you and we make it your new normal. You get the resources, you get the replays, all there at your fingertips in a back office. Those of you who are alumni, we already have 1000 people from last year join us again. We can't wait to have you back. Your biggest questions were, what's the difference? These two. This is where we stopped last time. It was a 30-day training last time. This is where we go. Plus all the bonuses and things I'm talking about this. We're going to work on building your agent together. And I know we built it last time in chat. Igor said three quick steps. You move everything over. No worries. Chat's great. We're just going to do it here because it's the easiest path to agents. So that's what we're going to do over the six weeks. The bonuses, you get three months of the AI club. Remember that's the ongoing membership, monthly training. That's like the gym membership. This is the immersion. Tony's leverage playbook. 25 tasks your agent can handle this month. I'm telling you, you're gonna want this because once your agent is set up, you're not even gonna think. You're like, "Oh my god, it can do this. Oh my god, it can do that." Between Tony, Igor, and myself, this bonus is incredible. And plus, they're handwritten. But you get Molly, Leor, Arthur's, and Rachel's bonuses. All kickass bonuses that are worth as much as the whole program. They got Molly did the first one, so they each created a kick-ass bonus. Um, and that's what you get. You get guarantee of 15 hours back each week or we'll give you a full refund and it's $995 or three payments of 380. That's the offer. I just wanted to make sure you had it. I'm not going to even bring it up again. But this is truly the greatest thing I think we've ever created and I'd hate for you to miss out.

So, let me go to question number two. I love this week, but I still feel I'm behind in today's tech. Is this right for me? Okay, you don't need to be techie or a coder or someone who uses every single app. I need to say that again because I know that 10 15% of you, I know it's overwhelming. Listen, 90% of the value comes from mastering one core model, a simple methodology, one path. No matter where you are, this is the one thing. We whittled it down to the single most effective and efficient way to use AI, which is building a clone and evolving it to an agent over six weeks in training. That's it. That's our whole goal. And remember, we're building this inside Claude, which is just the one that we think is the easiest. If you're on another one, we're going to help you move it over. Zero problem. No special coding, no special software, nothing complicated, and it's yours forever.

Two more questions. Number three, what if I have to miss a call? Well, that's easy. Resources and replays. That's what was down here. You get access to all of it. Can I wait until next time you offer this? Well, of course you could. And that will probably be next year because we shut it down after we did the last workshop. We shut it off, right? First off, I just want to say yes, but technology isn't waiting. And if you want to try to figure it on, I get it. But time isn't on our side for this one. And this truly is an event only offer. We start the training on Friday. And once the training starts, this is officially closed. Here's the best part. I want you to hear from my heart. This is the final 48 hours. The doors close. Actually, it'll close on Thursday. If you've been feeling a pull in your gut, that little voice that says this is time, all I'm going to say is trust it and let us prove that we can do this for you. And unconditional money back guarantee if we don't. I know there's some questions. I don't want to keep answering them because I want to get to training. But here's what I want to say. If there's questions, I promise you they're answered with inside the training. If it doesn't work for you, you email us or click a button and we'll refund your money. We only want you here if you absolutely love it and brag to every single person you see. So, if you're ready to say yes to yourself, you go to jointhebootcamp.com and get enrolled.

So, here's what we're going to do real quick. We're going to take a seven minute break. Igor is going to finish up and come out and do a boot camp. So, or or a small little uh workshop. Here's what I would say to you. Get a pen, get a computer, get a second computer screen open, right? We're not going to go too deep on this, but get ready. Get prepared to do this. We're going to take a seven-minute break. This is one of the last opportunities to join us to say yes to you. Um, don't go anywhere. Eigor has been planning so hard. We'll take a quick break. Thank you for being with us on this bonus day. I'm so excited to be here. We'll give it up for Igor in a few. See you in seven minutes.

Your name like thunder in my chest when the whole world fell apart. I learned hope is sharp teeth and it still can cut through the dark. You say stay close. I say I I say I feel that The ground shakes. I can see it in your eyes. Open the sky. Open the sky. We were made to fly. Open the sky. Open the sky. If the night comes back, we face it side by side. One last breath, then the whole world opens wide. We were made to fly in the sky. Hold me while we rise. You caught me in the glow with your hand in mind so slow. Bare feet on the boardwalk. I was running on empty. You made the whole thing feel easy like I can feel it now. The world is spinning out. But you keep pulling me back. Golden you make the whole day. Golden P. Golden P. I'm right where I want to Golden P. You turn to golden golden. You lie through the open air. Wind in your tangled hair. We take the long feel. Little moments and I swear I'm changing out but you keep pulling me back. You made the whole day. Golden P. I'm right where I want to. You turn to golden. Golden P. And I don't let you go. Hold on tight. We're only getting brighter. One more tight and we'll rise a little higher. Take my hand. Let the world fight. We can stay in this shining place. Everybody looks alive when you move like that. Hold me in the middle. You and me and a sky full of gold in our eyes. We keep it. Clap your hands with me. Clap your hands with me. Clap your hands. Water on your shoulders on your skin. And we all drink on every day when you sing. Hold me in the middle. Let the good part in you and me in a sky full of golden eyes. Summer confetti. Clap your hands. Clap your hands with me. Turns blur. Then bring me back to your grin. We keep it. We keep it. Clap your hands with me. Clap your hands with me. >> Everybody feel another dance. When the come, you know what to say. >> Come on. Come on. >> We go all night long. >> We go everybody. Harder drinking easy like a wave. Every little heartbeat wants the same thing. Hands up, hearts open. Feel that little one, then another. We can dance all day. Don't shine. Now I can come. You know what to say. We came alive tonight. We came alive tonight. Randy Johnson, you've just been killing it. So have you. Ryan, what's going on, man? >> Look at all this great energy. Hey, if you're away from your computer, come on back. You're not going to want to miss this. It's going to be so much fun. >> All right. All right. Um, so we got Eigor coming out in about 90 seconds. I just want to say thank you. I'm so glad you guys loved those seven shares that I did. Those are things I've been compiling. That used to be a list of 18 and I've whittled it down to my seven most important. If you can fact pull these up for a second, do me a favor because I just want to know while we're here live. Uh can you pull those up on the screen? The the seven uh No, almost. We're getting there. We're getting there. We're getting there. I can feel it coming. >> Well, they're coming. Somebody can post them in the chat. Can you guys get them up or no? All right, no worries. I guess they're coming. Um, there they are. Yay. Give it up for the team. They didn't know I was going to ask for them. Okay, so out of these seven. First off, again, thank you for the beautiful comments. I just sat back there during the break and I was looking at all your comments because I don't want to stare at it too much. But number one was audit your inner circle. You remember that one. Number two, it's on me. No one's coming to save us. Let's solve bigger problems. The ones that challenge us, let's move towards them. Let's be bold and brave. Let's be courageous. Let's persist until we succeed. Once we have the map, we got to keep going. Commitment over convenience. Let's spend the next 90 days going all in so we can have an easier ride after that. And then find out who verse the how and model proven practices. So if you had to choose, I know they're I think they're all killer, but if you had to choose, you could just use a number one through seven. Put a one through seven in the chat of what's your favorite one that you might tell your kids, your spouse, your friends, your family. Let's see which one. And I'll run it through AI. I'll see which ones are the winners. Lot of sevens, twos, lots of twos. 531. Look at these. Amazing. I'm gonna just use my my agent when you're done and have run through and tell me what the winner is. I'll tell you after. Listen, thank you for playing full out. Thank you for being here on this bonus day. This should be so much fun. We've never done this before until we get to the boot camp and you're just going to get a tiny little glimpse of what we get to do together. So without further ado, can we please give a huge welcome to Igor Pagani?

