Hey, what up to the bros, especially. We're going to pick up right where we left off. Part two.
If our families can't survive a 24-hour emergency, bro, I'm here to tell you, if nobody told you, we ain't got no [ __ ] type of program. And let's stop sugarcoating this [ __ ]. A lot of us are one flat tire, one hospital visit, [ __ ] one missed paycheck, one emergency away from a complete collapse, bro.
Bro to bro, that's not bad luck, bro. That's weak programming because a program man prepares. A weak [ __ ] is just gonna simply panic. And that's a problem with a lot of us today. We spend more time trying to actually look successful than becoming hard to kill or hard to destroy. Designer clothes, jewelry, [ __ ] arguing about AP watches, bottles, trips, flexing online. Whole [ __ ] time our household is hanging on, if we got a household hanging on by a thread, no emergency fund, no backup plan, no network, no structure, no survival system whatsoever.
And then when life hits us, because it always does, everybody around us has to suffer because we're not [ __ ] prepared as men. Bro, that's selfish as hell, especially if you got children. Because our kids shouldn't have to grow up inside our lack of preparation. And that's what man [ __ ] is simply about. Programming. Stop bitching. You heard me? Stop bitching and start programming because real men should be training ourselves and our family to survive before the pressure even arrives, not after.
And that's simply why I move the way I move. I fall short like everybody else. But for the most part, y', that's why I move how I move. That's why I teach what I teach. That's why my children think differently than the average child and adult. That's why I've been able to build businesses, adapt, pivot, lose it all, get it back, lose it again, get it back, lose it again, get it back, survive, and help [ __ ] level up for over a decade at this point. Programming.
And y'all, in this video, we're going to break down exactly what a program man should do if immediate money is needed within 24 hours during a financial crisis. Not fantasy, not internet fluff, real survival structure. Let's get into it.
All right, y'all. So, step number one, and everybody can say this, but to my bros specifically, stop panicking and assess the real damage. This is where a lot of us, uh, we end up failing immediately. We panic. An emotional man is going to make emotional decisions. Nine times out of 10, the moment pressure hits, we start crashing out. We argue, we blaming [ __ ], we stress spending, we drinking, smoking, acting defeated. Pure [ __ ] escapism, bro. That is weak behavior.
Hey, a program man is going to slow that [ __ ] down and he's going to assess the situation first. How much money is actually needed? Not guessing, not exaggerating, not, "We need a goddamn miracle." What is the real number? Is it 300, 500, 100, 50, 700, 2,000? Now we can build a real plan. Again, y'all, most emergencies don't destroy us. Panic does. And the effect that it, that it has on our nervous system, that's what really does it.
But anyway, let's be honest. Some of us got emergencies because we've been financially irresponsible for years. We ignored structure. We ignored discipline. We ignored preparation. And now life finally done sent that [ __ ] bill and is waiting on this payment. And instead of fixing the root problem, we keep looking for another temporary bailout. Bro to bro, that cycle has to end because our children are watching how we respond under pressure. They're watching where we fold. They're watching where we execute. I'm going to say it again. A program man executes.
And another thing, excuse me, a lot of us don't even know how to think during emergencies because nobody taught us this [ __ ]. Nobody taught us survival systems. Nobody taught us resourcefulness. Nobody taught us emergency structure. And again, y'all, that's why man [ __ ] and this brotherhood actually matters. Somebody always [ __ ] texts me when I'm trying to politic because some of us never had fathers or mentors that taught us how men are supposed to move under pressure. That is, that's one of the main things we're correcting when you join man [ __ ].
All right, y'all. Step number two. Immediately locate all available resources. This is survival mode now. And survival mode requires the R word. It's called resourcefulness. The average man looks at what he doesn't have. A program man is going to look at everything that he can leverage in that moment. And that is a huge difference, especially when it comes to the mindset and knowing how to respond to pressure.
