What is up, beach bums? Man, I am in Melbourne, Florida. We're getting started; this is our first afternoon of fishing. I'm hanging out with Caleb to tour, check him out, popping our eggs by couture, and this, this way, Dusty Hayes. We're about to get set up. They've been catching a lot of pompano out here, which is a little bit earlier than we catch pompano. Fingers crossed on possibly hooking a permit, but we're just getting warmed up today. We're just getting started. Tomorrow, we're really gonna put in a lot of time. We just got into town today.

I prefer when you let a golf coaster cut East Coasters fish bite. It looks like crap, yeah, but hey, it's always interesting to see what other people do. Yeah, just because how do you do it, don't mean it's right everywhere. Maybe for us, yeah, man. Yeah, variety. The shrimp is the route to please. We got some live please. You know, I get away from a little bit too aggressive on, on the reel, but it's okay. I never felt, it's not your fault. You blew it. Yeah, suicide. Yeah, well, it's like regardless, thunk out there. Good man. We got fish, shellfish, elpizo. I don't know if he's there. Yeah, he's not there like normally what I tell, it's Dusty, c'mere. Everything like you said, everyone fish is different. Sure, maybe it won't work the same. That's like what you guys do there, cuz you use it a smaller, lighter setup now what we're doing here. It's normally, and even when I do it, I rarely ever will take the rod either odd or unless I know I'll play that bum pretty good. You start reeling before you take it out. Yeah, it's not even that, but what I'll do is I'll do this like noggin slam a one-two it instantly, and I'll just start real. So when this rod gets it off but one hand right here and keep the rock to the slows again, you know, just, just sink nice and steady. You know what I'm saying? You just want to make sure that there's weight on the other end. You know, sometimes you might not feel like they're there. Sure, you know, it's just the omission looking to fly them right, and then sometimes, you know, you'll be like, oh, he's not there, he's actually running out, you know, you need to pick it up a little bit. You'll kind of know and be able to tell. So me and Dusty were for two now. Yeah, we saw we do suck. Caleb is trying to tell us what to do, but we're from Alabama; we like to catch for use, you know, that's right. So we get excited about things. Wait, we are hooked on there. We go. Well, that is a wrap for day one, man. We had a blast. Caught a ton of confident. I lost count of how many pompano we call a lot of small ones, but we didn't get too keepers, but man, it's just so much fun catching those fish.