All right, we got it. Okay, you guys, I love it. So, welcome. Welcome. Um Dean warned you. I love the dog in the camera. That's incredible. Dean warned you. We're going to get we're going to actually go into doing stuff here like literally on your computer. And I want to be be upfront with you. We have so many people in this room. Everybody with different setups. I know some some people I see some people in cars watching on their phone. You shouldn't be doing that. I see some people at their desktop with amazing setups. You know, if you have two screens, you're going to have the best time in the world doing this. If you have one, you can absolutely do this. If you're doing it on a mobile device, it might it might be a problem. I want to preface all of this by saying this is recorded and it's available on YouTube for the next I think 4 days. So you can rewatch there. So I'm going to walk you through this first and I'll repeat this again. No need to do anything yet, but I'll walk you through this and then we're going to do um actually then we're actually going to do together. Okay? So, first information, then doing, and we're going to go to like a what what we're going to do like 3 4 minute break for you to fill out what I'll give you here. So, get ready to to be doing because we'll be returning. Let's pull up the contact sandwich real quick. What we'll be doing here is we'll start going um we'll start building out the first piece of the context sandwich. Um and that is the here's who I am part. And here's the thing about that. There's many things you can put in there, but over time it has just proven that certain things work better than others, right? And I want to give you that those certain things. Matter of fact, in a second here, I will give you a huh a Google doc, a prompt um not a prompt, a Google doc that you will be able to fill out with certain points and then I'll show you how to add that into your chat GBT or cloud, whatever you're using to permanently upgrade your experience. But I was watching the chat throughout the three days. One thing that came up over and over and over again and rightfully so is this this big privacy question. It's kind of the elephant in the room, right of like, okay, I get it. Every single person keeps telling me that I should give it more info on myself, but hold up. Do I want to give it all info on myself? These tech companies, I don't know. Their their incentives seems misaligned with mine and, you know, they're they're building all of this and I don't know what they're going to do with my data. I think all of that those are fair concerns and I brought three super quick um tips. Two are conceptual and one is a a switch that you should flip right now inside of your chat and claw account actually and I want to tell you these three tips. These are the top three things on privacy that I would tell you and we go deeper in the boot camp but really the first one is just just kind of a mindset towards privacy because you know people go in and like I know a lot of you are all in type of personalities where you're like if I do something I'm going to do it proper right I don't mess around like if I'm going to do this I'm going to do it proper and then if I tell you like give it information on yourself your mind goes to like okay I'm going to give it everything right but keep in mind like one core thing that I always teach is treat AI as a new employee. If you look at it through that frame, super skilled employee, super advanced, super educated employee, but as a new employee, and think about it, if you get a new employee or a new assistant or whatever it might be and you give them a task, what kind of context would you give them? You would you would probably not go ahead and give them every email you've ever written right away, right? If the task is like, "Hey, I want you to write this email, then here's the email that I'm responding to," right? So, use common sense. That's kind of my my my point there, right? If you're telling it about your goals, well, maybe with the new employee, you wouldn't go in and sit them down for two hours and tell them about every goal and every thought you ever had. Use what matters. And over time, you might get more comfortable and you understand how it interacts, but but just use common sense. Don't, you know, the new employee, you wouldn't give it your uh him or her your social security number. You wouldn't give them your banking details, your passwords, right? No, of course not. Same thing with AI. If you can look at it that way, you're good, right? So those are those are like clear no nos like those things that I named right because you wouldn't give it to an employee that test really works well so don't give it to AI simple as that whereas saying that hey this goal this year I want to double the revenue in my business without adding new employees it's probably something that you can absolutely tell it and also there's nothing personal about that okay so that's one secondly some of the things as soon as you start giving it some information you might notice it's very concrete to you right so if I start giving it information like hey my name is Igor Pugani and I live here and do this. This is my title and these are my goals and these are my values. Maybe this is the type of revenue that I want to achieve or this is the headcount that I want to achieve in this department here. It starts getting very concrete to you, right? Maybe you would go ahead and tell it that you have free kids and then you would start naming the kids. Well, here's the thing. There's always and this is not obvious. This is not obvious. What you can always do with AI without affecting its performance, you can tell it that you have free kids, but you don't have to give the names, it's not going to change. What's going to change about the output is maybe it's not going to refer to them by name, but it's not going to change anything. Or if you if you're working I know a lot of people who use AI for financial use cases and you know they they kind of use it as a strategic adviser. Well, what they do often is they anonymize the data. So instead of saying I don't know last month we did $24,000 and512 $24,512 instead of that they say we made you know 20,000 right just rough estimates and it gets anonymized the same thing by the way this is a thing a lot of lawyers do too I don't I don't know if they should but they do this like they take contracts and they anonymize all the data so they remove the names they change certain details and all of a sudden it's not saying you know contract between Eigor and XYZ but they just changed the names and all of a sudden it's a generic contract and you're not leaking any data. So that is a very very common trick that you can apply and a very elegant way to not share any of your personal details if you don't want to do that overall before showing you one uh switch that you can flip that is going to prevent from you sharing um any unnecessary data with with these tech companies which I think is a great thing to do. Um overall I would just say uh think about it as an employee as I said but also like there's one rule of thumb one rule of thumb that I want to leave you with on privacy and then I show the switch and that rule of thumb is if you're comfortable with sharing it on social media it's totally fine to share with AI that is the most conservative stance you can take that is this end of the spectrum and the other end of the spectrum is just sharing absolutely everything carelessly And I don't think that's right. And I think if you if you treat it as a new employee, you're somewhere in the middle. And that's that's where I personally live. That's where a lot of people I know live. And if you bring in a contract, anonymize it, and you're safe. Those are my tips.