Y'all, when the pressure hits, we need to immediately ask, assess what's our cash on hand, what's in the bank accounts, what's the savings, the valuables, the skills, the relationships, the community, the resources, the opportunities. Not all that self-pity, goddamn loser talk. We're not going to because a lot of us have more value around us than we actually realize. Some of us have old electronics collecting dust, designer items we don't wear, tools, equipment, unused subscriptions, gift cards, knowledge, skills that [ __ ] can monetize and will pay you for right now. But because when we panic, we stop thinking clearly.
And this is where, uh, ego destroys a lot of men because sometimes survival, it requires humility. And so many men in this era don't want to practice that. Some of us are too prideful to ask questions, leverage our community, sell unnecessary items, offer services, admit we need structure. Meanwhile, them bills don't give a [ __ ] about your pride.
And let me say this, too. A lot of us were taught to survive emotionally, but not strategically. And that's why the moment that pressure actually arrives, we shut down mentally. That's why program man is so, so much. Because a program man, a program man, he adapts under pressure. He doesn't freeze. He's going to [ __ ] execute right away and keep it pushing.
All right, y'all. Here's number three. Sell speed, not emotion. One more time. Sell speed and not emotion. This is where a lot of us mess up when emergencies actually do take place. We get emotional about possessions. Meanwhile, survival should be your top priority. If immediate money is needed, we need to stop asking, "What do I want to keep?" and start asking, "What do we need to survive as a family?" That's a completely different mentality.
Some of us have old jewelry, extra phones, game systems, designer clothes, [ __ ] cameras, tools, sneakers, electronics. [ __ ] you got value sitting right in your crib at this very moment. It's [ __ ]. This [ __ ] is literally sitting around collecting dust while the household's struggling. To me, bro, that makes no sense. A program man understands survival first and ego later.
And one more thing, during emergencies, we're not trying to get top dollar. We're trying to get quick, liquid cash. That means pricing things fairly, moving fast, staying strategic, and most importantly, man, swallowing your [ __ ] pride. Because some of us trying to, you're trying to negotiate for an extra 40, [ __ ] the real emergency getting worse by the hour. That is emotional thinking.
And let's be honest, a lot of us got too attached to looking, not even being for real, but looking successful. So, we'll keep the chain, keep the shoes, keep the image, while secretly, bro, you're drowning financially. You and your family about to go the [ __ ] under. [ __ ] keep texting me. Anyway, y'all, that's backwards as hell. A program man understands. Appearance means nothing if my foundation is weak. And that's another reason we need structure because if we do not control our ego, that [ __ ] is going to bankrupt you more than money ever could.
All right, y'all. Step number four. Learn how to make money from absolutely nothing. I know that [ __ ] is harder than it sounds, but let's get into it, y'all. This one right here separates dangerous men from average men because a program man knows money is created, not just earned. The lie we grew up hearing, "Oh, it takes money to make money," man, that's [ __ ] [ __ ]. And anybody that has something knows that it takes value, uh, creativity, execution, urgency, resources, resourcefulness.
Some of us have skills right now that we could monetize within the next 24 hours. Whether it be haircuts, photography, editing, um [ __ ] cleaning, cooking, moving, help, graphic design, pressure washing. All you smart [ __ ] in the comments, y'all could be tutoring, handyman work, babysitting, car washing. All them oldheads that don't know how to work their socials. Go provide a service. I can go on and on, y'all. The problem is this though. A lot of us have been programmed to think like employees only. So when emergencies happen, we don't know how to create [ __ ]. We only know how to wait on a [ __ ] paycheck or wait on a savior. Period.
Y'all, that is a dangerous mentality. And in a real emergency, that's super dangerous. Especially as a man, a program man should always be asking, "What value can I create today?" Not, "Who the [ __ ] is going to save me?" And this is why I keep telling myself and y'all that are watching this video, skills are survival tools. That's why I teach entrepreneurship. That's why I teach structure. That's why I teach adaptability. Because if we can create value, we can create money at any moment. Man, any hustler, any entrepreneur watching this video, drop a one because I know y'all know it.
