Ask For No Resistance (with thanks to David Meltzer) - Tapping with Brad Yates

While giving someone some advice about making a business phone call, my friend David Meltzer told him, "First, before you dial the phone, ask for no resistance." And that's too great, four little words in terms of so many things. When you set a goal, when you set an intention, when you start your day, start by asking for no resistance.

And since most of the resistance that could come up is from ourselves, let's clear it. So, thinking about something that you want to create, some intention you have, or maybe just today doing whatever comes up today, taking full responsibility for your own well-being, I'm asking for no resistance, and I choose to love and accept myself. I am asking for no resistance, and I choose to love and honor myself. I am asking for no resistance. I'm asking that what I want happens as quickly and easily as possible. I am asking for no resistance, and I choose to deeply and completely love, honor, and accept myself and anyone else who might be involved. I'm asking for no resistance. I am clearing the way for things to go as smoothly as possible.

There are things that I want, things that I want to have happen, people I want to connect with, things I wish to bring into my life. And as I ask for these things to happen, I'm also asking for no resistance, so that these things show up as easily as possible. And there's no harm in asking, right? Clearing any reason why I couldn't or shouldn't ask for no resistance, clearing any reason why there should be any resistance. I'm allowing things to go as smoothly as possible, clearing the way for me to move forward in body, mind, and spirit. Take a deep breath, make things happen, and it'll benefit all kinds of people. So, thanks for doing that.