So, let's bring up these two slides. I have two little slides where I where I'm going to show you this setting that you can change right now, whether you use chat GPT or claude. And this only applies to you if you have a chat or cloud account. Some people use others, but basically every time these big tech companies are going to give you the option to opt out. They're going to give you this option and it's just under settings and this is CHP data controls and then there's a setting improve the model for everyone. Okay, you can check your account right now. It's literally two clicks. And if you have this set to off, you basically say, "Hey, OpenAI, I'm not giving you permission to train and to use my to train your future models with my data and to use my data." This is and you know, on free this you only get this on paid accounts, by the way. If you're on a free account, if you're not paying for subscriptions, they don't this is one of the big big reasons, you know, to consider a subscription. They only give you this on a paid plan. Maybe we can show the next slide for Claude and then let's move into setting up um the context sandwich permanently. This is what it looks like in Claude. Again, if you're on a free account, you don't get this choice. And I want you to notice if you're not paying for AI, you're paying with the data basically, right? If you decide to pay $20 a month, they give you this option to opt out so they cannot use your data. Now, is this bulletproof? Probably not. I don't know. Who knows what the future holds, but it's an easy switch. Settings, privacy. That's included. Settings, privacy, and then you just toggle this off. Help improve claude, right? Does that make sense so far? Making sense?

All right. So, I'm glad. So, I thought this was an important thing to talk about, but it's also not a thing you want to lead with, right? Because a lot of people just have no baseline understanding of AI and we're building here over multiple days. So, now we're ready to, you know, move into the piece that now that you know about privacy and you know about the power of context and I showed you the context sandwich. Now, we're ready to move into this idea. Can we pull up the contact sandwich? Can we full screen that? I want to move into this idea of setting up um here's who I am permanently. We can pull up the slide. It's okay. I'm going to work on my laptop here. But here's who I am. The top piece of the contact sandwich. Remember in the middle it was the task. Here's what I need. At the top is here's who I am. There it is. So, here's who I am. We're going to be dealing for the next I don't know 15 minutes, 20 minutes with just this top piece. Okay? And what my goal is with that um what my goal is is to give you a permanent setup, something that you can set up once. Okay? We're going to be answering questions about yourself, stuff like your role, your goals, your values, and we're going to be setting it up inside of your Claude account or Chach account. I'll show you both. It's easy. We'll be setting it inside of it um so it's there permanently. But the beautiful thing, we're not going to be doing this work inside of the AI. We're going to do it in a Google doc. Okay? And before I give you that Google doc and before I give you like five minutes to work through it and fill it out and peace yourself, I want you to just listen for a second. Okay? I know you're listening already, but like don't try to like follow along and and do everything. We we set this up in a way just listen, take it in, be present with me for a second. Let me show you how this really works. And then I'm going to give you a link to the document. You can copy it into your um own Google account. I hope you have a Google account. That's kind of a prerequisite here. Kind of assuming everybody here has a Google account. Um, and then you copy it onto your Google account and you just fill out a few things. But so let me let me show you because um it's it's this. Okay. No, so we can we can just let's full screen me and let me let me draw let me draw because here's who I am, right? That's the top piece to the context sandwich in the middle is the task. That's intuitive piece. Hey, I want you to do XYZ. But the here's who I am is not that intuitive. And I need you to understand how this works practically in chat. Right? So both chat cloud it doesn't matter every AI it works this way right I think there we go and here for the first time you get to witness my um I don't know very below average drawing skills but it is what it is applause come on that's just disrespectful so here's how every AI ever works Right? You send a prompt, right? Write me an email to XYZ about XYZ, right? Ideally, you add more context and it's a contact sandwich, but like you basically send a prompt and then what happens? You receive an answer, right? Answer. This is the base interaction. One of the core things I can teach you right away is like don't give up here. Go back. If you don't like the answer, go back to prompting and sending hitting enter again and answer. Prompt answer, right? This is the base interaction. That's why it's called chat GPT, not one message GPT. It's important to important to remember. You're supposed to talk to it. And this is how it looks, right? If you've ever used AI or ever saw somebody use AI, this is how it looks. You type in a prompt, you hit enter, you get a response. If you don't like it, you type in another follow-up prompt, you hit enter, you get a new response, and it just keeps going. It's this circle. Here is what I want you to learn today and what I want you to realize. You might think that this prompt that we sent, right? Literally the prompt that you the stuff that you there's one big box in the middle of the interface. What you type into there, you might think that's everything the AI is getting. And you're you you might be wrong because over the last three days, we hammered this home like a hundred times. The power of context, right? Add context to your prompts. make them context rich. What we're basically telling you like don't just give it the task also include context. Uh that should be a T. I warn you. So basically whenever you're sending a prompt like split up, you know, like includes the task but also add some What's up with that? Give it the task but also add some context. It's going to make it better, right? With the context sandwich, I showed you a complete fra concrete framework to do that. Give it the task. Give it information about who you are. So, we're getting more concrete here. So, give it some info on who you are, who I am, and then you know, I guess this is in a different order. And then tell like what good looks like. What good I'll do the whole thing looks like. You give these three things. Okay, the context sandwich, the task was in the middle, but you get the point. You just give these multiple points. Now, here is the deal. If you do this manually, it takes forever, right? It t it takes a while because you give it a task. Maybe you write me an email, but then who am I? Gosh, I could write about that for five minutes. That's what we're going to do here in a second. Now, I want you to know that there is a way to kind of permanently set this up inside of your account so that it always has it so that you set it up once and you can focus on what tasks you want to do with AI, right? We're focusing on how can we get time back instead of, you know, explaining ourselves over and over and over every time. So, what we're going to do very practically here is we're going to be we're going to ignore this bottom part what good looks like. You'll still have to do that manually, but what we'll do is um let's see if I can get a different color. We're going to be setting this up so it's permanently in your account so that all you need to do is give it the task and it already knows who you are who you are. That's really the point of the whole exercise. And before we we talked about privacy, we now talked about what we're about to do. I want to add one note because there's a few ways to do this, right? So I want to I want to just make this point because if you send it a prompt oh my god that is not acceptable. So if you send this you know a task contact sandwich all of that chat GPT automatically kind of okay I made this up on the spot I'll use it kind of plays barkeeper and mixes a little cocktail for you. So they add other ingredients. So they know that they know the power of context and they don't just accept your prompt. And what they do is one on in your account you have something that is called there's two names for it. I'll show you exactly in I think in chatri it's called custom instructions. I think it claim personal preferences. It's just context that is linked to you that is mixed in like a barkeeper would add a certain ingredient into the drink. Every prompt you send it's there. You don't see it, but it's there. And there's a second one. And probably a lot of you know this, some of you might not. But because these companies, they know the power of context, right? They know the power of context. They created an automatic feature. And I don't want you to get confused by this, but I just want you to know that it exists. They they created an automatic feature called memories. Memories. And you know, super high level. Again, this is automatic, but what memories do is they basically look at all your chats and if I'm like, "Hey, my name is Eigor and I'm doing XYZ." It's like, "Ha, got him good. His name is Eigor. Let me take that and automatically store that inside of Eigor's account." So then you might experience this. If you have memories on, I'll show you in a second. But if you have memories on, you you send a message and all of a sudden it knows my name. How does it know my name? It's because of memories. They have automatics context gathering. The problem with this, it's super shallow. It's leaky. you're not in control and it certainly doesn't go deep. So what we're going to do here is forget about all of this and we're going to set it up ourselves. We're going to take I don't know control of our destiny so to say cuz we can set these things ourselves. They're trying their best. They're building a product that works for I don't know 8 billion people. So there's a lot of compromises they need to make understandably. So what we're doing here is we're taking control of what's going on. And um at this point I'm ready to share my screen and to move to this piece.

