Okay, let's start with step one. The only way this thing benefits USC is through lockups in collateral plus the fact that it creates activity, therefore tax plus burn and ultimately reduces the supply. So, anyway, nothing has changed. The market market is still trying to Look, there's a lot of people right now trying to price themselves out. They're trying to to to eliminate they they're How do I explain this? The There are a lot of people right now who understand that the market is about to go parabolic. They understand that it's about to start ripping and roaring and that we're about to have this amazing sort of cycle. So, they are deleveraging themselves as much as possible and providing themselves with as much liquidity as they possibly can. That's the way that it worked.
Now, as far as burns go, we're going to stick with Lunk Dash for a little while. We're going to use it, see how it how it feels. Delegations are sitting at 976 billion. community pool is currently sitting at 8.4 billion and we've had 437 billion in burns. So, um the spending proposal right now uh the only spending proposal up is for the uh upgrade to 0.53 with IBC2. And you can see here that even Jesus's Lord has voted yes. Now, um the guy that pees on himself has not voted yes or no. He wait until the last be cool or what I don't know. Uh but there's a lot of people so far that have not. However, everybody there is no abstain. There is no no with veto. There is no there's nobody who's voted any of this down. So, uh we're going to see that happen soon. So, that's it. That's the upgrade.
Listen, if if you're looking for I again, I don't know that there's an opportunity with USC. I'm concerned about it. I've I've said this for months now. Uh and the only place that I see opportunity is USR. So, we're going to go with USR for a little while and we're going to see how that goes. Now, in the event that USR does what I hope it's going to do and it starts to pave the way for a rep, it probably take a few years, by the way. Uh, but, you know, if it 3X's from where I currently am, I'll take one of those X's out and I'll just buy my USC bag. You know, it's not that big a deal. So, I don't feel like I'm out. I feel like I'm taking an opportunity here. I feel like there is some possibility. So, let's see what happens. You know what I mean? It's not financial advice. Always right.