And some of us have children watching us right now as well. Imagine what it does to a child watching their father adapt under any type of pressure instead of folding emotionally. That's called programming. That's called real-time [ __ ] leadership. And I'ma say it again, y'all. I'ma show love on this video as well, but I'm telling you, I'm gonna keep giving them out for free. This is typically where I'mma cut the video. And listen carefully. If you're watching this on YouTube, if y'all saw the last one, this is where that free [ __ ] ends. And if you're not a part of man [ __ ], you, you continue to miss out. But this right here is exactly why some of us stay stuck. Because the moment that real structure starts getting taught, the free version ends. Meanwhile, inside man [ __ ], we're going deeper. We're building real emergency scenarios, real survival systems. I said this [ __ ] last video, y'all. Family structure, the business game, fatherhood, discipline, money strategies, networking, corrections, accountability, being around other [ __ ] big dogs. And some of us have been sitting around watching this [ __ ], whether it be me, another individual for years. But I know for me personally, y'all don't watch my children become dangerous. Y'all don't watch this business. I'mma keep telling y'all. Y'all introductory video to my oldest two children was three and six. Dererick is going to be 18 in August. Dererick is going to be 15 next month. Bro, what the [ __ ] is you doing and what is you waiting on?
Anyway, y'all, inside man [ __ ], we're teaching how to build programs. How to stay, how to stay operational from an emotional aspect because most men can't. Becoming dangerous fathers, creating money from nothing, leading households, thinking long-term. Stop repeating them dangerous ass repetitive [ __ ] cycles. Again, y'all, when you join, d, I only got my access card next to me. I go, I go grab it and show it later on in the video. But anyway, that card taps you directly into the system, y'all. Weekly lessons, live breakdowns, again, access to other big dogs in that [ __ ] real mentorship, and real correction. So, I'm telling you right now, I'm supposed to end the video, but I'm not. I'm going to keep it going like I did on the last one. But again, if you're part of the first 25, you know, you also get a free consultation with myself. So, anybody that's, man, DJ, I've been wanting to build. I've been trying to link with you, bro. I want a lot. Y'all be part of the first 25. And I can assure you, the 25 are nearly going to be that. Open enrollment started last week. So if you're not in there, uh, you can still get in there after the 25. You're just gonna pay a different price and it will be no free consultation. That, that'll be something that, that comes as like more like a la carte. You're already in. But if you want to pull me to the side one-on-one and build on another level, that's going to be a whole another situation. But anyway, I'm not going to cut the video like I usually would right here. I'mma keep it going. I'm going to let y'all have this entire video in them YouTube streets.
All right, y'all. So, let's keep it going. Um, y'all know this part is typically for the members only, but again, like I said, I'mma let this out into the YouTube streets. Uh, anyway, because this is where emergencies, uh, they either going to build a man or they going to break a man. It will absolutely expose a weak foundation. So, we're going to politic on that part.
Number five, y'all. Build an emergency family system. Most of us never grew up with emergency structure. So, when pressure hit the household growing up, everybody just [ __ ] panicked together. Lights getting cut off, arguments happening, stress everywhere, parents emotionally crashing out, no plan, no structure, no communication, no nothing but [ __ ] struggle. Just survival chaos. And without realizing it, y'all, a lot of us inherit that same behavior. Inherited that same behavior. That's why some of our households still move emotionally during, during, uh, during pressure. We don't move. What the [ __ ] Honestly, we stagnate in that moment.
A program family should already know though, who handles what, what gets cut immediately, what emergency money is, who can create income fast, how communication works under stress. That is real [ __ ] leadership. Some of us have children old enough right now to understand emergency structure. Teach them [ __ ]. You know the [ __ ] I've been doing my kids since they was three and six. Teach their old asses, cuz mine was little. Teach them budget and resourcefulness and survival thinking, discipline, emotional control, because emergencies don't just expose finances. They expose the programming. And if your whole household falls apart when [ __ ] get real, that means your structure is weak as the [ __ ]. That's it. And it is fixable. But only if you stop avoiding the truth and actually go apply some actionable steps to make sure you get out of that [ __ ] position. So when adversity hits again, y'all [ __ ] passing with flying colors.