All right, let's switch to my screen and I'm going to be demoing this inside of first Claude and then I'll show you briefly in chat GPT. But we'll start at this point and again I want you to watch for a few minutes and then you'll have like five minutes to work through this yourself. Okay? But everything I just taught you is reflected in here. This is the beginning piece. This is the this is the context sandwich, right? It's who I am. It's what I need to do. It's a great prompt, by the way. What I want to do. And this is what good looks like, right? So, if I send this, it's going to, you know, write an elevator pitch for me. And I can just hit enter and it's going to write the elevator pitch for me. This is the basic interaction. You send the prompt, you get a response, right? And what we're going to be doing is we're going to be setting this part who I am up inside of my account. And we're gonna go like 50 times as deep right now. Okay, that's the plan here. So, let's just wait for this little elevator pitch as it kind of appears. There it is. Pretty good. It's really good at writing elevator pitches, by the way. If you This is a great prompt. If you ever struggled with kind of formalizing what you do after this little training 20 minutes from now, you can kind of rerun this prompt. Don't worry, you have the recording of all of this. It's on YouTube for the next few days. So, you can return again. And I just want you to listen now because as I said, I said it three times. I said it one more time. What we're doing is we're setting who I am up on an account level so that in my in my account in claude or chat GPT it's there permanently. How do I do that? Just watch. Just watch. Look, I'll select this right here with my mouse, right? I will rightclick and here I will copy it. Okay. So we'll copy Amigor Pagani, head of education at the advantage. And then what you do is you don't need to do it right now. We'll do it together in a second. But if you go here to the bottom left, you can go to settings. And in your settings, right at the top, they know how important this is. Right at the top of my settings, it says, "What personal preferences should Claude consider." And this is the extra ingredient the bartender adds, you know, Claude adds into every one of your messages. It mixes it in every time without you knowing. If I right click in this box and say paste permanently, it will know my name and that I'm the head of AI education at the advantage permanently. What does this mean? I could save it. And if I go into a new chat without telling it, I could ask it what is my ro roll/job question mark. And I didn't tell it anything about me, right? I didn't tell it but it knows. You get it? So this way you can kind of set up your account once so that permanently you get the benefit of that. Now quickly in chat maybe if you're a chat user the same thing right I could kind of I'll just um I just have it still copied. It's the same thing. It's just in a different menu, right? So, this is why we're we're only going to be boot camp is only in Claude because then it's so easy just to progress and turn it into an agent after week four. But in chat, it looks like this. You go settings here. You go to person. You kind of click your profile picture, then you go personalization, and then here it says custom instructions. It's the same idea. Look, I rightclick and I paste. And that's it. So both of these every service has this way of setting up permanent context. Right? Now you might say, Eigor, okay, I get it. That that's great. Like I get it. So if I give it new task, it's going to know about me. Half the context sandwich is done before I even start. Like that's pretty confidence inducing. Let me tell you that. New tasks come up, you're like, I've already set up half the thing. I can now focus on doing things. Now, because you already know the power of context and you know where to set it up, now we go deeper. And what I mean by that is literally expanding this oneliner to 50 times its size. And the way we're doing that is through filling out um something that I call a DNA document. DNA document. All it means is permanent context. I'll zoom in for you guys. I can see this is pretty small, but we just fill out this Google doc. And right now would be a uh we're going to we're going to share this in a second with you in all the chats. You can do it yourself. But right now we're going to fill out this Google doc in a second here. Look at this Google doc just with me for a second. Okay, we're not doing yet. We're just looking. You can see it has my name, it has my role, my location, and my background. The basics. This is the type of stuff that chat picks up on you. Maybe it, you know, maybe sometimes it's like, "Oh, here's one of the things Eigor cares about. Let me add that to his memory profile as I told you." And and it kind of does that. And it does an okay job. It does nowhere close to good a job as you can do. They're trying. They're looking at chats and randomly picking out stuff. If you take control and if you fill this out truthfully, you'll see your entire AI experience transform. I promise you that. Matter of fact, if you follow along this exercise, we have like in the next 15 minutes roughly. If you follow along, I promise you a lot of you in the end will be a, you know, I don't use this word lightly, but you will be a bit mind-blown by how good it can kind of predict you just from what we fill out. Because look what we have. This is basic. Yeah, it matters but it's basic. Then we have goals, right? Three goals that you're working towards and you always need to be concrete. Everything in bracket you fill out. Okay, just add your most important goal, a second one, and maybe a personal one here, things that you want to do. And then this one really makes a difference. And and let me tell you, we did this, I don't know, over a hundred thousand times with different people. And these are the patterns that work. You could give it a ton of things. This is the core. These are the difference makers. If you give it the your goals, you basically tell it like, hey, I'm doing a task right here when you're interacting with chat every day. And if it has your goals, it knows like, hey, this is where I want to go. And then chat is really good at kind of drawing the line in between and get helping you get there. So goals make a huge difference. Next one is values. Kind of add things that you believe, right? There's some examples here. I'll also show you mine filled out here in a sec. But you fill fill out what you believe. Just free bullet points. It can be short. It can be free words. be a sentence. It doesn't need to be perfect now. I just want you to be honest with it. I just want you to be honest with it. You can go deeper later, right? Then what frustrates me makes a big difference actually. That's a good one. And then finally, this one is super business relevant. Your target audience. So if you're if you're trying to use chats to help you systematize your business, save time with clients, with your work, cl audience is is just the golden standard. Like nothing helps more than than being clear on your target audience cuz what do we business we do business for other people not for ourselves right sure there's a component that is

That is fulfilling to ourselves too, but like, mainly we're serving others, or at least I hope we should be. So then target audience comes into play. So, so you know, it helps you there. And this is it. This is the form now. This is what it looks like when I fill it out. Um, I'll zoom in a little bit for you. Give you a second to read this, but it's just this straightforward. You know, I add my name. I add, um, my role. You know, this probably I couldn't come up with within like a minute or two. Probably need to think about this a little bit.

But the good news is, like, this document, it's not my document. It's not OpenAI's document. It's not Thropics' document. It's yours. We're going to give you a link here in a second. You just copy to your Google Drive. And as you expand this document, I don't care what tool you use. I don't care what happens to AI. You'll finally get clarity on who you are as a person in a document. And then that is going to be your foundation for any AI you use in the future. Whether you, whether you decide to go with route A, route B, it doesn't matter. This is your base. And you can expand that base. And let me tell you, every AI tool in existence works better with these informations. They're desperately trying to put memories in where, where they get this information so it can do a better job. But you can take control and you can make, you can give the new employee a chance to do a good job by doing this systematically. It's not intuitive. I know that nobody goes in and starts a two-page Google Doc when they start working with AI, just like, "Of course, I need this." No, but it's the biggest lever you have. That's why we're doing it here.

