Every time the prisoner was given medicine he secretly spit it out.
Once he was sure no one was watching he took out a stimulant he had smuggled in. He tied a stone to the bottle using fishing wire and the other end of the wire was attached to his Muller. When everything was ready he swallowed the bottle without hesitation.
He then took apart a lighter keeping only the Flint which he placed under his nail. Using a sharp hit he ignited it. After this he tightly wrapped his wrist with shoelaces. He placed his thumb on the edge of a table and with a forceful push from his right foot and wrist twisted his thumb. The pain was intense but he gritted his teeth and stayed silent knowing that going to the hospital was his chance to escape.
Once in the hospital he was Shackled and prepped for anesthesia. However the prisoner had already crushed the bottle he swallowed releasing the stimulant inside him. When the doctors noticed he wasn't responding to the anesthesia they prepared to give him another dose but before they could the prisoner was already in motion ready to act on his Escape Plan.