All right, y'all. Step number six. Networks are nothing more than emergency insurance. And this is a huge one because a lot of us isolated ourselves emotionally for years. I'm, I'm guilty of that [ __ ] too. And then when that pressure hit, you ain't got nobody. Drop, drop one if you can relate. I know. I know y'all in here. I'm in here, too. No network, no brotherhood, no resources, no community, not one valuable relationship. And if you do got a valuable relationship, you haven't nurtured it. So, it really ain't as valuable as it could have been.
But again, y'all, a program man builds relationships before the emergencies happen. That's why [ __ ] like man [ __ ] communities matter. Brotherhood matters because sometimes one relationship can create opportunity. That [ __ ] can solve a problem, give you info, connect you to money, connect you to resources, save your ass years of struggle. Excuse me, y'all. Let's tell the truth. A lot of us only reach out to people when we need something. I ain't even that type of guy. I just want to reach out. I just be in my own world. Anyway, y'all, that [ __ ] is backwards. Strong networks are built through value, consistency, support, communication, trust, reciprocity, like bringing something to the table so you can get something from, to from the table as well, not just being a leeching old bum ass [ __ ].
And again, one of my main goals is to put structured men around structured men because the environment matters. A lot of us stay stuck because we spent years surrounded around surrounded by emotional [ __ ], lazy [ __ ], excuse makers, undisciplined [ __ ], financially irresponsible [ __ ], and eventually we just simply adapted to our environment and became what we saw. That's why some of us need a complete environment reset. Not just motivation, not just information, but a whole new goddamn program.
All right, y'all. Step number seven. I'm wrap this up soon because we've been doing a lot of talking. Step number seven up. Stop normalizing financial chaos. This one right here is going to be hard, right? Because some of us have been struggling so long. And I, bro, I resonate with you. I'm not there no more, but I know it dysfunction feels normal. Being broke feels normal. Stress feels normal. Last minute panic feels normal. Overdraft fees, borrowing money, living check to check, that [ __ ] feels normal. That's dangerous, bro. Because once chaos becomes normal, we really stop trying to correct.
And some of us don't even realize how much emotional damage that instability creates inside our households. Children feel that stress. Women feel that instability. Families feel when a man has zero [ __ ] structure. That's why we can't keep moving emotionally with money because financial instability, it affects everything. Your confidence, your leadership, your relationships, your parenting, your peace, your decision-making, your [ __ ] nervous system.
And that's why our program man again trains himself before the emergency actually happens. He's going to learn the skills. He's going to learn the discipline, the adaptability, the money management, the emotional control, the networking, the survival systems. And I ain't saying you're going to learn it overnight, but you're going to do your due diligence and you're going to put effort towards learning it. So when adversity does hit, you shine like a [ __ ] big dog that you are. And confidence under pressure, y'all, anybody's been there, you know that [ __ ] changes everything. That's why some men fold and some men adapt. It's simply based upon their programming.
All right, y'all. So, we're gonna do like we did in the last video. We're gonna run us a real-life scenario. So, let's make this [ __ ] real for a second. Let's say an emergency hit tonight. Car transmission gone, rent due, child needs something, medical issues, family emergency, right? Immediate money is needed within 24 hours. We know what the weak [ __ ] is going to do. He's going to panic. He's going to blame everybody, crash out emotionally, [ __ ] arguing, shut down mentally, isolate himself, make desperate decisions. [ __ ] trying to escape that pressure.
Meanwhile, again, a program man immediately is going to shift into execution mode. He's going to assess what's needed. And I'm telling you on real time, go try this [ __ ] out. What's needed and just practice it. Even if you're not in a bad situation, what's needed? What can be sold? What resources exist? Who's in the network? What expenses can get cut immediately? What the household needs most? No ego, no emotional collapse, no fake pride. Bro, just go execute. This is why programming matters so much because emergencies don't build character. Them [ __ ] expose it. Pressure is going to reveal what was already there, but a lot of us can't see the babies. You, you might not even see it about yourself. So if we're emotionally unstable before the emergency happens, pressure is just going to magnify that [ __ ].