Few more things. Free goals. And again, you just kind of have to be honest and specific with it. If you, if you put a goal in there like, "I want to make more money," it's like, "Okay, great. That, that doesn't say anything." You need to be concrete. You need to tell it like, "I want to make more money so I can have more time so that I can be home for dinner earlier for my free kids," or something, right? You need to be specific. If you, if you keep it high level, it's not going to do much. So, specificity and honesty is what matters here. And then finally, here are some values. And then, you know, I wrote out my target audience. It hopped onto the second page. Doesn't really matter because here's the final step before I give this to you. The final step is this. You kind of click here at the bottom and you select the whole thing. I just, I'm just holding down my mouse. Going to select the whole thing like this. Beautiful. I right-click, say copy. You could also click Command C on a Mac. Control C on a Windows. Command C on a Mac. Control C on a Windows. And then I'm going to go back into Claude. And remember where we set this up permanently? Remember from before? Anyone? Settings. And then here in this field, all I do is paste it in here. So, how do we paste? We could right-click on a computer and say paste. Or we could say Command V on Mac, Control V on a Windows. That's a keyboard shortcut. It's does the same thing, right? Right-click and paste. Nice. And now when I save this in here, you will see that if I go into a new chat and I ask, I ask it like, "What are my goals?" Look how quick that was. I literally just tell it what I want reflection on. And obviously, this is a demo just for you. But it will know my goals. Now, what if I ask it something like, "Write me an elevator pitch"? Do you think it would do a better or worse job than before? Before, it had one line on me that I'm head of AI education. Now it has what I value, what my goals are, what frustrates me, who I serve. Of course, it would do better.

Now, let's, let's just briefly try it actually. Um, and, and let me, okay, wait. Let me right here. So at this point in time, and I will show you again one or two more times. We'll go through it step by step by step. But at this point in time, I think you guys are ready to get this Google Doc for yourself. And I think at this point in time, I would ask the moderator, uh, the moderator team, who is massive. Shout out, moderation team. You guys do so great. Yeah. Share the link to the Google Doc in the chat. And all you'll do, all you'll do is, you know, go to your screen, go to that link, and a button will appear on your screen which says copy. And when you click that button, it will copy the doc to your account. And then I want you to take, let's, let's say four minutes. Let's say the next four minutes to just go through it, fill it out for yourself. Again, this is not our document. You're copying this into your Google account, and it's yours forever. Right? You're literally making a duplicate and dis-coupling it from anything we do over here. But just do that. Just do that. It's saying this file might be unavailable right now due to heavy traffic. Try again. Are we overwhelming it? Are we overwhelming it? Okay, then it might take a few seconds for multiple. You know what we could do? You know what we could do? So, probably too many people clicked it at the same time. That's just the, that's the magnitude of this audience. But we'll get there. Have a little patience. We could also see there's some good ideas there. It works for a lot of people now. You broke Google. Yeah, I did. Yeah, we could share it in chat. Um, we could even share the template in chat. It's just a bit harder to copy from there. So maybe mods, you can take the whole template and just paste it as a message in chat if you want. You can copy it from there if you're confident, you know, and have a little patience with yourself. You don't need to figure this out right away. We're here together. We broke Google. That's kind of funny. And you don't have to use a Google Doc. You can use anything. You can use Word. You can use a note app. Anything, right? It's just Google Doc. It's really easy for us to share with you. You could do this in whatever you feel comfortable with digitally. Notepad, TextEdit on Mac, Microsoft Word, up to you. The entire template's in the chat. So, if you want, you can copy it from there. We're not rushing here. We're not rushing.

All right. How are we doing? I see a lot of people succeeding. Some people still working through it. Again, this, this link will be permanently available. So, you know, once Google lets us, you will have access to this from here on out forever. We're not taking this down. For some people, it still says not available. Oh, great question here from Hester in chat. "I have multiple roles." How do I do this? Pick one. Pick one. Just do one. Just focus on one thing now. Some people have two jobs and a personal life. You might want to create two of these eventually. Start with one. Pick one. The easiest one. The one that's easiest and closest to you. Okay. Okay. Tanya asking, "Can you repeat the directions, please, Eigor?" Let me do it. Let me do it. Simple. So, let's go to my screen for anybody who wants to see the step-by-step. You create a copy. You create a copy of this template into your account, right? Either now or later. Again, we're not, we're not rushing. This is, this is something very simple. Also, there's no more complexity. That's it. If you, you fill out this doc and you add it into your account, that's it. That's the whole process. Whether you do it now, tomorrow, a week from now, it doesn't matter. You have the link now, right? So, as long as you store the link, I'm sure Google will smile upon us eventually. But the process, you take this document, you copy it into your account, and then you just fill out these different parts, right? You go in and say first name, surname, until it looks something like this. Okay? And then once you have everything, you copy everything. I'm just going to use my mouse here. Just kind of left-click my mouse and drag it over everything. So like this. Missed a word there. Once more, drag over everything, right-click, copy, and then inside of Claude, I would go into my account settings, and then in this field, I would right-click and paste. That's it.

If you're curious and you're inside of chat and using chat, it's the same thing. Let me, let me go back to a fresh chat account. This is what a fresh chat account looks like, right? By the way, this works both on paid and free plans. It's such an important feature, they, they just gave it to everybody. But inside of chat, you go here, you say personalization, and then here under custom instructions, you right-click and you paste. Now, we might see a problem here in chat. I'm already telling you, I tell, I'm telling you, chat built a product for 8 billion people. You see how the border is red? They don't want to process this much details on you. You might have to trim this down. And that's, that's the thing about chat is that like, they want to save money by limiting how much info you can give it here because if you put this here, guess what? They have to pay every time you send a new message, they have to pay for this text on their servers. So they're like, "No, no, no. This is too much detail. Claude, you can go like five times as long." It's another reason I like Claude. And yes, there's ways to get around this, but so I would just delete the bottom paragraph here and say save. And now it's set in chat. Now it's set in Claude, right? It's all set up here. So now, just to finish the demo from before, if you look at my screen, if I, if I go back to my elevator pitch prompt, I'm just going to pull it up here. "Write me a second 15-second elevator pitch," just to keep it apples to apples. If I go new chat, wish me luck here. "Write me a 15-second elevator pitch." If I hit enter now, it didn't add any extra info, right? There's no who I am. There's no talk about my goals. Nothing. It's just, "Hey, I need an elevator pitch now. Give me the results." Not doing anything. Not adding anything. No magic trick here. I just set it up with my account. And there it is. "We help non-technical professionals stop guessing with AI and start running systems that save them hours every week." That's perfect. And it knows that because, guess what? I told it about my target audience in the doc, right? I told it about who we serve and what we do, what our goals are. It's all encapsulated in here. And an elevator pitch is short. Guess what's going to happen if you write a multi-page document? Those little details, they're going to bleed in all over the place. It's wonderful. You're not going to have to re-explain yourself every time. This is how you, this is what we mean by AI clone, giving it enough context that it essentially knows what you know. Training an employee up to a level where you're confident with it.

All right. So, I see it worked for a lot of people. And if it didn't, again, don't worry. There's not more to it. It's this. You fill out the doc and you put it into this one field. You have the recording of this for multiple days. You have the link to the Google Doc. Maybe you managed to get it from chat. Maybe it didn't. Maybe you just stored it and you're like, "Hey, go. I'm cool. I'm drinking my coffee over here. I don't want to be doing," or maybe it didn't work right away. You're like, "It's fine. It's fine." This is, this is simple. It's simple, right? It's two steps. Fill out the doc and put that info into that field right here, settings, and put it into here. That's it. Right now, I told you before, there is this extra function for anybody who feels comfortable at this point. If you're like, if you're like figuring this out, don't worry about this. But I told you about these memories. I just want to close the loop on that before we close out this little session here. But those memories, they live here within capabilities in Claude, and they're right at the top. See this? If I go to capabilities, it says memory. And basically, what I tell it like, "In, except of the info that I gave you, I give you permission to look at my other chats and to create a profile on myself from what I talked about with you." Does that make sense? So you give it your doc and then you give it permission to look at other chats and kind of gather information on you. And if I want to see it, you can see them here. I can open this up here. This is the type of stuff it gathered on me. It's helpful. Again, power of context. And again, just like I showed you on the board, every task you send it now, it mixes that in the bartender. It kind of adds those ingredients every time. And they're helpful. But this is where the power of AI starts getting unleashed where you, where you become conscious of the memories existing and where you start taking control of the context you give it. Right? Right? If I'm building a new business, I will want a whole new set of context compared to me just asking personal questions. This is the type of stuff we go into. And it's, it's as simple. We can go back to the, to the camera. And it's really as simple as that. Just curate this context and, and you're, you're intentional about it. You're honest and you're laser-focused. And this is, this is what you do. These are the first steps that I showed you of the boot camp. This is the "who I am" layer, right? And it reads it before every conversation. So, wherever you are at this point, if you managed to do it or not, you have the tutorial. It's two steps. Fill out the doc and put it into that damn field, and you're done. That's it. Okay? You have the link. You have all of that. You can do it on your own time. Maybe you did it now. But if you did it, I want to end our little session here together with something that I personally, it was, it was a magical moment for me when I first did this. If you filled this out, maybe you're halfway through or something. I would just ask you to stop now and to add it to your account. You know, you can finish it later, but add it to your account now. I know a lot of you have already, you know, we have a lot of different people here. We got to make sure everybody, you know, gets this. But if you've done that, I want, I want you to do one thing, and it's, it's really simple. I just want you to go into your account, right? And now, whether you, let's go back to my screen. Whether you filled it out in your account and put it there, or you're just gonna now do kind of the quick sloppy thing where you just copy it and you put it into your chat here manually. I don't care. Either one works, you know, just put it in here. Either one works. I just, I just want to make sure this context is in here. But I want you to just type the following few words. Okay? And you can type this manually inside of the chat above it. Say, "Tell me something about myself I don't know." "Tell me something about myself I don't know." Take a second to type that out and experience. I want you to experience firsthand what it looks like to have personalized AI, to have an AI assistant that has been trained upon, well, your values, your goals. Me and Dean have been talking about this for three days now. You know, the clone trained on this and that. Power of context. Oh my god, this is what it looks like. "Tell me something about myself." I don't know. And then add that context underneath. Maybe it's in your account already. Whatever you do. Maybe you do this later. I don't care. But try it. Hit enter. And I know now it's going to, it's going to, it's going to expose me. It's going to, it's going to like, it's going to look at your patterns and based on everything it knows. And it knows a lot. Remember, it read every book in existence, read all the blog articles, all the YouTube videos. It knows a lot. Based on all of that, it's going to find something about yourself that maybe not even you know. And I wonder what's. Okay, thank you for sound effects. Good stuff. Good stuff. And I wonder if you, if you get this result, and this is taking its time, you know, it's like thinking. It's like, "Who would this guy not know about himself?" When you get this result, I want to hear in chat. I want to hear in chat if this actually showed you something you didn't know. Or maybe if you feel comfortable enough, you can even share what it showed. I see the first mind-blown emojis and OMGs in all caps. I wouldn't expect any less if you fill this doc out that I showed you, honestly, and you put this prompt in. There it is. There's mine. So, let's see. Let's, so, okay. Okay, let's see what it sold for me. Again, this is only going to be relevant to me, right? This would never be relevant to you. That would be right. But let's see. Here's one thing. I think you've fully named. You described yourself as hyper-independent, but everything you built is the support system your younger self never had. Okay. Okay. Okay. This is getting a bit personal out here, but I'm okay with that. I don't mind. But there it goes. It kind of, okay. Your YouTube channel, newsletter, boot camp, amplifier club, the framework D. You stacked your skills in isolation because you had to. Now you're systematically removing that requirement for everybody else. That's not just a business model. It's a redemption arc. I mean, yeah, fair, fair. I picked the hardest demographic to convert. Slower to adopt, lower tolerance to jargon, a pure "done is better than perfect" isn't actually your mantra. You smuggled free quality gates into "clear, honest, useful." Look at that. This is my core philosophy. And again, this is only going to be relevant to me. And I don't know, however you feel about this answer. Let me just say, like, it's, it's honest to me. But the thing is, you set this up for yourself so it can be honest for you. Okay? And your result is going to be different from mine. And I hope, and I hope that it shows you the potential that AI has because from here on out, whatever task you throw at it, it has a level of knowledge that goes way beyond where you were 15 minutes ago. Okay? And again, I see a lot of people, people sharing it in chat being mind-blown. Do this now, do this later, and prepare to go a whole lot deeper if you decide to join us at a boot camp because this is literally, it's the first 5%. We go way deeper on this and we show you so many more little tips and tricks like this. It's incredible. I hope this helped. I hope this brought you that little wow moment. And yeah, keep being awesome. Thank you so much for joining me. Thank you so much for your patience.