That's why I keep teaching structure because a structured man can survive situations that destroy most. Drop a one, bro. I know y'all in these comments. I know y'all here. That's real masculinity. Not yelling, not flexing, not pretending to be hard online. [ __ ] is hard to destroy. They're hard to kill. These [ __ ] like roaches. They're not going out. That's the type of structure. That's the type of program I'm referring to. And that's what we doing in man [ __ ].
And we're going to do just like we did in the last one, y'all. We're going to get a challenge started today. Not next month, not tomorrow, not next week, but today. Not when life calms down, but today. Number one, calculate how much emergency money your household actually has to access right now. Number two, identify three items that you could liquidate within 24 hours if need be. Number three, write down five skills you can monetize immediately. Number four, cut one emotional spending habit this week. And number five, man, sit your ass down and have a real, uh, family conversation about emergency preparation, cuz most people don't until [ __ ] get real.
And again, y'all, preparation is a part of leadership, especially as a man. Because eventually, you got to decide what type of man you, well, I'm sorry, not man. What type of man you want to become? A man that panics or a man that adapts. You got to type, you got to start to consider what type of man you want your, your daughters to be attracted to based on what they see in you and their upbringing. You want to be a [ __ ] with a program, a [ __ ] that repeats generational struggle, a [ __ ] that breaks the cycle? Because let's tell the truth, I know a lot of us are tired. You're tired of instability. You're tired of financial stress, emotional chaos, struggling silently, [ __ ] dying on the inside because he can't handle his business as a man, feeling unprepared every time life hits your ass in the mouth.
And the craziest part is this. I said it last time and I'm say it again, bro. You know you're capable of more. You just ain't never had the structure, the guidance, the discipline, the mentorship, the brotherhood, and the P word. You know the P word, the [ __ ] programming. And again, y'all, that's what man [ __ ] is. Just correcting each other, structuring one another, brotherhood, accountability, and making sure that we're moving and grooving at a high level. Not only for ourselves, not only for our family and close friends, but especially for these babies that did not ask us for this welcome party to this [ __ ] up ass world.
That's one of the biggest things I stress to the bros, especially. We bring them to some, some dusty crusty ass [ __ ]. It's called the world. And then [ __ ] have the audacity to underprotect, undereducate, underbuild. [ __ ] you got going on. But anyway, I'mma leave it here. I'm gonna say it one more time before I check out. Most emergencies don't destroy us financially, verse. They expose us mentally, verse. They expose the lack of preparation, the lack of structure, lack of discipline, lack of leadership, lack of emotional control, and especially the lack of programming. And until we fix that, that cycle is just going to keep repeating itself. Tell me if I'm lying. Again, drop a one. It's just a different year, but the same struggle, different paycheck, same panic, different goals, same lack of execution.
So again, that's why over here in man [ __ ], we're not worshiping motivation. We're actually taking the time to strategize and build real systems because motivation will leave you every day of the week. You could be turned up on Monday and you're back in the dumps on Tuesday. Programming will stay though. You're going to go back to your root and your core and identify with your programming. Again, y', that's why my children move the way they move. That's why I've been able to build businesses, pivot under pressure, survive, adapt, help other [ __ ] step their game up. Again, programming.
And if we really want to become dangerous as men, we got to start building temporary lifestyles and start building what's called a strong foundation. Again, y', whether it be your old lady, your family, friends, whoever, your children at a minimum, they deserve stability. Our households need structure and we deserve better than constantly. And when I say constantly, I mean 20 years long, uh, surviving emotionally.
So, y'all know the motto, man. Stop bitching, start programming. I'll see everybody that's serious inside of manhood. Click the link in the bio, be a part of the first 25 or don't. Either way, you can still get in. The price will be different and you won't be getting that free one-on-one consultation. Other than that, meet me at dergrace.com and come join us ASAP.