>> So good. >> Thank you. >> Give it up for Eigor, everybody. The roof. >> What's going on everybody? Hey, give it up for Igor in the chat. Here's what I want to tell you. Don't, don't you like the way, um, don't you like the way he teaches? Like, as I was sitting there watching all your comments there, there's a couple people. There's 10% of you like, "I didn't catch up. How do you do that?" Well, that's why the first workshop alone, the first workshop alone is two hours. And like Eiggore said, that's probably the first 10 or 15 minutes. And we don't let anybody fall behind. Last year, you know what he did? It was so cool. Could you switch the slide? There was something on the slide I wanted to see. Um, last year, you know what he did after the first training? There was about 10% behind. Who was in last year's boot camp? Right. Raise your hand. Do you remember what he did? If you want to put it in the chat, did the training and about 10% of the people are like, "I was a little advanced." He sat in the studio right after and filmed an hour special, extra hour training just for those that were really new. Nobody gets left behind. So, could you imagine how cool it be? Look what he just did in 18, 20 minutes when you know it's lots of people. It's more intimate in the boot camp. But could you see yourself going so much further when you can learn those kind of pieces? So freaking cool. There was a couple things I wrote down that, that I wanted to address, um, real quick, and then we're going to wrap up. I know I went a little longer, but it was worth it, wasn't it? Seeing what's possible. And I saw all the mind-blowing, uh, mind-blowing. So good. I, I felt the same way the first time I did that. Um, some of you asked, you know, the Claude account that you have to get. Yes, you have to get the $20 a month Claude account to do this effectively and efficiently. Right now, if you're in, like I said, if you're in chat, awesome. That's what we did last year. But things evolve and you could take everything you learned and bring it over to Claude. Easy. Eiggore, I'll show you. But somebody said, "Do I have to pay the $20 a month?" Here's what I want to tell you. That's 66 cents a day. And I was back there trying to figure out what to compare it to. And I don't know what you could compare it to because you can't even get a cup of coffee these days for 60. I was going to say a cup of coffee, but a cup of coffee I just is like $6 or $5 every day, right? So for 66 cents a day, you have access to unlimited knowledge to create a partner. It's, it's amazing. So I just wanted to bring that up. Um, somebody asked, "When the training starts next week, do you have to do anything in advance?" Just a couple things to be prepared. It's really just showing up. And that's what we're doing this Friday, the welcome celebration. I got some fun stuff to share with you. Um, and Eiggore is just going to give you two or three things. So, you've come to the first workshop prepared. Um, yeah. And then this is just a glimpse of what you're going to see. Um, that's it. That's it. And I saw there was a few people say, "I'm getting lost." Well, if you're getting lost, then you absolutely need it. If you loved it, you absolutely need it. So, I'm going to leave it there. That was my, that was my list. Listen. I, I think you get a glimpse of why after all the people we interviewed, we really love working with Eiggore and he truly does have a heart to serve. And you see how this can evolve. Like each step is designed to get you closer and more time and more comfortable and more trust, feeling good about your data, protecting it on the way, and getting to a point where it's like one or multiple incredible employees allowing you to go quicker without coding skills or tech skills. You needed those six months ago. Not anymore. And you just go one step at a time. And you know, we talked about it earlier, is this is what happens when you go beyond dabbling or chasing tools and you get to follow a plan. The truth is, the gap between those having incredible results and those that aren't is not that far apart. It's just a path and a plan, right? They got to build the clone. They got to use the framework. They got to evolve it into working with them and for them. And that's the difference. Um, there's one more thing I wanted to say, and this is just a quick one. I hope we served you over these last couple of days. We've been here together for four days. I hope you know that it is my job, Linda. Thank you for the thumbs up. It is my job to deliver value that you don't feel for a moment you wasted a minute of your time. I hope each and every one of you feel that you got value at each level, from mindset to success principles to overcoming old beliefs to the seven success principles today to the purpose and why two days ago, all those people and Tony about decisions and simultaneously learn from experts and AI to see a glimpse of what's possible. That is our whole goal. And simultaneously, it's my goal at the same time for those ready to keep going to not let this be the end of four days, but the beginning of transformation. It's my job to get you to say yes. And I love it because I know who you'll be on the other side. So when you feel, I hope you see both sides. I'm really transparent today. When I know I could shift your life, I'm going to do everything in my power to nudge you to action. When we said yes, or two days ago, those were in the boot camp last year. What was it like? The chat exploded. This was, this was some of it, right? I read it yesterday. "The last boot camp was definitely worth it." "The, the last boot camp absolutely amazing boot camp last year, by far the best investment." They went on. They were non-stop. We already have about 1,400 of them returning with us, which I'm so freaking stoked. Listen, if you're just realizing now that this bubble is going to burst, that this is coming to an end, then we'd love to have you join us. Either way, here's what I'd say. Whatever it takes, stay connected. Whatever it takes, gain the skills and capabilities you deserve. We all deserve to live into the best version of ourselves. Is it easy? Heck no. Is life easy? No. But when you have a path and a plan that can shift your life, a path and a plan that can get you there faster and have the opportunity to truly live into who you're meant to be. Isn't that what life's all about? I want to say thank you on behalf of Tony, myself, Eiggore. Thanks for being with us. Thank you for being here on bonus day. Thanks for playing full out. Thank you for the beautiful messages. I can't wait to work with so many of you. You have the opportunity. This closes on Thursday because we start on Friday. You have the link below. We're almost, we're almost at 7.5 million hours saved. I'm so freaking excited. This is our last goodbye, but thank you. We appreciate you. I'll see so many of you on Friday. See you guys.

I am reaching for you with my arms open wide through the rain breaking through something all these broken. Let it fall. Let it fall on the edge of the sky. Every promise that I never kept lies like glass along the steps I tread. Still your shadows on the old brick wall. Still your whisper cuts through it all. If you're out there in the great unknown, send a spark into my hollow. On the edge of the sky, I am reaching for you with my arms open wide through the rain breaking through. If there's something about all these broken records, let it fall. Let it fall on the edge of the sky. I run, I run from the light, from the flood. But your name, but your name keeps on ringing in my blood. If this road, if this road leads me anywhere at all, let it be. Let it be. Your praise is going to fall on the edge of the sky. I am reaching for you with my arms open wide. Every town burning through something above all these borrowed. Let it fall. Let it fall on the edge of the sky. On the edge of the sky. Let it fall. Let it fall on the edge of the sky. Hey, we came to win. Top. Let's begin. Scottsdale, Arizona. The future is now. We came to learn and we know how. Hey. Entrepreneurs in the building. Hands up high. We came to cut through the noise. Reach the sky. Tony and Dean say the game. AI is changing everything. Nothing stays the same. From solo to CEOs on the rise. We're multiplying right before your eyes. No more sitting on the sidelines. That time is through. The advantage is yours. What you going to do? The future belongs to those who make up their mind. Three days, real tools. This community's alive. AI advantage. Watch us. AI advantage. Unstoppable. AI advantage. It's possible. From the top of the world to the bottom of the map. We're taking the lead and we're never going back. AI advantage, the community. AI advantage, the opportunity. Work smarter, move faster, lead with confidence. AI advantage. This is our moment. No hype, no confusion, just what actually works. Cutting through the noise, doing the real work on the tools, the experts on the stage. Entrepreneurs writing a brand new page from knowledge to leverage. Watch the business grow. This community right here, we put on a show. The playing field is changing. We already know how we roll. Bye-bye-bye. Back your time. Accelerate the grind. The future belongs to those who make up their mind. Real tools. This community's alive. AI advantage. Watch us. AI advantage. We're unstoppable. AI advantage. It's possible. From the top of the world to the bottom of the map. We're taking the lead and we're never going back. Confidence. AI advantage. This is our moment. Unstoppable. Hey. Unstoppable. We got the advantage now. Got it. Scottsdale, right here in the heat. You pull me closer, slows when you're right here. Your touches straight to the sweet air. Feel it. Feel it under my skin. Feel it. Feel it. Like the good times. And you got me laughing like I forgot the rain. Feel it. Stay a little, stay a little. Orange on the sky, lotion on your nose. Speak about the pool, plain soft inside. The day feels wide when you're right here. It touches a shortcut straight to the sweet air. Feel it. Feel it. Feel it on my skin. Feel it. Feel it. And you got me laughing like I forgot the rain. Feel it. Feel it. Stay a little, stay a little. If the night comes early, we can keep this light. Hold me in the afterglow until it feels like right. Feel it. Feel it. Feel it under my skin. Feel it. Feel it. Like the good times. And you got me laughing like I forgot the rain. Feel it. Feel it. Stay a little, small and slow. You move like a dead. I move like I know. Count the rooms and it opens. We move like that. Come back. Come back. We don't look back. We move like dark in the corners, but you keep it clean. A half smile says what your mouth won't mean. Feet on the deck, hands in the air. Everybody loose, but nobody cares. Count me in. Don't let go. The womb feels closed, then it opens low. We move like that. Come back like that. You move like that. Closer. Let the night unwind. One more lifted breath. One more cross the line. If the tide comes up, please stay. You got that look I already know. We move like that. Come back. Come back. We move like that. Nice. I learn the shape of my own fire. Now the room goes quiet when I step in. Feel the floor. I let it begin. Watch me. Watch me rise. I don't break, I multiply. Watch me rise. Watch me rise. The crowd come alive. Hands up high. Hands up high. I was built for this night. Watch me rise. Watch me rise. We go up. We go. Black dress, sharp grin. I turn the lock and let the truth in. No more shadows on my spark and the whole thing changed. Now the room goes quiet when I step in. Feel the floor lean over. I let it begin. Watch me rise. Watch me rise. I don't break. Watch me rise. Hands up high. Hands up high. I was built for this night. Watch me rise. We go flame. If they want a cage, I won't stay. One breath, one light. Watch me rise. Hear the crowd come alive. Hands up high. Hands up high. I was built for this night. Watch me rise. Watch me rise. We go bright. Yeah. Pulled up in a heat train in a red cup. You can feel the room wake up. Baseline got the flow on. Sneakers in a straight form. You look over, I near say my name clearer. We're just getting started, baby. Smile. Everybody in the same side, no pressure. Easy move. Windows down the drive. You and me in the zone. Tell me one thing, I'll stay up then liter. Hold it right there. Let it turn. Let it slide. One touch. Smile. Now the room's. Hands up. Hands up. We don't need a reason. Hands up. Hands up. Starting. Mirror on the hills, make space bloom. You look once, then look twice. I know that move. I know that smile. Catch my head swing right. I came to steal the night. Your hands up, stay high. I don't chase, I walk by. Now start calling my name. You can feel that flame. When I turn you on, so easy on. I make you look so breezy now. We don't rush on this show when I shift, but I don't lean back. I like it. Every room set the tone. I said mind and take the throne. If you want to dance, come close, but keep up. That's what I know. Now the floor. Stop calling my name. Boy, you can feel that flame. When I turn, you lose your frame. My name on me. We don't rush. I don't need your permission. I came in with conviction. One look, then the whole place. I know what I am. Laughing too loud, but we ain't left yet. Same old room, but it changes when your voice hits like a match to dusk. Small town heart with a whole lot of thrust. And I can feel it right under my skin. When you pull me in, hold that spark. Don't let it fade. We're not lost. We're on our way. Keep me close tonight. We can make it. We can make it. Hands up. Hearts on. We were made for this song. Keep me close tonight. Keep me close tonight. Let the room shine. Let it shine. Hands up. Hearts on. We were made for this song. If the sky falls down, we'll catch you now. One breath. Lift up. Say my name. Say it again. We can change tonight. Keep me close tonight. We can make it light. We can make it light. Hands up. Hearts on. Hearts on. We were made for this song. Keep me close tonight. Keep me close tonight. Let the room shine. Let it shine. Hands up. Hearts on. We were for this song. Keep me close tonight. Keep me close. Every small move pulls the room bigger. You spin that heat back. I catch the spark fast now. Feel it. We're closing. Take me higher. Take me higher. Keep it rolling. Keep it rolling. N the flow. Brea, then release. Keep the night on it. One more. Take me higher. Take me higher. N keep it rolling. Keep it rolling. My name's on me. Watch me turn it to gold. I want my scars like glitter. Them shining in view. Now the floor shaking when I step in, it feels alive. Every crack, every cut made me brighter tonight. Watch me take the floor in motion. You can feel it more. No more shrink. I learned power looks lovely when it breaks through the frame. Every door that was locked up, every doubt that I knew the smoke on my shoulder, I'm in motion. Watch me take the floor in motion. Crown in motion. You can feel it more. I am far. I was a storm. I was the dark. Now I rise. Now I rise with my whole world. Now I rise. Now I motion. You can feel it more. I'm the crown in motion. Everybody knows. Crown in motion. Crown in motion. Let the glow. I came up and it won't stop now. Hands up, higher. Baby, no shame. Shake that room and call my name. We go swing, but I'm still real. No, just nervous still. She said, "Boy, you got that swing." I said, "Watch me do my thing." Glass in the air. Every face around the corner to the front, and it won't feel pressure. Feel the fire, baby, singing loud. Down and no shame. Shake that room and call my name. We hold up the floor to the sky. One last one. Everybody, don't hold back. Bring that heat and give it back. When I say we going, take it past the glasser, baby. Take that room and come. We clean room when I hit that scene. I came to fly, got the whole block lean. Drama, all champagne dream. High right hand wave, face in the chest like a heart misbehaving. Too sharp smile, too brave. Watch me set it off, misbehave. Let it breathe, then I step right in. Everybody call my call. We came here to cate, wild, baby. One more round. Hope play when the beat come down. Hold up. Hold up. Let it breathe. Then I step right in. Let them all believe. One clap, two clap. Everybody move when I say tonight. We don't miss. We don't call my call. We came here to cate. Hey. Tell me one big shame alive tonight. Hands up high tonight. We don't miss it. We do our thing. Awesome. Hey, hey. Hey. Hey, hey, hey. By you. I need you. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. N. Hey, hey, a baby. Baby, a, a baby, a baby, a baby, a again.
